一种停车管理方法及设备,需要预订停车位时,应用客户端APP向智慧停车云查询满足预设条件的停车场,APP根据智慧停车云返回的停车场信息选择出自身需要的停车场或者智慧停车云推荐的停车场,并向智慧停车云确定预订该停车场的停车位,用户可以通过APP向智慧停车云的预订系统预订智慧停车云管理下的任何停车场的停车位。

随着汽车数量的日益增长,车辆停车变得越来越困难。在城市中,停车场基本都是各自独立运营、分散管理的,这样,使得一些人口密集区或者闹市区的部分停车场的入口出现车辆排起长队等待甚至无法停车的现象,停车出现了严重的车满为患现象。与此相反,一些停车场却门前冷落,车库中存在着许多空闲车位。
按照目前的停车场管理方式,作为社会公共资源的停车场得不到合理地、充分地利用。

本文提供一种停车管理方法及设备,能够合理地、充分地利用停车场资源。
本发明实施例提供了一种停车管理方法,需要预订停车位时,包括:
应用客户端APP向智慧停车云查询满足预设条件的停车场;
APP根据智慧停车云返回的停车场信息选择出自身需要的停车场或者智慧停车云推荐的停车场,并向智慧停车云确定预订该停车场的停车位。
在一实施方式中,所述查询满足预设条件的停车场包括:
所述APP向智慧停车云APP向智慧停车云发送查询请求消息,查询请求消息中携带的参数包括用户ID和预设条件;其中预设条件包括位置信息或表示用户喜好的信息;

第一查询模块,设置为向智慧停车云查询满足预设条件的停车场;
第一预订模块,设置为根据智慧停车云返回的停车场信息选择出自身需要的停车场或者智慧停车云推荐的停车场,并向智慧停车云确定预订该停车场的停车位。

第二查询模块,设置为在与用户的APP之间已经建立起安全连接,接收到来自APP的查询请求时,根据获得的用户的位置信息查询附近的停车场,在查询结果中选择其中一个停车场为推荐停车场,并向获得的用户ID对应的用户的APP发送查询响应消息;
第二预定模块,设置为接收到来自APP的预定请求,根据接收到的停车场ID,向对应的停车场发送车位预留请求消息;接收到来自停车场的预留响应消息,更新该停车场的可预约停车位数量,或者被预订停车位的停车位标识和停车位状态,并向用户的APP返回预订响应消息。
在一实施方式中,还包括第三车辆驶入驶出处理模块,设置为根据收到的预订车辆驶入或驶出执行请求,开始计费或扣费并通知用户;向停车场返回预订车辆驶入或驶出执行响应消息。
在一实施方式中,还包括第二更新处理模块,设置为接收到来自停车场的状态更新消息,更新对应停车场的可预约停车位数量或发生状态改变的停车位的停车位标识、停车位状态或停在该停车位上的车辆的车牌号,并向停车场返回状态更新响应消息。
在一实施方式中,所述停车管理设备为车辆预定系统,设置在智慧停车云中。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现上述停车管理方法。
本申请技术方案中,用户可以通过APP向智慧停车云的预订系统预订智慧停车云管理下的任何停车场的停车位。通过本发明实施例提供的技术方案,对停车场或者停车位这种公共资源进行了统一管理,为用户提供了一个公共平台,让用户预先获得了一个可停车的停车场的停车位,从而合理地、充分地利用了停车场资源。

下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
造成社会公共资源的停车场得不到合理地、充分地利用的原因主要是因为没有将停车场或者停车位这种公共资源进行统一管理,为用户提供一个公共平台,让用户预先获得一个可停车的停车场的停车位。
图1为本发明实施例中智慧停车系统的拓扑结构示意图,如图1所示,本发明实施例停车管理系统至少包括:设置有车辆预订系统的智慧停车云、智慧停车云管理下的多个包括有多个停车位的停车场(其中设置有停车场管理系统),以及用户使用的应用客户端(APP,APPlication),这三部分均通过移动网络或者固定网络建立安全的网络连接,这样,用户可以通过APP向智慧停车云的预订系统预订智慧停车云管理下的任何停车场的停车位。图2为本发明实施例中智慧停车业务实现逻辑示意图,如图2所示,业务逻辑主要包括停车位预订、车辆进场、车辆出场、停车场状态更新等流程。其中:
