- 如权利要求3所述的陶瓷电热体,其特征在于:所述陶瓷电热体由内到外分别为内导电层(1)、内绝缘层(2)、外电阻层(3)、外导电层(4)和外绝缘层(5)。
- 如权利要求4所述的陶瓷电热体,其特征在于:所述内导电层(1)位于所述陶瓷电热体的中央;所述内绝缘层(2)包裹在所述内导电层(1)外,所述内绝缘层(2)分为两段且下段的外周轮廓大于上段的外周轮廓;所述外电阻层(3)包裹在所述内绝缘层(2)的上部之外,所述外电阻层(3)分为两段且下段的外周轮廓小于上段的外周轮廓,所述外电阻层(3)的上段的外周轮廓小于所述内绝缘层(2)的下段的外周轮廓;所述外导电层(4)包裹在所述外电阻层(3)的下段之外,所述外导电层(4)分为两段且下段的外周轮廓等于所述内绝缘层(2)的下段的外周轮廓,上段的外周轮廓等于所述外电阻层(3)的上段的外周轮廓;所述外绝缘层(5)包裹在所述外导电层(4)的上段和所述外电阻层(3)的上段之外,所述外绝缘层(5)的外周轮廓等于所述外导电层(4)的下段的外周轮廓;所述内导电层(1)的下部为中央电极处(7),所述内绝缘层(2)的上端为连通孔(8),所述外导电层(4)的下段外部为旁电极连接处(9)。
- 如权利要求2所述的陶瓷电热体,其特征在于:所述陶瓷电热体为六层。
- 如权利要求6所述的陶瓷电热体,其特征在于:所述陶瓷电热体由内到外分别为内导电层(1)、内电阻层(6)、内绝缘层(2)、外电阻层(3)、外导电层(4)和外绝缘层(5)。
- 如权利要求7所述的陶瓷电热体,其特征在于:所述内导电层(1)位于所述陶瓷电热体的中央;所述内电阻层(6)包裹在所述内导电层(1)外;所述内绝缘层(2)包裹在所述内电阻层(6)外,所述内绝缘层(2)分为两段且下段的外周轮廓大于上段的外周轮廓;所述外电阻层(3)包裹在所述内绝缘层(2)的上部之外,所述外电阻层(3)分为两段且下段的外周轮廓小于上段的外周轮廓,所述外电阻层(3)的上段的外周轮廓小于所述内绝缘层(2)的下段的外周轮廓;所述外导电层(4)包裹在所述外电阻层(3)的下段之外,所述外导电层(4)分为两段且下段的外周轮廓等于所述内绝缘层(2)的下段的外周轮廓,上段的外周轮廓等于所述外电阻层(6)的上段的外周轮廓;所述外绝缘层(5)包裹在所述外导电层(4)的上段和所述外电阻层(3)的上段之外,所述外绝缘层(5)的外周轮廓等于所述外导电层(4)的下段的外周轮廓;所述内导电层(1)的下部为中央电极处(7),所述内电阻层(6)的上端为连通孔 (8),所述外导电层(4)的下段外部为旁电极连接处(9)。

- 如权利要求10所述的陶瓷电热体,其特征在于:所述内导电层(1)位于所述陶瓷电热体的中央;所述内绝缘层(2)包裹在所述内导电层(1)外,所述内绝缘层(2)分为两段且下段的外周轮廓大于上段的外周轮廓;所述电阻层(11)包裹在所述内绝缘层(2)的上部之外,所述电阻层(11)分为两段且上段的外周轮廓小于下段的外周轮廓,所述电阻层(11)的下段的外周轮廓等于所述内绝缘层(2)的下段的外周轮廓;所述外绝缘层(5)包裹在所述电阻层(11)的上段之外,所述外绝缘层(5)的外周轮廓等于所述电阻层(11)的下段的外周轮廓;所述内导电层(1)的下部为中央电极处(7),所述电阻层(11)的上端为连通孔(8),所述电阻层(11)的下段外部为旁电极连接处(9)。
- 如权利要求5、8或11所述的陶瓷电热体,其特征在于:所述中央电极处(7)为实心。
- 如权利要求1-11中任意一项所述的陶瓷电热体,其特征在于:所述陶瓷电热体为圆柱体或者扁状体。
- 如权利要求12所述的陶瓷电热体,其特征在于:所述陶瓷电热体为圆柱体或者扁状体。
