Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有清火功能的组合物及其制备方法。该组合物是由金银花、蒲公英、淡竹叶、青果、芦根、菊花按一定重量配比制备而成,它可以被制成任何一种常用制剂,优选口服制剂。该组合物具有清火生津的功效,能明显改善阴虚火旺等症状。

本发明涉及一种具有清火功能的组合物及其制备方法,属于食品的技术领域。
背景技术
阴虚火旺俗称虚火,是指脏腑阴分亏虚,失于滋养,虚热内生的表现,心、肝、肺、脾、肾均可出现此种情况。阴虚火旺往往病势缓慢,病程较长,其临床症状表现为:潮热盗汗、心烦、失眠,或男子早泄、遗精,女子经少或经闭,或骨蒸发热、腰膝酸软、耳鸣、体温比常人高,血热,口干咽燥,大便干结,尿少色黄,舌质干红或有裂纹,无苔或少苔,脉细数,或伴有口腔溃疡反复发作,疼痛,伴头昏,腰酸乏力等。
食疗是中国人的传统习惯,通过饮食达到调理身体,强壮体魄的目的。食疗文化源远流长,食疗是一种长远的养生行为,是一种健康的健体之道。
目前市场上清火的食疗产品效果均不太显著,存在携带引用不方便或者人体摄取量少等不足,因此,有必要根据中医的药食同源理论和食疗养生理论,研制出一种适合人们需要的食用方便的新型功能性清火的食疗产品。

本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有清火功能的组合物;本发明还提供了该组合物的制备方法。

