医療分野において、超音波診断装置を用いて生体内部の状況を画像化する超音波検査が普及している。超音波診断装置は、超音波プローブ(探触子)のアレイトランスデューサから生体内部に向けて超音波ビームを送信し、生体内部からの超音波エコーをアレイトランスデューサで受信して、その受信信号を超音波診断装置本体で電気的に処理することにより、生体内部の状況を画像化する。超音波検査の際には、超音波プローブとこの超音波プローブに接触する生体の接触面との間で超音波を効率よく伝達するために、「超音波ゼリー」と呼ばれる、生体に近い固有音響インピーダンスを持つ塗布型接触媒体が使用される。また、超音波ゼリーに要求される性能として、生体に近い固有音響インピーダンスを持つことの他に、さらに、乾燥しにくいこと、安全性が高いこと、悪臭がないこと、などが挙げられてきた。
例えば、特許文献1には、実用的な粘度を維持し、塗布時の伸びや感触の性能を向上した塗布型接触媒体が開示されている。また、例えば、特許文献2には、使用後のべとつきが少なく、しかも適度な美容効果を有し、診断部位の表面からふき取る必要のない超音波診断用塗布組成物が開示されている。
超音波プローブ(探触子)は、患者ごとに交換するものではなく、前の患者に使用した後、超音波ゼリーを拭き取って、洗浄してから、次の患者に使用する。このような使用方法の場合、前の患者由来の皮膚に存在した微生物がプローブに付着していた場合には、洗浄しても微生物が十分に除去されずに残る可能性が指摘されており、改良することが望まれていた。
そこで、本発明は、皮膚に塗布したときの感触が良く、しかも抗菌作用を有する、超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体を提供することを目的とする。
本発明者らは、上記目的を達成すべく鋭意検討を重ねた結果、銀系抗菌剤を含有する超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体が、皮膚に塗布したときの感触が良く、しかも抗菌作用を有することを知得し、本発明を完成させた。
すなわち、本発明は以下に掲げる(1)~(7)である。

本発明によれば、皮膚に塗布したときの感触が良く、しかも抗菌作用を有する、超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体を提供することができる。
[超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体]
本発明の超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体は、銀系抗菌剤を含有する点に特徴がある。
従来の超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体(通称「超音波ゼリー」)には、抗菌活性を有する成分として、広い抗菌スペクトルを有するパラベン(パラオキシ安息香酸エステルを総称していう。)が多く使用されている。しかし、パラベンは皮膚に対する刺激性を有するため、化粧品などでは配合量に規制値が加えられている。そのため、抗菌作用を十分に発揮させるのに十分な量を配合できないことから、静菌作用を示す程度の量しか配合できない。本発明では、超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体に銀系抗菌剤を配合することによって、パラベンなどの抗菌剤のみでは成し得なかった抗菌作用を発揮させることに成功した。

従来の超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体(通称「超音波ゼリー」)には、抗菌活性を有する成分として、広い抗菌スペクトルを有するパラベン(パラオキシ安息香酸エステルを総称していう。)が多く使用されている。しかし、パラベンは皮膚に対する刺激性を有するため、化粧品などでは配合量に規制値が加えられている。そのため、抗菌作用を十分に発揮させるのに十分な量を配合できないことから、静菌作用を示す程度の量しか配合できない。本発明では、超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体に銀系抗菌剤を配合することによって、パラベンなどの抗菌剤のみでは成し得なかった抗菌作用を発揮させることに成功した。
まず、本発明の超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体(以下、単に「本発明の塗布型接触媒体」という場合がある。)の成分について説明する。
1.銀系抗菌剤
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、銀系抗菌剤を含有する。
