Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有逐瘀功能的组合物及其制备方法。该组合物是由桃仁、山楂、沙棘、粉葛、玫瑰花按一定重量配比制备而成,它可以被制成任何一种常用制剂,优选口服制剂。该组合物具有活血化瘀的功效,能明显改善人体血瘀等症状。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有逐瘀功能的组合物及其制备方法,属于食品的技术领域。
背景技术
瘀血闭塞阻络多见外邪痹阻肌肤、关节、经脉等处,气血运行不畅而致瘀血停聚,或疾病日久,正虚血瘀,不通则痛。铁打损伤及外伤致瘀血内凝、停滞肌体作酸作痛。再有妇女产后瘀血凝滞腹痛,血瘀静谧、癥瘕瘀阻痞块等。
食疗是中国人的传统习惯,通过饮食达到调理身体,强壮体魄的目的。食疗文化源远流长,食疗是一种长远的养生行为,是一种健康的健体之道。
目前市场上逐瘀的食疗产品效果均不太显著,存在携带引用不方便或者人体摄取量少等不足,因此,有必要根据中医的药食同源理论和食疗养生理论,研制出一种适合人们需要的食用方便的新型功能性逐瘀的食疗产品。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有逐瘀功能的组合物;本发明还提供了该组合物的制备方法。

桃仁200-300份、山楂80-150份、沙棘50-120份、粉葛200-300份、玫瑰花50-120份。
优选为:
桃仁230-250份、山楂110-130份、沙棘70-90份、粉葛230-250份、玫瑰花70-90份。
进一步优选为:
桃仁240份、山楂120份、沙棘80份、粉葛240份、玫瑰花80份。
本发明涉及一种组合物,它是在现有中医理论的基础上,进行科学配伍,发挥组分之间相互协同的作用,从而筛选出能活血逐瘀的组方。其中,桃仁具有活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘的功效,用于经闭痛经,瘕瘕痞块,肺痈肠痈,跌扑损伤,肠燥便秘,咳嗽气喘。山楂是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。沙棘止咳祛痰,消食化滞,活血散瘀,用于咳嗽痰多、消化不良、食积腹痛、跌扑瘀肿、瘀血经闭。粉葛具有解肌生津、透疹、退热、升阳止泻等功效,主治外感发热头痛、项背强痛、麻疹不透、口渴、泄泻、高血压等症。玫瑰花,本发明尤其是指重瓣玫瑰花,具有疏肝解郁,健脾降火和血散淤等功效,能治腹中冷痛,胃脘积寒,顺行血气、安神、通便,降火气,可调理血气、促进血液循环,能活血化瘀,可缓和情绪,调整内分泌等。
本发明组合物的制备方法如下:
将所述重量份的桃仁、山楂、沙棘、粉葛、玫瑰花(或重瓣玫瑰花)直接粉碎得到粉末;或加水或不同浓度的乙醇提取,提取液浓缩干燥得粗提物;或进一步采用水提醇沉法、有机溶剂萃取法、柱层析法、二氧化碳超临界萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法进行精制得到精提物;上述粉末或粗提物或精提物不加或者加入适量辅料,按常规工艺制备而成。
如可以制成常用的片剂(分散片、泡腾片、口腔崩解片、含片、咀嚼片、泡腾片)、胶囊剂(硬胶囊、软胶囊)、颗粒剂、丸剂(滴丸剂)、散剂等固体制剂形式,也可以制成糖浆、酒剂、酊剂、口服液等液体制剂形式。因此,该组合物中除有效成分外,还可以含有药学上可以接受的辅料。
这里所述的辅料,可以根据不同的制剂有所不同,如在片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂等固体制剂中常用的稀释剂、崩解剂、赋形剂、粘合剂、润滑剂、表面活性剂、填充剂、矫味剂等;在糖浆、口服液等液体制剂形式中常用的表面活性剂、稀释剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、矫味剂、增稠剂、助流剂等。
其常用辅料如淀粉、乳糖、蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、糊精、糖粉、微晶纤维素、甘露醇、木糖醇、聚乙二醇、硫酸钙、磷酸氢钙、碳酸钙、改良淀粉、山梨醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、重质碳酸镁、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲淀粉钠、羟丙基纤维素、聚维酮K30、白陶土、预胶化淀粉、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、微粉硅胶、甜叶菊苷、甜菜碱、阿司帕坦、甘草甜素、糖精钠、柠檬酸、酒石酸、冰糖、蜂蜜、牛奶香精、食用盐、糙米粉、荞麦粉、魔芋粉、燕麦粉、紫薯粉、红豆粉、豆浆粉、绿豆粉、二氧化硅等。
本发明组合物的制备方法如下:
将粉葛粗碎后蒸至透心,干燥后粉碎,得粉葛粉;将桃仁、山楂、沙棘、玫瑰花(或重瓣玫瑰花)加水提取,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入粉葛粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量辅料,混匀,即得。
优选的制备方法如下:
将粉葛粗碎后蒸至透心,干燥后粉碎,得粉葛粉;将桃仁、山楂、沙棘、玫瑰花(或重瓣玫瑰花)加6-15倍量水提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入粉葛粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量助剂、矫味剂,混匀,即得。
其中,助剂是指荞麦粉、魔芋粉、燕麦粉、紫薯粉中的一种或一种以上;矫味剂是指蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸、酒石酸、牛奶香精、食用盐中的一种或一种以上。
更优选的制备方法如下:
将粉葛粗碎后蒸至透心,干燥后粉碎,得粉葛粉;将桃仁、山楂、沙棘、玫瑰花(或重瓣玫瑰花)加8-12倍量水提取1-3次,每次1-3小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入粉葛粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量荞麦粉、紫薯粉、魔芋粉、三氯蔗糖,混匀,即得。

