本发明属于编织袋制作领域,具体是的说是一种可用于将成卷的普通塑料编织袋、复合塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机,本发明可以使得在一台机器上生产普通塑料编织袋、复合塑料编织袋两种编织袋。
背景技术
根据最新国家标准(GB/T8946-2013“塑料编织袋通用技术要求”)得知,塑料编织袋是有编织布或编织布与塑料薄膜或纸张等经印刷、裁剪、缝制或粘合制成;单层袋是由一层编织布制成;多层袋是由编织布和塑料薄膜或纸张等内衬、内粘膜或外层共同制成,这种方法生产的是二层或二层以上编织袋;复膜袋是由编织布与塑料薄膜、纸张等复合制成,复合方法可采用挤出复合、干法复合、湿法复合等,这些方法生产的是三复合袋或多复合袋。
目前现有技术中,普通塑料编织袋、复合塑料编织袋是通过手工操作的方式将内膜袋套入外袋后再进行手工缝纫、包边,不仅浪费了大量的劳动力,而且生产效率低下,产品的质量也不稳定,由于人工操作,占地面积也较大。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,为塑料编织袋生产企业提供一种全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机,它能够实现全自动切外袋、烫切内膜袋、自动套内膜袋、自动折边缝袋底、自动剪线、自动用热熔胶带封底、自动剪纸、自动计数叠袋,可以将生产普通塑料编织袋、复合塑料编织袋在一台机上实现,也可以将二种袋子分开生产。为了达到上述目的,本发明披露的技术方案为一种塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机,包括底部缝纫输送机构,在底部缝纫输送机构的一端设置有成品袋输出机构,在底部缝纫输送机构的另一端连接有外袋移动扒手机构,外袋移动扒手机构的一侧设置有内膜袋制袋机器,内膜袋制袋机器与外袋移动扒手机构中间还设置有套袋中间机构,外袋移动扒手机构的另一侧设置有外袋放卷工位和内膜袋松夹机构,内膜袋松夹机构上还连接有外袋开口机构,编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机采用PLC控制。
在本技术方案中,底部缝纫输送机构的作用是对塑料编织袋进行自动缝袋 底,在这个机构上可以设置有缝纫机进行缝纫,包边器进行自动包边,切线刀实现自动剪线,还设置有翻板装置和输送装置,翻板装置将每个加工好的成品塑料编织袋按秩序整齐的翻转堆码在输送装置上,并自动计数,达到设定的数量后的成品塑料编织袋被传送到成品袋输出机构;成品袋输出机构为操作工人提供一个工作平台,将一定数量的堆码后的成品塑料编织袋捆扎好从设备上取下放置在固定区域;在底部缝纫输送机构的另一端连接有外袋移动扒手机构,外袋移动扒手机构的作用是对外袋进行扒袋作业,外袋移动扒手机构上设置有扒手和吸盘,扒手设置有两组,吸盘可以采用胶吸盘或者铁吸盘,相同的两组扒手同步进行扒袋工作;外袋移动扒手机构的一侧设置有内膜袋制袋机器,内膜袋制袋机器的作用是将任何塑料多层共挤或单层薄膜袋加工成塑料编织袋的内膜袋;内膜袋制袋机器与外袋移动扒手机构中间还设置有套袋中间机构,套袋中间机构的作用是为内膜袋与外袋套袋过程提供中间转接、输送、等待工位;外袋移动扒手机构的另一侧设置有外袋放卷工位和内膜袋松夹机构,外袋放卷工位的作用可以将成卷的二合一或三合一彩色BOPP复合塑料编织袋或者不涂膜普通塑料编织袋放在上面供以后的工序加工使用,内膜袋松夹机构的作用是将套袋中间机构上的内膜袋夹取起来套入内膜袋后松开,完成将内膜袋套进外袋中的作业,内膜袋松夹机构上还连接有外袋开口机构,外袋开口机构是打开已经切好外袋的口方便内膜袋套入,为了更加方便,可以在外袋开口机构上设置一定的辅助设备,比如真空泵或者抽风机;编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机采用PLC控制,PLC控制系统是在传统的顺序控制器的基础上引入了微电子技术、计算机技术、自动控制技术和通讯技术而形成的一代新型工业控制装置,目的是用来取代继电器、执行逻辑、记时、计数等顺序控制功能,建立柔性的程控系统。