Abstract

Description

用于轨道车辆的车辆门以及包括该车辆门的轨道车辆
本申请要求在2015年12月15日提交中国知识产权局、申请号为201510939222.4、发明名称为“用于轨道车辆的车辆门以及包括该车辆门的轨道车辆”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及轨道车辆设备,尤其涉及一种用于轨道车辆的车辆门以及包括该车辆门的轨道车辆。
背景技术
随着轨道交通的快速发展以及运营速度的大幅提升,对于车辆配套设施的成本控制、安全使用和结构稳定性提出了更高的设计要求。
现有轨道车辆上的车辆门通常包括由四根梁组成的框体,以及两层门皮,框体可以分别和两层门皮通过一条沿周边延伸的环形结构胶粘接,两层门皮根据安装后的位置可以分为内门皮和外门皮。当轨道列车快速穿行于站间的时候,车辆不断受到振动冲击,高湿度、腐蚀性和高热膨胀等的外部环境因素引起冷热交替带来的冷热循环冲击会使门皮与框体之间的粘接处产生振动应力,导致门皮与框体之间的粘接牢度降低甚至失效开裂。因此如何在轨道车辆上减小车辆门发生上述问题的概率,是需要考虑的问题。此外,也始终存在着降低车辆门的重量和生产成本的需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种车辆门,其中第一门皮与第二门皮之间机械连接,从而有效地降低了门皮与框体之间的粘接失效风险,进而提高了车辆门的可靠性。此外,本发明所提供的车辆门的重量及生产成本相对于现有技术的车辆 门均显著降低。
为此,本发明实施方式的一个方面是提供了一种车辆门,其包括形成层压结构的第一门皮、第二门皮以及填充在所述第一门皮和所述第二门皮之间的发泡材料,所述第一门皮具有至少一个翻折边缘部,所述第二门皮在与每一个所述翻折边缘部相对应的位置,具有夹紧在所述翻折边缘部中的第一折弯边缘部。
根据本发明实施方式提供的车辆门,第一门皮和第二门皮的固定至少有一部分是通过翻折夹紧工艺代替与框体粘接来实现的,与现有技术中需要第一门皮和第二门皮全部通过与框体粘接固定相比,在第一门皮和第二门皮之间的翻折夹紧部相对应的位置无需设置框体,从而有效地减轻了车辆门的重量,并且节约了生产成本,例如节约了框体材料、粘接材料和框体组装工序的时间;尤其是在使用过程中,由于第一门皮和第二门皮的固定至少有一部分是通过翻折夹紧工艺来实现的,因而能够有效地降低门皮与框体之间粘接失效的风险,提高门皮固定连接的可靠性,从而提高采用该车辆门的轨道车辆的可靠性和安全性。
为了能够最大程度地实现本发明的前述优点,在本发明的第二个方面中,该车辆门的第一门皮的边缘部均为翻折边缘部。在这一方面中,由于省略了框体,因此在车辆门为弯折状的车辆门时,还能够提高车辆门的结构形状稳定性和强度。
考虑到车辆门通常还具有窗口,因此为了提高第一门皮和第二门皮在窗口处的连接可靠性,在本发明的第三方面中,所述第一门皮和所述第二门皮上分别具有相对的开口,所述第二门皮在所述开口处具有至少一个第二折弯边缘部,且所述第二折弯边缘部能够与所述第一门皮的所述开口处的边缘部叠置且连接固定,并在所述开口处构成容置门窗板的台阶槽结构。
在前述各个方面中,为了保证车辆门的密封性能和连接可靠性,本发明的车辆门的所述第一门皮和所述第二门皮的接触区域还设置有粘接剂;或者,所述第一门皮的边缘部和所述第二门皮的边缘部还通过胶焊连接固定; 或者,所述第一门皮和所述第二门皮的接触区域还设置有密封胶,且所述第一门皮的边缘部和所述第二门皮的边缘部铆接固定。
另外在轨道车辆运行过程中,需要考虑噪音对乘车舒适度的影响,因此,为了车辆门能够更好地隔音降噪,在本发明的又一方面中可以优选采用厚度不同的第一门皮和第二门皮。第一门皮可以为内门皮,第二门皮可以为外门皮,并且优选采用外门皮的厚度大于内门皮的厚度,以提高车辆门的可靠性。在本发明的又一方面中,所述第一门皮与所述第二门皮可以由不锈钢材料制成。