一般に、銀系抗菌剤としては、無機系抗菌剤として例示される、銀コロイド粒子抗菌剤、ゼオライト系抗菌剤(銀ゼオライト、銀・亜鉛ゼオライト、銀置換ゼオライト等)、シリカゲル系抗菌剤(錯体化銀・シリカゲル等)、ガラス系抗菌剤(銀イオン分散型溶解性ガラス等)、ケイ酸塩系抗菌剤(ケイ酸カルシウム銀、ケイ酸アルミン酸マグネシウム銀等)、酸化チタン系抗菌剤(銀・酸化チタン、チタン酸カリウム銀等)、セラミック系抗菌剤、ウィスカー系抗菌剤、無機・有機ハイブリット系抗菌剤等に銀が含有されるものを含む。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、銀系抗菌剤を含有する。
一般に、銀系抗菌剤としては、無機系抗菌剤として例示される、銀コロイド粒子抗菌剤、ゼオライト系抗菌剤(銀ゼオライト、銀・亜鉛ゼオライト、銀置換ゼオライト等)、シリカゲル系抗菌剤(錯体化銀・シリカゲル等)、ガラス系抗菌剤(銀イオン分散型溶解性ガラス等)、ケイ酸塩系抗菌剤(ケイ酸カルシウム銀、ケイ酸アルミン酸マグネシウム銀等)、酸化チタン系抗菌剤(銀・酸化チタン、チタン酸カリウム銀等)、セラミック系抗菌剤、ウィスカー系抗菌剤、無機・有機ハイブリット系抗菌剤等に銀が含有されるものを含む。
これらの中で好ましい銀系抗菌剤は、粒子形態にあって実質的に水に不溶性である銀系の抗菌性物質であり、好ましい形態として、酸化銀および担持銀からなる群から選択される少なくともひとつが挙げられる。例えば、高多孔性ミクロ銀、銀ナノ粒子、銀ゼオライト、銀ガラスの形態にある銀系抗菌剤から選択される。この中で、酸化銀、セラミック担持銀、ガラス担持銀であることがさらに好ましい。
こうした抗菌作用を示す材料としては、銀イオン水が好ましく、例えば、シルビオンP(日本イオン(株)製)、Ag-P水(進栄化学(株)製)などがあげられる。

本発明の塗布型接触媒体中の、銀系抗菌剤の含有量は特に限定されない。典型的には、本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、銀系抗菌剤を、全銀濃度(銀に換算した質量濃度)で、0.004ppm~1.0ppmの範囲内で含有することが好ましく、0.1ppm~0.9ppmの範囲内で含有することがより好ましく、0.2ppm~0.8ppmの範囲内で含有することがさらに好ましい。
銀系抗菌剤の含有量が全銀濃度で0.004ppm以上であると、抗菌作用がよりよく発揮される。また、抗菌作用に関して銀系抗菌剤の含有量の上限は特に限定されないが、銀は貴金属であるため、消耗品としては使用量が少ないことが好ましく、有効な効果を発揮する1.0ppm以下が好ましい。
銀系抗菌剤の含有量が全銀濃度で0.004ppm以上であると、抗菌作用がよりよく発揮される。また、抗菌作用に関して銀系抗菌剤の含有量の上限は特に限定されないが、銀は貴金属であるため、消耗品としては使用量が少ないことが好ましく、有効な効果を発揮する1.0ppm以下が好ましい。
なお、本発明において、数値範囲を「~」を用いて表現した場合、その数値範囲は「~」の両端の数値を含むものとする。例えば、「1~10」と表現した場合、その数値範囲には1および10を含む。
銀系抗菌剤による抗菌性能を発揮するためには、無機系の銀系抗菌剤を使うだけでなく、パラベンのような有機系の防腐剤を併用することが好ましい。併用する防腐剤は1種類であってもよいし、2種類以上を組み合わせてもよい。
2.防腐剤
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、さらに、防腐剤を含有してもよい。
防腐剤を含有することにより、防腐剤を含有しない場合に比べてより優れた抗菌作用を発揮することができる。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、さらに、防腐剤を含有してもよい。

防腐剤は、本発明の塗布型接触媒体の防腐作用を増大させることができるものであれば特に限定されず、従来公知の防腐剤を使用することができる。防腐剤としては、例えば、安息香酸、安息香酸塩類、塩酸アルキルジアミノエチルグリシン、感光素、クロルクレゾール、クロロブタノール、サリチル酸、サリチル酸塩類、ソルビン酸、ソルビン酸塩類、デヒドロ酢酸、デヒドロ酢酸塩類、トリクロロヒドロキシジフェニルエーテル(別名:トリクロサン)、パラオキシ安息香酸エステル(別名:パラベン)、パラオキシ安息香酸エステルのナトリウム塩、フェノキシエタノール、フェノール、ラウリルジアミノエチルグリシンナトリウム、レゾルシン、安息香酸パントテニルエチルエーテル、イソプロピルメチルフェノール、塩化セチルピリジニウム、塩化ベンザルコニウム、塩化ベンゼトニウム、塩酸クロルヘキシジン、オルトフェニルフェノール、オルトフェニルフェノールナトリウム、グルコン酸クロルヘキシジン、クレゾール、クロラミン T、クロルキシレノール、クロルフェネシン、クロルヘキシジン、1,3-ジメチロール-5,5-ジメチルヒダントイン、臭化アルキルイソキノリニウム、チアントール、チモール、トリクロロカルバニリド、パラクロルフェノール、ハロカルバン、ヒノキチオール、ピリチオン亜鉛、ピロクトンオラミン、ブチルカルバミン酸ヨウ化プロピニル、ポリアミノプロピルビグアナイド、メチルイソチアゾリノン、メチルクロロイソチアゾリノン・メチルイソチアゾリノン液、N,N”-メチレンビス[N’-(3-ヒドロキシメチル-2,5-ジオキソ-4-イミダゾリジニル)ウレア]、ヨウ化パラジメチルアミノスチリルヘプチルメチルチアゾリウムなどが挙げられる。また、防腐剤としては、「防腐剤」として記載したものに限定されず、防腐剤として機能しうるものであれば、本発明の作用効果を妨げない限り、防腐剤として使用できる。
