Description

一种铝盖贴标机 技术领域
本发明涉及贴标机技术领域,具体是一种铝盖贴标机。
背景技术
贴标机,是将成卷的不干胶纸标签(纸质或金属箔)粘贴在PCB、产品或规定包装上的设备。贴标机是现代包装不可缺少的组成部分。目前我国生产贴标机的种类正在逐步增加,技术水平也有了很大的提高,已从手动、半自动贴标的落后局面,转向自动化高速贴标机占据广大市场的格局。包装铝盖类是一种盖类扁平产品,其现行罐类产品的包装盖的尺寸一般为直径60到150mm,厚度大约2mm范围内,所以要在一台机上操作的品种非常多,现行使用的盖类贴标机大多只能对应几种较单一的盖类进行贴标,有些也可以转换不同尺寸的盖类进行贴标,但生产换型的时间长,换型结构复杂,有些还需要换很多结构部件,且贴标速度慢。要在十几分钟完成换型,贴标速度要求100~150件/分钟,现有的机型不能达到此要求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种新型铝盖贴标机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种铝盖贴标机,包括机体和控制器,所述机体上设有料仓、分料机构、送标器、检测系统、剔除系统、打码机、输送带和收集装置,机体内设有电气回路,所述传送带设于分料机构和手机装置间,所述传送带两边在送标器、检测系统、收集装置和打码机位置处还设有相对应的电眼。
作为本发明进一步方案:所述分料机构上部设有料仓,分料结构内设有左夹持机构、右夹持机构、左分料机构和右分料机构,左夹持机构和右夹持机构内设有气缸,夹扶机构与分料装置相隔一个铝盖。
作为本发明的再进一步方案:所述的剔除系统由高速剔除输送带、电机、气缸和废料盒组成,所述高速剔除输送带连接两侧输送带,高速剔除系统下部设有气缸、电机和废料盒。
作为本发明的再进一步方案:所述控制器由核心控制存储PLC、触控屏、电源模块、气缸控制模块、变频控制、PPI通讯组成。
作为本发明的再进一步方案:所述检测系统由电眼、检测相机和相机安装架组成,检测相机安装在相机安装架上,相机安装架前设有相对应的电眼。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:设置分料机构能实现准确和快速分料,同时分料结构内夹持机构能根据铝盖大小进行自动调整,不用更换机械部件,可快速进行转换分料贴标,设有的检测系统和剔除系统能将不合格拼自动剔除,提高产品质量,控制器包括核心控制存储PLC、触控屏、电源模块、气缸控制模块、变频控制、PPI通讯等组成,强大的控制能力,有效保证系统集成稳定,本发明反应速度快捷、分料精确、有序、快速,实用性极强,其整机紧凑贴标速度快,贴标速度可达到120~150件/分,本发明结构实用,实现全自动控制于一体的铝盖类扁平产品贴标机,提高贴标工作效率,减少人工成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-3,一种铝盖贴标机,包括机体和控制器,所述机体上设有料仓、分料机构、送标器、检测系统、剔除系统、打码机、输送带和收集装置,机体内设有电气回路,所述传送带设于分料机构和收集装置间,所述传送带两边在送标器、检测系统、收集装置和打码机位置处还设有相对应的电眼。
所述分料机构上部设有料仓,分料结构内设有左夹持机构、右夹持机构、左分料机构和右分料机构,,夹扶机构与分料装置相隔一个铝盖,左夹持机构和右夹持机构内设有气缸,可以对不同直径的铝盖进行夹持,由左分料机构和右分料机构进行分开放料,当放料时夹持机构夹持料仓的物料不放下,放料完成后,分料器合并,左夹持机构和右夹持机构分开放下物料,从而实现准确分料。
所述检测系统由电眼、检测相机和相机安装架组成,工作时,贴标后产品经过电眼,电眼发出控制信号,检测相机对贴标产品进行拍照,图片由识别系统识别。
所述的剔除系统由高速剔除输送带、电眼、电机、气缸和废料盒组成,所述高速剔除输送带连接两侧输送带,高速剔除系统下部设有气缸、电机和废料盒,检测系统对不合格拼识别后,发出电信号,控制气缸向上运动,高速剔除输送带升起,不合格品直接下落至废料盒。
所述控制器由核心控制存储PLC、触控屏、电源模块、气缸控制模块、变频控制、PPI通讯组。
本发明通过设置分料机构能实现准确和快速分料,同时分料结构内夹持机构能根据铝盖大小进行自动调整,不用更换机械部件,可快速进行转换分料贴标,设有的检测系统和剔除系统能将不合格拼自动剔除,提高产品质量,控制器包括核心控制存储PLC、触控屏、电源模块、气缸控制模块、变频控制、PPI通讯等组成,强大的控制能力,有效保证系统集成稳定,本发明反应速度快捷、分料精确、有序、快速,实用性极强,其整机紧凑贴标速度快,贴标速度可达到120~150件/分。
