4,4’,4”-トリアミノトリフェニルアミン、4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)ベンゼン-1,3-ジアミン、3,5-ジアミノ-N-(4-アミノフェニル)ベンズアミド、3,5-ジアミノ-N-(4-アミノフェニル)-4-メトキシベンズアミドである。また、これらのアミン化合物は単独あるいは2種以上混合して用いられてもよい。
はそれぞれi番目のモノマーX成分の平均分子量、およびj番目のモノマーY成分の平均分子量を表す。また、(xi-2)は、i番目のモノマーX成分1分子中の全てのモノマーXの官能基がモノマーYと反応し、架橋構造に取り込まれることによって生じる架橋点の数を表す。また、(yj-2)はj番目のモノマーY成分1分子中の全ての官能基がモノマーXと反応し、架橋構造に取り込まれることによって生じる架橋点の数を表す。例えば、i番目のモノマーXが4官能モノマーXの場合、1分子は4個の官能基を持ち、生じる架橋点の数は4-2の2個となる。また、j番目のモノマーY成分が1分子当たり2個の官能基を持つ場合、生じる架橋点の数は2-2の0個となる。
ポリイミド前駆体溶液については、パートI、パートIIおよびパートIIIをまとめて説明する。この項目において、特に区別しない限り、「ポリイミド前駆体」はパートI、パートIIおよびパートIIIの全てのポリイミド前駆体を意味する。
パートI、パートIIおよびパートIIIの発明のポリイミド前駆体(および溶液)には、必要に応じて、無機粒子(E)を含むことができる。無機粒子として、例えば、シリカ、アルミナ(酸化アルミニウム)、ベリリア(酸化ベリリウム)、マグネシア(酸化マグネシウム)、窒化ケイ素、窒化アルミニウム、窒化ホウ素、膨張性黒鉛、カーボンナノチューブが挙げられる。分散性や着色性から、好ましくは、アルミナ(酸化アルミニウム)、マグネシア(酸化マグネシウム)、窒化ケイ素、窒化アルミニウム、窒化ホウ素が好適である。これらは、1種のみ使用しても良く、または2種以上を混合して用いても良い。また、無機粒子(E)の粒子径としては、レーザー回折粒度分布計で求められる平均粒子径が20μm以下が好ましく、10μm以下がより好ましく、5μm以下であることが更に好ましい。また、無機粒子は、ポリイミド前駆体溶液の固形分100質量部に対して、好ましくは1質量部以上、好ましくは10質量部以上、更に好ましくは20質量部以上、特に好ましくは50質量部以上用いることが好ましい。
パートIの発明の架橋構造を有するポリイミドは、テトラカルボン酸成分に由来する構造単位およびアミン成分に由来する構造単位を有するポリイミドであって、前記アミン成分に由来する構造単位が、3つ以上のアミノ基を有するアミン化合物(bi)およびジアミン(Ci)にそれぞれ由来する構造単位を、下記式の値が、0.01~1となる範囲で含む。
架橋構造を有するポリイミドは、前述のポリイミド前駆体をイミド化することで製造される。特に限定されるわけではないが、製造方法としては、発明のポリイミド前駆体を用いる以外は、公知のポリイミド製造方法を好適採用することができる。
パートI、パートII、およびパートIIIの発明のポリイミド前駆体は、種々の用途が可能であり、例えば前述のとおりポリイミドフィルムの製造用、ポリイミド積層体におけるポリイミド層製造用のコーティング材料、電池その他の各種用途におけるバインダーおよび接着剤として使用することができる。
パートIIの発明は、適切に高い架橋密度のポリイミドを容易に製造できるポリイミド前駆体と、耐熱性、高温での寸法安定性、折り曲げ耐性に優れるに優れる架橋ポリイミド、およびその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。
一般式(II-1)で表される化合物から選ばれるテトラカルボン酸エステル誘導体(A)と、
一般式(II-3)で表される化合物から選ばれる、3つ以上のアミノ基を有するアミン化合物(B)
を含むことを特徴とするポリイミド前駆体。
2. さらに、ジアミン(C)を含むことを特徴とする上記1に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
4. ポリイミドを形成した場合の架橋点間分子量αが、500~10,000g/molの範囲内であることを特徴とする上記1~3のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
