Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有补气功能的组合物及其制备方法。该组合物是由山药、茯苓、百合、麦芽按一定重量配比制备而成,它可以被制成任何一种常用制剂,优选口服制剂。该组合物具有补气益气的功效,能明显改善人体气虚症状。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有补气功能的组合物及其制备方法,属于食品的技术领域。
背景技术
气虚,从中医的角度来说,气虚之体的主要表现为:少气懒言、全身疲倦乏力、声音低沉、动则气短、易出汗、头晕心悸、面色萎黄、食欲不振,虚热,自汗,脱肛,子宫下垂,舌淡而胖,舌边有齿痕,脉弱等,为功能减退,不一定有病,气虚者需补气。
食疗是中国人的传统习惯,通过饮食达到调理身体,强壮体魄的目的。食疗文化源远流长,食疗是一种长远的养生行为,是一种健康的健体之道。
目前市场上补气益气的食疗产品效果均不太显著,存在携带引用不方便或者人体摄取量少等不足,因此,有必要根据中医的药食同源理论和食疗养生理论,研制出一种适合人们需要的食用方便的新型功能性补气益气的食疗产品。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有补气功能的组合物,能够补气益气,增强体质;本发明还提供了该组合物的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是由下述重量份的组分制成的:
山药10-70份、茯苓10-70份、百合5-50份、麦芽1-40份。
优选为:
山药30-50份、茯苓30-50份、百合10-30份、麦芽5-20份。
进一步优选为:
山药40份、茯苓40份、百合24份、麦芽12份。
本发明涉及一种组合物,它是在现有中医理论的基础上,进行科学配伍,发挥组分之间相互协同的作用,从而筛选出能补气益气的组方。其中,山药是人类食用最早的植物之一,含有极丰富的营养保健物质,《本草纲目》认为山药能“益肾气、健脾胃、止泻痢、化瘫涎、润毛皮”,研究表明,山药具有诱导产生干扰素,增强人体免疫功能的作用;其所含胆碱和卵磷脂有助于提高人的记忆力,常食之可健身强体、延缓衰老。茯苓既能健脾,又能渗湿,对于脾虚运化失常所致泄泻、带下,应用茯苓有标本兼顾之效,常与山药等配伍,可用为补肺脾,治气虚之辅佐药。百合养阴润肺;清心安神,常食之可补益肺气,强壮身体。麦芽健脾和胃,疏肝行气,《本草汇言》中认为“大麦芽,和中消食之药也。补而能利,利而又能补,如腹之胀满,膈之郁结,或饮食之不纳,中气之不利,以此发生之物而开关格之气,则效非常比也”。
本发明组合物的制备方法如下:
将所述重量份的山药、茯苓、百合、麦芽直接粉碎得到粉末;或加水或不同浓度的乙醇提取,提取液浓缩干燥得粗提物;或进一步采用水提醇沉法、有机溶剂萃取法、柱层析法、二氧化碳超临界萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法进行精制得到精提物;上述粉末或粗提物或精提物不加或者加入适量辅料,按常规工艺制备而成。
如可以制成常用的片剂(分散片、泡腾片、口腔崩解片、含片、咀嚼片、泡腾片)、胶囊剂(硬胶囊、软胶囊)、颗粒剂、丸剂(滴丸剂)、散剂等固体制剂形式,也可以制成糖浆、酒剂、酊剂、口服液等液体制剂形式。因此,该组合物中除有效成分外,还可以含有药学上可以接受的辅料。
这里所述的辅料,可以根据不同的制剂有所不同,如在片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂等固体制剂中常用的稀释剂、崩解剂、赋形剂、粘合剂、润滑剂、表面活性剂、填充剂、矫味剂等;在糖浆、口服液等液体制剂形式中常用的表面活性剂、稀释剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、矫味剂、增稠剂、助流剂等。
其常用辅料如淀粉、乳糖、蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、糊精、麦芽糊精、白砂糖、微晶纤维素、甘露醇、木糖醇、聚乙二醇、硫酸钙、磷酸氢钙、碳酸钙、改良淀粉、山梨醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、重质碳酸镁、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲淀粉钠、羟丙基纤维素、聚维酮K30、白陶土、预胶化淀粉、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、微粉硅胶、甜叶菊苷、甜菜碱、阿司帕坦、甘草甜素、糖精钠、柠檬酸、酒石酸、冰糖、蜂蜜、牛奶香精、食用盐、糙米粉、荞麦粉、魔芋粉、燕麦粉、紫薯粉、红豆粉、绿豆粉、豆浆粉、二氧化硅等。
本发明组合物的制备方法如下:
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加水提取,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量辅料,混匀,即得。
优选的制备方法如下:
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加6-15倍量水提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量助剂、矫味剂,混匀,即得。
其中,助剂是指糙米粉、荞麦粉、魔芋粉、燕麦粉、紫薯粉、二氧化硅中的一种或一种以上;矫味剂是指蔗糖、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸、酒石酸、牛奶香精、食用盐中的一种或一种以上。
更优选的制备方法如下:
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加8-12倍量水提取1-3次,每次1-3小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉与适量糙米粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
本发明组合物的制备方法还可以为:
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加6-15倍量水提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,继续浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉与适量糙米粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
本发明组合物的制备方法还可以为:
将山药、茯苓、百合、麦芽加6-15倍量水提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉与适量糙米粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
本发明组合物的制备方法还可以为:
将山药、茯苓、百合、麦芽加6-15倍量50-90%乙醇提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,继续浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉与适量糙米粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
本发明组合物袋泡茶的制备方法如下:
将所述重量份的山药、茯苓、百合、麦芽直接粉碎得到粉末,包装,即得。

