背景技术

龟苓膏是一款传统中医药膳,其包含龟板、茯苓、凉粉草、甘草。金银花、蜂蜜、蒲公英等成分,具有清热解毒、拔毒生肌、滋阴补肾、保健养颜等功效。专利CN201410034964.8公布了一种铁皮石斛龟苓膏的制备方法,即将茯苓、金银花、甘草、葛根、生地、石斛打粉混合制得龟苓膏粉,再与甜味剂、稳定剂混合加水成糊状,制得初膏后经高温灭菌、分装,冷却后得到成品,具有清热解毒、凉血活血、生津止渴的功效,然而铁皮石斛基本无味,产品主要靠甜味剂调味,口感与普通龟苓膏可能并没有很大差异,对消费者的吸引力有限。专利CN103652523A提供了一种芦荟龟苓膏的制备方法,即向龟苓膏粉中加入芦荟汁,加开水搅拌至糊状,加入芦荟后静置冷却得到产品,具有清热解毒、凉 血活血的功效。然而该专利工序较为繁琐,且芦荟中维生素C含量并不高,如库拉索芦荟维生素C含量在4mg/100g左右,远低于麻黄果的385.5mg/100g。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明第一方面提供了一种麻黄果龟苓膏,其具有麻黄果特有的酸甜口感,清爽怡人,能满足人们的口味需求,且营养丰富、具有清热解毒、活血降压的功效,同时具有一定保健美容功效。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种麻黄果龟苓膏,所述麻黄果龟苓膏由包括如下重量份的原料制备而成:50-90份麻黄果、60-90份龟苓膏粉。
本发明的麻黄果龟苓膏,通过采用麻黄果作为主要原料之一,麻黄果的酸甜果香能缓和龟苓膏不良的中药气味,满足消费者对味觉的追求;麻黄果中维生素C含量高,营养丰富,具有清凉解暑的功效;麻黄果中所含的多糖具有抗凝血和降压功效,可以预防血栓、高血压等疾病;将龟苓膏的清热解毒、滋阴润燥功效与麻黄果活血降压的功效相配合,使得本发明麻黄果龟苓膏具有一定凉血补益的功效。

  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的麻黄果龟苓膏,其特征在于,所述麻黄果龟苓膏中还含有矫味剂和稳定剂中的一种或多种。
  4. 一种麻黄果龟苓膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)将50-90重量份新鲜麻黄果采用无菌水清洗干净后,破碎打浆,制得麻黄果酱备用;