防腐剤は1種類を単独で、または2種類以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体に使用する防腐剤としては、パラオキシ安息香酸エステル(別名:パラベン)、パラオキシ安息香酸エステルのナトリウム塩、およびフェノキシエタノールからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種類が好ましく、これらから選択される2種類以上の組合せがより好ましく、パラオキシ安息香酸エステルおよびフェノキシエタノールの組合せがさらに好ましい。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体に使用する防腐剤としては、パラオキシ安息香酸エステル(別名:パラベン)、パラオキシ安息香酸エステルのナトリウム塩、およびフェノキシエタノールからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種類が好ましく、これらから選択される2種類以上の組合せがより好ましく、パラオキシ安息香酸エステルおよびフェノキシエタノールの組合せがさらに好ましい。
パラオキシ安息香酸エステル(別名:パラベン)は、アルキルエステルおよびアリールエステルのいずれも使用することができる。パラオキシ安息香酸のアルキルエステルとしては、例えば、メチルエステル(パラオキシ安息香酸メチル)、エチルエステル(パラオキシ安息香酸エチル)、プロピルエステル(パラオキシ安息香酸プロピル)、イソプロピルエステル(パラオキシ安息香酸イソプロピル)、ブチルエステル(パラオキシ安息香酸ブチル)、イソブチルエステル(パラオキシ安息香酸イソブチル)等が挙げられ、アリールエステルとしては、ベンジルエステル(パラオキシ安息香酸ベンジル)等が挙げられる。
パラオキシ安息香酸エステルは1種類を単独で、または2種類以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体に使用するパラオキシ安息香酸エステル(別名:パラベン)としては、パラオキシ安息香酸メチル、パラオキシ安息香酸エチル、パラオキシ安息香酸プロピルおよびパラオキシ安息香酸イソプロピルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種類が好ましく、これらから選択される少なくとも2種類がより好ましく、パラオキシ安息香酸メチルおよびパラオキシ安息香酸エチルを組み合わせて使用することが好ましい。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体に使用するパラオキシ安息香酸エステル(別名:パラベン)としては、パラオキシ安息香酸メチル、パラオキシ安息香酸エチル、パラオキシ安息香酸プロピルおよびパラオキシ安息香酸イソプロピルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種類が好ましく、これらから選択される少なくとも2種類がより好ましく、パラオキシ安息香酸メチルおよびパラオキシ安息香酸エチルを組み合わせて使用することが好ましい。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体に防腐剤を含有する際の防腐剤の含有量は、特に限定されない。防腐剤の好適含有量は防腐剤の種類によって異なるが、本発明の塗布型接触媒体中の微生物の発育を抑制することができ、かつ、皮膚または粘膜に障害を与えない範囲内とすることが好ましい。例えば、パラオキシ安息香酸エステル(別名:パラベン)の含有量は、合計で、1.0質量%以下とすることが好ましく、0.1質量%~1.0質量%の範囲内とすることがより好ましく、0.2質量%~1.0質量%の範囲内とすることがさらに好ましい。また、例えば、フェノキシエタノールの含有量は、1.0質量%以下とすることが好ましく、0.1質量%~1.0質量%の範囲内とすることがより好ましく、0.3質量%~1.0質量%の範囲内とすることがさらに好ましい。パラオキシ安息香酸エステルおよびフェノキシエタノールを併用する際には、それぞれの含有量(濃度)は、独立して設定することができる。
