Abstract
【課題】少数本の頭髪束の編み込みや複雑で細かい編み込みを容易に行うことができる髪編み具及び髪編み方法を提供する。 【解決手段】この発明の髪編み具は、頭髪に先端部を差し込んで貫通させる編み棒と、編み棒と頭髪束とを連結するリード部材とを備える。この発明の好適な実施の形態では、このリード部材は、紐状部材と締付け部材とを備え、また、この紐状部材を二つ折りにすることで、環状部を形成する。そして、この環状部に頭髪束を通した状態で、締付け部材を用いて環状部に頭髪束を締付けさせる。
Description
この発明は、頭髪（本願では、人間の頭髪の他、かつら、付け毛等に用いる人工頭髪や動物の体毛等を含む）を編み込んで所望の髪型にセットするための髪編み具と、この髪編み具を用いた髪編み方法とに関する。
従来、頭髪を編み込んで所望の髪型にセットするための器具としては、例えば下記特許文献１に記載された髪結具が知られている。
特許文献１の髪結具では、その図１及び図２に示されているように、髪通し環部と基幹部とが、弾性部材によって一体に形成されている。
この髪結具を使用する際には、まず、その図３に示されているように、後頭部の頭髪を、弾性バンドで束ねたのち、この弾性バンドと頭部との間に、髪結具の基幹部を上方向から差し込む。次に、その図４及び図５に示されているように、束ねた髪を、髪結具の髪通し環部に挿通する。そして、その図６に示されているように、この髪結具を下方向に引き抜くことで、図７のような髪型を得る。
特許文献１の髪結具は、その髪通し環部に頭髪束を通すことで、その頭髪束を保持して髪結いを行う。このため、多数本の髪束をまとめて扱うような場合には便利であるが、非常に少ない本数の頭髪束を扱う場合には、その頭髪束を、髪通し環部で確実に保持することが困難である。すなわち、特許文献１の髪結具には、少数本の頭髪束を編み込みたい場合に、使い勝手が悪いという欠点がある。
また、特許文献１の髪結具は、頭髪の根元寄りの部分で頭髪束を保持して編み込みを行う。このため、単純な編み込みで済む髪型では便利な場合もあるが、複雑で細かい編み込みに使用することは困難である。すなわち、特許文献１の髪結具には、複雑な髪編みを行いたい場合に、使い勝手が悪いという欠点がある。
この発明の課題は、少数本の頭髪束の編み込みや複雑で細かい編み込みを容易に行うことができる髪編み具及び髪編み方法を提供することにある。
かかる課題を解決するために、この発明に係る髪編み具は、頭髪を編み込んで所望の髪型に整えるための髪編み具であって、先端部を前記頭髪に差し込んで貫通させるための編み棒と、該編み棒の後端部に一方の端部が取り付けられ、他方の端部で頭髪束を締付け保持する、紐型のリード部材と、を備えることを特徴とする。
この発明においては、前記リード部材は、一端が前記編み棒に取り付けられた紐状部材と、該紐状部材を二つ折りにすることで形成された環状部と、該環状部に差し込まれた前記頭髪束を該環状部に締め付けさせる締付け部とを備えることが望ましい。
この発明においては、前記締付け部を圧入することにより、該締付け部を外側から締め付ける補助部を更に備えることが望ましい。
この発明においては、円錐台形の外観を有し、小径の開口が前記編み棒側に位置し且つ大径の開口が前記環状部側に位置する、筒状の補助部が、前記締付け部に装着されることが望ましい。
この発明においては、前記紐状部材の前記環状部内に嵌着された、前記環状部から前記頭髪束が抜け出すことを防止する抜け止めを更に備えることが望ましい。
この発明においては、前記締付け部は、二つ折りにした前記紐状部材を挿通する１個の挿通孔を備え、且つ、該紐状部材の、二つ折りにした部分に、該紐状部材が前記挿通孔から抜け出すことを防止する抜け止めが嵌着されたことが望ましい。
この発明に係る髪編み方法は、先端部を前記頭髪に差し込んで貫通させるための編み棒と、該編み棒の後端部に一方の端部が取り付けられ、他方の端部で頭髪束を締付け保持する、紐型のリード部材とを有する髪編み具を用いた髪編み方法であって、前記リード部材に前記頭髪束を保持させた状態で、前記髪編み棒を用いて該頭髪束を前記頭髪に貫通させることで、該頭髪束の編み込みを行うことを特徴とする。
この発明の髪編み具によれば、頭髪に差し込んで貫通させる編み棒を備えると共に、この編み棒をリード部材で頭髪束に連結することができるので、複雑で細かい編み込みを容易に行うことができる。
更に、リード部材を頭髪に締付けて保持するので、少数本の頭髪束を編み棒に連結することができると共に、その頭髪束の任意の部分を保持でき、従って、少数本の頭髪の編み込みを容易に行うことができる。
