- 車両(1)を駆動する駆動装置(P)の発熱部(M)を冷却するための冷却ファン(46)を有する制御装置冷却構造において、
前記冷却ファン(46)によって発生する冷却風の流路(F)上に、前記駆動装置(P)を制御する制御装置(43)を冷却するための冷却手段(47,47a)が設けられていることを特徴とする制御装置冷却構造。 - 前記冷却手段(47,47a)が、前記冷却風の流路(F)上で、前記発熱部(M)の上流側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御装置冷却構造。
- 前記冷却風の流路(F)が、外気を取り込む吸気口(44)から前記冷却ファン(46)を介して前記発熱部(M)に至るように形成されており、
前記冷却手段(47,47a)は、前記吸気口(44)と前記冷却ファン(46)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御装置冷却構造。 - 前記発熱部(M)が無段変速装置であり、
前記冷却ファン(46)は、前記無段変速装置(M)を収納する伝動ケース(26)の内側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の制御装置冷却構造。 - 外気を取り込む吸気口(44)が、前記駆動装置(P)に取り付けられる箱状のケース(40)に設けられており、
前記制御装置(43)および前記冷却手段(47,47a)が、前記ケース(40)に収納されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の制御装置冷却構造。 - 前記ケース(40)に、前記制御装置(43)を収納する収納凹部(42a)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の制御装置冷却構造。
- 前記冷却手段(47,47a)が、前記制御装置(43)の一面に接する金属部品であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の制御装置冷却構造。
- 前記制御装置(43)に連結される電子機器(S1,S2,S3)が車幅方向中央に配設されており、
前記制御装置(43)が車幅方向の左右いずれかにオフセットして配設されており、
前記制御装置(43)と前記電子機器(S1,S2,S3)とを接続するワイヤハーネス(34)が、前記制御装置(43)の車幅方向内側から突出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の制御装置冷却構造。
