- the cleaning liquid is not injected in the form of a mist, but is injected as a collective liquid flow 81Z. Thereby, the said washing
- the injection direction of the liquid flow 81Z repeatedly reciprocates between two injection limit directions 83 and 84 with the injection center direction 82 as the center.
- the cleaning liquid is ejected within an angle range of ⁇ ⁇ centered on the ejection central direction 82.

- the ejection unit 23Z ejects the cleaning liquid oscillated in the oscillation chamber 24 to the outside.
- the oscillation chamber 24 is a space having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and two partition walls 41 are provided therein.
- the two partition walls 41 divide the oscillation chamber 24 into a main channel 42 and two sub channels 43.
- the cleaning liquid supplied from the supply port 25 enters the main flow path 42 and is attracted to one of the partition walls 41 by the Coanda effect. For this reason, the cleaning liquid does not travel along the reference axis passing through the center of the main flow path 42 from the center of the supply port 25 but travels in a direction inclined to the L side or the R side from the reference axis. A part of the cleaning liquid that has passed through the main flow path 42 is ejected to the outside from the ejection unit 23Z.
- the rest hits the inner wall of the oscillation chamber 24 on the F side, wraps around the back side of the partition wall 41, passes through the auxiliary flow path 43, returns to the B side of the oscillation chamber 24, and passes from the supply port 25 to the cleaning liquid entering the oscillation chamber 24 from the side.
- Join For example, if the cleaning liquid passing through the main flow path 42 is attracted to the L-side partition wall 41, the cleaning liquid flows back through the L-side sub flow path 43. As the refluxed cleaning liquid joins the cleaning liquid passing through the main flow path 42, the traveling direction of the cleaning liquid passing through the main flow path 42 is bent.
- the traveling direction of the cleaning liquid that passes through the main flow path 42 bends to the R side and tilts to the R side from the reference axis. Then, the cleaning liquid passing through the main flow path 42 is attracted to the R-side partition wall 41, and the cleaning liquid flows back through the R-side sub-flow path 43. Thereby, this time, the traveling direction of the cleaning liquid passing through the main flow path 42 is bent to the L side and tilted to the L side from the reference axis. By repeating this, the traveling direction of the cleaning liquid passing through the main flow path 42 oscillates. That is, it changes in a reciprocating manner centering around the F direction parallel to the reference axis in a direction biased to the L side in some cases and in a direction biased to the R side in some cases.

Abstract
