本发明涉及焊接设备技术领域,具体涉及一种电机散热片的自动焊接机。
背景技术
电机通常包括机座、定子、转子、端盖以及其他辅件,机座的作用是用来固定定子与前后端盖以支撑转子,并起到防护、散热等作用。机座主要通过自身表面进行散热,一般会在机座外壁焊接多个散热片来提高散热能力。目前机座表面的散热片采用人工焊接,工作效率低,劳动强度大,产品质量不稳定,经常出现质检不合格需要返工的现象,此问题尚待解决。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种电机散热片的自动焊接机,该自动焊接机应能自动地完成散热片的焊接工作,从而提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,还具有结构简单,维护方便的技术特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电机散热片的自动焊接机,包括由动力机构驱动的焊接机头,其特征在于:所述自动焊接机还包括安装在底板上的上料装置,该上料装置由存放散热片的料筒机构、放置待焊接机座的机座盘机构、将散热片从料筒机构送至机座盘机构的取料机构组成。
作为优选,所述料筒机构包括料筒、旋转底盘及底盘电机,旋转底盘可转动地安装在底板上并由底盘电机带动旋转,料筒定位在旋转底盘上。
作为优选,所述料筒沿周向均匀开设有一组插槽,散热片插入在各插槽内。
作为优选,所述机座盘机构包括机座盘、旋转底座及底座电机,旋转底座可转动地安装在底板上并由底座电机带动旋转,机座盘固定在旋转底座上。
作为优选,所述取料机构包括滑动座组件、升降组件以及气爪组件;滑动座组件包括通过第一水平导轨安装在底板上的滑动座以及驱动滑动座的主气缸;升降组件包括升降电机、丝杆、竖直导轨以及升降台,丝杆竖直安装并由升降电机驱动,升降台的一端通过螺母与所述丝杆配合,另一端通过滑块与所述竖直导轨配合;气爪组件包括气爪、滑台以及副气缸,滑台通过第二水平导轨安装在升降台上,副气缸连接并驱动所述滑台沿第二水平导轨滑动,气爪安装在所述滑台上。
作为优选,所述第一水平导轨、第二水平导轨以及竖直导轨之间两两垂直布置。
作为优选,所述料筒机构、机座盘机构位于第一水平导轨的同一侧。
作为优选,所述自动焊接机还包括机罩,所述底板、焊接机头以及上料装置均安装在机罩内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过上料装置完成散热片的取料,配合焊接机头可以自动完成散热片的焊接,从而提高生产效率,降低操作人员的劳动强度;其中,取料机构中的气爪在第一水平导轨、第二水平导轨及竖直导轨的作用下完成运动合成,可以适应不同高度的散热片以及机座,适用范围广;各气缸、丝杆以及导轨的使用寿命长,整体结构简单,维护方便,可以有效降低企业的生产成本,提高经济效益。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图,对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种电机散热片的自动焊接机,包括开有操作门的机罩1、位于机罩内的底板6、安装在底板上的上料装置以及通过导轨组件安装在机罩内的焊接机头20。
所述焊接机头在动力机构的驱动下可以沿着导轨组件在竖直方向以及水平方向完成移动,该动力机构通常为电机带动的丝杆机构,或者油缸,或者气缸等。焊接机头为现有成熟技术,可以从市场外购获得,其工作原理以及安装方式在此不作详细介绍。
本发明中,所述上料装置由存放散热片的料筒机构、放置待焊接机座的机座盘机构、将散热片从料筒机构送至机座盘机构的取料机构组成。
所述料筒机构包括料筒4、旋转底盘2及底盘电机5。旋转底盘水平布置,并通过转轴以及轴承(或者采用回转支承)可转动地安装在底板上,旋转底盘通过齿轮与底盘电机连接,并在底盘电机的带动下每次转动一个角度。料筒定位在旋转底盘上,料筒的周向均匀开设有一组插槽,散热片3由上而下竖直插入在各插槽内。相邻插槽的夹角等于旋转底盘每次转动的角度,这样旋转底盘每转动一次,可以将散热片送到相同的位置等待取料。
