一种基于原始被叫号码信息的业务触发方法
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域中被叫终端的被叫识别技术,特别涉及一种基于原始被叫号码信息的业务触发方法。
背景技术
目前,随着通信技术和业务应用的飞速发展,出现了虚拟号码业务。
在虚拟号码业务中,由运营商给用户设置一个个人号码,用户将该个人号码与该用户的家里终端号码,如家里固定电话;办公室终端号码,如办公用固定电话;移动终端号码,如手机等被叫终端号码的列表关联起来,并将这种关联关系存储在个人号码服务器中。用户还可以在该列表中设置这些被叫终端号码的顺序,例如:第一位的为该用户的办公室终端号码,第二位的为该用户的家里终端号码,第三位的为该用户的移动终端号码。
当个人号码被呼叫时,通信系统从个人号码服务器中获取所存储的与该个人号码相关联的被叫终端号码列表,并按照所设置的顺序,逐一呼叫该列表中所存储的号码。例如:通信系统首先呼叫该用户的办公室终端号码,如果在所设定的时间阈值内该办公室终端没有被接听或者呼叫遇忙时,就呼叫该用户的家里终端号码,如果在所设定的时间阈值内该家里终端仍然没有被接听或者呼叫遇忙时,则最后呼叫该用户的移动终端号码。在整个通信系统的顺序呼叫过程中,如果该用户的任意一个被叫终端因本次呼叫振铃时被接通,如:用户的办公室终端被接通,则本次呼叫就算接通成功,通信系统不再呼叫后续的终端号码。
通信系统也可以不关心在一个个人号码对应的被叫终端号码列表中用户所设置的被叫终端号码的顺序。此时,当个人号码被呼叫时,通信系统根据该个人号码从列表中获取对应的实际被叫终端号码,并同时呼叫所有对应的实际被叫终端,具有该个人号码的用户可以任意接听其中一个有来电提示的被叫终端以完成一次同时振铃呼叫。
在通信系统使用个人号码呼叫用户预先设置的多个被叫终端的过程中,会出现因被叫终端被误接而截断的情况:当通信系统通过个人号码呼叫用户的预先设置的多个被叫终端时,被叫终端可能会被其他用户误接截断而结束本次呼叫。例如,当通信系统通过个人号码呼叫用户的办公室固定终端时,该固定终端可能会被该用户的同事接听,而此时该用户并不在办公室,这就导致了在顺序呼叫中通信系统不再呼叫后续的被叫终端号码或者在一次同时振铃呼叫中其他的被叫终端结束呼叫,停止振铃,最终使该用户没有接听到本该属于自己的来电呼叫;当通信系统呼叫用户的家里固定终端时,该被叫终端可能会被该用户的家人接听而该用户并不在家里,导致了在顺序呼叫中通信系统不再呼叫后续的被叫终端号码或者在一次同时振铃呼叫中用户所拥有的其他被叫终端结束呼叫,停止振铃,最终使该用户没有接听到该呼叫。在虚拟号码业务中出现的被叫终端因误接被截断的情况不仅会导致主叫用户需要重呼被叫用户的个人号码,而多花话费,而且会由于其他用户的误接而导致泄漏隐私。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于原始被叫号码信息的业务触发方法,该方法能解决在虚拟号码业务中被叫终端呼叫因误接而被截断的问题。
根据上述目的,本发明的具体技术方案是这样实现的:
一种基于原始被叫号码信息的业务触发方法,该方法包括:
A、预先在被叫终端中设置不同原始被叫号码信息与操作标识的对应关系;
B、该被叫终端接续一个入呼叫时获取本次入呼叫相应的原始被叫号码信息,并根据步骤A所述的对应关系确定相应的操作标识,使用该操作标识指示被叫终端进行相应操作。
所述的步骤B进一步包括:被叫终端在接续一个入呼叫时没有获取到原始被叫号码信息,则该被叫终端按照预先设定的默认操作标识来指示被叫终端进行相应操作。
所述的步骤B进一步包括:如果对应关系中没有本次呼叫相应的原始被叫号码信息对应的操作标识,则被叫终端使用预先设定的默认操作标识来指示被叫终端进行相应操作。
所述原始被叫号码信息为虚拟号码业务中的原始被叫个人号码。
所述原始被叫号码信息为呼叫转移业务中主叫所呼叫的初始被叫终端号码。
所述的操作标识设置为语音提示操作标识、发光提示操作标识、主叫终端号码提示操作标识、显示图像操作标识和显示文字操作标识中的一种或者它们的组合。