3.保湿剤
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、さらに、保湿剤を含有してもよい。
保湿剤を含有することにより、保湿剤を含有しない場合に比べて、本発明の塗布型接触媒体の保湿性および使用感をさらに向上させることができる。

保湿剤は、本発明の塗布型接触媒体の保湿作用を増大させることができるものであれば特に限定されず、従来公知の保湿剤を使用することができる。保湿剤としては、例えば、グリシン、L-アラニン、DL-アラニン、L-フェニルアラニン、L-アルギニン、L-ロイシン、L-イソロイシン、DL-トレオニン、L-チロシン、L-セリン、DL-セリン、L-グルタミン酸、L-グルタミン酸ナトリウム、L-プロリン、L-バリン、L-アスパラギン酸、L-アスパラギン酸ナトリウム、L-アスパラギン酸カリウム、L-アスパラギン酸マグネシウム、塩酸L-ヒスチジン、L-リシン塩酸塩、トリメチルグリシン、タウリン、5’-グアニル酸二ナトリウム、5’-イノシン酸二ナトリウム、ブドウ糖(別名:グルコース)、マルトース、マルチトール、D-マンニット(別名:D-マンニトール)、水溶性プラセンタエキス、プルラン、ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム、ビフィズス菌エキス、尿素、D-ソルビトール(別名:ソルビット、グルシトール)、シルク末、加水分解シルク(加水分解シルク液、加水分解シルク末)、加水分解ケラチン(加水分解ケラチン液、加水分解ケラチン末)、酵母エキス、コラーゲン(水溶性コラーゲン、水溶性コラーゲン液)、加水分解コラーゲン、加水分解卵殻膜、カルボキシメチルキチン(カルボキシメチルキチン液)、アルブミン、レシチン、DL-ピロリドンカルボン酸ナトリウム液、DL-ピロリドンカルボン酸、L-ピロリドンカルボン酸、ポリエチレングリコール(ポリエチレングリコール200、ポリエチレングリコール300、ポリエチレングリコール400、ポリエチレングリコール600、ポリエチレングリコール1000、ポリエチレングリコール1500、ポリエチレングリコール1540、ポリエチレングリコール2000、ポリエチレングリコール4000、ポリエチレングリコール6000、ポリエチレングリコール11000、ポリエチレングリコール20000)、ポリプロピレングリコールなどが挙げられる。また、保湿剤としては、「保湿剤」として記載したものに限定されず、保湿剤として機能しうるものであれば、本発明の作用効果を妨げない限り、保湿剤として使用できる。

本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、超音波検査時に皮膚または粘膜に直接接触するため、本発明の塗布型接触媒体に含有する保湿剤は、安全性を考慮して、皮膚または粘膜にやさしい成分(皮膚または粘膜を刺激しにくい成分)が選ばれる。

本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、保湿剤として、コラーゲンおよび加水分解コラーゲンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含むことが好ましく、加水分解コラーゲンを含むことがより好ましい。
コラーゲンは特に限定されず、様々なコラーゲン抽出物であってよい。コラーゲン抽出物は、コラーゲン含有原料から、酸可溶化、アルカリ可溶化、中性塩可溶化、酵素可溶化などの公知の手法にて抽出することができる。コラーゲン含量原料としては、コラーゲンを含有する原料であれば何れの材料でも使用でき、脊椎動物(例えば、ウシ、ブタ、イワシ、サメ等)の皮、鱗、骨、軟骨、腱または臓器が例示されるが、コラーゲン含量が高いことから、骨、軟骨、皮、鱗、腱または胎盤などが好適に使用される。これらのうち、本発明の塗布型接触媒体に含有するコラーゲンとしては、水溶性コラーゲンが特に好ましい。
また、天然のタンパク質を加水分解して得られるタンパク質加水分解物、特にオリゴペプチドは、表皮中の天然ペプチドと類似の化学構造を有し、保湿剤などとして広く利用されていることから、コラーゲンを加水分解した加水分解コラーゲンを用いることが特に好ましい。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体に保湿剤を含有する際の保湿剤の含有量は、特に限定されない。保湿剤の好適含有量は保湿剤の種類によって異なるが、本発明の塗布型接触媒体の保水性および取扱い性がともに良い範囲内とすることが好ましい。例えば、コラーゲンおよび加水分解コラーゲンの含有量は、合計で、0.05質量%~20質量%の範囲内とすることが好ましく、0.1質量%~10質量%の範囲内とすることがより好ましく、0.2質量%~5質量%の範囲内とすることがさらに好ましい。含有量が0.05質量%以上であると、保水効果が十分に発揮され、また、含有量が20質量%以下であると、取扱い性が十分に良い。
