六层结构全陶瓷电热体,属于以陶瓷为特征的电热体技术领域。所要解决的技术问题是提供一种有外绝缘层的六层结构全陶瓷电热体。解决其技术问题的技术方案包含内导电层、内电阻层、内绝缘层、外电阻层、外导电层、外绝缘层;内导电层位于电热体中央;内电阻层包于内导电层之外;内绝缘层包于内电阻层之外;外电阻层包于内绝缘层之外;内绝缘层顶端有连通孔,外电阻层与内电阻层在连通孔处连通;外导电层包在外电阻层的下段之外;外绝缘层包在外导电层之外;各层材料由陶瓷材料制成,可以采用含氮化硅及二硅化钼的陶瓷材料;应用于加热及点火装置。有益效果是加热点火速度快、温度高,抗震强度大,其内导电层及内电阻层不会与外导电层及外电阻层误通,不会发生电路短路。

属于以陶瓷为特征的电热体技术领域。
背景技术
已有技术陶瓷电热体,优点是加热温度高;其不足之处是外层导电层无保护层,抗震能力差,在底端外导电层与内导电层之间的距离小,容易误连通,加工工序较多。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题是提供一种有外绝缘层的抗震能力强的六层结构全陶瓷电热体。
解决其技术问题的技术方案如下:六层结构全陶瓷电热体,包含内导电层、内电阻层、内绝缘层、外电阻层、外导电层、外绝缘层及中央电极插孔;内导电层位于电热体的中央,中央电极插孔位于内导电层底端的中央;内电阻层分为二段,下段的直径大于上段的直径,内电阻层的下段包于内导电层之外;内绝缘层分为三段,中段直径大于上段直径,下段直径大于中段直径,上段包于内电阻层上段之外,中段及下段包于内电阻层下段之外;外电阻层分为二段,上段包于内绝缘层的上段之外,下段包于内绝缘层中段之外,下段的直径小于内绝缘层下段的直径;在内绝缘层上段的顶端有连通孔,外电阻层的部分材料与内电阻层的部分材料在连通孔处连通;外导电层包在外电阻层的下段之外,外导电层分为二段,下段的直径等于内绝缘层的下段的直径,上段的直径小于下段的直径,下段为旁电极连接处;外绝缘层包在外导电层的上段之外;
内导电层、内电阻层、内绝缘层、外电阻层、外导电层及外绝缘层由陶瓷材料制成,可以采用含氮化硅及二硅化钼的陶瓷材料;其中内导电层及外导电层的氮化硅的重量百分比含量为20-60%、二硅化钼的重量百分比含量为40-80%,内电阻层及外电阻层的氮化硅的重量百分比含量为60-70%、二硅化钼的重量百分比含量为30-40%,内绝缘层及外绝缘层的氮化硅的重量百分比含量为70-100%、二硅化钼的重量百分比含量为0-30%。
有益效果:应用于加热及点火装置。有益效果是加热点火速度快、温度高,可达1200度以上,抗震强度大,其尾端的内导电层及内电阻层不会与外导电层及外电阻层误通,不会发生电路短路,加工完毕尾端不需切割,可以减少生产工序。

具体实施方式如下:内导电层1位于电热体的中央,中央电极插孔8位于内导电层1的中央;内电阻层2分为二段,下段的直径大于上段的直径,内电阻层2的下段包于内导电层1之外;内绝缘层3分为三段,中段直径大于上段直径,下段直径大于中段直径,上段包于内电阻层2上段之外,中段及下段包于内电阻层2下段之外;外电阻层4分为二段,上段包于内绝缘层3的上段之外,下段包于内绝缘层3中段之外,下段的直径小于内绝缘层3下段的直径;在内绝缘层3的上段顶端有连通孔7,外电阻层4的部分材料与内电阻层2的部分材料在连通孔7处连通;外导电层5包在外电阻层4的下段之外,外导电层5分为二段,下段的直径等于内绝缘层3的下段的直径,上段的直径小于下段的直径,下段为旁电极连接处9;外绝缘层6包在外导电层5的上段之外。内导电层1、内电阻层2、内绝缘层3、外电阻层4、外导电层5及外绝缘层6由含氮化硅及二硅化钼的陶瓷材料制成;其中内导电层1及外导电层4的氮化硅的重量百分比含量为40%、二硅化钼的重量百分比含量为60%,内电阻层及外电阻层的氮化硅的重量百分比含量为65%、二硅化钼的重量百分比含量为35%,内绝缘层及外绝缘层的氮化硅的重量百分比含量为90%、二硅化钼的重量百分比含量为10%。

Claims (2)

1.六层结构全陶瓷电热体,包含内导电层(1)、内电阻层(2)、内绝缘层(3)及中央电极插孔(8),其特征在于还包含外电阻层(4)、外导电层(5)及外绝缘层(6);内导电层(1)位于电热体的中央,中央电极插孔(8)位于内导电层(1)底端的中央;内电阻层(2)分为二段,下段的直径大于上段的直径,内电阻层(2)的下段包于内导电层(1)之外;内绝缘层(3)分为三段,中段直径大于上段直径,下段直径大于中段直径,上段包于内电阻层上段(2)之外,中段及下段包于内电阻层(2)下段之外;外电阻层(4)分为二段,上段包于内绝缘层(3)的上段之外,下段包于内绝缘层(3)的中段之外,下段的直径小于内绝缘层(3)下段的直径;在内绝缘层(3)的上段顶端有连通孔(7),外电阻层(4)的部分材料与内电阻层(2)的部分材料在连通孔(7)处连通;外导电层(5)包在外电阻层(4)的下段之外,外导电层(5)分为二段,下段的直径等于内绝缘层(3)的下段的直径,上段的直径小于下段的直径,下段为旁电极连接处(9);外绝缘层(6)包在外导电层(5)的上段之外。
2.按照权利要求1所述的六层结构全陶瓷电热体,其特征在于其中的内导电层(1)、内电阻层(2)、内绝缘层(3)、外电阻层(4)、外导电层(5)及外绝缘层(6)由含氮化硅及二硅化钼的陶瓷材料制成。