考虑到轨道车辆的车体的侧面通常为弯折状的侧面以符合轨道车辆运行的要求,因此,根据本发明的又一个实施方案,本发明所提供的车辆门为弯折形状的车辆门。由于构成车辆门的纵向侧面的门皮部分在弯折处极易产生残余应力而导致车辆门的强度降低,在本发明的又一方面中,可以将构成所述车辆门的纵向侧面的门皮部分,在弯折处开设切口。
在本发明的又一方面中,该车辆门还包括设置在所述车辆门的侧面的连接件。
在本发明的又一方面中,该车辆门还包括设置在所述车辆门的侧面的加强板。
在本发明的又一方面中,该车辆门还包括条形密封件,用于密封车辆门和车体之间或者车辆门之间的缝隙,该条形密封件具有用于与所述车辆门的侧面通过连接件固定的主体部,以及从所述主体部的一侧延伸的第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部,其中,所述第一密封唇部和所述第二密封唇部的相对的一侧能够彼此卡配固定,且卡配固定后的所述第一密封唇部和所述第二密封唇部能够与所述主体部形成容置所述连接件的空间。采用这种车辆门,能够在车辆门与车体处于装配的状态下,简单方便地拆装条形密封件,使得轨道车辆门的维护更为方便,并且有效地节约了拆装的时间,提高了工作效率。
另外,能够实现第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部的卡配固定的形式有多种,在本发明的又一方面中,第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部可以通过分别设 置在所述第一密封唇部和所述第二密封唇部相对的一侧上的凸起部和凹槽部卡配固定。
凸起部和凹槽部的具体数量不限,例如,在本发明的又一方面中,第一密封唇部上可以设置有在所述第一密封唇部的纵向方向上间隔设置的多个凸起部。或者,第一密封唇部上还可以设置有沿着第一密封唇部的纵向方向延伸的一个凸起部,采用这种形式的凸起部能够在第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部卡配固定后,在卡配固定部的一侧与所述主体部形成密封所述连接件的空间,从而能够遮挡连接件,使得车辆门从外部看较为美观。更重要的是,能够有效地防止在使用过程中连接件受到外界环境的腐蚀等影响。
考虑到条形密封件与车体的密封条的配合需要易于接合密封或者相互分离,因此在本发明的又一方面中,该条形密封件的第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部可以在卡配固定部远离主体部的一侧形成与车体上的密封条密封配合的燕尾型槽,使得车辆门移动过程中,条形密封件与车体的密封条能够容易地分离或者接合密封。当然,该条形密封件的第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部还可以在卡配固定部远离主体部的一侧形成其它类型的与车体上的密封条密封配合的槽,或者,该条形密封件的第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部的远离主体部的端部形成与车体上的密封槽配合的密封部。
另外,凸起部和凹槽部的具体形式不限,例如所述凸起部为倒钩状凸起或球形凸起。考虑到轨道车辆运行中对车辆门的冲击振动,容易使第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部之间的卡配固定失效,因此为了提高连接可靠性,在本发明的又一方面中,凸起部优选采用倒钩状凸起,也就是凸起部的横截面为倒钩状。
在本发明的又一方面中,轨道车辆门还可以包括易于拆装的另一种形式的条形密封件,其用于密封所述车辆门与车体之间或车辆门之间的缝隙。所述条形密封件具有用于与所述车辆门的侧面通过连接件固定的主体部,以及从所述主体部的一侧延伸的第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部。其中,所述第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部在相对的一侧上分别具有突出部,且所述第一密封 唇部和第二密封唇部在所述突出部的一侧与所述主体部形成容置所述连接件的空间。