停车位预订流程用于用户通过APP向智慧停车云预订停车位,而智慧停车云将预订告知停车场。实现如图3所示。
车辆进场/出场流程为车辆进入/离开停车场,此时,停车场的空闲停车位数量等动态信息会随之更新。实现如图4/图5所示。
状态更新上报流程用于停车场向智慧停车云上报其状态的更新情况,如空闲停车位数量等。实现如图6所示。
本发明实施例的停车管理方法,可包括:APP向智慧停车云查询满足
预设条件的停车场;APP根据智慧停车云返回的停车场信息选择出自身需要的停车场或者智慧停车云推荐的停车场,并向智慧停车云确定预订该停车场的停车位。
图3为本发明实施例中智慧停车云预订流程示意图,其中,用户的APP、智慧停车云和停车场之间已经建立起安全连接,用户需要预订停车位时,APP会向智慧停车云查询满足预设条件如附近的或根据用户喜好优选的停车场,其中,用户的喜好可以是如指定的停车场、一定距离内停车位多的停车场、一定距离内费率低的停车场、一定距离内行车路线短的停车场、一定距离内当下路况拥堵不严重或可快速抵达的停车场,等等。用户通过APP根据智慧停车云返回的停车场信息选择出自身需要的停车场或者智慧停车云推荐的停车场,并向智慧停车云确定预订该停车场的停车位。

步骤300:用户使用APP向智慧停车云发送查询请求消息,查询请求消息中携带的参数可以包括用户ID,和预设条件如位置信息或表示用户喜好的信息。
步骤301:智慧停车云根据获得的位置信息查询附近的停车场,或根据表示用户喜好的信息查询停车场,在查询结果中选择其中一个停车场为推荐停车场,并向获得的用户ID对应的用户的APP发送查询响应消息。
查询响应消息中携带的参数可以包括1个推荐停车场信息和N个(N为0或者正整数)其他附近停车场信息,其中,也可以不携带其他附近停车场信息。在一实施方式中,查询响应消息中携带的参数还可以包括停车场的停车位分布图和停车位信息如停车位ID等。
本步骤中,智慧停车云选择的停车场可以是:根据“就近原则”运算得出的最近的停车场,或根据“确保有位原则”运算得出的一定距离内的空位最多的停车场,或根据“可最快到达原则”运算得出的一定距离内从当前地址出发交通最通畅的停车场等。选择条件可以复选。
步骤302:用户的APP接收到查询响应消息后,用户可以从查询响应
消息中携带的停车场信息中选择出自身需要的停车场或者直接接受智慧停车云推荐的停车场,并向智慧停车云发送预订请求。
预定请求中携带的参数可以包括用户ID和停车场ID。在一实施方式中,预定请求中携带的参数还可以包括停车位类型和停车位ID中的至少一种。
步骤303:智慧停车云根据接收到的停车场ID,向对应的停车场发送车位预留请求消息。
车位预留请求消息中携带的参数可以包括与接收到的预订请求消息中携带的用户ID对应的车牌号,以及停车位类型。
智慧停车云所选定的停车位可以是根据用户设定的停车位选择条件查询计算而获得。用户设定的停车位选择条件包括但不限于如下参数的任意组合:停车位位置特征,停车位功能特征等。其中,
停车位位置特征包括但不限于如下参数/特征的任意组合:停车场楼层(如有些用户倾向于选择早上停车场地下一层的停车位,因为早上的地下一层停车场空气质量相对好些;如有些用户倾向于选择最底层的停车场,因为通常最底层的空余车位最多,方便选位,空间大、方便停放车辆),距离停车场特定出入口的距离更近(对于有多个停车场出入口的停车场,某些出入口方便用户使用),距离停车场内特定设施、商户的距离更近(如用以帮助用户选择距离某电梯更近的停车位,如用以帮助用户选择距离收费处更近的停车位,如用以帮助用户选择距离停车场内洗车商户更近的停车位)等。
停车位功能特征包括但不限于如下功能特征的任意组合:带充电功能、带网络通信功能、带自动检测或洗车等车辆维护功能。
在一实施方式中,车位预留请求消息中携带的参数还可以包括停车位ID。
对于用户代替他人预订停车位的情况,车位预留请求消息中携带的车牌号可以是被代替预订车辆的车牌号。
