Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有利湿功能的组合物及其制备方法。该组合物是由薏苡仁、茯苓、淡竹叶、白扁豆、冬瓜皮按一定重量配比制备而成,它可以被制成任何一种常用制剂,优选口服制剂。该组合物具有健脾利湿的功效,能显著改善脾虚湿重等症状。

本发明涉及一种具有利湿功能的组合物及其制备方法,属于食品的技术领域。
背景技术
随着现代生活节奏的加快,人们的精神压力越来越大,尤其夏季气候环境湿气较重,人易被湿气所困导致脾虚,使运化失常,表现为大便稀溏,腹满腹胀,不思饮食,嗳腐吞酸等。
食疗是中国人的传统习惯,通过饮食达到调理身体,强壮体魄的目的。食疗文化源远流长,食疗是一种长远的养生行为,是一种健康的健体之道。
目前市场上利湿的食疗产品效果均不太显著,存在携带引用不方便或者人体摄取量少等不足,因此,有必要根据中医的药食同源理论和食疗养生理论,研制出一种适合人们需要的食用方便的新型功能性利湿的食疗产品。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有利湿功能的组合物;本发明还提供了该组合物的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:

薏苡仁120-300份、茯苓120-300份、淡竹叶80-200份、白扁豆150-400份、冬瓜皮450-800份。
优选为:
薏苡仁180-220份、茯苓180-220份、淡竹叶100-140份、白扁豆220-260份、冬瓜皮580-620份。
进一步优选为:
薏苡仁190-210份、茯苓190-210份、淡竹叶110-130份、白扁豆230-250份、冬瓜皮590-610份。
最佳优选为:
薏苡仁200份、茯苓200份、淡竹叶120份、白扁豆240份、冬瓜皮600份。
本发明涉及一种组合物,它是在现有中医理论的基础上,进行科学配伍,发挥组分之间相互协同的作用,从而筛选出能健脾利湿的组方。其中,薏苡仁健脾渗湿、除痹止泻,用于水肿、脚气、小便不利、湿痹拘挛、脾虚泄泻等。茯苓利水渗湿、健脾、宁心,用于水肿尿少、痰饮眩悸、脾虚食少、便溏泄泻、心神不安、惊悸失眠。淡竹叶清热除烦、利尿通淋,主治热病烦渴、口舌生疮、牙龈肿痛、小儿惊啼、肺热咳嗽、胃热呕哕、小便赤涩淋浊。白扁豆健脾化湿、和中消暑,用于脾胃虚弱、食欲不振、大便溏泻、白带过多、暑湿吐泻、胸闷腹胀。冬瓜皮利尿消肿,用于水肿胀满、小便不利、暑热口渴、小便短赤。
本发明组合物的制备方法如下:
将薏苡仁、茯苓、淡竹叶、白扁豆、冬瓜皮直接粉碎得到粉末;或加水或不同浓度的乙醇提取,提取液浓缩干燥得粗提物;或进一步采用水提醇沉法、有机溶剂萃取法、柱层析法、二氧化碳超临界萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法进行精制得到精提物;上述粉末或粗提物或精提物不加或者加入适量辅料,按常规工艺制备而成。
如可以制成常用的片剂(分散片、泡腾片、口腔崩解片、含片、咀嚼片、泡腾片)、胶囊剂(硬胶囊、软胶囊)、颗粒剂、丸剂(滴丸剂)、散剂等固体制剂形式,也可以制成糖浆、酒剂、酊剂、口服液等液体制剂形式。因此,该组合物中除有效成分外,还可以含有药学上可以接受的辅料。
这里所述的辅料,可以根据不同的制剂有所不同,如在片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂等固体制剂中常用的稀释剂、崩解剂、赋形剂、粘合剂、润滑剂、表面活性剂、填充剂、矫味剂等;在糖浆、口服液等液体制剂形式中常用的表面活性剂、稀释剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、矫味剂、增稠剂、助流剂等。
其常用辅料如淀粉、乳糖、蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、糊精、糖粉、微晶纤维素、甘露醇、木糖醇、聚乙二醇、硫酸钙、磷酸氢钙、碳酸钙、改良淀粉、山梨醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、重质碳酸镁、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲淀粉钠、羟丙基纤维素、聚维酮K30、白陶土、预胶化淀粉、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、微粉硅胶、甜叶菊苷、甜菜碱、阿司帕坦、甘草甜素、糖精钠、柠檬酸、酒石酸、冰糖、蜂蜜、牛奶香精、食用盐、糙米粉、荞麦粉、魔芋粉、燕麦粉、紫薯粉、赤小豆粉、绿豆粉、豆浆粉、二氧化硅等。
本发明组合物的制备方法如下:
将薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆蒸至透心后,干燥,粉碎,备用;淡竹叶、冬瓜皮加水提取,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量辅料,混匀,即得。
优选的制备方法如下:
将薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆蒸至透心后,干燥,粉碎,备用;淡竹叶、冬瓜皮加6-15倍量水提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量助剂、矫味剂,混匀,即得。
其中,助剂是指荞麦粉、魔芋粉、燕麦粉、紫薯粉、赤小豆粉中的一种或一种以上;矫味剂是指蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸、酒石酸、牛奶香精、食用盐中的一种或一种以上。
更优选的制备方法如下:
将薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆蒸至透心后,干燥,粉碎,备用;淡竹叶、冬瓜皮加8-12倍量水提取1-3次,每次1-3小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量魔芋粉、赤小豆粉、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸,混匀,即得。
本发明组合物的制备方法还可以为:

将薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆蒸至透心后,干燥,粉碎,备用;淡竹叶、冬瓜皮加水提取两次,每次1小时,第一次加14倍量水,第二次加8倍量水,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量魔芋粉、赤小豆粉、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸,混匀,即得。

将薏苡仁、茯苓、淡竹叶、白扁豆、冬瓜皮直接粉碎成粉末,混匀,包装,即得。
以上均为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其他实现方式,需要说明的是,在没有脱离本发明发明构思的前提下,任何显而易见的替换均在本发明保护范围之内。
经人体试食本发明组合物显示,本发明组合物能显著改善脾虚湿重等症状,提示本发明组合物能健脾利湿,增强体质。

1.一种具有利湿功能的组合物,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份的组分组成:薏苡仁120-300份、茯苓120-300份、淡竹叶80-200份、白扁豆150-400份、冬瓜皮450-800份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份的组分组成:薏苡仁180-220份、茯苓180-220份、淡竹叶100-140份、白扁豆220-260份、冬瓜皮580-620份。
3.权利要求1或2所述组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将薏苡仁、茯苓、淡竹叶、白扁豆、冬瓜皮直接粉碎得到粉末;或加水或不同浓度的乙醇提取,提取液浓缩干燥得粗提物;或进一步采用水提醇沉法、有机溶剂萃取法、柱层析法、二氧化碳超临界萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法进行精制得到精提物;上述粉末或粗提物或精提物不加或者加入适量辅料,按常规工艺制备而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆蒸至透心后,干燥,粉碎,备用;淡竹叶、冬瓜皮加水提取,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量辅料,混匀,即得。

将薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆蒸至透心后,干燥,粉碎,备用;淡竹叶、冬瓜皮加6-15倍量水提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量助剂、矫味剂,混匀,即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的助剂是指荞麦粉、魔芋粉、燕麦粉、紫薯粉、赤小豆粉中的一种或一种以上;矫味剂是指蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸、酒石酸、牛奶香精、食用盐中的一种或一种以上。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆蒸至透心后,干燥,粉碎,备用;淡竹叶、冬瓜皮加8-12倍量水提取1-3次,每次1-3小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入薏苡仁、茯苓、白扁豆粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量魔芋粉、赤小豆粉、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸,混匀,即得。
8.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将薏苡仁、茯苓、淡竹叶、白扁豆、冬瓜皮加6-15倍量水提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎,加入适量魔芋粉、赤小豆粉、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸,混匀,即得。
9.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将薏苡仁、茯苓、淡竹叶、白扁豆、冬瓜皮加6-15倍量50-90%乙醇提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,继续浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎,加入适量魔芋粉、赤小豆粉、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸,混匀,即得。
10.权利要求1或2所述组合物用于制备具有利湿功能的食品或保健食品中的应用。
