- the telephone device performs control, whereby an external line call via the public telephone network or an internal line call between extension telephones can be realized.
- an operation in the case where there is an outside line incoming call in such a telephone system will be described.
- the telephone device When an incoming call is received, the telephone device sends a call signal to each analog telephone housed therein. Then, each analog telephone that has received the calling signal enters a ringing state.
- the analog telephone set in the ringing ringing state notifies the user of the analog telephone by receiving a ringing tone and blinking an LED (light emitting emitting diode) indicating the incoming call.
- an LED light emitting emitting diode
- the user who detects an incoming call by such notification goes off-hook with the handset of the analog telephone set.
- the telephone device connects the analog telephone set in the off-hook state and the telephone set as the caller of the incoming line to make a call possible state. That is, the incoming call is answered by setting the analog telephone off-hook.
- an outgoing line incoming call number is associated with an extension number of a corresponding person corresponding to the outgoing call number in advance, and if an external incoming call is actually received, it corresponds to the outgoing line incoming call number. It was necessary to make a setting so that only the telephone of the extension number of the corresponding person was ringed (see Patent Document 1).

- Program is provided.
- the embodiment of the present invention provides a function of selecting whether to answer or send when an analog telephone terminal accommodated in a private branch exchange is off-hook while ringing an incoming call with a ringing signal. Then, by making a call operation instead of an incoming call response by a selection operation, the outgoing call operation can be performed even if a terminal installed for answering an incoming call is ringing.
- the above is the outline of the embodiment of the present invention.
- the telephone system 1 includes a private branch exchange 100, a plurality of public telephone networks 200, a plurality of telephones 30, and a plurality of telephones 40.
- the private branch exchange 100 is a private branch exchange having a function specific to the present embodiment in addition to a function as a normal telephone exchange.
- the private branch exchange 100 is realized by, for example, a device called a private branch exchange, PBX (Private Branch eXchange), or a key telephone main device.
- PBX Primary Branch eXchange
- the private branch exchange 100 includes a control unit 110, a public telephone line interface unit 120, and an analog extension interface unit 130.
- the private branch exchange 100 is connected to a plurality of public telephone networks 200 via a public telephone line interface unit 120. Further, the private branch exchange 100 is connected to a plurality of telephones 30 and a plurality of telephones 40 via an analog extension interface unit 130.
- the control unit 110 is a part that controls the private branch exchange 100 as a whole. On the control unit 110, the call control program 111 operates to realize such control.
- the control unit 110 includes an arithmetic processing device such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a ROM (Read Only Memory) storing various control programs such as an OS (Operating System) and a call control program 111, This is realized by a storage device such as a RAM (Random Access Memory) for storing data temporarily required for the CPU to execute the program.
- the CPU reads various control programs such as the OS and the call control program 111 from the ROM, and expands the read control program such as the OS and the call control program 111 in the RAM, Arithmetic processing based on various control programs such as the call control program 111 is performed.
- the function of the private branch exchange 100 is implement
- the call control program 111 exchanges signals with the plurality of telephones 30 and the plurality of telephones 40 via the analog extension interface unit 130. Further, the call control program 111 transmits a signal between the telephones connected to the plurality of public telephone networks 200 via the public telephone line interface unit 120 and other exchanges included in the plurality of public telephone networks 200. Give and receive.
- These operations are realized by functions of a general exchange.
- the private branch exchange 100 according to the present embodiment further performs operations specific to the present embodiment in addition to such general operations. This point will be described later with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
- the plurality of telephones 30 and the plurality of telephones 40 that are subject to call control by the private branch exchange 100 are analog telephones.
- the plurality of telephones 30 and the plurality of telephones 40 make an outside line call or an extension line call according to the route switching by the private branch exchange 100.
- dial buttons include a numeric keypad for inputting a telephone number or the like, and a key such as “#”.
- the private branch exchange 100 is set so that the telephone 30-1, the telephone 30-2, and the telephone 30-n (n is an arbitrary natural number) ring when a call is received from a plurality of public telephone networks 200. Specifically, the private branch exchange 100 transmits a call signal to the telephone 30-1, the telephone 30-2, and the telephone 30-n when receiving an incoming call from a plurality of public telephone networks 200. Then, the telephone set 30-1, the telephone set 30-2, and the telephone set 30-n receive such a call signal, and ring the incoming call based on the received call signal.
- the telephone 30-1, the telephone 30-2, and the telephone 30-n are collectively referred to as a ring target telephone group 300.
- the private branch exchange 100 is set so that the telephone set 40-1, the telephone set 40-2, and the telephone set 40-m (m is an arbitrary natural number) do not ring when receiving a call from a plurality of public telephone networks 200.
- the private branch exchange 100 does not send a call signal to the telephone set 40-1, the telephone set 40-2, and the telephone set 40-n when receiving an incoming call from a plurality of public telephone networks 200. Therefore, the telephone 40-1, the telephone 40-2, and the telephone 40-m do not ring.
- the telephone 40-1, the telephone 40-2, and the telephone 40-n are collectively referred to as a non-ringing telephone group 400.
- the private branch exchange 100 performs an incoming call process (step S11). Specifically, each of the telephones 30 included in the ring target telephone group 300 is ringed by sending a calling signal to each of the telephones 30 included in the ring target telephone group 300. In addition, a ringback tone is transmitted to the caller of the incoming call.
- step S12 it is detected that the user has performed an off-hook operation, which is an operation of lifting the handset, on any telephone 30 or any telephone 40.
