有中心孔的全陶瓷电热体,属于以材料的成分及性质为特征的电热体技术领域。所要解决的技术问题是提供一种有可以检测及输出反映介质压力的通道的有中心孔的全陶瓷电热体。解决其技术问题的技术方案如下:有中心孔的全陶瓷电热体,包含全陶瓷电热体及上下贯通的中心孔;全陶瓷电热体包含由导电陶瓷材料制成的外电阻层、绝缘层及内导电层;由外向内直至中心孔依此为外电阻层、绝缘层及内导电层;绝缘层的上端有连通孔,连通孔的内径大于中心孔上段的内径,外电阻层的部分材料与内导电层的部分材料在绝缘层的连通孔处连通。应用于加热及发动机点火。有益效果是由于有中心孔,可以提供一个可以检测及输出安装处介质压力的通道,以检测汽缸内燃气压力,为实现自动化控制提供条件。

属于以材料的成分及性质为特征的电热体技术领域。
背景技术
已有技术全陶瓷电热体,可以用于加热及点火。不足之处是已有技术为实心体,不能提供一个可以检测及输出反映介质压力的信号的通道。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题是提供一种有可以检测及输出反映介质压力的通道的有中心孔的全陶瓷电热体。
解决其技术问题的技术方案如下:有中心孔的全陶瓷电热体,包含电热体本体及上下贯通的中心孔;电热体本体包含由导电材料制成的外电阻层、绝缘层及内导电层;由外向内直至中心孔依次为外电阻层、绝缘层及内导电层;绝缘层的上端有连通孔,连通孔的内径大于中心孔上段的内径,外电阻层的部分材料与内导电层的部分材料在绝缘层的连通孔处连通;加热电压加在外电阻层与内导电层之间。
中心孔可以是上、下内径相等的孔;也可以是下段内径大于上段内径的二段孔;也可以是分为三段的孔,孔的中段内径大于上段内径,孔的下段内径大于中段内径。
外电阻层、绝缘层及内导电层可以由包含Si3N4、Al2O3、Y2O3、MoSi2的导电陶瓷材料制成。内导电层的组成成分及重量配比可以为Si3N4:Al2O3:Y2O3:MoSi2=(550-650):(50-70):(60-80):(800-2800);外电阻层的组成成分及重量配比可以为Si3N4:Al2O3:Y2O3:MoSi2=(550-650):(50-70):(60-80):(570-700);绝缘层的组成成分及重量配比可以为Si3N4:Al2O3:Y2O3:MoSi2=(550-650):(50-70):(60-80):(10-560)。
使用时,电压加在外电阻层与内导电层之间。
有益效果:应用于加热及发动机点火。有益效果是由于有中心孔,可以提供一个可以检测及输出安装处介质压力的通道;用于发动机点火时,在全陶瓷电热体的中心孔中,可以安装燃气压力传感器,以检测汽缸内燃气压力,为实现自动化控制提供条件。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式如下,有中心孔的全陶瓷电热体,包含电热体本体1及上下贯通的中心孔2;电热体本体1包含由导电材料制成的外电阻层3、绝缘层4及内导电层5;由外向内直至中心孔依次为外电阻层3、绝缘层4及内导电层5;绝缘层的上端有连通孔6,连通孔6的内径大于中心孔2上段的内径,外电阻层3的部分材料与内导电层5的部分材料在绝缘层4的连通孔6处连通;中心孔2是分为三段的孔,中段内径大于上段内径,下段内径大于中段内径;外电阻层3、绝缘层4及内导电层5由包含Si3N4、Al2O3、Y2O3及MoSi2的导电陶瓷材料制成;加热电压加在外电阻层3与内导电层之间。

1、有中心孔的全陶瓷电热体,其特征在于,包含电热体本体(1)及上下贯通的中心孔(2);电热体本体(1)包含由导电陶瓷材料制成的外电阻层(3)、绝缘层(4)及内导电层(5);由外向内直至中心孔(2)依次为外电阻层(3)、绝缘层(4)及内导电层(5);绝缘层(4)的上端有连通孔(6),连通孔(6)的内径大于中心孔(2)上段的内径,外电阻层(3)的部分材料与内导电层(5)的部分材料在绝缘层(4)的连通孔(6)处连通;加热电压加在外电阻层(3)与内导电层(5)之间。
2、按照权利要求1所述的有中心孔的全陶瓷电热体,其特征在于,其中的外电阻层(3)、绝缘层(4)及内导电层(5)由包含Si3N4、Al2O3、Y2O3及MoSi2的导电陶瓷材料制成。
3、按照权利要求1所述的有中心孔的全陶瓷电热体,其特征在于,其中的中心孔(2)为下内径等于上内径的孔。
4、按照权利要求1所述的有中心孔的全陶瓷电热体,其特征在于,其中的中心孔(2)为下内径大于上内径的二段孔。
5、按照权利要求1所述的有中心孔的全陶瓷电热体,其特征在于,其中的中心孔(2)为分为三段的孔,孔的中段内径大于上段内径,孔的下段内径大于中段内径。