6. 上記1~5のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体と、溶媒(D)を含むことを特徴とするポリイミド前駆体溶液。
前記アミン成分に由来する構造単位が、3つ以上のアミノ基を有するアミン化合物(Bi)およびジアミン(Ci)にそれぞれ由来する構造単位を、下記式の値が、0.01~1となる範囲で含むことを特徴とする架橋構造を有するポリイミド。
11. 架橋点間分子量αが、500~10,000g/molの範囲内であることを特徴とする上記10に記載の架橋構造を有するポリイミド。
パートIIの発明のポリイミド前駆体を用いることにより、フィルム、塗膜に適切な架橋密度のポリイミドを製造することができる。そして、パートIIの発明の架橋構造を有するポリイミドを用いることにより、耐熱性、高温での寸法安定性、折り曲げ耐性に優れるものを提供することができる。さらにこれらをフィルム等に用いることにより、耐熱性、高温での寸法安定性、折り曲げ耐性に優れるものを提供することができる。
パートIIの発明の説明において、一般式(II-1)で表される化合物から選ばれるテトラカルボン酸エステル誘導体(A)については、単に「テトラカルボン酸エステル誘導体(A)」、一般式(II-3)で表される化合物から選ばれる、3つ以上のアミノ基を有するアミン化合物(B)(トリアミン化合物、テトラアミン化合物等)については、単に「アミン化合物(B)」という場合がある。
パートIIの発明のポリイミド前駆体は、化学反応によりポリイミドを形成するポリイミド前駆体であって、前述のとおり、すくなくともテトラカルボン酸エステル誘導体(A)と、アミン化合物(B)を含む。
パートIIの発明のポリイミド前駆体溶液については、パートIにおいてまとめて説明した。
パートIIの発明の架橋構造を有するポリイミドは、テトラカルボン酸成分に由来する構造単位およびアミン成分に由来する構造単位を有するポリイミドであって、前記アミン成分に由来する構造単位が、3つ以上のアミノ基を有するアミン化合物(Bi)およびジアミン(Ci)にそれぞれ由来する構造単位を、下記式の値が、0.01~1となる範囲で含む。

パートIIの発明のポリイミド前駆体は、パートIの「(ポリイミド前駆体の用途、積層体、その製造方法)の項目」で説明した用途に使用することができる。
パートIIIの発明は、s-BPTAやその誘導体とパラ位結合の芳香環を有するジアミンの組み合わせを主体とし、高耐熱性のポリイミドを与えるポリイミド前駆体を提供することを目的とする。
前記テトラカルボン酸(A31)と異なるテトラカルボン酸およびそのエステル誘導体から選ばれる少なくとも1種のテトラカルボン酸(A32)と
を含むテトラカルボン酸成分、

(ポリイミド前駆体)
パートIIIの発明は、前述のとおり、テトラカルボン酸成分として、3,3’,4,4’-ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸およびそのエステル誘導体から選ばれる少なくとも1種のテトラカルボン酸(A31)と、前記テトラカルボン酸(A31)と異なるテトラカルボン酸およびそのエステル誘導体から選ばれる少なくとも1種のテトラカルボン酸(A32)とを含み、ジアミン成分として、一般式(III-1)で表される芳香環ジアミン(B31)を含むポリイミド前駆体である。テトラカルボン酸(A31)およびテトラカルボン酸(A32)は、「酸」と表記されているが、この定義のとおり、それぞれエステル誘導体も包含する。「ポリイミド前駆体」の定義や状態については、冒頭部分で説明したとおりである。
パートIIIの発明のポリイミド前駆体溶液については、パートIにおいてまとめて説明したとおりである。
パートIIIの発明のポリイミド前駆体は、パートIで説明したように、無機粒子を添加してポリイミド前駆体・無機粒子複合材とすることが特に好ましい。
パートIIIの発明のポリイミド前駆体から製造されるポリイミドは、3,3’,4,4’-ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸類からなるテトラカルボン酸(A31)と、パラ位結合の芳香環を有するジアミン(B31)の組み合わせに基づく剛直な分子構造を有する。そのため、高いガラス転移温度を有し、特に限定されないが、例えば好ましくは250℃以上、より好ましくは280℃以上、さらに好ましくは300℃以上のガラス転移温度を有する。
