Definitions
- the present invention relates to rail vehicle equipment, and more particularly to a vehicle door for a rail vehicle and a rail vehicle including the vehicle door.
- the vehicle door on the existing rail vehicle usually comprises a frame composed of four beams and two layers of door skins, and the frame body can be respectively bonded to the two layers of door skin through a ring structure adhesive extending along the periphery, two layers of door skins. According to the position after installation, it can be divided into inner door skin and outer door skin.
- the external environment factors such as high humidity, corrosiveness and high thermal expansion cause the thermal shock caused by the alternating heat and cold to cause the door between the door and the frame.
- the joint of the joint generates vibration stress, resulting in a decrease in the adhesion fastness between the door skin and the frame body or even failure cracking. Therefore, how to reduce the probability that the vehicle door has the above problem on the rail vehicle is a problem to be considered. In addition, there is always a need to reduce the weight and production cost of the vehicle door.
- the invention provides a vehicle door in which a mechanical connection between a first door skin and a second door skin is provided, thereby effectively reducing the risk of adhesive failure between the door skin and the frame body, thereby improving the reliability of the vehicle door.

Tightening the process to fix without the need for a frame.
- the vehicle door provided by the embodiment can greatly reduce the weight of the vehicle door during the manufacturing process, and saves the production cost, for example, saving the frame material, the bonding material (for example, up to 50%) and the frame.
- the time of the body assembly process; in particular, the vehicle door provided by the embodiment is effective in improving the first door skin and the second door skin during the use of the door skin because the two door skins are completely fixed by folding and clamping.
- the reliability of the fixed connection improves the reliability and safety of the rail vehicle using the vehicle door; and because it omits the frame, it can also improve the vehicle door when the vehicle door is a bent vehicle door Structural shape stability and strength.
- the first door skin may be an inner door skin
- the second door skin may be an outer door skin, or vice versa, depending on the use requirements of the vehicle door.
- the first door skin is an inner door skin

- the space of 60, the first sealing lip 412a and the second sealing lip 412b are in sealing engagement with the strip seal on the other vehicle door or body on the other side of the projection (412a1, 412b1) away from the body portion.
- the material of the strip seal is not limited, and may be any elastic material capable of sealing, such as rubber; in the embodiment of the invention, the screw and the mounting hole are used to connect the strip seal and The door body, but it should be understood that the connecting member is not limited thereto, and may be, for example, a rivet, a split pin or the like.
- the vehicle door of the present invention further includes a pressure plate 600 and a pressure plate 600 on the basis of the previous embodiment. Located between the head of the screw (second connector 60) and the body portion 401.
- the vehicle door provided by the embodiment further includes a pressure plate disposed between the head of the screw and the main body portion, the connection between the screw and the strip seal can be improved while the strip seal is easily and conveniently disassembled. Sex, especially when the strip seal is a rubber seal, the aforementioned effect is particularly obvious. It can effectively prevent the connection between the screw and the rubber from being worn, thereby improving the connection reliability.
- the bent edge portion referred to in the present invention can be realized by a bending machine that bends the sheet metal member, and the folding and clamping can utilize the ability to fold the edge portions of the first door skin and the second door skin by folding. Mechanical equipment to achieve.
- the engagement of the first sealing lip and the second sealing lip of the strip seal can also be achieved by the engagement of the hook and the bayonet.
- the foaming material may be a polyurethane foam or the like, which is not specifically limited herein.
- vehicle door provided by the present invention is illustrated by a rectangular vehicle door, those skilled in the art will appreciate from the various embodiments of the present invention that other shapes of vehicle doors may also employ the various advantageous technical features described above as desired.