步骤304:停车场为该车辆预留停车位,并将该停车场内的可预约停车
位数量减一,被预订的停车位状态更改为“已预订”。
步骤305:停车场向智慧停车云返回车位预留响应消息。
车位预留响应消息中携带的参数可以包括可预订停车位数量,或者被预订停车位的停车位标识和停车位状态。其中,停车位状态可以包括“使用中”、“预留”和“空闲”。
本步骤中,如果预留失败,车位预留响应消息中会携带失败原因如无可用车位或用户欠费等。
其中,无可用车位可以是比如:被其他用户抢先预留:在预订、预留的过程中已经有其它用户在先预留到了这个车位;再如:被其他车辆抢占:在预订、预留的过程中,已经进入停车场的其它车辆抢先占据了这个车位,等等。
步骤306:智慧停车云更新该停车场的可预约停车位数量,或者被预订停车位的停车位标识和停车位状态,并向用户的APP返回预订响应消息。
如果车位预订成功,那么,预订响应消息中携带的参数可以包括预订有效期。在一实施方式中,还包括停车位ID。如果车位预订失败,则在预订响应消息中携带失败原因。
本发明实施例中,停车位预订是为用户免费保留某一个停车位,如果用户在预订申请时间后一段时间即预定有效期内(比如,15分钟)到达停车场,那么,停车场保证用户有停车位;但是,如果用户在预订申请时间后一段时间即预订有效期内(比如,15分钟)未能到达停车场,那么,对该停车位的预订将会过期失效。
在一实施方式中,如果在预订有效期内,预订车位的用户没有将车停入预留的停车位,那么,还包括:
步骤307:智慧停车云向停车场发送车位释放请求,其中携带有预定该停车位的用户ID对应的车牌号。
对于用户代替他人预订停车位的情况,车位释放请求消息中携带的是被代替预订的车辆所对应的车牌号。
在预留停车位的用户将车驶入停车场时,停车场会向智慧停车云发送
预订车辆驶入执行请求,也就是说,如果在预订有效期内没有收到预订车辆驶入执行请求,那么,智慧停车云确定出预订车位的用户没有将车停入预留的停车位。
步骤308:停车场将获得的车牌号对应的预订的停车位状态更改为“可预约”,并将该停车场内的可预约停车位数量加一。
步骤309:停车场向智慧停车云返回车位释放响应,其中携带有该停车场可预约车位数量。
本发明实施例通过统一管理停车场这种社会公共资源,并且集中管理所有的汽车用户,实现了汽车用户通过APP预订智慧通车云系统下的任何停车场的停车位。通过本发明实施例提供的技术方案,对停车场或者停车位这种公共资源进行了统一管理,为用户提供了一个公共平台,让用户预先获得了一个可停车的停车场的停车位,从而合理地、充分地利用了停车场资源。
当预订停车位的车辆驶入或驶出停车场时,该方法还包括:
APP向预订的停车位所在的停车场请求驶入或驶出;
停车场通过与智慧停车云的交互确定对驶入车辆进行计费或扣费并通知该APP。
如果在预订有效期内,预订车位的用户将车停入预留的停车位,那么,包括如图4所示的本发明实施例中智慧停车云预订车辆进场流程,用户的APP、智慧停车云和停车场之间已经建立起安全连接,包括以下步骤:
步骤400:预订车辆驶入停车场,向停车场发送预订车辆驶入请求消息。
预订车辆驶入请求消息中携带有车牌号或者用户ID,其中,车牌号可以通过车牌识别方法获得,用户ID可以通过用户二维码名片获得。
或者,本步骤也可以是由设置在停车场的停车场管理系统根据来自智慧停车云的预订用户信息(如步骤303所示)自动识别车牌。
步骤401:停车场收到预订车辆驶入请求消息后,向智慧停车云发出预
订车辆驶入执行请求消息。
预订车辆驶入执行请求消息中可以携带有车牌号或者用户ID,以及车辆驶入时间。
步骤402:智慧停车云根据收到的预订车辆驶入执行请求,开始计费,计费信息包括车牌号或者用户ID,以及费率。
步骤403:如果智慧停车云能够将费率通过短信方式直接通知预订停车位的用户本人,比如智慧停车云所记录的已注册用户的手机号码或用户代他人预订停车位时临时输入的“被代订用户”的手机号码,那么智慧停车云则直接发短信通知预订车辆用户本人或被代订用户。