パートIIIの発明のポリイミド前駆体をイミド化してポリイミドを製造する方法は、特に限定されず、公知のポリイミド製造方法を適宜採用することができる。ポリイミド前駆体としてパートIIIで説明したポリイミド前駆体を用いる以外は、例えば、パートIにおいて、「(架橋構造を有するポリイミドの製造方法)」の項目で説明した方法によりポリイミドを製造することができる。
パートIIIの発明のポリイミド前駆体は、種々の用途が可能であり、例えばポリイミドフィルムの製造用、ポリイミド積層体におけるポリイミド層製造用のコーティング材料、電池その他の各種用途におけるバインダーおよび接着剤として使用することができる。

[回転粘度]
東機産業製TV-22 E型回転粘度計を用い、温度30℃ せん断速度100sec-1でのポリイミド前駆体溶液の粘度を求めた。
ポリイミド前駆体溶液をNMPで0.5g/dlに希釈し、ウベローデ粘度計を用いて、30℃で測定した。対数粘度(ηinh)は、次式より求めた。
C=不揮発分濃度×組成物秤取量/試料の体積×100(g/dl)

アルミシャーレにポリイミド前駆体溶液1gを量り取り、200℃の熱風循環オーブン中で2時間加熱して固形分以外を除去し、その残分の質量よりワニス固形分(加熱残分質量%)を求めた。
[製膜性]
各例で得られたポリイミド前駆体溶液を洗浄されたガラス基板上にバーコーターを用い、ポリイミド膜の厚さ10μmとなるように塗工した。その基板を120℃で5分乾燥させた後、150℃、200℃で各10分、次いで250℃で1時間加熱して熱的にイミド化を行なった。表中には、透明で均一な皮膜が得られた場合を○、皮膜ににごりが生じた場合を△、白化や割れが生じたり、粉状となった場合を×と記した。
[熱機械特性(TMA):ガラス転移温度、加熱時の変形:1%,5%,10%伸長時温度]
膜厚約10μmのポリイミド膜を幅4mmの短冊状に切り取って試験片とし、島津製作所製TMA-50を用い、チャック間長15mm、荷重2g、昇温速度20℃/minで475℃まで昇温した。得られたTMA曲線より、線膨張係数及び、1%、5%、10%伸長時温度(℃)を求め、またその変曲点から、ガラス転移温度(℃)を求めた。なお、線膨張係数は、50℃~200℃における平均線膨張係数とし、200℃以下もしくは近傍にガラス転移温度がある場合には、50℃~ガラス転移の開始温度における平均線膨張係数とした。
膜厚10μmのポリイミドフィルムを試験片とし、エスアイアイ・ナノテクノロジー製 示差熱熱重量同時測定装置(TG/DTA6300)を用い、窒素気流中、昇温速度10℃/minで25℃から600℃まで昇温した。得られた重量曲線から、5%熱重量減少温度を求めた。
ポリイミドフィルム(膜厚約10μm、幅1cm、長さ5cm)をスライドガラスに挟み折り曲げ(はぜ折)、折り曲げ部分に重さ100gの分銅をおき、1分間静置した。折り曲げ部分を戻し、異常がない場合を○、割れ等が生じた場合を×とした。
ポリイミドフィルム(膜厚約10μm、幅1cm、長さ1cm)をNMP 10gに25℃ 30分間浸漬した。異常がない場合を○、溶解や顕著な膨潤が見られた場合を×とした。
膜厚10μmのポリイミドフィルムを試験片とし、分光光度計 (日本分光製V650, 絶対反射ユニット ARSV-732)を用いて、測定した。
各例で得られたポリイミドフィルム(膜厚約10μm)をエスペック社製高度加速寿命試験EHS-411を用い、121℃、濡れ飽和の条件下、1時間処理した。異常がない場合は○、一部白化等の異常が見られた場合は△、全面に白化等の異常のあった場合は×とした。
テトラカルボン酸(a)として、s-BPTA(2水和物) 1.015モル当量(1.291g)、3つ以上のアミノ基を有する化合物(b)として、TAPOB 0.03モル当量(0.042g)、ジアミン(C)として、APB 0.97モル当量(1.000g)を乳鉢に入れ、十分にすりつぶし、混合することでポリイミド前駆体の粉末を得た。この粉末を顕微鏡で確認したところ、粒子径0.5mm以上の粒子は確認されなかった。この粉末に溶剤(D)として、DMAcをモノマー濃度 20質量%となる量(9.33g)を加え、50℃で加熱溶解し、ポリイミド前駆体溶液(固形分20%、粘度50mPa・s)を得た。
各成分を表I-1記載へ変更した以外は、実施例I-1と同様にしてポリイミド前駆体粉末、溶液を作製した。なお、実施例I-23~24では、溶剤(D)として、NMPを用いた。得られたポリイミド前駆体溶液は、実施例I-1と同様の方法で、ポリイミド(フィルム)を得た。このポリイミドの特性を測定した結果を表I-1に示す。
