c、制粒:将步骤b所得混合粉湿法制粒,过筛,50度干燥,整粒,得干颗粒;
d、包装、检验即得。
实施例10
金银花80g、桔梗47g、胖大海22g、柠檬粉65g、抗性糊精146g、赤藓糖醇569g、纽甜2.3g;
制备方法为:
a、水提:金银花、桔梗、胖大海按配方量称取,加入1200ml水,提取两小时,提取液过滤,残渣再加入1200ml水提取两小时,过滤,合 并提取液,浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.2-1.3的稠膏,随后减压干燥,温度为60-70度,真空度为0.06-0.08PMa,干膏粉碎后过100目筛,得干膏粉备用;
b、过筛混合:将柠檬粉、赤藓糖醇、抗性糊精、纽甜过100目筛后,称量,加入步骤a所得干膏粉,混合30分钟,至色泽一致,得混合粉备用;
c、制粒:将步骤b所得混合粉湿法制粒,过筛,50度干燥,整粒,得干颗粒;
d、包装、检验即得。
实施例11
金银花38g、桔梗38g、胖大海25g、柠檬粉134g、抗性糊精112g、赤藓糖醇887g、纽甜2.0g;
制备方法为:
a、水提:金银花、桔梗、胖大海按配方量称取,加入1200ml水,提取两小时,提取液过滤,残渣再加入1200ml水提取两小时,过滤,合并提取液,浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.2-1.3的稠膏,随后减压干燥,温度为60-70度,真空度为0.06-0.08PMa,干膏粉碎后过100目筛,得干膏粉备用;

a、水提:金银花、桔梗、胖大海按配方量称取,加入1200ml水, 提取两小时,提取液过滤,残渣再加入1200ml水提取两小时,过滤,合并提取液,浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.2-1.3的稠膏,随后减压干燥,温度为60-70度,真空度为0.06-0.08PMa,干膏粉碎后过100目筛,得干膏粉备用;
b、过筛混合:将柠檬粉、赤藓糖醇、抗性糊精、纽甜过100目筛后,称量,加入步骤a所得干膏粉,混合30分钟,至色泽一致,得混合粉备用;

b、过筛混合:将柠檬粉、赤藓糖醇、抗性糊精、纽甜过100目筛后,称量,加入步骤a所得干膏粉,混合30分钟,至色泽一致,得混合粉备用;

实施例16
上述实施例1~15制备的固体饮料,分别经30人品鉴,对表1中各项目进行评分,取平均值,评分结果见表1,由表1可见本发明固体饮料 实施例1~13具有香气宜人、口味独特的特点。实施例14-15评分明显降低,在香气、色泽、口感明显变差。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种含有金银花的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述饮料由如下重量份的原辅料组成:金银花3-9份、桔梗2-6份、胖大海1-3份、柠檬粉5-15份、抗性糊精8-16份、赤藓糖醇50-90份、纽甜0.1-0.3份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述饮料由如下重量份的原辅料组成:金银花3份、桔梗6份、胖大海1份、柠檬粉15份、抗性糊精8份、赤藓糖醇90份、纽甜0.1份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述饮料由如下重量份的原辅料组成:金银花9份、桔梗2份、胖大海3份、柠檬粉5份、抗性糊精16份、赤藓糖醇50份、纽甜0.3份。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述饮料由如下重量份的原辅料组成:金银花6份、桔梗4份、胖大海2份、柠檬粉10份、抗性糊精12份、赤藓糖醇70份、纽甜0.15份。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述饮料由如下重量份的原辅料组成:金银花6份、桔梗4份、胖大海2份、柠檬粉10份、抗性糊精13份、赤藓糖醇75份、纽甜0.125份。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
    a、水提:金银花、桔梗、胖大海按配方量称取,水提,过滤,浓缩后减压干燥,干膏粉碎后得干膏粉备用;
    b、过筛混合:将柠檬粉、赤藓糖醇、抗性糊精、纽甜过筛后,称量,加入步骤a所得干膏粉,混合,混合粉备用;
    c、制粒:将步骤b所得混合粉制粒,过筛,干燥,整粒,得干颗粒;
    d、包装、检验即得。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
    a、水提:金银花、桔梗、胖大海按配方量称取,加入10倍量水,提取两小时,提取液过滤,残渣再加入10倍量水提取两小时,过滤,合并 提取液,浓缩后减压干燥,干膏粉碎后得干膏粉备用;
    b、过筛混合:将柠檬粉、赤藓糖醇、抗性糊精、纽甜过筛后,称量,加入步骤a所得干膏粉,混合,混合粉备用;
    c、制粒:将步骤b所得混合粉制粒,过筛,干燥,整粒,得干颗粒;
    d、包装、检验即得。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    a、水提:金银花、桔梗、胖大海按配方量称取,加入10倍量水,提取两小时,提取液过滤,残渣再加入10倍量水提取两小时,过滤,合并提取液,浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.2-1.3的稠膏,随后减压干燥,温度为60-70度,真空度为0.06-0.08PMa,干膏粉碎后过筛,得干膏粉备用;
    b、过筛混合:将柠檬粉、赤藓糖醇、抗性糊精、纽甜过筛后,称量,加入步骤a所得干膏粉,混合30分钟,至色泽一致,得混合粉备用;
    c、制粒:将步骤b所得混合粉湿法制粒,过筛,50度干燥,整粒,得干颗粒;
    d、包装、检验即得。
