Abstract

　本発明は、連結部を覆うことにより外観品質の向上するシートを提供するために、シート１において、表面カバー４の端末に、第１締結部３０を被覆する被覆カバー４０を設けた。

Description

シート
　本発明は、表面カバーを周囲カバーに対して着脱自在にしたシートに関するものである。
　従来、このような分野の技術として、特許第５０８８１２６号公報（特許文献１）がある。この公報に記載されたシートは、シートクッションにおいて、座面の後方位置及び左右側面と前面とにわたる周面にスライドファスナを設けられており、シートベースの外表面を被覆する着せ替えシートカバーがシートベースに係合される。

　しかしながら、この様な着せ替えシートカバーでは、その連結部であるスライドファスナが表面に露出するので、むき出しのスライドファスナがデザイン上の違和感となり、外観品質が劣るという課題がある。
　そこで、本発明は、連結部を覆うことにより外観品質の向上するシートを提供することを目的とする。
　本発明は、シート部の表面カバーと周囲カバーとを着脱自在な第１締結部を介して連結してなるシートにおいて、
  前記表面カバーの端末に、前記第１締結部を被覆する被覆カバーを設けたことにより、前記第１締結部を被覆カバーにより被覆することができ、第１締結部の表面への露出が防止でき、外観品質が良くなる。
　前記シート部はシートクッションからなり、このシートクッションの左右側面及び前面の前記表面カバーに前記被覆カバーを設けることが好適である。
　前記シート部はシートバックからなり、このシートバックの左右側面及び上面の前記表面カバーに前記被覆カバーを設けることが好適である。
　前記被覆カバーには、前記第１締結部を囲繞する紐状部材を内蔵し、この紐状部材により前記第１締結部を囲繞する。被覆カバーに紐状部材を内蔵して、第１締結部を囲繞することにより、被覆カバーを第１締結部側に確実に沿わせることができ、被覆カバーの開くことが防止できる。
　前記被覆カバーは前記表面カバーの端末に、並行する第１縫製部と第２縫製部とにより縫製する。第１縫製部と第２縫製部とを並行して被覆カバーを表面カバーの端末に縫製すると、被覆カバーは第１締結部側に垂下がり、第１締結部を被覆する被覆作業がやりやすくなる。
　本発明によれば、連結部を覆うことによりシートの外観品質が向上する。
本発明に係るシートの第１の実施形態を示す斜視図である。 図１のII－II線に沿う断面図である。 シートの分解斜視図である。 図２における連結部の断面図である。
　以下、図面を参照しつつ本発明に係るシートの好適な実施形態について詳細に説明する。
　図１に示されるように、車両用シート１は、フロアパネル上で前後に移動自在なシートクッション（シート部）ＳＣと、シートクッションＳＣに対してリクライニング可能なシートバック（シート部）ＳＢとを備えている。シートクッションＳＣ及びシートバックＳＢは、発泡体からなるクッション材２の表面が表皮３で覆われている。そして、表皮３は、表面カバー４と周囲カバー５とで構成されている。表面カバー４、周囲カバー５は、シートクッションＳＣ及びシートバックＳＢのクッション材２をそれぞれ被覆するように別体から成る。
　表面カバー４は、図３に示すように、シートクッションＳＣのクッション材２を被覆するクッション用表面カバー４１と、シートバックＳＢのクッション材２を被覆するバック用表面カバー４２とで、周囲カバー５は、シートクッションＳＣのクッション材２を被覆するクッション用周囲カバー５１と、シートバックＳＢのクッション材２を被覆するバック用周囲カバー５２から形成されている。
　このシート１において、シートクッションＳＣ及びシートバックＳＢには、ライン状の吊り込み部Ａ１乃至Ａ６が設けられている。この吊り込み部Ａ１乃至Ａ６は、シート１の外観を形成すると同時に表皮３の弛みやズレを防止している。
　シートクッションＳＣにおける吊り込み部Ａ４、Ａ５には、クッション材２とクッション用表面カバー４１とを着脱自在に連結する第２締結部３３が設けられている。着脱自在な第２締結部３３は、クッション材２側で吊り込み部Ａ４に沿って前後方向に延在する凹部６内でクッション材２に固定された第３締結半部３３ｂと、クッション用表面カバー４１に設けられて凹部６内に格納されると共に、第３締結半部３３ｂに着脱自在に連結される第４締結半部３３ａと、を有する。シートクッションＳＣのクッション材２は、着座者の臀部を支持するためのメインクッション部１０と、着座者の大腿部を横から保持するためのサイドクッション部１１とを有し、メインクッション部１０とサイドクッション部１１との境界部分に沿って凹部６が所定の深さをもって形成されている。
　なお、シートクッションＳＣにおける吊り込み部Ａ６は、クッション材２の左右方向に凹部６が延在し、吊り込み部Ａ４と同様な構成である。また、シートバックＳＢにおける吊り込み部Ａ１乃至Ａ３もシートクッションＳＣにおける吊り込み部Ａ４乃至Ａ６と同様な構成である。
　そして、クッション用表面カバー４１は、クッション材２のメインクッション部１０上に載置される主面部２０と、サイドクッション部１１上に載置されるサイド面部２１と、によって形成されている。表皮３の主面部２０とサイド面部２１とは縫合部２４によって接合されている。クッション用表面カバー４１とクッション用周囲カバー５１とは、サイドクッション部１１の外側面１１ａで第１締結部３０によって連結されている。
