Abstract
Bei einem Schutzschaltgerät (1) umfassend einen Kurzschlussauslöser (2) und einen Überstromauslöser (3), wobei der Kurzschlussauslöser (2) eine Auslösespule (4) und der Überstromauslöser (3) ein Bimetallelement (5) aufweist, wobei ein erster Anschluss (6) der Auslösespule (4) mit einem Festkontaktträger (7) des Schutzschaltgeräts (1) leitend verbunden ist, wobei das Bimetallelement (5) seriell zur Auslösespule (4) geschaltet ist, und wobei das Bimetallelement (5) wenigstens mittelbar mit einer ersten Anschlussklemme (10) des Schutzschaltgeräts (1) verbunden, insbesondere an der ersten Anschlussklemme (10) befestigt, ist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die erste Anschlussklemme (10), insbesondere ein Klemmenwinkel (11) der ersten Anschlussklemme (10), mittels einer Nebenschlussleitung (12) mit dem Festkontaktträger (7) verbunden ist.
Description
Schutzschaltgerät
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schutzschaltgerät gemäß dem Oberbegriff des
Patentanspruches 1.
Es sind Schutzschaltgeräte bekannt, welche bei Überstrom und/oder Kurzschlussstrom selbsttätig die Schaltkontakte trennen und derart einen nachgeschalteten Stromkreis abschalten. Derartige Schutzschaltgeräte weisen in der Regel einen Überstromauslöser mit einem Bimetallelement sowie einen Kurzschlussauslöser mit einer Auslösespule sowie einem in dieser beweglich gelagerten Stößel auf. Dabei sind zwei Arten der sowohl lokalen Anordnung wie auch der elektrischen Verschattung der beiden
Baugruppen innerhalb eines Schutzschaltgeräts verbreitet.
Gemäß der ersten der beiden Arten, ist das Bimetallelement seriell zur Auslösespule geschaltet. Die beiden Teile sind an unterschiedlichen Stellen innerhalb des
Schutzschalters angeordnet. Derartige Lösungen haben vor allem bei hohen
Stromstärken den Nachteil, dass sehr dicke Verbindungsleitungen innerhalb des Schutzschalters erforderlich sind, um die Verlustleistung und Erwärmung gering zu halten. Derart dicke Leitungen, welche bereichsweise in Form flexibler Anschlusskabel ausgeführt sein müssen, sind jedoch sehr biegesteif, und können das Verhalten des Bimetalls beeinflussen. Das Bimetall reagiert bei derartigen Anordnungen relativ schnell auf Überströme. Diese Art der Ausbildung findet vor allem bei Schaltgeräten für geringe Stromstärken, beispielsweise 16A, Verwendung.
Bei der zweiten verbreiteten Art ist das Bimetallelement sowohl schaltungstechnisch als auch elektrisch parallel zur Auslösespule angeordnet. Dabei ist das Bimetallelement der Abwärme der Auslösespule ausgesetzt, weshalb dieses relativ träge ausgelegt werden muss, gleichzeitig wird dabei das Bimetallelement aufgrund der Parallelschaltung von einem geringeren Strom durchflössen und folglich schwächer erwärmt. Diese Art der Ausbildung wird vor allem bei Schaltgeräten für höhere Stromstärken, beispielsweise 63A bzw. 125A, verwendet. Nachteilig an derart ausgebildeten Schaltgeräten ist die hohe Ansprechzeit bei Überströmen, welche knapp unterhalb der Ansprechschwelle des Magnetauslösers liegen. Dies führt zu einer übermäßig großen Erwärmung der Strom führenden Teile, und kann zu einem Schmelzen benachbarter Kunststoffteile innerhalb des Schaltgeräts führen, wodurch die Funktion des Schaltgeräts beeinträchtigt wird.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher ein Schutzschaltgerät der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, mit welchem die genannten Nachteile vermieden werden können, welches auch bei hohen Überströmen eine geringe Ansprechzeit sowie eine geringe Erwärmung aufweist, und welches mit geringem Materialaufwand herstellbar ist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird dies durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruches 1 erreicht.