4.増粘剤
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、銀系抗菌剤に加えて、増粘剤を含有してもよい。
増粘剤を含有することにより、増粘剤を含有しない場合に比べて、本発明の塗布型接触媒体の粘度を高め、安定性を高めるとともに、使用感触をさらに向上させることができる。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、銀系抗菌剤に加えて、増粘剤を含有してもよい。
増粘剤を含有することにより、増粘剤を含有しない場合に比べて、本発明の塗布型接触媒体の粘度を高め、安定性を高めるとともに、使用感触をさらに向上させることができる。

本発明の塗布型接触媒体に含有する増粘剤としては、キサンタンガム、(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマー、アルギン酸エステル、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ポリビニルアルコールおよび透明セルロースゲルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種類が好ましく、これらから選択される2種類以上の組合せがより好ましく、キサンタンガムおよび(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマーの組合せがさらに好ましい。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体に含有する増粘剤としては、キサンタンガム、(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマー、アルギン酸エステル、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ポリビニルアルコールおよび透明セルロースゲルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種類が好ましく、これらから選択される2種類以上の組合せがより好ましく、キサンタンガムおよび(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマーの組合せがさらに好ましい。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体に増粘剤を含有する際の増粘剤の含有量は、特に限定されない。増粘剤の好適含有量は増粘剤の種類によって異なるが、本発明の塗布型接触媒体の粘度を調整して、塗布時の伸びおよび感触を向上させる範囲内とすることが好ましい。例えば、キサンタンガムの含有量は、0.01質量%~0.50質量%の範囲内とすることが好ましく、0.01質量%~0.10質量%の範囲内とすることがより好ましく、0.02質量%~0.08質量%の範囲内とすることがさらに好ましい。また、例えば、(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマーの含有量は、0.10質量%~5.0質量%の範囲内とすることが好ましく、0.10質量%~1.0質量%の範囲内とすることがより好ましく、0.50質量%~1.0質量%の範囲内とすることがさらに好ましい。キサンタンガムおよび(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマーを併用する際には、それぞれの含有量(濃度)は、独立して設定することができる。
5.潤滑剤
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、さらに、潤滑剤を含有してもよい。
潤滑剤を含有することにより、潤滑剤を含有しない場合に比べて、超音波プローブと生体の超音波プローブ接触面との間の摩擦をさらに低下させることができるので、滑りが良くなり、超音波プローブの操作性をさらに向上させることができる。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、さらに、潤滑剤を含有してもよい。
潤滑剤を含有することにより、潤滑剤を含有しない場合に比べて、超音波プローブと生体の超音波プローブ接触面との間の摩擦をさらに低下させることができるので、滑りが良くなり、超音波プローブの操作性をさらに向上させることができる。
潤滑剤は、本発明の塗布型接触媒体の潤滑作用を増大させることができるものであれば特に限定されず、従来公知の潤滑剤を使用することができる。潤滑剤としては、例えば、グリセリン、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、1,3-ブチレングリコールなどが挙げられる。また、潤滑剤としては、「潤滑剤」として記載したものに限定されず、潤滑剤として機能しうるものであれば、本発明の作用効果を妨げない限り、潤滑剤として使用してもよい。