将所述重量份的桃仁、山楂、沙棘、粉葛、玫瑰花(或重瓣玫瑰花)加10倍量水提取2次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入适量荞麦粉、魔芋粉、食用盐,混匀,加水至全量,即得。

桃仁240g、山楂120g、沙棘80g、粉葛240g、玫瑰花(或重瓣玫瑰花)80g
将所述重量份的桃仁、山楂、沙棘、粉葛、玫瑰花(或重瓣玫瑰花)直接粉碎成粉末,混匀,包装,即得。
以上均为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其他实现方式,需要说明的是,在没有脱离本发明发明构思的前提下,任何显而易见的替换均在本发明保护范围之内。
经人体试食本发明组合物显示,本发明组合物能显著改善血瘀等症状,提示本发明组合物能活血化瘀,增强体质。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有逐瘀功能的组合物,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份的组分组成:桃仁200-300份、山楂80-150份、沙棘50-120份、粉葛200-300份、玫瑰花50-120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份的组分组成:桃仁230-250份、山楂110-130份、沙棘70-90份、粉葛230-250份、玫瑰花70-90份。
3.权利要求1或2所述组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将所述重量份的桃仁、山楂、沙棘、粉葛、玫瑰花直接粉碎得到粉末;或加水或不同浓度的乙醇提取,提取液浓缩干燥得粗提物;或进一步采用水提醇沉法、有机溶剂萃取法、柱层析法、二氧化碳超临界萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法进行精制得到精提物;上述粉末或粗提物或精提物不加或者加入适量辅料,按常规工艺制备而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将粉葛粗碎后蒸至透心,干燥后粉碎,得粉葛粉;将桃仁、山楂、沙棘、玫瑰花加水提取,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入粉葛粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量辅料,混匀,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将粉葛粗碎后蒸至透心,干燥后粉碎,得粉葛粉;将桃仁、山楂、沙棘、玫瑰花加6-15倍量水提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入粉葛粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量助剂、矫味剂,混匀,即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的助剂是指糙米粉、荞麦粉、魔芋粉、燕麦粉、紫薯粉中的一种或一种以上;矫味剂是指蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸、酒石酸、牛奶香精、食用盐中的一种或一种以上。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将粉葛粗碎后蒸至透心,干燥后粉碎,得粉葛粉;将桃仁、山楂、沙棘、玫瑰花加8-12倍量水提取1-3次,每次1-3小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入粉葛粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量荞麦粉、紫薯粉、魔芋粉、三氯蔗糖,混匀,即得。
8.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将桃仁、山楂、沙棘、粉葛、玫瑰花加6-15倍量水提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎,加入适量荞麦粉、紫薯粉、魔芋粉、三氯蔗糖,混匀,即得。
9.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将桃仁、山楂、沙棘、粉葛、玫瑰花加6-15倍量50-90%乙醇提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,继续浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎,加入适量荞麦粉、紫薯粉、魔芋粉、三氯蔗糖,混匀,即得。
10.权利要求1或2所述组合物用于制备具有逐瘀功能的食品或保健食品中的应用。