具有通用性强、使用方便、适应面广、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、编程简单等特点。

本发明的进一步改进,定长送袋切断机构包括压合胶辊机构,压合胶辊机构用来压合外袋定长放卷,压合胶辊机构下面设置有一套伺服电机机构,伺服电机带动压合胶辊机构工作,定长送袋切断机构还包括气缸二,气缸二连接有转动齿轮和辅助同步齿轮,转动齿轮和同步齿轮转动带动气缸下压机构两根辊筒同时下压,压紧外袋,气缸二带动的两根辊筒为定辊筒,与定辊筒对合工作的为动辊筒,动辊筒设置在压合胶辊机构的上部。

本发明的有益效果:本发明的塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机集自动输送切割外袋、自动烫切内膜袋、自动将内膜袋套进外袋内、自动输送、自动折边缝纫、热熔胶带包边、切线、叠袋为一体,采用PLC可编程控制,成功的用机械自动化替代了原始的手工作业,节约了人力,按以前的传统方式来计算,如果每天生产2万条袋子,起码节省了9名操作工,套袋切缝的效率比人工提高了3倍,比传统方式大大减小了占地面积,而且也稳定了产品的质量。

如图2所示,在本实施例中,外袋放卷工位1上设置有两个外袋上卷翻板机构101,将成卷的塑料编织袋安装到外袋上卷翻板机构101之间,在外袋上卷翻板机构101按照外袋输送方向的一侧设置有自动张力机构102用来自动修正外袋在放置过程中产生的张力不均衡现象,在自动张力机构102按照外袋输送方向的一侧设置有自动纠偏机构用来保证外袋始终保持一条直线放卷,在自动张力机构102和自动纠偏机构之间设置有气缸一103,气缸一103与外袋上卷翻板机构101相连,外袋放卷工位1按照外袋输送方向依次还设置有外袋放卷电机辅助送袋机构105、长度调节辅助机构106和定长送袋切断机构107,外袋放卷电机辅助送袋机构105为上下滚筒压合袋子,在滚筒底部设置有电机,长度调节辅助机构106通过电机带动滚筒转动以电机的转数来确定外袋放卷的长度,定长送袋切断机构107分为冷切和热切两种可通过PLC控制。

本发明能够实现全自动切外袋、烫切内膜袋、自动套内膜袋、自动缝袋底、自动剪线、自动计数叠袋功能,能够在一台机器上生产加工普通塑料编织袋和二合一塑料编织袋,实现一机两用,具体工作原理如下:
当需要生产普通塑料编织袋时,事先在本发明塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋缝底一体机的PLC控制系统上设定好技术参数,将筒状成卷的涂膜塑料编织袋或者普通不涂膜塑料编织袋放置在一体机外袋放卷工位1的外袋上卷翻板机构101上,通过气缸一103的作用将外袋自动上卷到一体机制定的放卷位置,在外袋放卷过程中,由于张力不均衡的作用会导致外袋发生折皱不利于后续生产加工流程,因此使用自动张力机构102可以自动控制这种现象的产生以及产生后实现自动修正,使得外袋平整,外袋在工序工作输送过程中,收卷有时会不平整,会两边有偏差,一会偏向袋子左边一会偏向袋子右边,外袋放卷工位1上的自动纠偏装置104可以消除这种外来的偏差,使得外袋在一体机上始终保持一条直线放卷,外袋放卷工位1上的外袋放卷电机辅助送袋机构105为上下滚筒压合袋子,在滚筒底部有只电机,电机带动滚筒转动,以转数来确定外袋放卷的长度,外袋放卷工位1上还设置有其它滚筒均为过桥输送张力滚筒,其目的就是为了更好的 平稳的外袋放卷,外袋放卷工位1上的长度调节辅助机构106袋子的长度调节辅助机构106用来人工辅助调节外袋的长度,每个袋子的长度主要由件定长送袋切断机构107来控制,压合胶辊、切袋机构,胶辊压合外袋定长放卷,胶辊下面为一套伺服电机机构,外袋的放卷由伺服电机带动压合袋子的胶辊转动,这样做可以更加准确的使外袋定长的放卷,将外袋长短偏差控制到最小。