この発明において、紐状部材の二つ折りにされた部分に頭髪を差し込んで、締付け部で頭髪を締付けることにより、簡単な構成で確実に頭髪を保持することができる。
この発明において、補助部を締付け部に圧入することにより、この締付け部の締付力を更に高めることができる。
また、この発明において、外観が円錐台形で筒状の補助部を設けることにより、髪編み具を頭髪に貫通させる際に頭髪が引っ掛かり難くなる。
この発明において、紐状部材の環状部内に抜け止めを設けることにより、環状部に差し込まれた髪束の抜けを防止できる。
この発明において、締付け部の１個の挿通孔に紐状部材を二つ折りにして挿通すると共に、この二つ折りの部分に抜け止めを設けることで、紐状部材が挿通孔から抜け出すことを防止できる。
この発明の髪編み方法によれば、頭髪と編み棒とをリード部材で連結した状態で、この編み棒を頭髪に差し込んで貫通させるので、複雑で細かい編み込みを容易に行えると共に、少数本の頭髪の編み込みを容易に行うことができる。
［発明の実施の形態１］
以下、この発明の実施の形態１に係る髪編み具について、図面を用いて説明する。

図１（ａ）に示したように、この実施の形態１に係る髪編み具１００は、編み棒１１０と、リード部材１２０とを備えている。
編み棒１１０は、頭髪に先端部１１１を差し込んで貫通させるための、棒状の部材である。この編み棒１１０は、円柱状や角柱状であっても良いし、他の形状であってもよい。また、頭髪に差し込み易くするために、先端部を縮径させた形状としてもよいし、更には全体を湾曲させた形状としてもよい。編み棒１１０の材質は、特に限定されないが、例えば樹脂を使用することができる。また、編み棒１１０の寸法は、特に限定されず、頭髪の編み込みを行い易いように定めればよい。
リード部材１２０は、編み棒１１０と頭髪束（図１には示さず）とを連結するために使用される。このために、リード部材１２０は、紐状部材１２１と締付け部材１２３とを備えている。
この実施の形態１では、紐状部材１２１を二つ折りにすることで、環状部１２２を形成した。
この紐状部材１２１の一方の端部１２４（環状部１２２が形成されていない側の端部）は、編み棒１１０の後端部１１２に取り付け固定される。
一方、この紐状部材１２１の他方の端部１２５（環状部１２２が形成されている側の端部）は、頭髪束を締付け保持するために使用される。このため、この環状部１２２は、二つ折りにされた両方の部分で、締付け部材１２３の挿通孔１２３ａ，１２３ａに挿通される。なお、挿通孔を一つとして、その挿通孔に、二つ折りにされた紐状部材１２１の両端を挿通することとしてもよい（後述の図５参照）。
この締付け部材１２３は、編み棒１１０側の部分で縮径している。これにより、この髪編み具１００を頭髪に貫通させる際に（後述）、この締付け部材１２３の編み棒１１０側の部分に頭髪が引っ掛かり難くなる。
紐状部材１２１や締付け部材１２３の材質は、特に限定されず、例えば樹脂やゴム等を使用できる。但し、頭髪束２００を、抜け難い状態で確実に保持するためには、紐状部材１２１は、摩擦係数が十分に高い材料で形成することが望ましい。また、締付け部材１２３も、頭髪束２００を締め付けた状態で、環状部１２２が緩み難いように構成することが望ましい。
紐状部材１２１や締付け部材１２３の寸法は、特に限定されず、頭髪の編み込みを行い易いように定めればよい。
図２は、髪編み具１００を頭髪束２００に連結する方法を説明するための概念図である。なお、この発明において、「頭髪束」とは、頭髪１本の場合を含む。
図２に示したように、髪編み具１００を頭髪束２００に連結する際には、まず、この髪編み具１００のリード部材１２０に設けられた環状部１２２に、頭髪束２００を差し込む。そして、締付け部材１２３を頭髪束２００側にスライドさせて（図２の矢印Ａ参照）、その頭髪束２００を環状部１２２で締付ける。これにより、この頭髪束２００が環状部１２２に保持されて、この編み棒１１０と頭髪束２００とが連結される。
このように、この実施の形態１の髪編み具１００では、リード部材１２０の環状部１２２に差し込んで締め付けることで頭髪束２００を保持するので、頭髪束２００が少数本であっても（頭髪１本の場合を含む）、容易且つ確実に、その頭髪束２００を髪編み具１００に保持させることができる。その一方で、頭髪束２００が多数本であっても、容易且つ確実に、保持できる。
また、このように環状部１２２で頭髪束２００を締め付けて固定するので、頭髪束２００の根元付近から先端付近までの任意の部分に、髪編み具を取り付けることができる。