另外,当用于连接条形密封件的连接件为螺钉时,本发明的又一方面中的车辆门还可以包括位于所述螺钉的头部与所述主体部之间的压板。
在本发明的又一方面中,所述条形密封件可以为橡胶条形密封件。当然,条形密封件还可以采用其他的弹性材料制成,只要能够实现车辆门与车体之间的密封即可。
本发明的又一方面是提供一种轨道车辆,其包括上述任一实施方式提供的车辆门。在轨道车辆中应用本发明实施方式中的上述任何一种车辆门,能够有效地减轻车辆门的重量,并且节约生产成本。在本发明中,车辆门的“纵向”指的是车辆门在轨道车辆上的安装使用状态时的上下方向,相应地,车辆门的“横向”指的是车辆门在轨道车辆上的安装使用状态时的前后方向。“内门皮”指的是车辆门在轨道车辆上的安装使用状态时朝向轨道车辆车厢内部的门皮,相应地,“外门皮”指的是车辆门在轨道车辆上的安装使用状态时朝向轨道车辆车厢外部的门皮。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供的车辆门,其包括形成层压结构的第一门皮、第二门皮以及填充在第一门皮和第二门皮之间的发泡材料。第一门皮具有至少一个翻折边缘部,第二门皮在与每一个所述翻折边缘部相对应的位置,具有夹紧在该翻折边缘部中的第一折弯边缘部,也就是其中第一门皮与第二门皮之间至少一部分通过翻折夹紧工艺固定来代替与框体的梁粘接,从而有效地降低门皮与框体之间的粘接失效风险,进而提高车辆门的可靠性同时降低生产成本。
为更清楚地理解本发明,下面以矩形的车辆门为例并参照附图以及不同的实施例进行详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,为本发明的第一实施例的车辆门的结构示意图,该车辆门包括形成层压结构的第一门皮101、第二门皮102、由三根梁构成的框体104,以及填充在第一门皮101和第二门皮102之间的发泡材料103,其中,第一门皮101具有一个翻折边缘部1011,第二门皮102在每一个该翻折边缘 部1011相对应的位置处,具有夹紧在翻折边缘部1011中的第一折弯边缘部1021,也就是说第一门皮101的边缘中的一部分通过翻折夹紧工艺将相对应的第二门皮102的边缘的一部分折弯边缘夹紧固定;除了通过翻折夹紧的部分,第一门皮101和第二门皮102的其余部分通过粘接剂与框体104粘接固定。
由上述结构可知,本实施例所提供的车辆门在制造过程中,第一门皮101和第二门皮102的固定中有一部分是通过翻折夹紧工艺代替与框体的梁粘接来实现的,与现有技术中需要将第一门皮和第二门皮全部通过与框体粘接固定相比,在第一门皮101和第二门皮102之间的翻折夹紧部相对应的位置无需设置框体,从而有效地减轻了车辆门的重量,并且节约了生产成本,例如节约了部分框体材料、粘接材料和框体组装工序的时间。
另外,从图1中并参考图7和图8可以看出,第一翻折边缘部1011和第一折弯边缘部1021位于车辆门的一个纵向侧面。当车辆门需要具有一个如图8所示的折弯区域以配合轨道车辆的侧面轮廓时,现有技术中的车辆门需要将框体中的纵向梁折弯。这容易引起折弯残余应力和填充发泡材料的回弹现象。相反,本实施例所提供的车辆门因为省略了纵向梁,能够避免前述问题,从而提高车辆门的结构形状稳定性和强度。
在本实施例中,翻折边缘部1011位于第一门皮101的一个纵向边缘,当然,该翻折边缘部的位置还可以位于第一门皮的顶侧或底侧的横向边缘;另外,尽管本实施例中仅示出了第一门皮101和第二门皮102采用其中一个边缘部翻折夹紧的方式固定连接,但是可以想到,第一门皮和第二门皮还可以采用任意两个边缘部、三个边缘部、甚至是全部边缘部翻折夹紧的方式固定连接,以代替与框体的粘接连接。
具体地,参照图3所示,为本发明的第二实施例的车辆门的结构示意图,本实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,第一门皮101的全部边缘为翻折边缘部1011,第二门皮102的边缘全部为第一折弯边缘部1021。也就是说,本实施例所提供的车辆门的第一门皮101和第二门皮102完全通过边缘部的翻折夹 紧工艺来固定,而无需框体。
