En identifiant un répulsif pour lutter contre les insectes nuisibles sous la forme d'un produit pulvérulent, la présente invention concerne une composition répulsive pulvérulente sans alcool pour lutter contre les insectes nuisibles qui possède un excellent effet répulsif contre les insectes nuisibles et qui est très sûre pour les êtres humains et les animaux et qui, par ailleurs, donne une bonne satisfaction d'utilisation et présente une longue persistance. La composition répulsive pulvérulente pour lutter contre les insectes nuisibles comprend un répulsif d'insectes nuisibles comprenant, comme principe actif, au moins un élément sélectionné dans le groupe constitué du DEET, du 3-(N-N-butyl-N-acétyl)aminopropionate d'éthyle et de l'icaridine, un agent atténuateur d'irritation comprenant un solvant de type glycol comme principe actif, un agent rétenteur d'humidité comprenant du talc comme principe actif et un absorbant d'huile comprenant un composé d'acide silicique comme principe actif, le rapport (a/b) en poids de la teneur (a) de l'agent rétenteur d'humidité à la teneur (b) de l'absorbant d'huile est de 3/1 à 20/1.