- step S13 it is determined whether or not the telephone set in the off-hook state by the off-hook operation is a telephone that is ringing.
- the telephone is in the ringing state (Yes in step S13), that is, if it is any telephone 30 included in the ringing target telephone group 300, the process proceeds to step S17 and the present embodiment is performed. Performs form-specific processing.
- the telephone 30-1 is taken as an example.
- step S13 if the telephone is not ringing (No in step S13), that is, if any telephone 40 is included in the non-ringing telephone group 400, the process proceeds to step S14, Perform outgoing call processing.
- the telephone 40-1 is used as an example.
- step S14 the private branch exchange 100 sends a normal dial tone to the telephone 40-1 in the off-hook state (step S14).
- a dial tone is output from the handset of the telephone set 40-1.
- the user of the telephone 40 inputs a dial, which is a telephone number of the call destination, using a dial button.
- the private branch exchange 100 Since the inputted dial is transmitted as a dial signal from the telephone set 40-1 to the private branch exchange 100, the private branch exchange 100 accepts this (step S15). Then, the private branch exchange 100 makes a call to the dial (ie, telephone number) corresponding to the dial signal received in step S15 after setting the caller as the telephone 40-1 (step S16). Description of the operation after the transmission is omitted.
- the private branch exchange 100 since the incoming call response has not been made yet, the private branch exchange 100 returns to step S12 to detect an off-hook by another telephone and resume the processing. Further, the ringback tone is transmitted to the call originator of the incoming call in step S11. However, the ringback tone continues to be transmitted until step S16, and after returning to step S13, the ringback tone is also transmitted. Will continue to be sent.
- the dial signal may be an arbitrary signal among various signals such as a DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) signal and a pulse signal.
- DTMF Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency
- step S17 the process after step S17 is demonstrated.
- the private branch exchange 100 has a dial tone different from the normal dial tone sent to the off-hook telephone 30-1 in step S14 without performing the incoming call response process on the off-hook telephone 30-1.
- a special dial tone is transmitted (step S17).
- a special dial tone is output from the handset of the telephone 30-1. This allows the user to determine that an incoming call is being received and prompts the user to press a dial button.
- the special dial tone is output, the subsequent processing differs depending on the dial button pressed by the user.
- the specific dial button is a button that is not used for inputting a telephone number, and is, for example, a “# button”.
- the outgoing call processing is performed for the telephone number.
- the telephone number in this case is the same as the general telephone number input when the incoming call is not ringing, for example, a telephone number including an area code such as “0312345678”.
- step S18 since the dial signal corresponding to the dial button pressed by the user is sent from the telephone 30-1 to the private branch exchange 100, the private branch exchange 100 accepts this (step S18). Then, the private branch exchange 100 analyzes the received dial signal (step S19). Note that the ringback tone is transmitted to the caller of the incoming call at step S11, but the ringback tone is continuously transmitted from step S11 to step S19.
- the private branch exchange 100 connects the incoming call to the telephone 30-1 in the off-hook state. As a result, the incoming call is answered, and thereafter, the telephone set 30-1 starts a call with the caller telephone set. Description of the operation after the call state transition is omitted.
- step S16 Proceed to Then, the private branch exchange 100 sets the caller as the telephone 30-1, and makes a call to the analysis result dial (ie, telephone number) in step S19 (step S16).
- the analog telephone connected to the extension of the telephone device has the effect of being able to make a call without responding to the incoming call even while the incoming call is ringing. That is, the operation of the analog telephone housed in the private branch exchange can be improved.
- the telephone number of the call destination is entered character by character using the numeric keypad, such as “0312345678”, without pressing a specific dial button (for example, # button).
- this function may be used if it has a so-called abbreviated dialing function in which a destination telephone number can be input by simply pressing a certain button. That is, by pressing a certain button to which the above speed dial function is assigned without pressing a specific dial button (for example, # button), a call can be made on a telephone that is ringing an incoming call. You may be able to do it. Thereby, the user's operation may be simplified.
- outside line transmission is performed in step S16.
- extension transmission may be performed by modifying this.
- the destination is any of the telephones 30 included in the ring target telephone group 300
- the incoming line incoming ringing for the telephone 30 may be canceled and the incoming incoming line ringing may be performed.
- a telephone that is ringing an incoming incoming call may be able to make an incoming call without responding to the incoming call.
- step S19 it is determined in step S19 whether the dial is a specific dial or a dial corresponding to a telephone number. In this case, even if the dial corresponding to the telephone number is input halfway, if a specific dial button (for example, # button) is pressed during the input of the telephone number, the process may proceed to step S20. .
- a specific dial button for example, # button
- the user has begun to enter a phone number because he / she wants to make a call. Good.
- the incoming call response can be made even if a button other than a specific dial button (for example, # button) is accidentally pressed.
- each of the exchange and each telephone set included in the above telephone system can be realized by hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
- a method for facilitating outgoing calls performed by the cooperation of the exchange and each telephone set included in the above telephone system can also be realized by hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
- realized by software means realized by a computer reading and executing a program.
- Non-transitory computer readable media include various types of tangible storage media.
- Examples of non-transitory computer-readable media include magnetic recording media (for example, flexible disks, magnetic tapes, hard disk drives), magneto-optical recording media (for example, magneto-optical disks), CD-ROMs (Read Only Memory), CD-ROMs. R, CD-R / W, semiconductor memory (for example, mask ROM, PROM (Programmable ROM), EPROM (Erasable PROM), flash ROM, RAM (random access memory)).
- the program may also be supplied to the computer by various types of transitory computer readable media.