各成分を表I-1記載へ変更した以外は、実施例I-1と同様にしてポリイミド前駆体粉末、溶液を作製した。得られたポリイミド前駆体溶液は、実施例I-1と同様の方法で、ポリイミド(フィルム)を得た。このポリイミドの特性を測定した結果を表I-1に示す。
テトラカルボン酸(a)成分として、テトラカルボン酸二無水物であるs-BPDA 1.015モル当量(1.048g)、3つ以上のアミノ基を有する化合物(b)として、TAPOB 0.03モル当量(0.042g)、ジアミン(C)として、APB 0.97モル当量(1.000g)を乳鉢に入れ、十分にすりつぶし、混合することでポリイミド前駆体の粉末を得た。この粉末に溶剤(D)として、DMAcをモノマー濃度 20質量%となる量(8.36g)を加え、50℃で加熱攪拌した。粉末が溶解すると伴に溶液粘度が上昇し、流動性がなくなった(ゲル化)ため、ポリイミド前駆体溶液は得られなかった。

[製膜性]を、パートIと同様に評価した。
[熱機械特性(TMA):ガラス転移温度、加熱時の変形:1%,5%,10%伸長時温度]、[5%熱重量減少温度]、[折り曲げ性]、[耐溶剤性]、[光学特性:全光透過率、420nmの光透過率]、および[耐吸湿性]を、パートIと同様に評価した。
ガラス製の容器に、s-BPDAを1.25モル当量(1.842g)、EtOHをテトラカルボン酸無水物に対して2倍モル(0.577g)、DMAcをモノマー濃度(テトラカルボン酸エステル誘導体(A)、アミン化合物(B)、ジアミン(C)を溶質とした濃度)が20質量%となる量(13.72g)、さらに触媒として12DMZを0.02g加え、80℃で3時間加熱攪拌した。FT-IRにより、3,3’,4,4’-ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸のエステル誘導体s-BPTA/Eの生成を確認した。得られた溶液に、アミン化合物(B)として、TAPOB 0.5モル当量(1.000g)、ジアミン(C)として、APB 0.5モル当量(0.732g)を加え、50℃で加熱溶解し、ポリイミド前駆体溶液(固形分20%、粘度62mPa・s)を得た。
各成分を表1記載へ変更した以外は、実施例II-1と同様にしてポリイミド前駆体溶液を作製した。得られたポリイミド前駆体溶液は、実施例II-1と同様の方法で、ポリイミド(フィルム)を得た。このポリイミドの特性を測定した結果を表1に示す。

ガラス製の容器に、ポリイミド前駆体溶液の固形分が43重量%となるように3,3’,4,4’-ベンゾフェノンテトラカルボン酸二無水物(BTDA)109.53g(0.340mol)、エタノール45.85g(1.02mol)およびN-メチル-2-ピロリドン(NMP)113.20gを投入し、その混合物を80℃に加熱して2時間攪拌し、BTA/Eの溶液を得た。次いで、メタフェニレンジアミン(MPDA)15.79g(0.136mol)及び2,4,6-トリアミノピリミジン(TAP)18.27g(0.136mol)を加え、再び80℃に加熱して3時間攪拌し、ポリイミド前駆体溶液を得た。得られたポリイミド前駆体溶液は、実施例II-1と同様の方法で、ポリイミド(フィルム)を製造したが、加熱時に粉状になってしまい、フィルムは得られなかった。ここで得られたポリイミド(粉末状)の特性を測定した結果を表1に示す。
BTDAの投入量を102.70g(0.319mol)に代え、エタノールの投入量を44.05g(0.956mol)に代え、NMPの投入量を115.47gに代え、MPDAの投入量を20.68g(0.191mol)に代え、TAP18.27g(0.136mol)をTAAQ 17.10g(0.064mol)に代えた以外は、比較例II-5と同様にしてポリイミド前駆体溶液を得た。得られたポリイミド前駆体溶液は、実施例II-1と同様の方法で、ポリイミド(フィルム)を製造したが、加熱時に粉状になってしまい、フィルムは得られなかった。

ガラス基板:厚さ2mmのソーダガラス板
アルミシャーレにポリイミド前駆体溶液1gを量り取り、200℃の熱風循環オーブン中で2時間加熱して固形分以外を除去し、その残分の質量よりワニス固形分(加熱残分 質量%)を求めた。
実施例記載の方法で作成したポリイミド前駆体溶液の溶解性を求めた。表中には、完全に溶解した場合を○、不溶分ありの場合を×と記した。
実施例記載の方法で作成したポリイミド前駆体溶液の保存安定性(25℃、静置、ガラス容器密封)を求めた。表中には、1ヶ月以上析出等の異常なしの場合を◎、2週間以上析出等の異常なしの場合を○、2週間以内に異常が発生した場合を×と記した。