定长送袋切断机构107的辅助同步齿轮1072作为压合胶辊结构的辅助元件,为了让压合胶辊结构放卷时上、下压辊同步而设计的齿轮传动,当压合胶辊结构定长放卷后,气缸下压机构1073的两只气缸带动两根辊筒同时下压,压紧袋子,气缸二1078带动的两根辊筒为定辊筒,从不转动,动辊筒1075作为定辊筒的对合工作辊筒,在做普通塑料编织袋时为动辊筒1075,工作时为轻微的转动;当普通塑料编织袋要定长切断,就需要气缸二1078带动的热切刀结构,切刀为电热丝、电热片等加热切刀,为的就是不让普通塑料编织袋切刀后袋口散丝,而热切存在着一个缺点,就是袋口都粘合在了一起,这时候就需要设置一个搓口机构1077;搓口机构1077通过气缸二1078借助外力作用转动转动齿轮1076,从而带动动辊筒1075的下转动辊筒1075机构,对合的向相反的方向转动搓口,这样做热切后袋子的口部与底部就都可以搓开口了,经过热切搓口后的普通塑料编织袋通过一体机的外袋移动扒手机构6进入到底部缝纫输送机构7,底部缝纫输送机构7上的缝纫机进行底部缝纫,包边器进行自动包边,切线刀实现自动剪线,普通塑料编织袋的生产过程结束,底部缝纫输送机构7上还设置有翻板装置和输送装置,翻板装置将每个加工好的成品塑料编织袋按秩序整齐的翻转堆码在输送装置上,并自动计数,达到设定的数量后的成品塑料编织袋被传送到成品袋输出机构8,操作工人将一定数量的堆码后的成品塑料编织袋捆扎好从成品袋输出机构8,上取下放置在固定区域。
此外,普通复合塑料编织袋的定长切断工作也可以采用冷切的方式,当采用冷切的方式时,压合胶辊机构1071通过伺服机构201带动将袋子定长送出后,气缸下压机构1073带动两组定辊筒下压,与两组动微辊筒压紧固定袋子的口部与底部,此时热切刀机构1074固定不下压、不工作,由气缸二1078带动刀片工作,刀片左右滑行穿过压紧的袋子,这样一个定长的袋子就切断了,因为是冷切的袋子,口部肯定不会粘连。普通塑料编织袋口部底部采用同时搓口机构1077 的这种方式,冷热切方式不需要换刀,只需要在程序PLC上设置一个切换命令即可。
当需要生产二合一复合塑料编织袋时,事先在本发明塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机的PLC控制系统上设定好技术参数,内膜袋制袋机器4的内膜袋上卷翻板机构401上放置桶装成卷塑料多层共挤或单层薄膜袋,通过气缸三402的作用将桶装成卷塑料多层共挤或单层薄膜袋转动到一体机制定的放卷位置,内膜袋后胶辊辅助输送机构403通过电机一404带动,内膜袋前胶辊辅助输送机构408由胶辊底下的伺服电机带动,内膜袋制袋机器4上的内膜袋后胶辊辅助输送机构403与内膜袋前胶辊辅助输送机构408同步工作,每次送的内膜袋长度都是定长,内膜袋制袋机器4上的电机二405作为动力电机带动内膜袋烫刀机构406和内膜袋切刀机构409工作,内膜袋每次定长之后,底部都需要内膜袋烫刀机构406给烫合起来,内膜袋每次定长之后,都需要一个个袋子的切断,只有底部烫合及切断后,出来的袋子才算是一个合格的袋子,内膜袋烫刀机构406和内膜袋切刀机构409同步工作,内膜袋烫刀机构406烫一个袋子,内膜袋切刀机构409就切断一个袋子,在内膜袋烫刀机构406