潤滑剤は1種類を単独で、または2種類以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体に含有する潤滑剤としては、グリセリン、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコールおよび1,3-ブチレングリコールからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種が好ましく、プロピレングリコールがより好ましい。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体に含有する潤滑剤としては、グリセリン、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコールおよび1,3-ブチレングリコールからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種が好ましく、プロピレングリコールがより好ましい。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体に潤滑剤を含有する際の増粘剤の含有量は、特に限定されない。増粘剤の好適含有量は増粘剤の種類によって異なるが、典型的には、1質量%~20質量%が好ましく、5質量%~15質量%がより好ましく、5質量%~10質量%がさらに好ましい。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、増粘剤および潤滑剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物を含有することが好ましい。
6.その他の成分
本発明の塗布型接触媒体では、水および上記成分以外に通常化粧料や医薬外用剤等で使用される任意成分を、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲において含有してもよい。このような任意の成分としては、例えば、ワセリン、マイクロクリスタリンワックス等の炭化水素類、ホホバ油、ゲイロウ等のエステル類、牛脂、オリーブ油等のトリグリセライド類、セタノール、オレイルアルコール等の高級アルコール類、ステアリン酸、オレイン酸等の脂肪酸、非イオン界面活性剤、アニオン界面活性剤、カチオン界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、エタノール、増粘剤、防腐剤、紫外線吸収剤、抗酸化剤、キレート剤、色素、粉体類等が挙げられる。

[超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体の製造方法]
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、上述した各成分を水に溶解することによって製造することができる。適宜、加熱および撹拌をしてもよい。また、各成分を溶解する順序も特に限定されない。
例えば、本発明の塗布型接触媒体を、銀イオン水(銀系抗菌剤)、パラベン(防腐剤)、フェノキシエタノール(防腐剤)、加水分解コラーゲン(保湿剤)、(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマー(増粘剤)、キサンタンガム(増粘剤)、およびプロピレングリコール(潤滑剤)を水に溶解して製造する場合には、銀イオン水、パラベン、フェノキシエタノール、加水分解コラーゲン、キサンタンガム、およびプロピレングリコールを撹拌しながら水に徐々に加えて加熱溶解した後、(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマーを撹拌しながら溶液に徐々に加えて加熱溶解することが好ましい。
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、上述した各成分を水に溶解することによって製造することができる。適宜、加熱および撹拌をしてもよい。また、各成分を溶解する順序も特に限定されない。
例えば、本発明の塗布型接触媒体を、銀イオン水(銀系抗菌剤)、パラベン(防腐剤)、フェノキシエタノール(防腐剤)、加水分解コラーゲン(保湿剤)、(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマー(増粘剤)、キサンタンガム(増粘剤)、およびプロピレングリコール(潤滑剤)を水に溶解して製造する場合には、銀イオン水、パラベン、フェノキシエタノール、加水分解コラーゲン、キサンタンガム、およびプロピレングリコールを撹拌しながら水に徐々に加えて加熱溶解した後、(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマーを撹拌しながら溶液に徐々に加えて加熱溶解することが好ましい。
