容器Cが前記開口部11から挿入されるとき、当該容器Cの本体が前記ホールドゾーン2における少なくとも一部のスポット接合部21に圧接して、この圧接部位のスポット接合部21を剥離可能にする一方、
挿入状態の容器Cの外周面に、残存した最端のスポット接合部21が密着して当該容器Cの外周面がシート材10間に締め付けられることによって、袋体1内における容器Cの遊動を規制し安定的に支持して運搬可能にするという技術的手段を採用したことによって、密着締付式サイズフリー容器運搬袋を完成させた。
容器が前記開口部から挿入されるとき、当該容器の本体が前記ホールドゾーンにおける少なくとも一部のスポット接合部に圧接して、この圧接部位のスポット接合部を剥離可能にする一方、挿入状態の容器の外周面に、残存した最端のスポット接合部が密着して当該容器の外周面がシート材間に締め付けられることによって、袋体内における容器の遊動を規制し安定的に支持して運搬することができる。
この配列例では、袋体1の容器保持部の中央に容器挿通部が形成されており、この容器挿通部の左右それぞれにホールドゾーン2を略対称的に設ける(図1参照)。このホールドゾーン2におけるスポット接合部21・21…の配列は、外側上方から内側下方に向けて直線的に設けられており、スポット接合部21の大きさと略同サイズの隙間とが交互に設けられている。
図6に示す配列例によれば、このホールドゾーン2におけるスポット接合部21・21…の配列は、外側上方から内側下方に向けて直線的に設けられており、スポット接合部21の大きさと略同サイズの隙間とが交互に設けられている前記<配列例1>の直列を左右各2本ずつ平行して設け、ホールドゾーン2を構成している。こうすることによって、容器の支持強度を向上させることができる。
図7および図8に示す配列例によれば、このホールドゾーン2におけるスポット接合部21・21…の配列は、外側上方から内側下方に向けて曲線的に設けられており、スポット接合部21と隙間とが交互に設けられ、容器Cの支持強度に応じてスポット接合部21の大きさ(長さ)を調節することができる。
図9に示す配列例によれば、このホールドゾーン2におけるスポット接合部21・21…の配列は、外側から内側に真横に向けて直線的に設けられており、スポット接合部21の大きさと略同サイズの隙間とが交互に設けられている。前記配列例では下方に向けてスポット接合部21・21…の間隔が狭くなっていったが、本配列例のように容器挿入方向に対して垂直方向に設けたものであっても同様の作用効果を奏することができる。
図10に示す配列例によれば、このホールドゾーン2におけるスポット接合部21・21…の配列は、内側の容器挿通部を除いた所定面積の領域内に多数のスポット接合部21・21…が間隔を置いて設けられている。この際、スポット接合部21の大きさおよび形状は任意である。
図11に示す配列例によれば、前記<配列例1>のスポット接合部21・21…に加え、ホールドゾーン2の外側に、袋体1の両シート材10・10の内側面同士が固着したストッパー3を形成する。こうすることによって、万一、誤ってすべてのスポット接合部21・21…が剥離してしまっても、袋体1の中で容器Cが倒れてしまうなどの大きな被害を防止することができる。なお、ストッパー3を設ける際のスポット接合部21・21…の配列は図示のものに限定されない。
図12に示す配列例によれば、このホールドゾーン2におけるスポット接合部21・21…の配列は、最も外側のスポット接合部21と袋体1の側方の固着部13との間に一定の間隔を設けて、そこにポケット14をそれぞれ形成することができる。このポケット14には、砂糖やミルク、マドラーなどの飲み物や容器に収容する食品の附属品を挿入して保持することができる。
図13に示す配列例によれば、ホールドゾーン2における各スポット接合部21の形状を、短辺と長辺とを有する湾曲状に形成する。こうすることによって、容器Cの挿入時に短辺が圧接されて当該スポット接合部21の一部または全部が剥離される一方、長辺に容器Cの外側面が密着して支持することができる。

Claims (3)
- 熱可塑性樹脂材料からなる一対のシート材(10・10)が対面して重なり、上部に開口部(11)が形成され、かつ、下部に底面(12)を有する袋体(1)であって、この袋体(1)には少なくとも1以上の容器保持部が形成されており、
この容器保持部において、袋体(1)の両シート材(10・10)の内側面同士が点状に接合されてなる複数のスポット接合部(21・21…)が設けられたホールドゾーン(2)が形成されており、
容器(C)が前記開口部(11)から挿入されるとき、当該容器(C)の本体が前記ホールドゾーン(2)における少なくとも一部のスポット接合部(21)に圧接して、この圧接部位のスポット接合部(21)が剥離可能である一方、
挿入状態の容器(C)の外周面に、残存した最端のスポット接合部(21)が密着して当該容器(C)の外周面がシート材(10)間に締め付けられることによって、袋体(1)内における容器(C)の遊動を規制し安定的に支持して運搬可能であることを特徴とする密着締付式サイズフリー容器運搬袋。 - 袋体(1)の容器保持部の中央に容器挿通部が形成されており、この容器挿通部の左右それぞれにホールドゾーン(2)が略対称的に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の密着締付式サイズフリー容器運搬袋。
- ホールドゾーン(2)の外側に、袋体(1)の両シート材(10・10)の内側面同士が固着したストッパー(3)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の密着締付式サイズフリー容器運搬袋。