和内膜袋切刀机构409之间有个内膜袋长度调节机构407,这中间的距离正好为一个内膜袋的长度;内膜袋只好后被输送到套袋中间机构5的固定位置时,外袋开口机构3将制造好的普通复合塑料编织袋打开口后作为外袋等待套袋工作,一体机的内膜袋松夹机构2开始工作,内膜袋松夹机构2上设置的伺服机构201带动导杆机构202,导杆机构202顶端安装两只气抓件203用来夹紧内膜袋,当伺服机构201带动导杆机构202工作后,导杆机构202会横穿已经开打袋口的外袋,到达套袋中间机构5,使用气抓件203将套袋中间机构5上的内膜袋夹紧后,伺服机构201再带动导杆机构202向相反方向转动,当夹紧内膜袋的气抓件203到达外袋的固定位置后,气抓件203松开,这样内膜袋套在了外袋里面,内膜袋底部可以在外袋的任何位置停下固定,以便后续的缝底工作,此外,气抓件203可以两边移动,当导杆机构202带动气抓件203横穿外袋的时候,导杆机构202上的两只气抓件203同时向内缩进,横穿外袋,到达套袋中间机构5夹紧内膜袋后,拉近外袋里面,到达固定位置松开夹紧内膜袋的气抓件203,在松开加夹紧内膜袋的气抓件203之前,气抓件203同时向外伸开,这样做可以使得内膜袋的底部在外袋里面,可以更大 的更好的贴合;一体机外袋移动扒手机构6设置有两组扒手,两组扒手由一体机底部的伺服电机带动,两组扒手结构相同且同步工作,其中一个扒手用来扒外袋,扒手下压外袋扒送到与套袋中间机构5指定的位置,且外袋在主机上,外袋的口部与底部也正好在上下吸盘的指定位置,此校正外袋指定位置的工作由PLC控制程序来完成;一体机上设置的吸盘有多种形式,可以是胶吸盘,也可以是铁吸盘,还设置有与吸盘相配合的真空泵,作为外袋开口机构3,也可以是抽风机等等,因为外袋是筒状成卷的袋子,其吸盘的工作目的就是吸气,将外袋的口部和底部打开,只有打开每条筒状切断的袋子后,才可以使一体机的内膜袋夹紧机构穿过袋子内部到达中套袋中间机构5的位置,使用气抓件203将内膜袋夹紧拉入外袋,这样就完成了套袋工作;当内膜袋套入外袋里面,外袋移动扒手机构6的另外一组扒手下压,将此组合的袋子扒送至一体机的底部缝纫输送机构7上进行后续加工,底部缝纫输送机构7上的缝纫机进行底部缝纫,包边器进行自动包边,也可以用热熔胶带封底,切线刀实现自动剪线,二合一复合塑料编织袋的生产过程结束,底部缝纫输送机构7上还设置有翻板装置和输送装置,翻板装置将每个加工好的成品塑料编织袋按秩序整齐的翻转堆码在输送装置上,并自动计数,达到设定的数量后的成品塑料编织袋被传送到成品袋输出机构8,操作工人将一定数量的堆码后的成品塑料编织袋捆扎好从成品袋输出机构8,上取下放置在固定区域。
本一体机中设计的扒手的速度、缝纫、输送的速度均相同,即同速,有时也可根据各种袋子的不同微调它们的线速度,带动外袋移动扒手机构6工作的是一体机底部的伺服电机,带动底部缝纫输送机构7上的缝纫机工作的是一体机底部的缝纫专业离合电机,用于带动一体机上输送装置的是专业减速电机,所有的速度都可以通过PLC控制程序统调,也可以单调。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机,包括底部缝纫输送机构,其特征在于:在所述底部缝纫输送机构的一端设置有成品袋输出机构,在所述底部缝纫输送机构的另一端连接有外袋移动扒手机构,所述外袋移动扒手机构的一侧设置有内膜袋制袋机器,所述内膜袋制袋机器与所述外袋移动扒手机构中间还设置有套袋中间机构,所述外袋移动扒手机构的另一侧设置有外袋放卷工位和内膜袋松夹机构,所述内膜袋松夹机构上还连接有外袋开口机构,所述编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机采用PLC控