[超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体の使用方法]
本発明の塗布型接触媒体は、従来の超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体と同様に使用することができる。使用方法に特に変更を要しないことは、本発明の塗布型接触媒体の有利な特徴のひとつである。

[実施例1]
(1)塗布型接触媒体の調製
キサンタンガム(三晶(株)製)、プロピレングリコール(旭硝子(株)製)、パラオキシ安息香酸メチル(和光純薬工業(株)製)、パラオキシ安息香酸エチル(和光純薬工業(株)製)、フェノキシエタノール(四日市合成(株)製)、加水分解コラーゲン((株)成和化成製)、銀イオン水(進栄化学(株)製;(商品名)Ag-P水;(成分)酸化銀,ホウケイ酸(Ca/Na),水;全銀濃度=約4.0ppm(原子吸光光度法による、銀換算した質量濃度))を準備し、表1に示した終濃度となるように秤量して、攪拌しながら精製水に徐々に加えて加熱溶解した。上記各成分を完全に溶解して得た溶液に、表1に示す終濃度となるように秤量した(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマー(ルーブリゾール・アドバンストマテリアルズ社製)を、徐々に攪拌しながら加えて溶解し、超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体(超音波ゼリー)を調製した。
(1)塗布型接触媒体の調製
キサンタンガム(三晶(株)製)、プロピレングリコール(旭硝子(株)製)、パラオキシ安息香酸メチル(和光純薬工業(株)製)、パラオキシ安息香酸エチル(和光純薬工業(株)製)、フェノキシエタノール(四日市合成(株)製)、加水分解コラーゲン((株)成和化成製)、銀イオン水(進栄化学(株)製;(商品名)Ag-P水;(成分)酸化銀,ホウケイ酸(Ca/Na),水;全銀濃度=約4.0ppm(原子吸光光度法による、銀換算した質量濃度))を準備し、表1に示した終濃度となるように秤量して、攪拌しながら精製水に徐々に加えて加熱溶解した。上記各成分を完全に溶解して得た溶液に、表1に示す終濃度となるように秤量した(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマー(ルーブリゾール・アドバンストマテリアルズ社製)を、徐々に攪拌しながら加えて溶解し、超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体(超音波ゼリー)を調製した。
(2)塗布型接触媒体の評価
調製した塗布型接触媒体の評価を、以下の方法により行った。
2.1)感触の評価
被験者5人の腹部に塗布型接触媒体3gを塗布し、その感触について被験者5人から以下の基準のいずれであるか回答を得た。回答のうち過半数のものを、その評価とした。評価の結果を表1に示す。
A 保湿が十分に効いていて、違和感がない
B 保湿が不十分であり、乾燥した感じがして違和感がある
調製した塗布型接触媒体の評価を、以下の方法により行った。
2.1)感触の評価
被験者5人の腹部に塗布型接触媒体3gを塗布し、その感触について被験者5人から以下の基準のいずれであるか回答を得た。回答のうち過半数のものを、その評価とした。評価の結果を表1に示す。
A 保湿が十分に効いていて、違和感がない
B 保湿が不十分であり、乾燥した感じがして違和感がある
2.2)抗菌性の評価
2.2.1)
(試験サンプル)
塗布型接触媒体1gに菌液0.01mLを添加混合し、室温(25±3℃)で所定時間静置した。静置後に、SCDLP(Soybean-Casein Digest Agar with Lecithin & Polysorbate80,レシチンおよびポリソルベート80添加ダイズ-カゼイン抽出物寒天)培地9mLを添加混合し、塗布型接触媒体の抗菌活性を不活性化して、生菌数を測定した。
(参照サンプル)
精製水1mLに菌液0.01mLを添加混合し、試験サンプルと同じ条件で静置した。静置後に、SCDLP培地9mLを添加混合し、生菌数を測定した。
2.2.1)
(試験サンプル)
塗布型接触媒体1gに菌液0.01mLを添加混合し、室温(25±3℃)で所定時間静置した。静置後に、SCDLP(Soybean-Casein Digest Agar with Lecithin & Polysorbate80,レシチンおよびポリソルベート80添加ダイズ-カゼイン抽出物寒天)培地9mLを添加混合し、塗布型接触媒体の抗菌活性を不活性化して、生菌数を測定した。
(参照サンプル)
