Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for weaving multiple gauze and a multiple gauze fabric woven by the method.
- Gauze fabric is a plain fabric woven roughly with relatively thin threads.
- the gauze fabric is characterized by being lightweight and breathable.
- gauze fabric In order to make use of these characteristics, if gauze fabric is applied to clothing and bedding fabrics, there is room for improvement in terms of permeation resistance (non-transparency), heat retention, water absorption, and softness.
- ⁇ Permeability is improved if two or more sheets of gauze are stacked to form a multiple weave.
- the heat retention and water absorption are improved by the amount added, but not dramatically improved. Softness is not improved at all.
- Towel woven gauze has the advantages of both gauze and towel, but it requires a pile, so it is slightly heavy when applied to clothing and bedding fabrics. That is, the lightness and breathability that are the characteristics of gauze fabric cannot be fully utilized.
- the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a gauze fabric excellent in permeation resistance, heat retention, water absorption, and touch feeling (softness) while maintaining light weight and air permeability.
- the invention for solving the above problems is a method of weaving multiple gauze, While supplying warp from the first beam and forming a strongly tensioned A layer, Supplying a warp from a second beam having a higher supply speed than the first beam, forming a B layer that is more slack than the A layer; A connecting portion for connecting the A layer and the B layer is formed.
- the supply speed of the second beam is preferably 0.5 to 5.0% faster than the supply speed of the first beam.
- the multiple gauze is composed of a plurality of layers including a surface layer, an intermediate layer, and a back layer, Forming the A layer in the intermediate layer;
- the B layer is formed on the surface layer and the back layer.
- the connecting portion includes a first connecting portion that regularly connects the surface layer and the intermediate layer, and a second connecting portion that regularly connects the back layer and the intermediate layer,
- the first connecting portion is formed at a position corresponding to the middle between two adjacent second connecting portions.
- the connecting portion includes a first connecting portion that regularly connects the surface layer and the intermediate layer, and a second connecting portion that regularly connects the back layer and the intermediate layer, The first connecting portion is formed at a position corresponding to the second connecting portion.
- the invention for solving the above problems is a multiple gauze fabric, A layer formed by strongly stretching the warp supplied from the first beam; A B layer formed by stretching a warp supplied from a second beam having a higher supply speed than the first beam more loosely than the A layer; A connecting portion connecting the A layer and the B layer.
- the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is a garment formed from the multiple gauze fabric.
- the present invention that solves the above-described problems is bedding formed of the multi-gauze fabric.
- the multi-gauze fabric of the present invention is superior in permeation resistance, heat retention, water absorption, breathability, and touch (softness) compared to conventional multi-gauze fabrics.
- the multi-gauze fabric of the present invention maintains the lightness of the conventional multi-gauze fabric.
- Sectional drawing of the double gauze fabric based on 1st Embodiment of this invention Sectional view of a double gauze fabric according to the prior art Sectional drawing of the triple gauze fabric based on 2nd Embodiment of this invention Sectional drawing of the triple gauze fabric based on 3rd Embodiment of this invention.
- FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a multiple gauze fabric according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
- the present invention is an N (N is an integer of 2 or more) heavy gauze fabric, the double gauze fabric will be described for easy understanding of the invention.
- the double gauze fabric includes a surface layer gauze and a back layer gauze.
- the surface layer gauze is composed of warps (warps) 1 and 2 and wefts (wefts) 3 and 4.
- the warp yarns 1 and 2 of the surface layer are supplied from the first beam.
- the warp supply speed of the first beam is approximately the same as the supply speed in general gauze weaving.
- the tension of the warps 1 and 2 is also adjusted in accordance with the warp supply speed.
- the back layer gauze is composed of warps (warps) 5 and 6 and wefts (wefts) 7 and 8.
- the warp yarns 5 and 6 of the back layer are supplied from the second beam.
- the supply speed of the second beam is 0.5 to 5.0% faster than the supply speed of the first beam. Preferably it is 1.5 to 3.0% faster.