如果不能够将费率通过短信方式直接通知预订停车位的用户本人,则向用户的APP发起停车费用请求消息,其中携带有费率。
步骤404:用户的APP向智慧停车云返回停车费用确认消息。本步骤为可选步骤。
步骤405:智慧停车云向停车场返回预订车辆驶入执行响应消息。
如果执行失败如无可用车位或用户欠费,预订车辆驶入执行响应消息携带失败原因。
步骤406:停车场向用户的APP返回预订车辆驶入响应消息。此时,停车场开启入场闸机,车辆即可驶入停车场。
步骤407:完成停车场状态更新:停车场测量车辆的位置,当车辆接近预订停车位时,打开该停车位上的车位锁,当车停进该停车位时,将该停车位的状态改为“已驻车”。
在一实施方式中,记录停在该停车位上的车辆的车牌号。停车场参照图6所示流程完成停车场状态更新,停车场向智慧停车云更新该停车位的停车位状态,在一实施方式中,还可以上报停在该停车位上的车辆的车牌号。
预定车位的用户将车驶出停车场,那么,还包括如图5所示的本发明实施例中智慧停车云预定车辆出场流程,用户的APP、智慧停车云和停车场之间已经建立起安全连接,包括以下步骤:
步骤500:预订车辆驶出停车场,向停车场发起车辆驶出请求消息。
车辆驶出请求求消息中携带有车牌号或者用户ID,其中,车牌号可以通过车牌识别方法获得,用户ID可以通过用户二维码名片获得。步骤501:停车场收到车辆驶出请求消息后,向智慧停车云发出车辆驶出执行请求消息。
车辆驶出执行请求消息中可以携带有车牌号或者用户ID,以及车辆驶出时间。
或者,本步骤也可以是由设置在停车场的停车场管理系统根据来自智慧停车云的预订用户信息(如步骤303所示)自动识别车牌。
步骤502:智慧停车云根据收到的车辆驶出执行请求,产生计费信息,计费信息包括车牌号或者用户ID,以及费用。
步骤503:如果用户支持银行卡自动扣费、ETC卡自动扣费,微信或者余额宝等直接扣费方式,那么,可以直接扣费。
如果需要预订本人确认,本步骤中可以直接通过短信方式直接通知该用户的APP以获得用户的确认即可,如可以向用户的APP发起停车费用请求消息,其中携带有费用,对于预订用户,可以包括停车时长(进入停车场时间和离开停车场时间)。
步骤504:用户通过其APP确认费用后,向智慧停车云返回停车费用确认消息,以便智慧停车云对用户的APP账户进行扣费。
需要说明的是,如果是直接扣费,那么步骤503和步骤504可以省略。
步骤505:智慧停车云扣费成功后,向停车场返回驶出执行响应消息。如果执行失败如扣费失败、用户欠费或余额不足等,车辆驶出执行响应消息携带失败原因。
步骤506:停车场向用户的APP返回车辆驶出响应消息。此时,停车场开启出场闸机,车辆即可驶出停车场。
步骤507:完成停车场状态更新:停车场将该停车位的状态改为“空闲”。停车场参照图6所示流程完成停车场状态更新,停车场向智慧停车云更新被释放停车位的停车位状态。
图6为本发明实施例中智慧停车云停车场状态更新流程示意图,智慧停车云和停车场之间已经建立起安全连接,如图6所示,包括:
步骤600:停车场停车位状态发生改变,比如:有车位被预订,或者预订车辆驶入停车场,或车辆驶出停车场等。
步骤601:停车场向智慧停车云发起状态更新消息。
状态更新消息中可以携带有停车场ID,可预约停车位数量或发生状态改变的停车位的停车位标识、停车位状态或停在该停车位上的车辆的车牌号。
步骤602:智慧停车云更新对应停车场的可预约停车位数量或发生状态改变的停车位的停车位标识、停车位状态或停在该停车位上的车辆的车牌号,并向停车场返回状态更新响应消息。
如果更新失败如系统自身原因造成:系统故障则需要再次更新等,状态更新响应消息携带失败原因。
图7为本发明实施例中停车管理设备之一的应用客户端的组成结构示意图,如图7所示,至少包括第一查询模块、第一预订模块,其中,
第一查询模块71,设置为向智慧停车云查询满足预设条件的停车场;
第一预订模块72,设置为根据智慧停车云返回的停车场信息选择出自身需要的停车场或者智慧停车云推荐的停车场,并向智慧停车云确定预订该停车场的停车位.
