Description

单向离合器 技术领域
本公开涉及一种单向器的密封结构,例如涉及一种单向离合器。
背景技术
单向离合器作为机械传动中的常用部件,可将传动系统随时分离或结合。在使用过程中,它不但要经受高低温的考验,还需要有较好的封闭型,能防止在使用过程中不因油脂的渗漏而失效。单向离合器曲面型腔内的油脂对单向离合器的使用寿命起着关键的作用。
图1是相关技术中单向离合器的局部结构示意图。如图所示,相关技术中单向离合器包括起动齿轮01、传动件02、垫圈03、密封圈04、罩壳05,通过在传动件02外圈添加密封圈04,可以有效防止油脂从传动件02外圈甩出。而由于传动件02内圈没有进行密封设计,油脂仍会从垫圈03与起动齿轮01、传动件02之间的缝隙以及罩壳05与起动齿轮01之间的缝隙中甩出,从而造成单向离合器因内部油脂干涸,起动齿轮01、滚柱(图中未示出)和曲面型腔(图中未示出)之间缺少润滑而过早失效。此外,由于缝隙的存在,外部灰尘杂质和摩擦产生的铁屑进入滚柱(图中未示出)和弹簧(图中未示出)所在的曲面型腔(图中未示出)中,而影响各零部件之间的配合关系,影响单向离合器的使用寿命。

本公开实施例所提供的单向离合器在垫圈与传动件之间增加了一个弹性垫圈20,该弹性垫圈20具有两个平面22、23,两平面22、23之间的夹角为163度到167度,可选方案为165度。包罩壳12时,通过罩壳12将弹性垫圈20紧紧压住,弹性垫圈20产生一定的弹性形变,弹性垫圈20的两平面22、23之间的夹角变大,弹性垫圈20对轴肩21、垫圈18产生力的作用,以保证弹性垫圈20与起动齿轮11一直保持紧密接触,从而更加有效地防止灰尘杂质进入曲面型腔17中,也可防止曲面型腔17中的油脂流出。该弹性垫圈20的材质可选为65Mn,不是橡胶。由于橡胶受压力产生变形,部分橡胶材料会从空隙进入曲面型腔17中,影响滚柱的正常运动,此外,橡胶经过长时间的使用会出现氧化以及碎裂的情况,此种情况下,也会有橡胶杂质进入滚柱所在空间,影响单向离合器的使用寿命,因此,本公开实施例所提供的弹性垫圈20的材质可选65Mn,65Mn为一种弹簧钢,具有强度高、韧性好的优点。
本领域的普通技术人员应当知悉,为了获得更好的密封效果,弹性垫圈20两平面22、23之间的相交处亦可以具有一圆弧过渡。
与相关技术相比较,本公开实施例所提供的单向离合器具有以下优点:第一、弹性垫圈有效防止单向离合器曲面型腔中的油脂飞出,避免了单向离合器在使用过程中因油脂过早渗漏而出现的失效问题,从而提高了产品的使用寿命;第二、弹性垫圈有效防止外部灰尘杂质进入曲面型腔中,从而提高了产品的使用寿命;第三、弹性垫圈对产品的机构基本没有影响,便于广泛应用。

  1. 一种单向离合器,包括:
    一起动齿轮(11),
    套设于所述起动齿轮(11)的一端的一传动件(13),
    包罩于所述传动件(13)的一侧的一罩壳(12),
    设置在所述起动齿轮(11)的一轴肩(21)与所述罩壳(12)之间的一垫圈(18),以及设置在所述轴肩与所述垫圈(18)之间的一弹性垫圈(20);其中,