[回転粘度]
東機産業製TV-22 E型回転粘度計を用い、温度 30℃ せん断速度 100sec-1もしくは10sec-1でのポリイミド前駆体溶液の粘度を求めた。
各例で得られたポリイミド前駆体溶液を洗浄されたガラス基板上にバーコーターを用い、ポリイミド膜の厚さ10μmもしくは、25μmとなるように塗工した。その基板を120℃で5分乾燥させた後、150℃、200℃で各10分、次いで250℃で1時間加熱して熱的にイミド化を行なった。表中には、◎:異常なし(自立フィルムが得られる。)、○:顕著な着色(茶色~黒色)もしくは膜に濁りあり(塗膜作成可)、△:膜が白化、膨れが発生、×:膜が得られない(粉状になるなど)と記した。
ポリイミドフィルム(厚さ10μmもしくは、25μm、幅1cm、長さ5cm)をスライドガラスに挟み折り曲げ(はぜ折)、折り曲げ部分に重さ100gの分銅をおき、1分間静置した。折り曲げ部分を戻し、異常がない場合を○、折り曲げ箇所で白化した場合を△、割れ等が生じた場合を×とした。
ポリイミド膜を幅4mmの短冊状に切り取って試験片とし、島津製作所製TMA-50を用い、チャック間長15mm、荷重2g、昇温速度20℃/minで475℃まで昇温した。得られたTMA曲線の変曲点から、ガラス転移温度(℃)を求めた。なお、線膨張係数は、50℃~200℃における平均線膨張係数とした。
ポリイミド膜をIEC450規格のダンベル形状に打ち抜いて試験片とし、ORIENTEC社製TENSILONを用いて、チャック間 30mm、引張速度 2mm/minで測定した。得られたS-Sカーブより、弾性率、降伏点応力、破断伸度、破断強度を求めた。
膜厚10μmのポリイミドフィルムを試験片とし、エスアイアイ・ナノテクノロジー製 示差熱熱重量同時測定装置(TG/DTA6300)を用い、窒素気流中、昇温速度10℃/minで25℃から600℃まで昇温した。得られた重量曲線から、5%熱重量減少温度を求めた。
テトラカルボン酸(A31)として、s-BPTA 0.75モル当量、テトラカルボン酸(A32)として、a-BPTA 0.25モル当量、ジアミン(B31)として、4,4-ODA 1モル当量、環状構造を有するアミン(G)として、12DMZ 0.1モル当量を乳鉢に入れ、十分にすりつぶし、混合することでポリイミド前駆体の粉末を得た。この粉末を顕微鏡で確認したところ、粒子径0.5mm以上の粒子は確認されなかった。この粉末に溶剤(D)として、DMAcをモノマー濃度 20質量%となる量(9.33g)を加え、50℃で加熱溶解し、ポリイミド前駆体溶液(固形分20%)を得た。
各成分を表III-1記載へ変更した以外は、実施例III-1と同様にしてポリイミド前駆体粉末、ポリイミド前駆体溶液を作製した(溶媒の添加は適宜調整)。実施例III-1と同様の方法で、ポリイミド(フィルム)を製造した。この結果を表III-1~3に示す。
各成分を表III-1記載へ変更した以外は、実施例III-1と同様にしてポリイミド前駆体粉末を製造し、それに溶媒を加え、加熱攪拌したが、溶解しなかった。
各成分を表III-1記載へ変更した以外は、実施例III-1と同様にしてポリイミド前駆体粉末、ポリイミド前駆体溶液を作製した(溶媒の添加は適宜調整)。実施例III-1と同様の方法で、ポリイミド(フィルム)を製造したが、粉状になり、白化したりし、良質の膜が得られなかった。
実施例III-25で得られたポリイミド前駆体溶液に、原料溶液の固形分100質量部に対して、アエロジルR972 20質量部を加え、3本ロールにて分散し、無機粒子が分散されたポリイミド前駆体溶液(固形分 42%)を得た。実施例III-1と同様の方法で、ポリイミド(フィルム)を製造した。このポリイミドの評価結果を表III-4に示す。
ポリイミド前駆体溶液の原料として、3,3’,4,4’-ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸二無水物 0.8モル当量、2,3,3’,4’-ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸二無水物 0.2モル当量、4,4-ジアミノジフェニルエーテル 1モル当量を加え、公知の製造方法により、ポリアミック酸溶液(ポリイミド前駆体溶液)を得た。この溶液の固形分濃度は20%であった。
Claims (40)
- すくなくとも、テトラカルボン酸(a)と、3つ以上のアミノ基を有するアミン化合物(b)を含むことを特徴とするポリイミド前駆体。