因此,本实施例提供的车辆门在制造过程中,能够极大程度地减轻车辆门的重量,并且节约了生产成本,例如节约了框体材料、粘接材料(例如多达50%)和框体组装工序的时间;尤其是本实施例提供的车辆门在使用过程中,由于两个门皮完全通过翻折夹紧的方式来固定,因而能够有效地提高第一门皮和第二门皮固定连接的可靠性,从而提高了采用该车辆门的轨道车辆的可靠性和安全性;另外由于其省略了框体,因此还能够在车辆门为弯折状的车辆门时,提高车辆门的结构形状稳定性和强度。
需要说明的是,第一门皮可以为内门皮,第二门皮可以为外门皮,或者,反之亦可,具体根据车辆门的使用要求来确定。为了使得车辆门与车体的安装更为简单且密封性更好,在本发明的一些实施例中,第一门皮为内门皮,第二门皮为外门皮,也就是说,内门皮的边缘部中的至少一部分翻折夹紧外门皮的边缘部中的至少一部分,优选内门皮的全部边缘部翻折夹紧外门皮的边缘部。
另外,在第一门皮和第二门皮的翻折夹紧固定处,为了保证车辆门的密封性能和连接可靠性,本发明所提供的车辆门通常还可以在第一门皮101和第二门皮102的接触区域涂覆有粘接剂107(参照图6所示)。当然对于本领域技术人员应当理解的是,第一门皮101的边缘部和第二门皮102的边缘部还可以通过胶焊连接固定;或者在第一门皮101和第二门皮102的接触区域涂覆有密封胶,且通过铆钉将第一门皮101的边缘部和第二门皮102的边缘部铆接固定,等等。
另外需要考虑的是车辆门通常还具有窗口,因此,在前述任一实施例的基础上,第一门皮和第二门皮上还分别具有相对的开口。由此,本发明还提供了车辆门的第三实施例,参照图4至图6所示,其中第一门皮101和第二门皮102上还分别具有相对的开口,并且第二门皮102的开口处的边缘部全部为第二折弯边缘部1021,并且该第二折弯边缘部能够与第一门皮101的开口处的边缘部叠置,并在开口处构成容置门窗板106的台阶槽结构,并且通 过在第一门皮101和第二门皮102的接触区域(叠置处)设置粘接剂107将第一门皮101和第二门皮102连接。其中,门窗板106可以通过粘接剂105粘接固定于该台阶槽结构中。
由上述结构可知,本实施例提供的车辆门的第一门皮101和第二门皮102在设置门窗板的开口处的边缘部未通过窗框而连接,因此有效地提高了车辆门的可靠性和安全性。
当然,在本实施例中,在第一门皮和第二门皮的叠置处,第一门皮101的边缘部和第二门皮102的边缘部还可以通过胶焊连接固定;或者,在第一门皮101和第二门皮102的接触区域还设置有密封胶,且第一门皮101和第二门皮102的开口处的边缘部通过铆钉固定,以替代第一门皮101和第二门皮102在叠置处通过粘接剂连接的方式。
为配合轨道车辆车体弯折状的侧面,轨道车辆的车辆门通常具有一个弯折的区域。在车辆门的弯折区域容易产生残余应力而导致车辆门的强度降低。因此,本发明还提供了车辆门的第四实施例,可以在前述任一实施例的基础上,参照图7至图9所示,将第二门皮302的构成车辆门的纵向侧面的部分,在弯折处开设切口3023。该切口可以从该纵向侧面的一个边缘延伸至另一个边缘。例如参照图9所示该切口可以为呈设定角度的V形切口,该设定角度具体根据车辆门的要求来确定,例如,当车辆门的弯折角度为5°时,则该设定角度可以为5°或者大于5°。
当将第二门皮302弯折时,由于在门皮的构成车辆门的纵向侧面的部分具有切口,因此能够有效地减小由于弯折而造成的挤压残余应力,甚至能够消除挤压残余应力,从而有效地提高车辆门的强度。
因此,为了有效地减小由于弯折而造成的挤压残余应力,可以在构成车辆门的每一个纵向侧面的门皮部分,在弯折处开设切口。
另外,考虑到车辆门与车体的配合,因此,在本发明提供的车辆门的第五实施例中,还可以在前述任一实施例的基础上,参照图6和图10所示,还包括设置在车辆门的侧面的第一连接件30,以用于通过例如螺钉等将车辆门 连接到与车体配合的安装部(例如参照图10的滑动件700等),以及用于在车辆门的侧面通过例如螺钉等安装条形密封件(例如参照图4所示的条形密封件40、41)。例如,参照图6所示,设置在车辆门的侧面的第一连接件30为铆螺母。