まず、図３（ａ）に示したように、上述の方法（図２参照）で、頭髪束２００の任意の部分に、髪編み具１００を連結する。図３の例では、頭髪束２００の先端寄りに、この髪編み具１００を取り付けた。
次に、図３（ｂ）に示したように、編み棒１１０の先端部１１１を、頭髪の任意部分２１０に後頭部側から差し込んだのち、この髪編み具１００を側頭部側へ貫通させる。これにより、頭髪の任意部分２１０に、頭髪束２００を編み込み部２１１を形成することができる。
更に、図３（ｃ）に示したように、編み棒１１０の先端部１１１を、再度、頭髪の任意部分２１０に後頭部側から差し込んだのち、この髪編み具１００を側頭部側へ貫通させる。これにより、編み込み部２１１の隣に、別の編み込み部２１２を形成することができる。
このように、この実施の形態１の髪編み具１００は、頭髪束２００の先端寄りに連結することができると共に、少数本の頭髪束２００に連結することができるので、複雑で細かい編み込みを、容易に行うことができる。
図４（ａ）～（ｃ）は、この実施の形態１の変形例の要部構成を示す概念図である。
上述の実施の形態１では、紐状部材１２１を、その中心部分で二つ折りにして環状部１２２を形成し、その紐状部材１２１の両端を編み棒１１０の後端部１１２に取り付け固定した（図１参照）。しかし、図４（ａ）に示したように、紐状部材１２１を、中心以外の部分で二つ折りにして、環状部１２２を形成してもよい。その場合、例えば、その紐状部材１２１の一方の端部のみを編み棒１１０の後端部１１２に取り付け固定すると共に（図４には示さず）、他方の端部には、締付け部材１２３からの抜けを防止するための抜け止め４０１を設ければよい。
また、上述の実施の形態１では、締付け部材１２３を、独立の部品で構成した（図１参照）。しかし、図４（ｂ）に示したように、紐状部材１２１の一方の先端部１２１ａを二つ折りにして留め金４０２等で固定し、その二つ折り部分に、紐状部材１２１の他方の先端部を挿通すれば、独立の部品を用いること無しに、この発明の締付け部４０３を構成することができる。
また、紐状部材１２１の全体を二つ折りにする場合に、紐状部材１２１の環状部１２２を頭髪束２００に巻いて、その環状部１２２の先端部分に編み棒１１０を挿通することとすれば、図４（ｃ）に示したような「ひばり結び」を用いて、頭髪束２００を締付け保持することができる。この場合には、紐状部材１２１が二本重なった部分と環状部１２２との交差部４０４が、この発明の締付け部となる。
図４（ａ）～（ｃ）に示した髪編み具も、上述の実施の形態１に示した髪編み具１００と同様の効果を得ることができる。
［発明の実施の形態２］
以下、この発明の実施の形態２に係る髪編み具５００について、図５を用いて説明する。

以下、この発明の実施の形態２に係る髪編み具５００について、図５を用いて説明する。
図５（ａ）は、この実施の形態１に係る髪編み具５００の概略構成を示す概念図である。また、図５（ｂ）は、図５（ａ）に示した締付け部材５０２の平面図である。
図５において、図１と同じ符号を附した構成要素は、それぞれ、図１の場合と同じものである。
図５（ａ）、（ｂ）に示したように、この実施の形態２に係る髪編み具５００は、締付け部材５０１を備えている。この締付け部材５０１には、水平断面がひょうたん形（すなわち、略楕円の中央部分がくびれた形状）の挿通孔５０１ａが設けられている。そして、この挿通孔５０１ａの両側に形成された、略円形の部分穴５０１ｂ，５０１ｂに、紐状部材１２１の両端が挿通される。
締付け部材５０１の寸法や材質等は、特に限定されない。
締付け部材５０１の挿通孔５０１ａを１個とすることにより、２個にする場合（図１（ｂ））と比較して、この締付け部材５０１の製造を容易にすることができる。
なお、挿通孔５０１ａの断面形状は、例えば通常の楕円形等でもよい。
更に、この実施の形態２に係る髪編み具５００は、筒形の締付け補助部材５０２を備えている。この締付け補助部材５０２は、円錐台形の外観を有しており、編み棒１１０側に小径の開口が位置すると共に環状部１２２側に大径の開口が位置するように、この紐状部材１２１に挿通される。そして、この大径の開口側から、締付け補助部材５０２に、上述の締付け部材５０１が圧入される。これにより、締付け部材５０１を内側へ収縮させる力を発生させて、この挿通孔５０１ａに挿通された紐状部材１２１を締め付けることができる。なお、締付け補助部材５０２の大径の開口に、締付け部材５０１を、接着剤で固定することとしてもよい。
その結果、１個の挿通孔５０１ａに紐状部材１２１の二か所を挿通しているにも拘わらず、この紐状部材１２１を締付け部材５０１で十分強固に締め付けることができる。