- さらに、ジアミン(C)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
- 前記アミン化合物(b)と、存在する場合にジアミン(C)とからなる全ジアミン成分の総モル量に対し、前記アミン化合物(b)が1モル%以上含まれることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
- 粒子径5mm以下の粉末である請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体と、溶媒(D)を含むことを特徴とするポリイミド前駆体溶液。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体、または請求項9の溶液中のポリイミド前駆体をイミド化処理する工程を含むことを特徴とする架橋構造を有するポリイミドの製造方法。
- テトラカルボン酸成分に由来する構造単位およびアミン成分に由来する構造単位を有するポリイミドであって、
前記アミン成分に由来する構造単位が、3つ以上のアミノ基を有するアミン化合物(bi)およびジアミン(Ci)にそれぞれ由来する構造単位を、下記式の値が、0.01~1となる範囲で含むことを特徴とする架橋構造を有するポリイミド。
[アミン化合物(bi)の総モル数]/([アミン化合物(bi)の総モル数]+[ジアミン(Ci)の総モル数]) - 請求項11に記載の架橋構造を有するポリイミドを含有することを特徴とするポリイミドフィルム。
- すくなくとも、
一般式(II-1)で表される化合物から選ばれるテトラカルボン酸エステル誘導体(A)と、
一般式(II-3)で表される化合物から選ばれる、3つ以上のアミノ基を有するアミン化合物(B)
を含むことを特徴とするポリイミド前駆体。
- さらに、ジアミン(C)を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
- 下記式で示される前記アミン化合物(B)の割合が、0.01~1の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
[前記アミン化合物(B)の総モル数]/([前記アミン化合物(B)の総モル数]+[ジアミン(C)の総モル数]) - ポリイミドを形成した場合の架橋点間分子量αが、500~10,000g/molの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項13~15のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
- 請求項13~17のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体と、溶媒(D)を含むことを特徴とするポリイミド前駆体溶液。
- 請求項13~17のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体をイミド化して架橋構造を有するポリイミドを製造することを特徴とするポリイミドの製造方法。
- テトラカルボン酸成分に由来する構造単位およびアミン成分に由来する構造単位を有するポリイミドであって、
前記アミン成分に由来する構造単位が、3つ以上のアミノ基を有するアミン化合物(Bi)およびジアミン(Ci)にそれぞれ由来する構造単位を、下記式の値が、0.01~1となる範囲で含むことを特徴とする架橋構造を有するポリイミド。
[アミン化合物(Bi)の総モル数]/([アミン化合物(Bi)の総モル数]+[ジアミン(Ci)の総モル数]) - 架橋点間分子量αが、500~10,000g/molの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の架橋構造を有するポリイミド。
- 請求項20または21に記載の架橋構造を有するポリイミドを含むことを特徴とするフィルム。
- 3,3’,4,4’-ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸およびそのエステル誘導体から選ばれる少なくとも1種のテトラカルボン酸(A31)と、
前記テトラカルボン酸(A31)と異なるテトラカルボン酸およびそのエステル誘導体から選ばれる少なくとも1種のテトラカルボン酸(A32)と
を含むテトラカルボン酸成分、
下記一般式(III-1)で表される芳香環ジアミン(B31)を含むジアミン成分
を含有することを特徴とするポリイミド前駆体。