所述的步骤A进一步包括:当被叫终端为配备一个以上附属终端的固定被叫终端时,在固定电话上设置不同的原始被叫号码和指示相应附属被叫终端操作的操作标识的对应关系。

由上述方案可以看出,本发明在被叫终端上根据不同的原始被叫号码设置不同的操作标识,并且存储这些对应关系,当通信系统利用原始被叫号码进行呼叫时,主叫交换机根据原始被叫号码获取实际被叫终端号码,并向实际被叫终端号码所在交换机发起携带有该原始被叫号码信息的呼叫,被叫交换机在接续呼叫时,获取对应的原始被叫号码信息,并在呼叫对应的实际被叫终端时,将获取的该原始被叫号码信息发送到对应被叫终端。被叫终端接到一个来电呼叫后,判断该呼叫是否携带了原始被叫号码信息,如果没有携带,则按照默认的操作标识,进行相应操作;如果被叫终端发现该来电呼叫携带了原始被叫号码信息,则说明这是一个针对原始被叫号码的呼叫,于是,被叫终端根据所存储的原始被叫号码与操作标识的对应关系找到相应的操作标识指示被叫终端进行相应操作。由于不同原始被叫号码的同一被叫终端上所对应的操作标识不同,所以当具有不同原始被叫号码的用户共用同一个被叫终端时,该方法可以避免通过原始被叫号码对一个用户的呼叫被其他用户误接而导致的截断问题。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下举实施例并参照附图,对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
本发明所述的原始被叫号码在实施虚拟电话业务时为个人号码,在实施呼叫转移时为主叫初始呼叫的被叫终端号码。
由于用户所使用的被叫终端可能为共用被叫终端,如:用户所使用的办公室被叫终端和同事共用,用户所使用的家里被叫终端和家人共用,所以本实施例预先在被叫终端上,例如电话机上,根据不同的个人号码设置不同的操作标识并存储,当该被叫终端接到一个来电时,该被叫终端判断来电中是否携带了个人号码,如果是,则根据来电中所携带的个人号码选择相应的操作标识指示被叫终端进行相应操作,比如操作是通过不同的语音提示来提示被叫用户,从而用户根据语音提示操作判断是否为自己的来电,以决定是否接听本次来电;如果该来电没有携带个人号码,则直接用预先设定的默认操作标识来指示终端进行默认的操作,比如,默认操作可以是默认的简单振铃等来电提示,以此来提示被叫用户。
本发明提供了一种具有存储功能以及维护个人号码和操作标识对应关系列表功能的被叫终端,即被叫终端根据不同的个人号码设置不同的操作标识并进行存储,当通信系统利用个人号码进行呼叫时,被叫终端接收该来电并根据该来电携带的个人号码从所存储的个人号码和操作标识对应关系的列表查找到相应的操作标识进行相应操作。
举例说明在被叫终端怎样设置个人号码和操作标识对应关系列表。
假设用户A和用户B共用一个号码为1的办公室被叫终端,并且共用一个号码为2的实验室被叫终端,用户A的个人号码为11,用户B的个人号码为12,用户A和用户B都把该办公室被叫终端与自身的个人号码关联起来并存储在个人号码服务器中,通信系统可以使用用户A的个人号码发起对用户A的办公室被叫终端的呼叫或者使用用户B的个人号码发起对用户B的办公室被叫终端的呼叫。
当在被叫终端根据不同的个人号码设置相应的操作标识时,如表1所示:

由表1可以看出,当个人号码为用户A的11时,操作标识可以设定为播放标识用户A的音乐;当个人号码为用户B的12时,操作标识可以设定为播放标识用户B的音乐。将该表1存储在被叫终端中。
该操作标识还可以设定为发声提示来电,如:直接呼叫用户的姓名,即预先将用户的语音信息进行录制并保存该语音信息文件,同时设定文件对应相应的语音提示操作标识,比如该操作标识可以是一个语音文件名;或者设定为发光提示来电,比如闪烁不同颜色的指示灯提示来电或者用红色闪光(RedGlitter)标识闪烁红灯提示来电;或者设定为其他操作标识或附带其他操作标识,如:通过显示图像提示来电和通过显示文字提示来电或者将原始被叫号码信息和主叫信息记录为日志,由用户查阅。