　着脱自在な第１締結部３０は、クッション用表面カバー４１の周縁に延在するように設けられた第１締結半部３１と、クッション用周囲カバー５１の周縁に延在するように設けられて、第１締結半部３１に着脱自在に連結される第２締結半部３２と、を有している。この第１締結部３０は線ファスナとして構成され、第１締結半部３１のエレメントと呼ばれる歯３１ａが第２締結半部３２のエレメントと呼ばれる歯３２ａに噛み合うことによりクッション用表面カバー４１がクッション用周囲カバー５１に連結する。
　そして、クッション用表面カバー４１の端末４５には、図２に示すように、クッション用表面カバー４１の左右側面と前面に沿って延在するように、第１締結部３０を被覆する被覆カバー４０が設けられている。
  被覆カバー４０は長方形状のカバーを折り返して、開口部４０ａと折り返し部４０ｂとを有し、折り返し部４０ｂには、紐状部材が挿通する挿通孔４１ａが折り返し部４０ｂを縫製することにより形成されている。
　この被覆カバー４０は、図４に示すように、開口部４０ａ側の端末４１ｂが第１締結部３０の第１締結半部３１における基材３１ｂとクッション用表面カバー４１の端末４５とを第１縫製部４３により縫製し、クッション用表面カバー４１を図示の矢印方向に折り返して、クッション用表面カバー４１の端末４５をダブルステッチとし、被覆カバー４０の開口部４０ａ側の端末４１ｂと第１締結部３０の第１締結半部３１における基材３１ｂとを第２縫製部４６として第１縫製部４３と並行して縫製することにより、クッション用表面カバー４１の端末４５に固定している。
　このように、被覆カバー４０の開口部４０ａ側の端末４１ｂを、クッション用表面カバー４１の端末４５に第１縫製部４３と第２縫製部４６で並行して縫製することにより、被覆カバー４０の折り返し部４０ｂ側が第１締結部３０の第１締結半部３１方向に垂れ下がりやすくなり、第１締結部３０の被覆がしやすくなる。
  この被覆カバー４０には、その貫通孔４１ａに紐状部材５０が挿通し、図３に示すように、クッション用表面カバー４１の後面側に紐状部材５０の端部５０ａが被覆カバー４０から外部に突出している。
　クッション用表面カバー４１をシートクッションＳＣのクッション材２に被覆すべく、第1締結部３０と第２締結部３３とを締結すると、図１、２に示すように、被覆カバー４０は第1締結部３０を被覆する状態となり、第１締結部３０が表面に露呈することが無く外観品質が良くなる。
　更に、図３に示すように、紐状部材５０の両端部５０ａ、５０ａを引っ張ると、被覆カバー４０の折り返し部４０ｂが収縮する。そして、紐状部材５０の両端部５０ａ、５０ａを被覆カバー４０にクリップ６０でカシメると、被覆カバー４０の折り返し部４０ｂが緊張状態となり、めくれ上がることなく、第1締結部３０は被覆カバー４０により、被覆カバー４０との間に隙間なく確実に被覆することができる。被覆カバー４０の折り返し部４０ｂが収縮しているので、外観上、収縮模様として見栄えが良くなる。
  紐状部材５０としては、軟質樹脂製の玉芯、ステンレスワイヤ、タコ糸などを使用することができる。
　次に、シートバックＳＢの場合につき説明するが、シートクッションＳＣと構成はほぼ同様なので、要部につき説明する。
　図３に示すように、被覆カバー４０はシートバックＳＢの左右側面及び上面に沿って設けられており、左右側面の下端から、紐状部材５０の両端５０ａが外部に突出している。
このバック用表面カバー４２を第１締結部３０と第２締結部３３とにより締結し、被覆カバー４０の紐状部材５０の両端５０ａを引っ張ると、被覆カバー４０の折り返し部４０ｂが収縮する。そして、紐状部材５０の両端部５０ａ、５０ａを被覆カバー４０にクリップ６０でカシメると、被覆カバー４０の折り返し部４０ｂがめくれ上がることなく、第１締結部３０は被覆カバー４０により、被覆カバー４０との間に隙間なく確実に被覆することができる。被覆カバー４０の折り返し部４０ｂが収縮しているので、外観上、収縮模様として見栄えが良くなる。
  紐状部材５０は両端５０ａの引っ張り具合で、被覆カバー４０の折り返し部４０ｂの緊張状態を調整することができ、そのため、第1締結部３０の種々形状変化に対応できる。
　本発明に係るシートは、自動車用シート、航空機のシート、電車、バス、旅客船のシートに用いることができる。また、オープンカーの幌のファスナを被覆する際にも応用できる。上記では着せ替え用シートの場合につき説明しているが、これに限られないことはいうまでもない。
　なお、本発明は、上記実施例に限るものではないことはいうまでもない。

Claims (5)

  1. 　シート部の表面カバーと周囲カバーとを着脱自在な第１締結部を介して連結してなるシートにおいて、
      前記表面カバーの端末に、前記第１締結部を被覆する被覆カバーを設けたことを特徴とするシート。
  2. 　前記シート部はシートクッションからなり、このシートクッションの左右側面及び前面の前記表面カバーに前記被覆カバーを設けたことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のシート。
  3. 　前記シート部はシートバックからなり、このシートバックの左右側面及び上面の前記表面カバーに前記被覆カバーを設けたことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のシート。
  4. 　前記被覆カバーには、前記第１締結部を囲繞する紐状部材を内蔵し、この紐状部材により前記第1締結部を囲繞することを特徴とする請求項1記載のシート。
  5. 　前記被覆カバーは前記表面カバーの端末に、並行する第１縫製部と第２縫製部とにより縫製したことを特徴とする請求項１記載のシート。