其中,所述第一查询模块71可设置为:在与智慧停车云之间已经建立起安全连接并需要预定车位时,向智慧停车云发送查询请求消息;接收到来自智慧停车云的查询响应消息,通知第一预定模块;
所述第一预订模块72,可设置为从查询响应消息中携带的停车场信息中选择出自身需要的停车场或者直接接受智慧停车云推荐的停车场,并向智慧停车云发送预订请求;接收到来自智慧停车云的预定响应消息,确定预订成功或失败。
在一实施方式中,
还包括第一车辆驶入驶出处理模块73,设置为在预订车辆驶入或驶出
停车场,向停车场发送预订车辆驶入或驶出请求消息;接收到来自停车场的预订车辆驶入或驶出响应消息,以使车辆驶入或驶出停车场。
本发明实施例的应用客户端可以设置在用户随身携带的移动终端中,如手机、iPad等。
图8为本发明实施例中停车管理设备之二的停车场管理系统的组成结构示意图,如图8所示,至少包括:
第一预留模块81,设置为在与智慧停车云之间已经建立起安全连接并接收到来自智慧停车云的车位预留请求,为用户ID对应的车牌号或用户代预订车位的车辆的车牌号对应的车辆预留停车位,并将更改停车场状态信息,如将该停车场内的可预约停车位数量减一,被预订的停车位状态更改为“已预订”;向智慧停车云返回车位预留响应消息,车位预留响应消息中携带的参数可以包括可预约停车位数量,或者被预订停车位的停车位标识和停车位状态。
其中,预留的停车位与指定停车位ID相对应。而指定停车位ID可以是用户指定的,或智慧停车云根据用户预先设定的停车位选择条件选择出的。其中,停车位选择条件包括但不限于如下参数的任意组合:停车位位置特征、停车位功能特征。其中,
用户预先设定的停车位位置特征包括但不限于如下特征的任意组合:停车场楼层、距离停车场特定出入口的距离更近、距离停车场内特定设施或商户的距离更近。
停车位功能特征包括但不限于如下功能特征的任意组合:充电功能、网络通信功能、车辆维护功能。
在一实施方式中,
还包括第二车辆驶入驶出处理模块82,设置为接收来自APP的预订车辆驶入或驶出请求消息,向智慧停车云发出预订车辆驶入或驶出执行请求消息;接收到来自智慧停车云的预订车辆驶入或驶出执行响应,向APP返回预订车辆驶入或驶出响应消息。
在一实施方式中,
还包括第一更新处理模块83,设置为在停车位状态发生改变如第一预留模块表明预留出停车位,或者第二车辆驶入或驶出处理模块表明有车辆驶入或驶出时,向智慧停车云发起状态更新消息。
本发明实施例中的停车场管理系统设置在停车场的管理设备中。
图9为本发明实施例中停车管理设备之三的车辆预订系统的组成结构示意图,如图9所示,至少包括第二查询模块91,第二预定模块92;其中,
第二查询模块91,设置为在与用户的APP之间已经建立起安全连接,接收到来自APP的查询请求时,根据获得的用户的位置信息查询附近的停车场,在查询结果中选择其中一个停车场为推荐停车场,并向获得的用户ID对应的用户的APP发送查询响应消息。
第二预定模块92,设置为接收到来自APP的预定请求,根据接收到的停车场ID,向对应的停车场发送车位预留请求消息;接收到来自停车场的预留响应消息,更新该停车场的可预约停车位数量,或者被预订停车位的停车位标识和停车位状态,并向用户的APP返回预订响应消息。
在一实施方式中,
还包括第三车辆驶入驶出处理模块93,设置为根据收到的预订车辆驶入或驶出执行请求,开始计费或扣费并通知用户;向停车场返回预订车辆驶入或驶出执行响应消息。

还包括第二更新处理模块94,设置为接收到来自停车场的状态更新消息,更新对应停车场的可预约停车位数量或发生状态改变的停车位的停车位标识、停车位状态或停在该停车位上的车辆的车牌号,并向停车场返回状态更新响应消息。
本发明实施例中的车辆预定系统可以设置在智慧停车云中。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现上述停车管理方法。

本申请技术方案中,用户可以通过APP向智慧停车云的预订系统预订智慧停车云管理下的任何停车场的停车位。通过本发明实施例,对停车场或者停车位这种公共资源进行了统一管理,为用户提供了一个公共平台,让用户预先获得了一个可停车的停车场的停车位,从而合理地、充分地利用了停车场资源。
Claims (46)