实际当中还可以这样设置:共用的被叫终端当接收到个人号码来电时,该被叫终端统一提示一个标识有个人号码的来电提示振铃,而后,具有不同个人号码的被叫用户通过来电显示的用户唯一标识不同被叫用户的图像或文字来区别被叫用户。
本发明还可以结合主叫终端来设置操作标识。例如:可以将来电提示设置为“用户M呼叫用户A”,此时,通过在被叫终端中保存主叫触发列表,当呼叫到来时,被叫终端根据主叫触发列表和表1来组合来电提示方式。
如图1所示,为本发明基于个人号码进行业务触发的流程图,其具体步骤为:
步骤100~102、通信系统的主叫用户使用号码对被叫用户进行呼叫,主叫端交换机判断该号码是否为该用户的个人号码,如果是,转入步骤103,否则,按照现有技术中的通信流程执行;
步骤103、主叫端交换机从个人号码服务器中查找该个人号码所对应的被叫终端号码,并根据该个人号码对应的被叫终端号码确定被叫端交换机,主叫端交换机根据该个人号码对应的被叫终端号码对相应的被叫端交换机向被叫端交换机发起携带有该个人号码的呼叫,所发起的呼叫携带了被叫用户的个人号码,实际当中,还可以携带一个标识是否携带了个人号码的呼叫标志;
步骤104、被叫端交换机接续呼叫被叫终端,并且将所接收的该次呼叫所携带的该个人号码发送给被叫终端;
步骤105~106、被叫终端接收到该呼叫后,判断该呼叫是否携带了个人号码,在实际当中,可以根据呼叫是否携带了个人号码的标志进行判断,如果是,转入步骤107;否则,用普通振铃方式进行呼叫来电提示;
步骤107、被叫终端根据所存储的个人号码与操作标识的对应关系查找到相应的操作标识,进行相应的操作。
如果被叫终端中没有存储该个人号码所对应的操作标识,则该被叫终端使用预先设定的默认操作标识,比如普通振铃方式进行来电提示。
如果被叫终端中没有存储个人号码与操作标识的对应关系,如:移动被叫终端没有存储个人号码与操作标识的对应关系,则直接用默认操作标识,比如普通振铃的方式在该被叫终端进行来电提示,而不用判断该呼叫是否携带了个人号码。
实际当中,用户也可以通过在被叫终端上设置对于指定的原始被叫号码,被叫终端进行相应操作,对于没有指定的原始被叫号码,被叫终端不进行相应操作。比如,用户A和B公用一个被叫终端号码,分别使用两个串联的被叫终端T1和T2,这时,用户A在被叫终端T1设置为:仅当来电的原始被叫号码为用户A的个人号码11时,T1才振铃提示来电;用户B在被叫终端T2设置为:仅当来电的原始被叫号码为用户B的个人号码12时,T2才振铃提示来电。这样,在有用户A的来电时,被叫终端T1振铃,被叫终端T2不作任何处理;相应的在有用户B的来电时,被叫终端T2振铃,被叫终端T1不作任何处理。
个人号码服务器可以是通信系统的归属位置寄存器(HLR)设备,也可以为一号通服务器,也可以是专门的其他个人号码服务器。
利用表1对本发明图1所述的过程举例说明。
当通信系统的一个主叫用户通过个人号码11呼叫用户A时,该主叫用户所属的主叫端交换机通过个人号码服务器存储的该用户A的个人号码11与实际被叫终端号码对应关系,得到要呼叫的实际被叫终端的号码为1,并对该号码1发起呼叫,该呼叫携带用户A的个人号码11,该呼叫通过被叫端交换机接续,最终由号码为1的被叫终端接收到,该被叫终端判断出该呼叫携带有个人号码时,该被叫终端根据所存储的表1得知相应的操作标识为播放标识为用户A的音乐,则播放该音乐,指示由用户A来接听该次来电。
当本发明通过个人号码对该个人号码所对应的被叫终端进行顺序呼叫时,根据图1所述的步骤,按照顺序对该用户的所有被叫终端进行呼叫。当本发明通过个人号码对该个人号码所对应的被叫终端进行一次振玲呼叫时,则根据图1所述的步骤,对该个人号码所对应的所有的被叫终端同时进行呼叫。
当具有不同个人号码的用户共用一个被叫终端时,根据不同的个人号码设定不同的操作标识,并保存在被叫终端中,使不同的用户可以根据所定义的操作标识所对应的终端实际响应进行相应的接听,从而避免了不具有该个人号码的用户误听电话,也避免了在实施虚拟号码业务中因误接来电而截断整个呼叫过程的问题。