- the tension of the warps 5 and 6 is adjusted to 0.8 times or less of the tension of the warps 1 and 2 according to the warp supply speed. Preferably, it is adjusted to 0.6 times or less.
- the weft yarns 3, 4 and the weft yarns 7, 8 are the same number and are driven at the same interval.
- the lengths of the warps 5 and 6 are longer than the warps 1 and 2.
- the lengths in the warp direction of the A layer and the B layer are the same. As a result, the B layer becomes looser than the A layer.
- a layer and B layer are appropriately joined together with formation of A layer and B layer.
- the connecting portion may be formed by warp, or the connecting portion may be formed by weft. In the illustrated example, the warp 2 is entangled with the weft 8 and the warp 5 is entangled with the weft 4 to form the connecting portion 10.
- FIG. 2 shows a double gauze fabric (prior art) in which two common gauze layers are stacked. The effect of this embodiment will be described by comparing with the prior art.
- a space is generated between the two pieces of gauze due to the slack B layer.
- the thickness of the double gauze can be increased by using two thin gauze. Due to this space and thickness, it is possible to improve permeation resistance, heat retention, water absorption, and air permeability as compared with the prior art.
- air permeability works when it is hot in summer, and heat insulation functions when it is cold in winter. The user can feel cool in summer and warm in winter.
- the space when used as pajamas or sheets, the space absorbs night sweats while sleeping, and the ventilation functions to discharge excess body temperature. When dawn and temperature drop, heat retention functions. That is, comfort is maintained throughout sleep.
- the difference between the prior art and the first embodiment is only the warp yarns 5 and 6 of the back surface layer, and the surface layer and the weft yarn are common.
- the weight increases to such a degree, the user will not recognize the difference in weight when the double gauze fabric is applied to clothing or bedding. That is, the lightness of the gauze fabric can be maintained.
- FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a triple gauze fabric according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
- the triple gauze fabric includes a surface layer gauze, an intermediate layer gauze, and a back layer gauze.
- the supply speed of the second beam is faster than the supply speed of the first beam.
- connection portion 11 that regularly connects the A layer and the B1 layer
- connection portion 12 that regularly connects the A layer and the B2 layer as appropriate.
- the interval between the connecting portions 11 and the interval between the connecting portions 12 are the same.
- the connecting part 11 is formed at a position corresponding to the middle between two adjacent connecting parts 12.
- the connecting portion 12 is formed at a position corresponding to the middle between two adjacent connecting portions 11.
- the second embodiment is a modification of the first embodiment. That is, the B layer is provided on both sides of the A layer. Therefore, the same effects as those of the first embodiment are obtained. In particular, the permeability, heat retention and water absorption are further improved.
- the thickness of the triple gauze fabric formed between the surface layer gauze and the back layer gauze is uniform in the warp direction, and the permeability, heat retention, water absorption, and air permeability are also uniform in the warp direction. As a result, the user does not feel uncomfortable.
- FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a triple gauze fabric according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
- the triple gauze fabric has a surface layer gauze, an intermediate layer gauze, and a back surface layer gauze, a point where B layers (B1 layer / B2 layer) are provided on both sides of the A layer, the connecting portion 11 and About the point in which the connection part 12 is formed, it is common in 2nd Embodiment.
- the connecting portion 11 is formed at a position corresponding to the connecting portion 12.
- the connecting portion 12 is formed at a position corresponding to the connecting portion 11.
- the equivalent position is a broad concept. From the same position to the position shifted by three wefts. In the drawing, the connecting portion 11 and the connecting portion 12 are shifted by two wefts.
- connecting part 11 and the connecting part 12 are in the same position and do not like the appearance of having a hole, slip one to three wefts.
- the third embodiment is also a modification of the first embodiment, like the second embodiment. That is, the same effect as the first embodiment is obtained.
- the thickness of the triple gauze fabric formed between the surface layer gauze and the back surface layer gauze is thicker than that of the second embodiment, and the permeation resistance, heat retention and water absorption are further improved.
- two layers A may be stacked to form an intermediate layer to form a quadruple gauze fabric.