- 一种停车管理方法,需要预订停车位时,包括:应用客户端APP向智慧停车云查询满足预设条件的停车场;APP根据智慧停车云返回的停车场信息选择出自身需要的停车场或者智慧停车云推荐的停车场,并向智慧停车云确定预订该停车场的停车位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述APP向智慧停车云查询满足预设条件的停车场包括:所述APP向智慧停车云发送查询请求消息,查询请求消息中携带的参数包括用户ID和预设条件;其中预设条件包括位置信息或表示用户喜好的信息;所述表示用户喜好的信息包括如下条件的任意组合:指定的停车场、一定距离内停车位多的停车场、一定距离内费率低的停车场、一定距离内行车路线短的停车场、一定距离内路况拥堵情况不严重或可快速抵达的停车场。
- 根据权利要求1所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述APP选择出自身需要的停车场或者选择智慧停车云推荐的停车场,并向智慧停车云确定预订该停车场包括:所述APP接收来自智慧停车云的查询响应消息,其中携带有1个推荐停车场信息;相应地,所述APP选择智慧停车云推荐的停车场;或者,所述APP接收来自智慧停车云的查询响应消息,其中携带有1个推荐停车场信息和N个其它停车场信息;相应地,所述APP选择出自身需要的停车场,其中,N为0或者正整数。
- 根据权利要求3所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述查询响应消息中携带的参数还包括停车场的停车位分布图和停车位信息中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述APP向智慧停车云确定预订该停车场包括:所述APP向智慧停车云发送预订请求,预订请求中携带的参数包括用 户ID和停车场ID。
- 根据权利要求5所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述预订请求中携带的参数还包括停车位类型和停车位ID中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求5所述的停车管理方法,该方法还包括:所述智慧停车云向所述确定预订的停车场请求预订停车位;所述确定预订的停车场根据所述预定请求为所述APP对应的车辆预留停车位。
- 根据权利要求7所述的停车场管理方法,其中,所述预留停车位后,该方法还包括:所述预留停车位的停车场向智慧停车云发送车位预留响应消息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的停车场管理方法,其中,所述智慧停车云向所述确定预订的停车场请求预订停车位后,该方法还包括:所述智慧停车云更新该停车场的可预约停车位数量,或者被预订停车位的停车位标识,或停车位状态。
- 根据权利要9所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述停车位状态包括使用中、预留和空闲。
- 根据权利要8所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述APP接收来自智慧停车云返回的携带有预订有效期的预订响应消息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的停车场管理方法,其中,所述智慧停车云向所述确定预订的停车场请求预订停车位包括:所述智慧停车云向对应的停车场发送车位预留请求消息,车位预留请求消息中携带的参数包括与接收到的预订请求消息中携带的用户ID对应的车牌号,或该用户代预订的其它车辆的车牌号。
- 根据权利要求12所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述车位预留请求消息中携带的参数还包括停车位ID。
- 根据权利要求7或11所述的停车管理方法,其中,如果在预定有效期内,预定停车位的用户没有将车停入预约的停车位,还包括:所述智慧停车云向停车场发送车位释放请求,其中携带有预定该停车位的车牌号;所述停车场更改获得的车牌号对应的预定的停车位状态,并将该停车场内的可预约停车位数量加一;所述停车场向智慧停车云返回车位释放响应,其中携带有该停车场可预约车位数量。
- 根据权利要求1所述的停车管理方法,其中,当预定停车位的车辆驶入或驶出停车场时,该方法还包括:所述APP向所述停车位所在的停车场请求驶入或驶出;停车场通过与智慧停车云的交互确定对驶入车辆进行计费或扣费并通知所述APP计费信息。