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机,其特征在于:所述外袋放卷工位上设置有两个外袋上卷翻板机构,将成卷的塑料编织袋安装到外袋上卷翻板机构之间,在所述外袋上卷翻板机构按照外袋输送方向的一侧设置有自动张力机构用来自动修正外袋在放置过程中产生的张力不均衡现象,在所述自动张力机构按照外袋输送方向的一侧设置有自动纠偏机构用来保证外袋始终保持一条直线放卷,在所述自动张力机构和所述自动纠偏机构之间设置有气缸一,所述气缸一与所述外袋上卷翻板机构相连,所述外袋放卷工位按照外袋输送方向依次还设置有外袋放卷电机辅助送袋机构、长度调节辅助机构和定长送袋切断机构,所述外袋放卷电机辅助送袋机构为上下滚筒压合袋子,在滚筒底部设置有电机,所述长度调节辅助机构通过电机带动滚筒转动以电机的转数来确定外袋放卷的长度,所述定长送袋切断机构分为冷切和热切两种可通过PLC控制。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机,其特征在于:所述定长送袋切断机构包括压合胶辊机构,所述压合胶辊机构用来压合外袋定长放卷,所述压合胶辊机构下面设置有一套伺服电机机构,伺服电机带动所述压合胶辊机构工作,所述定长送袋切断机构还包括气缸二,所述气缸二连接有转动齿轮和辅助同步齿轮,所述转动齿轮和所述同步齿轮转动带动气缸下压机构两根辊筒同时下压,压紧外袋,所述气缸二带动的两根辊筒为定辊筒,与定辊筒对合工作的为动辊筒,所述动辊筒设置在所述压合胶辊机构的上部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机,其特征在于:所述定长送袋切断机构包括热切刀机构,所述热切刀机构由电热丝或 电热片构成。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机,其特征在于:所述定长送袋切断机构包括搓口机构采用辊筒机构,所述搓口结构与所述气缸二、所述转动齿轮相连。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机,其特征在于:所述内膜袋松夹机构包括伺服机构和导杆机构,所述伺服机构带动所述导杆机构,所述导杆机构顶端安装有两只气抓件用来夹紧内膜袋。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机,其特征在于:所述内膜袋制袋机器的内膜袋上卷翻板机构上放置有成卷的塑料多层共挤薄膜或单层薄膜袋,沿着内膜袋的输送方向设置有气缸三,所述气缸三与所述内膜袋上卷翻板机构相连,沿着内膜袋的输送方向还设置有内膜袋后胶辊辅助输送机构和内膜袋前胶辊辅助输送机构,所述内膜袋前胶辊辅助输送机构底下设置有伺服电机,所述内膜袋前胶辊辅助输送机构与伺服电机相连由伺服电机提供动力,所述内膜袋后胶辊辅助输送机构和所述内膜袋前胶辊辅助输送机构之间设置有电机一和电机二,所电机一与所述内膜袋后胶辊辅助输送机构相连为内膜袋后胶辊辅助输送机构的提供动力,所述内膜袋后胶辊辅助输送机构和所述内膜袋前胶辊辅助输送机构同步工作使得每次输送的内膜袋的长度都是定长,所电机二连接有内膜袋烫刀机构和内膜袋切刀机构,所述内膜袋烫刀机构设置在所述内膜袋后胶辊辅助输送机构和所述内膜袋前胶辊辅助输送机构的中部位置用来烫合定长的内膜袋底部,所述内膜袋切刀机构设置在所述内膜袋制袋机器的边缘用来切断内膜袋,所述内膜袋烫刀机构与所述内膜袋切刀机构同步工作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的塑料编织袋全自动套内膜袋切缝两用一体机,其特征在于:所述内膜袋烫刀机构与所述内膜袋切刀机构之间还设置有内膜袋长度调节机构。