精製水1mLに菌液0.01mLを添加混合し、試験サンプルと同じ条件で静置した。静置後に、SCDLP培地9mLを添加混合し、生菌数を測定した。
2.2.2)
5分経過時点で、試験サンプルと参照サンプルとを比較し、以下の評価基準に従って抗菌性を評価した。評価の結果を表1に示す。
(評価基準)
A:試験サンプルに菌液を加えてミキサーで混合した後、5分間経過時点で、参照サンプルにおける菌数に対し、生菌数が大きく減少した
B:Aよりも菌の減少が少し劣るが実用的に許容される
C:菌の減少が少なく、実用的に許容されない
D:菌の減少が見られない
5分経過時点で、試験サンプルと参照サンプルとを比較し、以下の評価基準に従って抗菌性を評価した。評価の結果を表1に示す。
(評価基準)
A:試験サンプルに菌液を加えてミキサーで混合した後、5分間経過時点で、参照サンプルにおける菌数に対し、生菌数が大きく減少した
B:Aよりも菌の減少が少し劣るが実用的に許容される
C:菌の減少が少なく、実用的に許容されない
D:菌の減少が見られない
[実施例2~4]
表1に示した終濃度となるように銀イオン水の添加量を変更した点を除いて、実施例1と同様にして、塗布型接触媒体を調製した。調製した塗布型接触媒体を用いて、実施例1と同様にして、「感触」および「抗菌性」の評価を行った。評価の結果を表1に示す。

[実施例5、6]
表1に示した終濃度となるように銀イオン水の添加量を変更した点、ならびに、パラオキシ安息香酸メチル、パラオキシ安息香酸エチルおよびフェノキシエタノール防腐剤をいずれも添加しなかった点を除いて、実施例1と同様にして、塗布型接触媒体を調製した。調製した塗布型接触媒体を用いて、実施例1と同様にして、「感触」および「抗菌性」の評価を行った。評価の結果を表1に示す。
表1に示した終濃度となるように銀イオン水の添加量を変更した点、ならびに、パラオキシ安息香酸メチル、パラオキシ安息香酸エチルおよびフェノキシエタノール防腐剤をいずれも添加しなかった点を除いて、実施例1と同様にして、塗布型接触媒体を調製した。調製した塗布型接触媒体を用いて、実施例1と同様にして、「感触」および「抗菌性」の評価を行った。評価の結果を表1に示す。
[比較例1]
銀イオン水、パラオキシ安息香酸メチル、パラオキシ安息香酸エチルおよびフェノキシエタノールをいずれも添加しなかった点を除いて、実施例1と同様にして、塗布型接触媒体を調製した。調製した塗布型接触媒体を用いて、実施例1と同様にして、「感触」および「抗菌性」の評価を行った。評価の結果を表1に示す。
銀イオン水、パラオキシ安息香酸メチル、パラオキシ安息香酸エチルおよびフェノキシエタノールをいずれも添加しなかった点を除いて、実施例1と同様にして、塗布型接触媒体を調製した。調製した塗布型接触媒体を用いて、実施例1と同様にして、「感触」および「抗菌性」の評価を行った。評価の結果を表1に示す。
[比較例2]
銀イオン水を添加しなかった点を除いて、実施例1と同様にして、塗布型接触媒体を調製した。調製した塗布型接触媒体を用いて、実施例1と同様にして、「感触」および「抗菌性」の評価を行った。評価の結果を表1に示す。

表1に示す評価結果から、銀系抗菌剤を含む塗布型接触媒体(実施例1~6)は、皮膚に塗布したときの感触が良く、しかも抗菌作用を有することが確認された。
また、実施例3、4と実施例5、6との対比によれば、銀系抗菌剤と防腐剤とを併用する場合には、防腐剤を併用しない場合に比べて、抗菌性の評価が良く、優れた抗菌性が確認された。

Claims (7)
- 銀系抗菌剤を含有する超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体。
- さらに、防腐剤を含む、請求項1に記載の超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体。
- さらに、保湿剤を含む、請求項1または2に記載の超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体。
- 前記保湿剤がコラーゲンおよび加水分解コラーゲンから選択される少なくとも1種を含む、請求項3に記載の超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体。
- 前記銀系抗菌剤が、酸化銀、セラミック担持銀およびガラス担持銀からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体。
- さらに、増粘剤および潤滑剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体。
- 前記銀系抗菌剤の含有量が銀に換算した質量濃度で0.004ppm以上1ppm以下である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の超音波診断用の塗布型接触媒体。