金银花150-350份、蒲公英150-350份、淡竹叶80-200份、青果80-200份、芦根80-200份、菊花80-200份。

金银花220-260份、蒲公英220-260份、淡竹叶100-140份、青果100-140份、芦根100-140份、菊花100-140份。
进一步优选为:
金银花230-250份、蒲公英230-250份、淡竹叶110-130份、青果110-130份、芦根110-130份、菊花110-130份。
最佳优选为:
金银花240份、蒲公英240份、淡竹叶120份、青果120份、芦根120份、菊花120份。
本发明涉及一种组合物,它是在现有中医理论的基础上,进行科学配伍,发挥组分之间相互协同的作用,从而筛选出能清火生津的组方。其中,金银花既能宣散风热,还善清解血毒,用于各种热性病,如身热、发疹、发斑、热毒疮痈、咽喉肿痛等症,均效果显著。蒲公英清热解毒、利尿散结,治急性乳腺炎、淋巴腺炎、瘰疬、疔毒疮肿、急性结膜炎、感冒发热、急性扁桃体炎、急性支气管炎、胃炎、肝炎、胆囊炎、尿路感染。淡竹叶具有清热除烦、利尿通淋的功效,主治热病烦渴、口舌生疮、牙龈肿痛、小儿惊啼、肺热咳嗽、胃热呕哕、小便赤涩淋浊。青果清热、利咽、生津、解毒,用于咽喉肿痛、咳嗽、烦渴、鱼蟹中毒等。芦根清热生津、除烦、止呕、利尿,用于热病烦渴、胃热呕吐、肺热咳嗽、肺痈吐脓、热淋涩痛。菊花散风清热、平肝明目、清热解毒,主治风热感冒、头痛眩晕、目赤肿痛、眼目昏花、疮痈肿毒。
本发明组合物的制备方法如下:
将金银花、蒲公英、淡竹叶、青果、芦根、菊花直接粉碎得到粉末;或加水或不同浓度的乙醇提取,提取液浓缩干燥得粗提物;或进一步采用水提醇沉法、有机溶剂萃取法、柱层析法、二氧化碳超临界萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法进行精制得到精提物;上述粉末或粗提物或精提物不加或者加入适量辅料,按常规工艺制备而成。
如可以制成常用的片剂(分散片、泡腾片、口腔崩解片、含片、咀嚼片、泡腾片)、胶囊剂(硬胶囊、软胶囊)、颗粒剂、丸剂(滴丸剂)、散剂等固体制剂形式,也可以制成糖浆、酒剂、酊剂、口服液等液体制剂形式。因此,该组合物中除有效成分外,还可以含有药学上可以接受的辅料。
这里所述的辅料,可以根据不同的制剂有所不同,如在片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂等固体制剂中常用的稀释剂、崩解剂、赋形剂、粘合剂、润滑剂、表面活性剂、填充剂、矫味剂等;在糖浆、口服液等液体制剂形式中常用的表面活性剂、稀释剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、矫味剂、增稠剂、助流剂等。
其常用辅料如淀粉、乳糖、蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、糊精、糖粉、微晶纤维素、甘露醇、木糖醇、聚乙二醇、硫酸钙、磷酸氢钙、碳酸钙、改良淀粉、山梨醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、重质碳酸镁、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲淀粉钠、羟丙基纤维素、聚维酮K30、白陶土、预胶化淀粉、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、微粉硅胶、甜叶菊苷、甜菜碱、阿司帕坦、甘草甜素、糖精钠、柠檬酸、酒石酸、冰糖、蜂蜜、牛奶香精、食用盐、糙米粉、荞麦粉、魔芋粉、燕麦粉、紫薯粉、红豆粉、绿豆粉、豆浆粉、二氧化硅等。
本发明组合物的制备方法如下:
将金银花、蒲公英、淡竹叶、青果、芦根、菊花加水提取,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎,加入适量辅料,混匀,即得。
优选的制备方法如下:
将金银花、蒲公英、淡竹叶、青果、芦根、菊花加6-15倍量水提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎,加入适量助剂、矫味剂,混匀,即得。
其中,助剂是指糙米粉、荞麦粉、魔芋粉、燕麦粉、紫薯粉、绿豆粉、二氧化硅中的一种或一种以上;矫味剂是指蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸、酒石酸、牛奶香精、食用盐中的一种或一种以上。
更优选的制备方法如下:
将金银花、蒲公英、淡竹叶、青果、芦根、菊花加8-12倍量水提取1-3次,每次1-3小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入适量绿豆粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量绿豆粉、魔芋粉、三氯蔗糖,混匀,即得。
本发明组合物的制备方法还可以为:
将金银花、蒲公英、淡竹叶、青果、芦根、菊花加6-15倍量50-90%乙醇提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,继续浓缩至稠膏,加入适量绿豆粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量绿豆粉、魔芋粉、三氯蔗糖,混匀,即得。
本发明组合物袋泡茶的制备方法如下:
将金银花、蒲公英、淡竹叶、青果、芦根、菊花直接粉碎得到粉末,混匀,包装,即得。

经人体试食本发明组合物显示,本发明组合物能显著改善阴虚火旺等症状,提示本发明组合物能清火生津,增强体质。

1.一种具有清火功能的组合物,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份的组分组成:金银花150-350份、蒲公英150-350份、淡竹叶80-200份、青果80-200份、芦根80-200份、菊花80-200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份的组分组成:金银花220-260份、蒲公英220-260份、淡竹叶100-140份、青果100-140份、芦根100-140份、菊花100-140份。
3.权利要求1或2所述组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将金银花、蒲公英、淡竹叶、青果、芦根、菊花直接粉碎得到粉末;或加水或不同浓度的乙醇提取,提取液浓缩干燥得粗提物;或进一步采用水提醇沉法、有机溶剂萃取法、柱层析法、二氧化碳超临界萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法进行精制得到精提物;上述粉末或粗提物或精提物不加或者加入适量辅料,按常规工艺制备而成。

将金银花、蒲公英、淡竹叶、青果、芦根、菊花加6-15倍量50-90%乙醇提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,继续浓缩至稠膏,加入适量绿豆粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量绿豆粉、魔芋粉、三氯蔗糖,混匀,即得。
9.权利要求1或2所述组合物用于制备具有清火功能的食品或保健食品中的应用。
