Abstract
本实用新型包含导电外层、相对绝缘层和导电内芯层,相对绝缘层位于导电外层与导电内芯层之间。相对绝缘层的顶端有小孔,导电内芯层的材料充填其间,形成导电内芯层与导电外层之间的电连接。陶瓷芯上段直径小于下段直径下段的外表面为圆锥形。导电内芯层的底部有一电极插孔。本实用新型的优点是反应速度快,工作温度高,使燃气燃烧完全,既可增大输出功率,又减少有害气体排放,减小环境污染,抗腐蚀,抗振,不需经常更换及维修。

本实用新型属于内燃机的点火技术领域。
在柴油机点火装置中,常使用全金属电热塞和金属表面覆盖陶瓷电热塞,例如中国专利公报中公开的一种《快速电热塞》(ZL91230897)。已有技术的不足之处是,反应速度慢,工作温度低,可达到1000℃,因此燃气燃烧不充分,排出气体中有害气体含量比高,对环境形成污染,而且电热塞易腐蚀而损坏,需经常维修及更换,寿命短。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种工作温度高的外表面为圆锥形的电热塞全陶瓷加热芯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的;一种柴油机电热塞的圆锥形全陶瓷加热芯,包含导电陶瓷例如以氮化硅和二硅化钼为基料绕结的导电陶瓷形成的导电外层、相对绝缘层和导电内芯层;导电外层形成陶瓷加热芯的外层结构,相对绝缘层位于导电外层与导电内芯层之间,在相对绝缘层的顶端有一个顶端小孔,导电内芯层的材料充填其中,形成导电外层与导电内芯层之间的电连接;陶瓷加热芯上段的直径小于下段直径,从而增大其电阻值,成为发热量的主要产生源;陶瓷加热芯的下段外面为圆锥形外表面,装配时,以其圆锥形外表面将陶瓷加热芯紧固并定位于电热塞中,并形成电连接。导电内芯层的底端有一个电极插孔,电热塞的中央电极插入电极插孔中。工作时,直流电压加在电热塞的金属外壳与中央电极之间,电流从陶瓷加热芯通过,在陶瓷加热芯的小直径部位产生1500℃以上的高温,用以将柴油机内的燃气点燃。
本实用新型的优点是以此陶瓷加热芯装配的电热塞,反应时间小于2秒,工作温度达到1500℃以上,具有高温下的高强度、耐腐蚀及抗振性能,可使燃烧室内的燃气充分燃烧,既可提高发动机输出功率,又可减少有害气体排放量,减小大气污染,达到节能、保护环境的效果,可长期连续工作,不需经常维修及更换,减少运行费用,可广泛应用于机动车、航空、航海及工业用柴油机。
图1为本实用新型的结构图。对图1说明如下:1为导电外层,2为相对绝缘层,3为导电内芯层,4为顶端小孔,5为圆锥形外表面,6为电极插孔。
Claims (2)
1、一种柴油机电热塞的圆锥形全陶瓷加热芯,其特征在于包含导电外层(1)、相对绝缘层(2)和导电内芯层(3);导电外层(1)形成陶瓷加热芯的外层结构,相对绝缘层(2)位于导电外层(1)与导电内芯层(3)之间,在相对绝缘层(2)的顶端有一个顶端小孔(4),导电内芯层(3)的部分材料充填其中,形成导电内芯层(3)与导电外层(1)之间的电连接;陶瓷加热芯的上段直径小于下段直径;陶瓷加热芯的下段的外表面为圆锥形外表面(5),装配时,以其圆锥形外表面(5)将陶瓷加热芯紧固、定位于电热塞的金属壳体中,并形成电连接;导电内芯层(3)的底端有一个电极插孔(6),可插入电热塞的中央电极(6)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的一种柴油机电热塞的圆锥形全陶瓷加热芯,其特征在于其中的导电外层(1)、相对绝缘层(2)和导电内芯层(3)为以氮化硅和二硅化钼为基料烧结的导电陶瓷。