- 前記テトラカルボン酸成分が、全テトラカルボン酸成分の総モル量に対し、テトラカルボン酸(A31)を50モル%以上含むことを特徴とする請求項23~25のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
- 前記ジアミン成分が、全ジアミン成分の総モル量に対し、前記ジアミン(B31)を50モル%以上含むことを特徴とする請求項23~27のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
- さらに、分子中に環状構造を有するアミン化合物(G)を含むことを特徴とする請求項23~28のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
- 前記アミン化合物(G)が、環状構造を有する脂肪族アミン、芳香族アミンおよび複素環式アミンからなる群より選ばれることを特徴とする請求項29に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
- 前記アミン化合物(G)が、環員原子として窒素を含むことを特徴とする請求項29または30に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
- 前記アミン化合物(G)が、ピリジン、ピラジン、ピリミジン、ピリダジン、トリアジン、ピロール、イミダゾール、ピラゾール、オキサゾール、またはイソオキサゾール骨格を有することを特徴とする請求項29~31のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
- 全テトラカルボン酸成分の総モル量に対し、前記アミン化合物(G)を10モル%以上含むことを特徴とする上記29~32のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
- 請求項23~33のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体と、溶媒(D)を含むことを特徴とするポリイミド前駆体溶液。
- さらに、無機粒子(E)を含むことを特徴とする請求項34に記載のポリイミド前駆体溶液。
- 請求項1~8、13~17および23~33のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体、または請求項9、18、34および35のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体溶液を用いて、ポリイミド層と、ガラス、金属、樹脂およびセラミックから選ばれる少なくとも1つの材料の層または基体とが積層されたポリイミド積層体を製造することを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項1~8、13~17および23~33のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体、または請求項9、18、34および35のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体溶液から得られるポリイミド層と、ガラス、金属、樹脂およびセラミックから選ばれる少なくとも1つの層または基体とが積層されたポリイミド積層体。
- 請求項1~8、13~17および23~33のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体、または請求項9、18、34および35のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体溶液を用いて、耐熱電線絶縁層、摺動部品、フレキシブル回路基板、またはディスプレイ用基板、タッチパネル用基板、太陽電池用基板および薄膜半導体用基板から選ばれる基板を製造することを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項1~8、13~17および23~33のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体を含むことを特徴とするフィルム製造用またはポリイミド塗膜形成用溶液。
- 粒子径5mm以下の粉末である請求項1~8、13~17および23~33のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド前駆体。