- 根据权利要求15所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述停车场通过与智慧停车云的交互确定对驶入车辆进行计费或扣费包括:所述停车场收到预订车辆驶入请求消息后,向智慧停车云发出预订车辆驶入执行请求消息,其中携带有车牌号或者用户ID,以及车辆驶入或驶出时间;所述智慧停车云根据收到的预订车辆驶入执行请求,产生计费信息。
- 根据权利要求16所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述计费信息包括车牌号或者用户ID,以及费率或费用。
- 根据权利要求17所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述通知所述APP计费信息包括:所述智慧停车云通过短信方式发送所述费率或费用;或者,所述智慧停车云向所述APP发起停车费用请求消息,其中携带有费率或费用;所述APP向智慧停车云返回停车费用确认消息。
- 根据权利要求15所述的停车管理方法,该方法还包括:所述智慧停车云向停车场返回预订车辆驶入或驶出执行响应消息;所述停车场向APP返回预订车辆驶入或驶出响应消息,以使车辆驶入 或驶出停车场。
- 根据权利要求1、7或15所述的停车管理方法,其中,当停车场停车位状态发生改变时,该方法还包括:所述停车场向智慧停车云发起状态更新消息,其中携带有停车场ID,可预约停车位数量或发生状态改变的停车位的停车位标识、停车位状态或停在该停车位上的车辆的车牌号;所述智慧停车云更新对应停车场的可预约停车位数量或发生状态改变的停车位的停车位标识、停车位状态或停在该停车位上的车辆的车牌号,并向停车场返回状态更新响应消息。
- 根据权利要求5所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述APP向智慧停车云确定预订该停车场的步骤中,所述APP通过向智慧停车云发送预订请求预订停车位,其中,预订的停车位为:用户指定的停车位;或者,根据用户预先设定的停车位选择条件查询计算得到的可供用户选择的停车位。
- 根据权利要求21所述的,其中,所述用户预先设定的停车位选择条件包括如下参数的任意组合:停车位位置特征、停车位功能特征。
- 根据权利要求22所述的停车场管理系统,其中,所述停车位位置特征包括如下特征的任意组合:停车场楼层、距离停车场特定出入口的距离更近、距离停车场内特定设施或商户的距离更近。
- 根据权利要求22所述的停车场管理系统,其中,所述停车位功能特征包括如下功能特征的任意组合:充电功能、网络通信功能、车辆维护功能。
- 一种停车管理方法,当预定停车位的车辆驶入或驶出停车场时,包括:APP向所述预定停车位所在的停车场请求驶入或驶出;停车场通过与智慧停车云的交互确定对驶入车辆进行计费或扣费并通知所述APP计费信息。
- 根据权利要求25所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述APP向所述停车位所在的停车场请求驶入或驶出包括:所述APP向停车场发送预订车辆驶入或驶出请求消息,其中携带有车牌号或者用户ID。
- 根据权利要求25所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述停车场通过与智慧停车云的交互确定对驶入车辆进行计费或扣费包括:所述停车场收到预订车辆驶入请求消息后,向智慧停车云发出预订车辆驶入执行请求消息,其中携带有车牌号或者用户ID,以及车辆驶入或驶出时间;所述智慧停车云根据收到的预订车辆驶入执行请求,产生计费信息。
- 根据权利要求25或27所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述计费信息包括车牌号或者用户ID,以及费率或费用。
- 根据权利要求25或27所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述通知所述APP计费信息包括:所述智慧停车云通过短信方式发送费率或费用;或者,所述智慧停车云向所述APP发起停车费用请求消息,其中携带有费率或费用;所述APP向智慧停车云返回停车费用确认消息。
