Claims (6)
- 一种无导轨液压升降平台,其特征在于:包括液压泵站(1)、设置在旋转楼梯内部地面的三个并联液压缸(2)和升降平台(5),所述三个并联液压缸(2)呈等边三角形布置,所述的升降平台(5)固定在三个并联液压缸(2)顶部;所述的升降平台(5)包括载重台(5-2),所述的载重台(5-2)上部设有扶手(5-1),载重台(5-2)的进出口处设有环形门(5-3)和外摆门(5-4),下部固接有上桁架(5-5);所述上桁架(5-5)下方平行布置有中间桁架(5-7)和下桁架(5-8),所述的中间桁架(5-7)上部设有平台过渡装置(5-6),所述的下桁架(5-8)上部设有调偏载装置(5-9);所述的上桁架(5-5)、中间桁架(5-7)和下桁架(5-8)之间通过竖直支撑板(5-10)固接;所述的平台过渡装置(5-6)包括上支撑导向架(5-11)和固接在上支撑导向架(5-11)上部的上电动推杆(5-12),上电动推杆(5-12)右端铰接有踏板组件(5-13),所述踏板组件(5-13)可在上支撑导向架(5-11)上部沿上电动推杆(5-12)的伸缩方向移动,且内部设有升降机构;所述的调偏载装置(5-9)包括伺服电机(5-14)和旋转平台(5-15),旋转平台(5-15)连接到伺服电机(5-14)上,旋转平台(5-15)上方设有下支撑导向架(5-16);所述下支撑导向架(5-16)上部固接有下电动推杆(5-17),下电动推杆(5-17)右端铰接有偏载对重,所述偏载对重可在下支撑导向架(5-16)上沿下电动推杆(5-17)的伸缩方向移动;所述下支撑导向架(5-16)底部安装滚轮(5-20),滚轮(5-20)可沿着固接在下桁架(5-8)上的圆形导轨(5-19)滚动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种无导轨液压升降平台,其特征在于:所述的偏载对重包括对重块(5-21),对重块(5-21)安装在对重架(5-22)上,对重架(5-22)底部设有对重轮(5-23),对重轮(5-23)放置在下支撑导向架(5-16)上。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种无导轨液压升降平台,其特征在于:所述的升降平台(5)所停靠的层站处设有护栏(3)。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种无导轨液压升降平台,其特征在于:所述的升降平台(5)底部与地基之间设有可伸缩的套筒保护罩组(4),套筒保护罩组(4)下部与地基固定,上部与升降平台(5)底部相连。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种无导轨液压升降平台,其特征在于:三个并联液压缸(2)外上套设三角固定架(6),所述三角固定架(6)上表面和下桁架(5-8)的下表面固接。
- 一种无导轨液压升降平台的升降方法,其特征在于:(1)通过液压泵站(1)驱动三个并联液压缸(2)同步运动,实现升降平台(5)的平稳上升;(2)当升降平台(5)到达预定的楼层时,升降平台(5)底部的踏板组件(5-13)由上电动推杆(5-12)推出,然后踏板组件(5-13)通过内部的升降机构使踏板向上升起至与载重台(5-2)的表面齐平,此时升降平台(5)与楼层间的外摆门(5-4)打开,形成护栏;(3)踏板组件(5-13)和外摆门(5-4)完成动作后,环形门(5-3)打开以供人员从升降平台(5)上经踏板组件(5-13)走上楼梯;人员在载重台(5-2)上非均匀分布会造成系统重心偏离载重台(5-2)的中心,当设置在升降平台(5)上的压力传感器检测到重心的偏离时,启动伺服电机(5-14)驱动旋转平台(5-15)回转,旋转平台(5-15)带动与其连接的下支撑导向架(5-16)回转,下支撑导向架(5-16)底部的滚轮(5-20)沿着固接在下桁架(5-8)上的圆形导轨(5-19)滚动,使下支撑导向架(5-16)绕旋转中心旋转运动到重心偏离位置的反向对应角度;(4)下电动推杆(5-17)带动偏载对重移动,使对重块(5-21)在对重轮(5-23)的带动下沿下电动推杆(5-17)的伸缩方向移动,实现重心的平衡,消除平台偏载。