并且,参照图6所示,为了提高车辆门的连接强度,本发明还提供了车辆门的又一实施例,其可以为在前述任一实施例的基础上,还包括设置在车辆门的侧面的加强板50,以提高车辆门的连接强度。
另外在轨道车辆运行过程中,需要考虑噪音对乘车舒适度的影响,因此,为了车辆门能够更好地隔音降噪,在本发明的任一实施例中可以优选采用厚度不同的第一门皮和第二门皮,使得在车辆运行过程中,第一门皮和第二门皮不会发生共振,从而有效地改善车辆门的隔音降噪性能,从而提高乘车舒适度。
并且,由于在轨道车辆运行的过程中,车辆门的外门皮承受更大的冲击载荷并与高湿度、腐蚀性和高热膨胀等的外部环境直接接触,因此在本发明的任一实施例中可以优选采用外门皮的厚度大于内门皮的厚度,以提高车辆门的可靠性。优选外门皮的厚度是内门皮厚度的1.2-2.5倍。另外,本发明所提供的车辆门的门皮的材质不限,例如可以为不锈钢材料、铝合金等。
另外,车辆门通常安装有条形密封件,以便能够在车辆门与车体装配之后很好地密封轨道车辆。图4,图11和图19分别示出了本发明所提供的车辆门的另外的实施例的横向剖面结构示意图和不同部分的局部结构示意图。图12示出了其中的条形密封件40的结构,图13示出了安装该条形密封件后的轨道车辆门的横向剖面结构的局部放大示意图,其中车辆门包括门体10、条形密封件40以及第二连接件60。其中,第一门皮和第二门皮和发泡材料构成的层压结构构成门体10。
条形密封件40具有主体部401,以及从主体部401的一侧延伸的第一密封唇部402a和第二密封唇部402b,其中第一密封唇部402a具有凸起部402a1,第二密封唇部402b具有凹槽部402b1,凸起部402a1与凹槽部402b1能够卡 配固定;主体部401具有安装孔4011。
本实施例的车辆门的安装过程如下:
条形密封件40的第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部的凸起部402a1与凹槽部402b1初始处于分开状态(参照图12),通过第二连接件60穿过安装孔4011,将条形密封件40与门体10固定(参照图11);之后,将凸起部402a1与凹槽部402b1卡配固定,使得第一密封唇部402a和第二密封唇部402b接合在一起(参照图13)。此时,第一密封唇部402a和第二密封唇部402b与主体部401形成了容置第二连接件60的空间,并且第一密封唇部402a和第二密封唇部402b在卡配固定部远离主体部401的一侧形成了燕尾型槽。
然后,将安装有条形密封件40的车辆门装配至车体500上,使得条形密封件40的燕尾型槽与车体500上的密封条501相接合。
由本实施例的上述安装过程可知,当采用本实施提供的车辆门,出现需要更换条形密封件的情况时,可以首先将凸起部402a1和凹槽部402b1的卡配分开,然后将第二连接件60拆卸掉,从而将条形密封件从门体10卸下;之后,将新的条形密封件通过连接件与门体10安装固定,方便地实现条形密封件的更换。
由上可知,相较于现有技术,采用具有本实施例中的车辆门,能够在车辆门与车体处于装配的状态下,简单方便地拆装条形密封件,使得轨道车辆门的维护极为方便,并且有效地节约了拆装的时间,提高了工作效率。
并且,本实施例中的条形密封件的第一密封唇部与第二密封唇部卡配固定之后,由于第一密封唇部402a上具有一个沿着其纵向方向延伸的凸起部(参照图14),第二密封唇部402b上具有一个沿着其纵向方向延伸的凹槽部(参照图15),从而与主体部形成密封连接件的空间,因此还能够很好地遮盖安装孔处的连接件,并有效地防止在使用过程中,连接件受到外界环境的腐蚀等影响。
同时,从上述条形密封件的安装过程可知,本发明所提供的车辆门无需在门体上开设T型槽,便能够简单地通过连接件将条形密封件安装至门体。