山药400g、茯苓400g、百合240g、麦芽120g
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加10倍量水提取2次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉与适量糙米粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
实施例2
山药300g、茯苓500g、百合100g、麦芽200g
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加8倍量水提取2次,每次1小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉与适量糙米粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
实施例3
山药500g、茯苓300g、百合300g、麦芽50g
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加8倍量水提取2次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉与适量糙米粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
实施例4
山药100g、茯苓700g、百合50g、麦芽400g
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加12倍量水提取1次,提取3小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
实施例5
山药700g、茯苓100g、百合500g、麦芽10g
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加10倍量水提取3次,每次1小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量荞麦粉、魔芋粉、蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
实施例6
山药200g、茯苓600g、百合100g、麦芽300g
将山药、茯苓、百合、麦芽加15倍量水提取2次,每次1小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉与适量糙米粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
实施例7
山药600g、茯苓200g、百合400g、麦芽20g
将山药、茯苓、百合、麦芽加6倍量水提取4次,每次1.5小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、蔗糖、三氯蔗糖,混匀,即得。
实施例8
山药450g、茯苓350g、百合300g、麦芽100g
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加10倍量70%乙醇提取2次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,继续浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉与适量糙米粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
实施例9
山药350g、茯苓450g、百合200g、麦芽150g
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加12倍量90%提取2次,每次1小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,继续浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量荞麦粉、魔芋粉、蔗糖、柠檬酸,混匀,即得。
实施例10
山药420g、茯苓380g、百合260g、麦芽100g
将山药、茯苓、百合、麦芽加8倍量50%乙醇提取3次,每次1小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎,加入适量燕麦粉、魔芋粉、酒石酸、三氯蔗糖,混匀,制粒,干燥,装胶囊,即得。
实施例11
山药380g、茯苓420g、百合220g、麦芽140g
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加10倍量水提取2次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量荞麦粉、紫薯粉、蔗糖、牛奶香精,混匀,制粒,干燥,压片,即得。
实施例12
山药240g、茯苓240g、百合160g、麦芽120g
将山药、茯苓、百合、麦芽加8倍量水提取2次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入适量荞麦粉、魔芋粉、食用盐,混匀,加水至全量,即得。

山药400g、茯苓400g、百合240g、麦芽120g
将所述重量份的山药、茯苓、百合、麦芽直接粉碎成粉末,包装,即得。

以上均为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其他实现方式,需要说明的是,在没有脱离本发明发明构思的前提下,任何显而易见的替换均在本发明保护范围之内。
经人体试食本发明组合物显示,本发明组合物能显著提高体质,改善气虚症状,提示本发明组合物能补气益气,增强体质。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有补气功能的组合物,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份的组分组成:山药10-70份、茯苓10-70份、百合5-50份、麦芽1-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份的组分组成:山药30-50份、茯苓30-50份、百合10-30份、麦芽5-20份。
3.权利要求1或2所述组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将山药、茯苓、百合、麦芽直接粉碎得到粉末;或加水或不同浓度的乙醇提取,提取液浓缩干燥得粗提物;或进一步采用水提醇沉法、有机溶剂萃取法、柱层析法、二氧化碳超临界萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法进行精制得到精提物;上述粉末或粗提物或精提物不加或者加入适量辅料,按常规工艺制备而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加水提取,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量辅料,混匀,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加6-15倍量水提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉,干燥,粉碎,加入适量助剂、矫味剂,混匀,即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的助剂是指糙米粉、荞麦粉、魔芋粉、燕麦粉、紫薯粉、二氧化硅中的一种或一种以上;矫味剂是指蔗糖、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸、酒石酸、牛奶香精、食用盐中的一种或一种以上。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将山药、百合分别粉碎成粗粉;将茯苓、麦芽加8-12倍量水提取1-3次,每次1-3小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,加入山药粉、百合粉与适量糙米粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
8.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,它是这样制备的:
将山药、茯苓、百合、麦芽加6-15倍量水提取1-4次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎,加入适量糙米粉、魔芋粉、白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、二氧化硅,混匀,即得。