また、髪結い具５００を長期間使用することにより、この締付け部材５０１の締付力が低下した場合でも、この締付け補助部材５０２によって、締付け部材５０１に紐状部材１２１を十分強固に締め付けさせることができる。
また、この締付け補助部材５０２を円錐台形にして、大径側から締付け部材５０１を嵌め込むことにより、この締付け部材５０１が締付け補助部材５０２内の奥深くまで挿入されてしまうことを防止できる。加えて、締付け補助部材５０２を円錐台形にすることで、髪編み具５００を頭髪に貫通させる際に、この締付け補助部材５０２に頭髪が引っ掛かり難くなる。
締付け補助部材５０２の材料は特に限定されないが、例えば樹脂を使用できる。また、締付け補助部材５０２の寸法は、締付け部材５０１を適当な締め付け力で圧入することができるような寸法であれば良い。
加えて、この実施の形態２に係る髪編み具５００は、抜け止め５０３を備えている。図５（ａ）に示したように、この抜け止め５０３は、紐状部材１２１の、環状部１２２内に嵌着される。
この抜け止め５０３は、この抜け止め５０３は、紐状部材１２１の環状部１２２で髪束を固定したときに、この環状部１２２から髪束が抜け出てしまうことを防止する。このため、この抜け止め５０３は、例えばゴム等の、表面摩擦係数が十分に大きいものを使用することが望ましい。
加えて、この抜け止め５０３は、締付け部材５０１が紐状部材１２１の環状部１２２側から抜け出てしまうことを防止する。上述のように、この実施の形態２では、締付け部材５０１の一つの挿通孔５０１ａに紐状部材１２１の両側端部を挿通するので、抜け止め５０３を設けないと、締付け部材５０１が、紐状部材１２１の二つ折り部分側から抜け出てしまうおそれがある。
この実施の形態２に係る髪留め具５００の使用方法は、上述の実施の形態１と略同様であるため、説明を省略する。
この実施の形態２の髪編み具５００によっても、上述の実施の形態１と同様、複雑で細かい編み込みを、容易に行うことができる。
この発明は、以上説明した実施の形態に限定されるものでは無く、その目的や用途等に応じて適宜変更して実施できることは、もちろんである。
例えば、上述の実施の形態１で示したような、２個の挿通孔１２３ａ，１２３ａを有する締付け部材１２３を使用する髪編み具に、実施の形態２で示した締付け補助部材５０１及び抜け止め５０３の一方又は両方を設けることとしてもよい。

Claims (7)
- 頭髪を編み込んで所望の髪型に整えるための髪編み具であって、
先端部を前記頭髪に差し込んで貫通させるための編み棒と、
該編み棒の後端部に一方の端部が取り付けられ、他方の端部で頭髪束を締付け保持する、紐型のリード部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする髪編み具。 - 前記リード部材は、
一端が前記編み棒に取り付けられた紐状部材と、
該紐状部材を二つ折りにすることで形成された環状部と、
該環状部に差し込まれた前記頭髪束を該環状部に締め付けさせる締付け部と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の髪編み具。 - 前記締付け部を圧入することにより、該締付け部を外側から締め付ける補助部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の髪編み具。
- 円錐台形の外観を有し、小径の開口が前記編み棒側に位置し且つ大径の開口が前記環状部側に位置する、筒状の補助部が、前記締付け部に装着されたことを特徴とする請求項２に記載の髪編み具。
- 前記紐状部材の前記環状部内に嵌着された、前記環状部から前記頭髪束が抜け出すことを防止する抜け止めを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項２又は３に記載の髪編み具。
- 前記締付け部は、二つ折りにした前記紐状部材を挿通する１個の挿通孔を備え、且つ、
該紐状部材の、二つ折りにした部分に、該紐状部材が前記挿通孔から抜け出すことを防止する抜け止めが嵌着された、
ことを特徴とする請求項２又は３に記載の髪編み具。 - 先端部を前記頭髪に差し込んで貫通させるための編み棒と、該編み棒の後端部に一方の端部が取り付けられ、他方の端部で頭髪束を締付け保持する、紐型のリード部材とを有する髪編み具を用いた髪編み方法であって、
前記リード部材に前記頭髪束を保持させた状態で、
前記編み棒を用いて該頭髪束を前記頭髪に貫通させることで、該頭髪の編み込みを行う、
ことを特徴とする髪編み方法。
