- 如权利要求2所述一种含磷含氟协同阻燃化合物的制备方法,其特征在于在步骤1)中,所述的二氨基化合物为2,2-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]1,1,1,3,3,3-六氟丙烷,4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷和4,4'-二氨基二苯砜的其中一种;所述第一溶剂选自甲醇、乙醇、四氢呋喃、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷中的一种。
- 如权利要求2所述一种含磷含氟协同阻燃化合物的制备方法,其特征在于在步骤1)中,所述二氨基化合物与第一溶剂的配比为1g∶(1~20)mL,其中,二氨基化合物以质量计算,第一溶剂以体积计算。
- 如权利要求2所述一种含磷含氟协同阻燃化合物的制备方法,其特征在于在步骤1)中,所述反应的条件是于25~90℃下反应2~10h。
- 如权利要求2所述一种含磷含氟协同阻燃化合物的制备方法,其特征在于在步骤1)中,所述二氨基化合物与3,5-双(三氟甲基)苯甲醛的摩尔比为1∶(2~3);所述干燥可采用真空干燥。
- 如权利要求2所述一种含磷含氟协同阻燃化合物的制备方法,其特征在于在步骤2)中,所述含碳氮双键中间体、9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物的摩尔比为1∶(2~3)。
- 如权利要求2所述一种含磷含氟协同阻燃化合物的制备方法,其特征在于在步骤2)中,所述第二溶剂选自N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷中的一种。
- 如权利要求2所述一种含磷含氟协同阻燃化合物的制备方法,其特征在于在步骤2)中,所述含碳氮双键中间体与第二溶剂的配比为1g∶(1~20)mL,其中,含碳氮双键中间体以质量计算,第二溶剂以体积计算;所述反应的条件可于25~90℃下反应8~12h。
- 如权利要求2所述一种含磷含氟协同阻燃化合物的制备方法,其特征在于在步骤2)中,所述沉淀剂选自甲醇、乙醇、正己烷中的一种;所述洗涤可洗涤3遍;所述干燥可采用真空干燥。