当通信系统进行呼叫转移业务时,本发明也可以预先在转移后的实际被叫终端中设置原始被叫终端号码与终端操作标识的对应关系并在转移后的实际被叫终端中存储该对应关系,即将表1所述的个人号码替换为原始被叫终端号码,然后设定该原始被叫终端号码对应的操作标识。当用原始被叫终端号码呼叫时,转移后的实际被叫终端根据对应关系查找到相应的操作标识进行相应的操作,比如操作可以是来电提示。该过程可以避免当被叫用户来电呼叫所转移的目的被叫终端与其他用户共用时,被其他用户误接的情况。
当一个被叫终端为一个固定电话配备了若干个无绳子机时,本发明还可以在固定电话上设置个人号码和无绳子机的对应关系并存储,使该固定电话可以根据不同的个人号码,将来电接续到不同的无绳子机上。其具体过程为:被叫终端接续呼叫时获取相应的原始被叫号码信息,并根据所设置的对应关系确定相应的操作标识和对应的子机地址信息,该操作标识包括操作标识1和操作标识2。操作标识1指示固定电话,而后判断该对应的子机是否开机,如果没有开机,则使用操作标识2指示被叫固定电话进行来电提示,如果对应的子机开机,在直接将呼叫接续到对应的子机并且用相应的操作标识2指示对应的子机进行来电提示。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,这种将个人号码发送到被叫终端,由被叫终端根据个人号码定义来电操作模式的方法,可以实现各种各样的功能,在此不一一列出。以此凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1、一种基于原始被叫号码信息的业务触发方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
A、预先在被叫终端中设置不同原始被叫号码信息与操作标识的对应关系;
B、该被叫终端接续一个入呼叫时获取本次入呼叫相应的原始被叫号码信息,并根据步骤A所述的对应关系确定相应的操作标识,使用该操作标识指示被叫终端进行相应操作。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B进一步包括:被叫终端在接续一个入呼叫时没有获取到原始被叫号码信息,则该被叫终端按照预先设定的默认操作标识来指示被叫终端进行相应操作。
3、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B进一步包括:如果对应关系中没有本次呼叫相应的原始被叫号码信息对应的操作标识,则被叫终端使用预先设定的默认操作标识来指示被叫终端进行相应操作。
4、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述原始被叫号码信息为虚拟号码业务中的原始被叫个人号码。
5、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述原始被叫号码信息为呼叫转移业务中主叫所呼叫的初始被叫终端号码。
6、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的操作标识设置为语音提示操作标识、发光提示操作标识、主叫终端号码提示操作标识、显示图像操作标识和显示文字操作标识中的一种或者它们的组合。
7、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤A进一步包括:当被叫终端为配备一个以上附属终端的固定被叫终端时,在固定电话上设置不同的原始被叫号码和指示相应附属被叫终端操作的操作标识的对应关系。
8、如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的固定被叫终端为无绳电话机的座机;所述配备的一个以上的附属终端为与该座机相关联的子机。
9、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤A进一步包括:当被叫终端为一个以上互相串联的被叫终端时,分别设置不同的原始被叫号码与不同的被叫终端的对应关系;
所述的步骤B进一步包括:当接续入呼叫时,根据原始被叫号码确定互相串联的被叫终端中的一个被叫终端,指示该被叫终端进行相应的操作。