另外,本实施例示出了第一密封唇部402a上具有一个沿着其纵向方向延伸的凸起部,但是应当领会的是,第一密封唇部402a上还可以具有在其纵向方向上间隔设置的多个凸起部,例如图16中所示,其中第一密封唇部402a上设置有在其纵向方向上间隔设置的多个凸起部,例如二个、三个或更多个,在本实施例中示出为四个,相应地,第二密封唇部402b上设置有四个凹槽部(参照图17)。
需要说明的是,凸起部和凹槽部的具体形式有多种,例如,凸起部可以采用球形凸起的形式;或者采用倒钩状的形式,等等。在一个优选的实施例中,凸起部为倒钩状凸起部(参照图12),以提高第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部之间的卡配固定的可靠性。
图19示出了条形密封件另一种可选的实施方式。该条形密封件41具有主体部411,以及从主体部411的一侧延伸的第一密封唇部412a和第二密封唇部412b,其中第一密封唇部412a和第二密封唇部412b在相对的一侧上分别具有突出部(412a1,412b1),第一密封唇部412a和第二密封唇部412b在突出部(412a1,412b1)的一侧与主体部411形成容置第二连接件60的空间,第一密封唇部412a和第二密封唇部412b在远离主体部的突出部(412a1,412b1)另一侧与另一个车辆门或者车体上的条形密封件密封配合。
需要说明的是,条形密封件的材质不限,可以为任何能够起密封作用的弹性材料,例如橡胶;在本发明的实施例中示出了利用螺钉和安装孔来连接条形密封件和门体,但是应当理解的是,连接件并不限于此,例如还可以为铆钉、开口销钉等。
进一步地,当连接件采用螺钉时,为了提高螺钉与条形密封件之间的连接可靠性,参照图18,在前一实施例的基础上,本发明的车辆门还包括压板600,压板600位于螺钉(第二连接件60)的头部与主体部401之间。
由于本实施例所提供的车辆门还包括设置在螺钉的头部与主体部之间的压板,因而能够在简单方便地拆装条形密封件的同时,提高螺钉与条形密封件的连接可靠性,尤其当条形密封件为橡胶密封件时,前述效果尤为明显, 能够有效地防止螺钉与橡胶之间的连接磨损,从而提高连接可靠性。
本发明中所称的折弯边缘部可以利用将钣金件折弯的折弯机来实现,翻折夹紧可以利用能够将第一门皮和第二门皮的边缘部翻折夹紧的机械设备来实现。条形密封件的第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部的卡配固定还可以通过卡勾和卡口的配合来实现。发泡材料可以选用聚氨酯泡沫等,在此不做具体限定。
尽管在此本发明所提供的车辆门是通过矩形车辆门加以说明,但是本领域技术人员根据本发明的上述各个实施例可知,其它形状的车辆门也可以根据需要应用上述各个有益的技术特征。
以上参照附图对本发明的具体实现方式进行了详细说明,显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种用于轨道车辆的车辆门,其特征在于,包括形成层压结构的第一门皮、第二门皮以及填充在所述第一门皮和所述第二门皮之间的发泡材料,所述第一门皮具有至少一个翻折边缘部,所述第二门皮在与每一个所述翻折边缘部相对应的位置,具有夹紧在所述翻折边缘部中的第一折弯边缘部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述第一门皮的边缘部均为翻折边缘部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述第一门皮和所述第二门皮上分别具有相对的开口,所述第二门皮在所述开口处具有至少一个第二折弯边缘部,且所述第二折弯边缘部能够与所述第一门皮的所述开口处的边缘部叠置且连接固定,并在所述开口处构成容置门窗板的台阶槽结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述第一门皮和所述第二门皮的接触区域还设置有粘接剂;或者,所述第一门皮的边缘部和所述第二门皮的边缘部还通过胶焊连接固定;或者,所述第一门皮和所述第二门皮的接触区域还设置有密封胶,且所述第一门皮的边缘部和所述第二门皮的边缘部铆接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述第一门皮和所述第二门皮的厚度不同。