- 根据权利要求25所述的停车管理方法,该方法还包括:所述智慧停车云向停车场返回预订车辆驶入执行响应消息;所述停车场向APP返回预订车辆驶入响应消息,以使车辆驶入或驶出停车场。
- 一种停车管理方法,当停车场停车位状态发生改变时,包括:停车场向智慧停车云发起状态更新消息,其中携带有停车场ID,可预约停车位数量或发生状态改变的停车位的停车位标识、停车位状态或停在该停车位上的车辆的车牌号;智慧停车云更新对应停车场的可预约停车位数量或发生状态改变的停车位的停车位标识、停车位状态或停在该停车位上的车辆的车牌号,并向停车场返回状态更新响应消息。
- 一种停车管理设备,包括第一查询模块、第一预订模块,其中,第一查询模块,设置为向智慧停车云查询满足预设条件的停车场;第一预订模块,设置为根据智慧停车云返回的停车场信息选择出自身需要的停车场或者智慧停车云推荐的停车场,并向智慧停车云确定预订该停车场的停车位。
- 根据权利要求32所述的停车管理设备,其中,还包括第一车辆驶入驶出处理模块,设置为在预订车辆驶入或驶出停车场,向停车场发送预订车辆驶入或驶出请求消息;接收到来自停车场的预订车辆驶入或驶出响应消息,以使车辆驶入或驶出停车场。
- 根据权利要求32或33所述的停车管理设备,其中,所述停车管理设备为应用客户端,设置在用户随身携带的移动终端中。
- 一种停车管理设备,包括:第一预留模块,设置为在与智慧停车云之间已经建立起安全连接并接收到来自智慧停车云的车位预留请求,为用户ID对应的车牌号或用户代预订车位的车辆的车牌号对应的车辆预留停车位,并将更改停车场状态信息;向智慧停车云返回车位预留响应消息,车位预留响应消息中携带的参数包括可预约停车位数量,或者被预订停车位的停车位标识和停车位状态。
- 根据权利要求35所述的停车管理设备,其中,预留的所述停车位与指定停车位ID相对应;其中,指定停车位ID为用户指定的,或根据用户预先设定的停车位选择条件选择出的。
- 根据权利要求35所述的停车管理设备,其中,所述停车位选择条件包括如下参数的任意组合:停车位位置特征、停车位功能特征。
- 根据权利要求37所述的停车管理设备,其中,所述用户预先设定的停车位位置特征包括如下特征的任意组合:停车场楼层、距离停车场特定出入口的距离更近、距离停车场内特定设施或商户的距离更近。
- 根据权利要求37所述的停车管理设备,其中,所述停车位功能特征包括如下功能特征的任意组合:充电功能、网络通信功能、车辆维护功 能。
- 根据权利要求35所述的停车管理设备,还包括第二车辆驶入驶出处理模块,设置为接收来自APP的预订车辆驶入或驶出请求消息,向智慧停车云发出预订车辆驶入或驶出执行请求消息;接收到来自智慧停车云的预订车辆驶入或驶出执行响应,向APP返回预订车辆驶入或驶出响应消息。
- 根据权利要求35或36所述的停车管理设备,还包括第一更新处理模块,设置为在停车位状态发生改变如第一预留模块表明预留出停车位,或者第二车辆驶入或驶出处理模块表明有车辆驶入或驶出时,向智慧停车云发起状态更新消息。
- 根据权利要求35所述的停车管理设备,其中,所述停车管理设备为停车场管理系统,设置在停车场的管理设备中。
- 一种停车管理设备,包括第二查询模块,第二预定模块;其中,第二查询模块,设置为在与用户的APP之间已经建立起安全连接,接收到来自APP的查询请求时,根据获得的用户的位置信息查询附近的停车场,在查询结果中选择其中一个停车场为推荐停车场,并向获得的用户ID对应的用户的APP发送查询响应消息;第二预定模块,设置为接收到来自APP的预定请求,根据接收到的停车场ID,向对应的停车场发送车位预留请求消息;接收到来自停车场的预留响应消息,更新该停车场的可预约停车位数量,或者被预订停车位的停车位标识和停车位状态,并向用户的APP返回预订响应消息。
- 根据权利要求43所述的停车管理设备,还包括第三车辆驶入驶出处理模块,设置为根据收到的预订车辆驶入或驶出执行请求,开始计费或扣费并通知用户;向停车场返回预订车辆驶入或驶出执行响应消息。
- 根据权利要求43或44所述的停车管理设备,还包括第二更新处理模块,设置为接收到来自停车场的状态更新消息,更新对应停车场的可预约停车位数量或发生状态改变的停车位的停车位标识、停车位状态或停在该停车位上的车辆的车牌号,并向停车场返回状态更新响应消息。
- 根据权利要求43所述的停车管理设备,其中,所述停车管理设备为车辆预定系统,设置在智慧停车云中。
