    保留或加时保留的可用停车位到期时,所述本地服务器对保留或加时保留的可用停车位进行取消保留操作。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的停车管理方法,该方法还包括:
    对保留的可用停车位进行加时保留时,所述本地服务器反馈保留的可用停车位的加时保留处理结果至车位资源服务器和应用终端。
  22. 根据权利要求18~21任一项所述的停车管理方法,该方法还包括:
    所述本地服务器接收到应用终端发送的驶入请求时,向车位资源服务器发送预定车辆的驶入请求;
    所述本地服务器接收到应用终端发送的驶出请求时,向车位资源服务器发送预定车辆的驶出请求。
  23. 根据权利要求18~21任一项所述的停车管理方法,该方法还包括:
    所述本地服务器接收到驶入响应处理为同意预定车辆驶入时,打开保留的可用停车位的车位锁。
  24. 一种停车管理方法,包括:
    当预定车辆驶入保留的可用停车位所属的停车场时,所述应用终端向保留的可用停车位所属的停车场的本地服务器发送驶入请求;
    当预定车辆驶出停车位时,所述应用终端向保留的可用停车位所属停车场的本地服务器发出驶出请求。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的停车管理方法,该方法还包括:
    所述本地服务器接收到应用终端发送的驶入请求时,向车位资源服务器发送预定车辆的驶入请求;
    所述本地服务器接收到应用终端发送的驶出请求时,向车位资源服务器发送预定车辆的驶出请求。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的停车管理方法,该方法还包括:
    车位资源服务器接收到驶入请求时,对保留的可用停车位进行保留费用结算;
    车位资源服务器接收到驶出请求时,对停车位进行停车费用结算。
  27. 一种应用终端,包括:查询单元和选择单元;其中,
    所述查询单元,设置为从车位资源服务器查询以获取一个或一个以上停车场的可用停车位信息;
    所述选择单元,设置为接收到可用停车位信息,从可用停车位信息中选择可用停车位进行预定;
    所述可用停车位信息包括:包含可用停车位的停车场位置及停车场中可用停车位的信息。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的应用终端,该应用终端还包括计费确认单元,
    所述计费确认单元,设置为接收来自所述车位资源服务器的计费信息,并进行计费确认。
  29. 根据权利要求27或28所述的应用终端,该应用终端还包括保留后续处理单元,
    所述保留后续处理单元设置为,发送取消预定信息到所述车位资源服务器;或,
    发送续订信息到车位资源服务器;
    所述取消预定信息包括:车辆身份信息和保留的可用停车位的信息;
    所述续订信息包括:车辆身份信息和用户身份信息中的至少一种、和续订时长。
  30. 根据权利要求27或28所述的应用终端,该应用终端还包括请求处理单元,
    所述请求处理单元设置为,预定车辆驶入保留的可用停车位所属的停车场时,向保留的可用停车位所属的停车场的本地服务器发送驶入请求;
    预定车辆驶出停车位时,向保留的可用停车位所属停车场的本地服务器发出驶出请求;
    所述驶入请求包括:驶入时间、和如下信息中的至少一种:车辆身份信息和用户身份信息;
    所述驶出请求包括:驶出时间、和如下信息中的至少一种:车辆身份信息和用户身份信息。
  31. 一种车位资源服务器,包括:查询处理单元和预订转发单元;其中,
    所述查询处理单元设置为,接收到应用终端关于可用停车位的查询时,向应用终端发送一个或一个以上停车场的可用停车位信息;
    所述预订转发单元设置为,将接收的来自应用终端的预定消息发送至预定的可用停车位所在的停车场的本地服务器。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的车位资源服务器,该车位资源服务器还包括计费单元,
    所述计费单元设置为,接收到保留处理成功信息时,对保留的可用停车位进行保留计费;
    接收到加时保留处理结果为加时保留成功时,对可用停车位的加时保留进行加时计费;
    所述进行保留计费包括:根据保留时长、保留费率计算保留费用;
    所述进行加时计费包括:根据加时时长、加时费率计算加时费用。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述的车位资源服务器,该车位资源服务器还包括保留后续转发单元,