Dadurch kann ein Schutzschaltgerät gebildet werden, welches eine geringe Ansprechzeit des Bimetallelements bei höheren Überströmen aufweist, welche Überströme
insbesondere gering unterhalb der Ansprechschwelle des Kurzschlussauslösers liegen. Dadurch kann die Eigenerwärmung des Schutzschaltgeräts gering gehalten werden, und derart bedingte Beschädigungen des Schutzschaltgeräts verhindert werden. Dadurch können die Querschnitte der Strom führenden Leiter gering gehalten werden, und dadurch auch die Masse des Schaltgeräts, sowie der Rohstoff- und Transportaufwand.
Die Unteransprüche betreffen weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung.
Ausdrücklich wird hiermit auf den Wortlaut der Patentansprüche Bezug genommen, wodurch die Ansprüche an dieser Stelle durch Bezugnahme in die Beschreibung eingefügt sind und als wörtlich wiedergegeben gelten.
Die Erfindung wird unter Bezugnahme auf die beigeschlossenen Zeichnungen, in welchen lediglich bevorzugte Ausführungsformen beispielhaft dargestellt sind, näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigt:
Fig. 1 ein gegenständliches Schaltgerät mit abgenommener Gehäuseoberseite im Aufriss;
Fig. 2 eine Auslösebaugruppe des Schaltgeräts gemäß Fig. 1 in einer ersten

Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform eines Schutzschaltgeräts 1 umfassend einen Kurzschlussauslöser 2 und einen Überstromauslöser 3, wobei der
Kurzschlussauslöser 2 eine Auslösespule 4 und der Überstromauslöser 3 ein
Bimetallelement 5 aufweist, wobei ein erster Anschluss 6 der Auslösespule 4 mit einem Festkontaktträger 7 des Schutzschaltgeräts 1 leitend verbunden ist, wobei das
Bimetallelement 5 seriell zur Auslösespule 4 geschaltet ist, und wobei das
Bimetallelement 5 wenigstens mittelbar mit einer ersten Anschlussklemme 10 des Schutzschaltgeräts 1 verbunden, insbesondere an der ersten Anschlussklemme 10 befestigt, ist, wobei die erste Anschlussklemme 10, insbesondere ein Klemmenwinkel 11 der ersten Anschlussklemme 10, mittels einer Nebenschlussleitung 12 mit dem
Festkontaktträger 7 verbunden ist.
Dadurch kann ein Schutzschaltgerät 1 gebildet werden, welches eine geringe
Ansprechzeit des Bimetallelements 5 bei höheren Überströmen aufweist, welche Überströme insbesondere gering unterhalb der Ansprechschwelle des
Kurzschlussauslösers 2 liegen. Dadurch kann die Eigenerwärmung des
Schutzschaltgeräts 1 gering gehalten werden, und derart bedingte Beschädigungen des Schutzschaltgeräts 1 verhindert werden. Dadurch können die Querschnitte der Strom führenden Leiter gering gehalten werden, und dadurch auch die Masse des
Schutzschaltgeräts 1, sowie der Rohstoff- und Transportaufwand.
Das gegenständliche Schutzschaltgerät 1 weist einen Kurzschlussauslöser 2 und einen Überstromauslöser 3 auf, und ist folglich zum Schutz elektrischer Anlagen vor den Auswirkungen von Kurzschlüssen bzw. Überströmen vorgesehen. Die Begriffe
Kurzschluss sowie Überstrom sind dabei aus einschlägigen Regelwerken bekannt.
Das Schutzschaltgerät 1 weist Schaltkontakte auf, wobei lediglich ein Festkontakt 18 in den Figuren 2 bis 5 dargestellt ist. Das Schutzschaltgerät 1 weist dabei wenigstens einen Festkontakt 18, daher einen gegenüber dem Gehäuse des Schutzschaltgeräts 1 ortsfesten Schaltkontakt, sowie einen gegenüber diesem beweglichen Schaltkontakt auf. Bevorzugt ist vorgesehen, dass das gegenständliche Schutzschaltgerät 1 eine sog.
Doppelunterbrechung aufweist, wobei zwei Festkontakte 18 vorgesehen sind, sowie eine Schaltbrücke mit zwei Kontakten, zum Verbinden der beiden Festkontakte 18.
Bei Auftreten eines Kurzschlussstromes bzw. eines Überstromes wird in an sich bekannter Weise ein nicht dargestelltes Schaltschloss entklinkt, was in weiterer Folge zur Trennung der Schaltkontakte und Unterbrechung des Stromflusses über das
Schutzschaltgerät 1 führt, welcher bei geschlossenen Schaltkontakten von einer ersten Anschlussklemme 10 zu einer zweiten Anschlussklemme 23 des Schutzschaltgeräts 1 verläuft.