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述第一门皮为内门皮,所述第二门皮为外门皮,所述外门皮的厚度大于所述内门皮的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述第一门皮和所述第二门皮由不锈钢材料制成。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述车辆门为弯折状的车辆门,构成所述车辆门的纵向侧面的门皮部分在弯折处开设有切口。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆门,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述车辆门的侧面的连接件。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆门,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述车辆门的侧面的加强板。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆门,其特征在于,还包括条形密封件,用于密封所述车辆门和车体之间或车辆门之间的缝隙,所述条形密封件具有用于与所述车辆门的侧面通过连接件固定的主体部,以及从所述主体部的一侧延伸的第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部,其中,
    所述第一密封唇部和所述第二密封唇部的相对的一侧能够彼此卡配固定,且卡配固定后的所述第一密封唇部和所述第二密封唇部能够与所述主体部形成容置所述连接件的空间。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述第一密封唇部和所述第二密封唇部能够通过分别设置在所述第一密封唇部和所述第二密封唇部相对的一侧上的凸起部和凹槽部卡配固定。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述第一密封唇部上设置有在所述第一密封唇部的纵向方向上间隔设置的多个凸起部,或者,所述第一密封唇部上设置有沿着所述第一密封唇部的纵向方向延伸的一个凸起部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述凸起部的横截面为倒钩状。
  15. 根据权利要求11~14中任一项所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述第一密封唇部和所述第二密封唇部在卡配固定部远离所述主体部的一侧形成与所述车体上的密封条密封配合的燕尾型槽。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆门,其特征在于,还包括条形密封件,用于密封所述车辆门与车体之间或车辆门之间的缝隙,所述条形密封件具有用于与所述车辆门的侧面通过连接件固定的主体部,以及从所述主体部的一侧延伸的第一密封唇部和第二密封唇部,其中,
    所述第一密封唇部和所述第二密封唇部在相对的一侧上分别具有突出部,且所述第一密封唇部和所述第二密封唇部在所述突出部的一侧与所述主 体部形成容置所述连接件的空间。
  17. 根据权利要求11或16所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述条形密封件为橡胶条形密封件。
  18. 根据权利要求11或16所述的车辆门,其特征在于,所述连接件为螺钉,所述轨道车辆门还包括位于所述螺钉的头部与所述主体部之间的压板。
  19. 一种轨道车辆,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至18中任一项所述的车辆门。