    所述保留后续转发单元设置为,接收所述应用终端发送的取消预定信息时,将取消保留信息发往保留的可用停车位所属停车场的本地服务器;
    接收到所述应用终端发送的续订信息时,将续订信息发往保留的可用停车位所属的停车场的本地服务器。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的车位资源服务器,该车位资源服务器还包括计费信息发送单元,
    所述计费信息发送单元设置为,
    接收到保留处理成功信息时,向应用终端发送保留计费信息;
    进行所述加时计费时,向所述应用终端发送加时计费信息;
    所述计费信息包括如下信息中的一种或多种:保留的可用停车位的保留 时长、保留费率、保留费用;
    所述加时计费信息包括如下信息中的一种或多种:保留的可用停车位的加时保留时长、加时保留费率、加时费用。
  35. 根据权利要求31~34任一项所述的车位资源服务器,该车位资源服务器还包括费用结算单元,
    所述费用结算单元设置为,
    接收到所述应用终端发送的取消预定信息时,对保留或加时保留的可用停车位与应用终端进行交互完成费用结算;
    可用停车位的保留或加时保留到期时,对保留或加时保留到期的可用停车位与应用终端进行交互完成费用结算;
    接收到驶入请求时,对保留的可用停车位进行保留费用结算;
    接收到驶出请求时,对停车位进行停车费用结算。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的车位资源服务器,该车位资源服务器还包括结算反馈单元,
    所述结算反馈单元设置为,反馈完成所述费用结算的信息至可用停车位所属停车场的本地服务器。
  37. 根据权利要求31所述的车位资源服务器,该车位资源服务器还包括停车处理单元,
    所述停车处理单元设置为,
    接收到驶入请求时,向保留的可用停车位所属停车场的本地服务器发送驶入请求的驶入响应处理,并向应用终端发送停车计费信息;
    接收到驶出请求时,向停车位所属停车场的本地服务器发送驶出响应处理;
    所述驶入响应处理包括:拒绝预定车辆的驶入请求,并携带拒绝原因;或者,同意预定车辆驶入;
    驶出响应处理包括:拒绝预定车辆的驶出请求,并携带拒绝原因;或,同意预定车辆驶出。
  38. 根据权利要求31~34、37所述的车位资源服务器,其中,所述车位资源服务器为云服务器。
  39. 一种本地服务器,包括:实时发送单元和保留处理单元;其中,
    所述实时发送单元设置为,向车位资源服务器实时发送可用停车位信息;
    所述保留处理单元设置为,接收到车位资源服务器发送的预定信息对归属停车场的可用停车位进行预定时,根据预定消息对预定的可用停车位进行保留时长的保留处理;
    所述可用停车位信息为实时更新的停车场内的可用停车位的信息。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的本地服务器,该本地服务器还包括保留反馈单元,
    所述保留反馈单元设置为,可用停车位保留成功时,向车位资源服务器和应用终端中的至少一个反馈可用停车位保留成功信息;
    所述可用停车位保留失败时,向应用终端反馈保留失败原因。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述的本地服务器,该本地服务器还包括保留后续操作单元,所述保留后续操作单元设置为,
    接收到来自所述车位资源服务器的取消预定信息时,对保留或加时保留的可用停车位进行取消保留操作;
    接收到来自所述车位资源服务器的续订信息时,对保留的可用停车位进行加时保留处理;
    保留或加时保留的可用停车位到期时,所述本地服务器对保留或加时保留的可用停车位进行取消保留操作。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的本地服务器,该本地服务器还包括加时保留反馈单元,设置为对保留的可用停车位进行加时保留时,反馈保留的可用停车位的加时保留处理结果至车位资源服务器和应用终端。
  43. 根据权利要求39~42任一项所述的本地服务器,该本地服务器还包括处理请求单元,
    所述处理请求单元设置为,接收到应用终端发送的驶入请求时,向车位资源服务器发送预定车辆的驶入请求;接收到应用终端发送的驶出请求时,向车位资源服务器发送预定车辆的驶出请求。
  44. 一种应用终端,包括:请求处理单元,
    所述请求处理单元设置为,
    当预定车辆驶入保留的可用停车位所属的停车场时,向保留的可用停车位所属的停车场的本地服务器发送驶入请求;
    当预定车辆驶出停车位时,向保留的可用停车位所属停车场的本地服务器发出驶出请求。