Der Kurzschlussauslöser 2 ist in an sich bekannter Weise umfassend eine Auslösespule 4 ausgebildet. Die Auslösespule 4 wird bereichsweise von einem Joch 20 umgeben. Im Innenraum der Auslösespule 4 ist ein beweglich gelagerter Auslösestößel 19
angeordnet. Die Funktion derartiger elektromagnetischer Kurzschlussauslöser 2 ist an sich bekannt.
Der Überstromauslöser 3 weist in bekannter Weise ein Bimetallelement 5 auf. Bevorzugt ist vorgesehen, dass das Bimetallelement 5 im direkten Stromfluss beheizt ist, es kann aber auch eine alternative bzw. zusätzliche Beheizung vorgesehen sein.
Der Überstromauslöser 3 und der Kurzschlussauslöser 2 sind elektrisch seriell zueinander geschaltet. Allerdings sind die beiden Auslöser 2, 3 nicht wie sonst bei seriell verschalteten Auslösern üblich weit voneinander beabstandet in dem Schutzschaltgerät 1 angeordnet, sondern bilden eine baulich gemeinsame Einheit. Dabei ist bevorzugt vorgesehen, dass das Bimetallelement 5 innerhalb des Schutzschaltgeräts 1, im
Wesentlichen parallel zu einer Längserstreckung der Auslösespule 4, neben der
Auslösespule 4 angeordnet ist.
Ein erster Anschluss 6 bzw. erstes Ende der Auslösespule 4 ist mit einem
Festkontaktträger 7 des Schutzschaltgeräts 1 leitend verbunden. Bevorzugt ist dabei vorgesehen, dass der betreffende Anschluss der Auslösespule 4 direkt bzw. unmittelbar mit dem Festkontaktträger 7 kontaktiert bzw. verbunden ist.
Ein zweiter Anschluss 8 bzw. Ende der Auslösespule 4 ist bevorzugt mittels eines flexiblen Leiters 9 mit dem Bimetallelement 5 leitend verbunden. Dabei ist insbesondere
vorgesehen, dass der flexible Leiter 9 direkt bzw. unmittelbar den zweiten Anschluss 8 der Auslösespule 4 mit dem Bimetallelement 5 verbindet. Es sind daher keine weiteren leitenden Teile zwischen Bimetallelement 5 und Auslösespule 4 vorgesehen. Aufgrund der bevorzugt lokal nahen Anordnung von Bimetallelement 5 und Auslösespule 4 kann der betreffende flexible Leiter 9 sehr kurz gehalten werden, wie dies auch in den Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich ist.
Das Bimetallelement 5 ist wenigstens mittelbar an einer ersten Anschlussklemme 10 des Schutzschaltgeräts 1 befestigt. Dabei ist bevorzugt vorgesehen, dass das
Bimetallelement 5 an dem Klemmenwinkel 11 der ersten Anschlussklemme 10 befestigt ist, bzw. mit diesem leitend verbunden ist.
Bevorzugt ist dabei vorgesehen, dass an der ersten Anschlussklemme 10, insbesondere an dem Klemmenwinkel 11, eine Justagevorrichtung 13 zur Justage des
Bimetallelements 5 angeordnet ist, und dass das Bimetallelement 5 mit einem ersten Bimetallelementende 14 an der Justagevorrichtung 13 befestigt ist. Zwischen dem Bimetallelementende 14 und der ersten Anschlussklemme 10 ist daher lediglich ein Teil der Justagevorrichtung 13 angeordnet.
Besonders bevorzugt ist vorgesehen, dass der Kurzschlussauslöser 2, der
Überstromauslöser 3, der Klemmenwinkel 11 der ersten Anschlussklemme 10 und der Festkontaktträger 7 zusammen eine bauliche Einheit bilden, wie diese etwa in den Fig. 2, 3, 4 und 5 dargestellt ist. Eine derartige bauliche Einheit weist den Vorteil auf, dass diese bereits vor Einbau in ein Schutzschaltgerät 1 zusammenfügbar und auch testbar ist. Dadurch wird die Herstellung eines Schutzschaltgeräts 1 vereinfacht.
Die Justagevorrichtung 13 ist im Wesentlichen durch einen vom Bimetall abstehenden flachen Metallteil gebildet, in welchem eine vom Bimetallelement 5 beabstandet angeordnete Gewindeöffnung 15 angeordnet ist, in welcher eine Justageschraube 16 angeordnet ist.