所述机座盘机构包括机座盘21、旋转底座22及底座电机23。旋转底座通过转轴以及轴承(或者采用回转支承)可转动地安装在底板上,旋转底座通过齿轮与底座电机连接,并在底座电机的带动下每次转动一个角度,机座盘固定在旋转底座上,用于放置不同规格的机座。旋转底座每次转动的角度,等于机座上相邻散热片的夹角,这样旋转底座每转动一次,可以将待焊接的部位停留在相同的位置等待焊接。
所述取料机构包括滑动座组件、升降组件以及气爪组件,具体结构如下:
滑动座组件包括通过第一水平导轨7安装在底板上的滑动座9以及驱动滑 动座沿第一水平导轨滑动的主气缸18,主气缸与第一水平导轨平行布置并与滑动座连接;所述料筒机构、机座盘机构位于第一水平导轨的同一侧;
升降组件包括升降电机8、丝杆(图中予以省略)、竖直导轨15以及升降台11;丝杆通过支座以及轴承竖直安装在滑动座上,丝杆由升降电机驱动,竖直导轨通过支架19固定在滑动座上并与丝杆平行;升降台的一端通过螺母与所述丝杆配合,另一端通过滑块16与所述竖直导轨配合,从而在丝杆的驱动下沿竖直导轨上下升降;
气爪组件包括气爪13、滑台12以及副气缸10;滑台通过第二水平导轨17安装在升降台上,副气缸与所述滑台连接,并驱动所述滑台沿第二水平导轨滑动;气爪通过固定杆14安装在所述滑台上,气爪朝着所述料筒机构、机座盘机构所在的一侧布置。
上述取料机构中,第一水平导轨、第二水平导轨以及竖直导轨之间两两垂直布置,通过三个方向的运动合成,使气爪运动到适当的位置。
上述主气缸、副气缸、升降电机、气爪、底盘电机以及底座电机均与焊接机头的控制装置连接并受其控制。
本发明的工作原理如下:
1、取料步骤;主气缸驱动滑动座移动到料筒机构,之后副气缸驱动气爪朝着料筒上的散热片伸出,气爪夹取散热片后升降电机工作,带动升降台升起,将散热片从料筒的插槽内抽出,旋转底盘转动一个角度等待下一次取料;
2、送料步骤;气缸缩回,主气缸驱动滑动座向着机座盘机构移动,副气缸驱动气爪向着机座伸出,散热片贴到机座的外壁上,此过程中升降电机可以带动升降台调整到合适的高度;
3、焊接步骤;焊接机头动作,对散热片进行点焊和连续焊接,完成后旋转 底座转动一个角度等待下一次焊接;
4、复位步骤;副气缸动作带动气爪收回,升降电机带动升降台下降,主气缸带动滑动座复位到料筒机构,进行下一次取料;如此反复,直至机座的散热片全部焊接完成。
最后,需要注意的是,本发明不限于以上实施例,还可以有很多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容中直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种电机散热片的自动焊接机,包括由动力机构驱动的焊接机头(20),其特征在于:所述自动焊接机还包括安装在底板上的上料装置,该上料装置由存放散热片(3)的料筒机构、放置待焊接机座的机座盘机构、将散热片从料筒机构送至机座盘机构的取料机构组成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机散热片的自动焊接机,其特征在于:所述料筒机构包括料筒(4)、旋转底盘(2)及底盘电机(5),旋转底盘可转动地安装在底板上并由底盘电机带动旋转,料筒定位在旋转底盘上。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机散热片的自动焊接机,其特征在于:所述机座盘机构包括机座盘(21)、旋转底座(22)及底座电机(23),旋转底座可转动地安装在底板上并由底座电机带动旋转,机座盘固定在旋转底座上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机散热片的自动焊接机,其特征在于:所述取料机构包括滑动座组件、升降组件以及气爪组件;
    滑动座组件包括通过第一水平导轨(7)安装在底板上的滑动座(9)以及驱动滑动座的主气缸(18);
    升降组件包括升降电机(8)、丝杆、竖直导轨(15)以及升降台(11),丝杆竖直安装并由升降电机驱动,升降台的一端通过螺母与所述丝杆配合,另一端通过滑块(16)与所述竖直导轨配合;
    气爪组件包括气爪(13)、滑台(12)以及副气缸(10),滑台通过第二水平导轨(17)安装在升降台上,副气缸连接并驱动所述滑台沿第二水平导轨滑动,气爪安装在所述滑台上。