Die Justageschraube 16 ist dabei derart in einem Gehäuseteil 17 des Schutzschaltgeräts 1 gelagert, dass bei einer Verdrehung der Justageschraube 16 ein Winkel zwischen der Justagevorrichtung 13 und der ersten Anschlussklemme 10 verändert wird. Der betreffende Gehäuseteil 17 ist in Fig. 1 dargestellt. Dabei handelt es sich bevorzugt um
einen inneren Isolierstoffteil, welcher ein Subgehäuse für Teile des Schaltschlosses bzw. der Schaltstellungsanzeige bildet.
Es ist vorgesehen, dass die erste Anschlussklemme 10, insbesondere ein
Klemmenwinkel 11 der ersten Anschlussklemme 10, mittels einer Nebenschlussleitung 12 mit dem Festkontaktträger 7 verbunden ist. Eine derartige Nebenschlussleitung 12 wird in der Elektrotechnik auch mit dem Begriff Shunt bezeichnet. Durch diese
Nebenschlussleitung 12 kann der Nennstrombereich der gesamten Auslösebaugruppe bzw. des Schutzschaltgeräts 1 vergrößert werden. Durch diese eine Nebenschlussleitung 12 kann etwa der Nennstrombereich von 63A auf 125A praktisch verdoppelt werden.
Durch die gegenständliche Nebenschlussleitung 12 wird sowohl der Überstromauslöser als auch der Kurzschlussauslöser überbrückt bzw. geshuntet.
Dadurch kann durch lediglich einen einzigen weiteren Bauteil der Einsatzbereich der ansonsten baugleichen Baugruppe bestehend aus Überstromauslöser 3 und
Kurzschlussauslöser 2 bei unterschiedlichen Schutzschaltgeräten 1 mit
unterschiedlichen Nennstrombereichen eingesetzt werden, wodurch der
Herstellungsaufwand deutlich gesenkt werden kann.
Claims
1. Schutzschaltgerät (1) umfassend einen Kurzschlussauslöser (2) und einen Überstromauslöser (3), wobei der Kurzschlussauslöser (2) eine Auslösespule (4) und der Überstromauslöser (3) ein Bimetallelement (5) aufweist, wobei ein erster Anschluss (6) der Auslösespule (4) mit einem Festkontaktträger (7) des Schutzschaltgeräts (1) leitend verbunden ist, wobei das Bimetallelement (5) seriell zur Auslösespule (4) geschaltet ist, und wobei das Bimetallelement (5) wenigstens mittelbar mit einer ersten Anschlussklemme (10) des Schutzschaltgeräts (1) verbunden, insbesondere an der ersten Anschlussklemme (10) befestigt, ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Anschlussklemme (10), insbesondere ein Klemmenwinkel (11) der ersten
Anschlussklemme (10), mittels einer Nebenschlussleitung (12) mit dem
Festkontaktträger (7) verbunden ist.
2. Schutzschaltgerät (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweiter Anschluss (8) der Auslösespule (4) mittels eines flexiblen Leiters (9) mit dem Bimetallelement (5) leitend verbunden ist.
3. Schutzschaltgerät (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bimetallelement (5) an einem Klemmenwinkel (11) der ersten
Anschlussklemme (10) befestigt ist.
4. Schutzschaltgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass an der ersten Anschlussklemme (10) eine Justagevorrichtung (13) zur Justage des Bimetallelements (5) angeordnet ist, und dass das Bimetallelement (5) mit einem ersten Bimetallelementende (14) an der Justagevorrichtung (13) befestigt ist.
5. Schutzschaltgerät (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Justagevorrichtung (13) eine vom Bimetallelement (5) beabstandet angeordnete
Gewindeöffnung (15) aufweist, in welcher eine Justageschraube (16) angeordnet ist.
6. Schutzschaltgerät (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Justageschraube (16) derart in einem Gehäuseteil (17) des Schutzschaltgeräts (1) gelagert ist, dass bei einer Verdrehung der Justageschraube (16) ein Winkel zwischen der Justagevorrichtung (13) und der ersten Anschlussklemme (10) verändert wird.
7. Schutzschaltgerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bimetallelement (5) innerhalb des Schutzschaltgeräts (1), im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer Längserstreckung der Auslösespule (4), neben der Auslösespule (4) angeordnet ist.
