一种重组竹或木自动化生产系统 技术领域
本发明涉及自动化生产系统,具体涉及竹材人造板(材)加工生产线,特别是重组竹或木加工生产系统及技术设备。
背景技术
传统的重组竹或木生产设备主要以单机作业为主,主要设备有进料机、模压机、固化道、冷却架,简易脱模机等组成,这些设备也以手工作业为主,单机之间要么人工转运,要么采用简易行吊或简易输送完成物料输送。
上述设备存在的缺点是:自动化程度低;人工多,劳动强度大;生产效率低、产品质量不易控制,产品的成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种重组竹或木自动化生产系统,本发明解决了现有的重组竹生产设备自动化程度低;人工多,劳动强度大;生产效率低、产品质量不易控制,产品的成本高的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种重组竹自动化生产系统,包括进料机1,进料机1的出料端连接PLC可控快速模压机2;PLC可控快速模压机2出料端连接自动出模移载机3;自动出模移载机3出料端连接自动顶升移载机4;自动顶升移载机4顶部连接PLC可控自动连续固化输送线5首端;PLC可控自动连续固化输送线5尾端连接小车式自动移载机组6;小车式自动移载机组6连接 冷却移载机组7,冷却移载机组7连接自动分模机8,自动分模机8连接自动运输线9,自动运输线9末端连接自动脱模机组10,自动脱模机组10连接成品堆垛机11,成品堆垛机11连接空模具堆垛回送机组12,空模具堆垛回送机组12连接空模具自动回送线13,空模具自动回送线13设置于自动顶升移载机4下部侧面。
本发明的优点:1、实现了出模自动化,固化进模及出模自动化,以及自动传输与自动脱模,并实现了空模具的自动回送;
2、减少了用工数量,将体力劳动全部转换成机器执行,并极大的减轻了工人的劳动强度;
3、实现了产能的规模化,推进了行业技术进步;
4、产品质量更加稳定、可控。

下面用实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种重组竹自动化生产系统,包括进料机1,进料机1的出料端连接PLC可控快速模压机2;PLC可控快速模压机2 出料端连接自动出模移载机3;自动出模移载机3出料端连接自动顶升移载机4;自动顶升移载机4顶部连接PLC可控自动连续固化输送线5首端;PLC可控自动连续固化输送线5尾端连接小车式自动移载机组6;小车式自动移载机组6连接冷却移载机组7,冷却移载机组7连接自动分模机8,自动分模机8连接自动运输线9,自动运输线9末端连接自动脱模机组10,自动脱模机组10连接成品堆垛机11,成品堆垛机11连接空模具堆垛回送机组12,空模具堆垛回送机组12连接空模具自动回送线13,空模具自动回送线13设置于自动顶升移载机4下部侧面。
在上述实施例中,所述自动脱模机组10分离所述空模具主体和模具盖,分离后的所述模具盖堆放好后由运输工具或车辆运输至所述PLC可控快速模压机,模具主体随运输线进入成品堆垛机11。在所述成品堆垛机11中,模具主体和成品脱离,模具主体随运输线至模压机2。模具由整条产线自动运输,可以减少工人的工作量。
在上述实施例中,所述自动顶升移载机4包括步进推进装置,其用于推进模具移动预设距离,在模具计入自动顶升移载机后,有所述推进装置移动预设距离,在移动N个预定的模具后,所述推进装置推动N个堆叠好的模具进入PLC可控自动连续固化输送线5首端。堆叠好的模具可以成组进行加工,提高了加工效率。
所述小车式自动移载机组6包括与尾端连接的进口和与冷却移载机组7连接的出口;所述进口和所述出口朝向相同方向,在所述进口和所述出口之间有移运堆叠好的模具的移运装置;在所述出口处还有顶推模具的顶推装置。通过小车式自动移载机组6可以将PLC可控自动连续固化输送线5和冷却移载机组7布置在小车式自动移载机组6的同侧,可以减少整条产线的布置长度节约厂房空间。
冷却移载机组7中输出的堆叠好的模具进入所述自动分模机8的 入口,模具在自动分模机8中分离,由所述自动分模机的逐一输出至自动运输线。整个分离过程由自动分模机8自动实现,提高了工作效率。降低了人工成本本发明自动化生产线成套设备工作过程是:由进料机将原料送入PLC可控快速模压机,通过自动出模移载机、自动顶升移载机连接PLC可控自动连续固化线,物料在固化线设备中实现自动处理后,通过小车式自动移载机组以及冷却移载机组到自动分模机,自动分模机将装满物料的模具一个接一个输送到自动输送线上,再输送到自动脱模机组完成自动脱模后,分出成品重竹材料并采用自动堆垛机实现物料的堆垛,空模具则通过空模具自动回送线输送到模压机再次使用,多余空模则自动堆垛并在模压机需要时自动回送到空模具输送线。与现有单机设备相比较,本技术设备与传统设备比较,除了单机设备实现自动化外,实现了设备衔接连续自动化,增加的自动出模移载机、自动顶升移载机、小车式自动移载机组、自动脱模、自动堆垛、空模回送等一系列设备。减少用工30%以上,并且所有操作人员主要以按钮操作、在线监测、质量监控为主,均无体力劳动,极大的减轻了工人的劳动强度;在实现自动化的同时也使质量更加稳定可控;同时通过增加设备产能30%以上,为重组竹的规模化生产提供了方向,推进了行业技术进步。
最后应说明的是:显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

  1. 一种重组竹或木自动化生产系统,其特征在于,包括进料机,进料机的出料端连接PLC可控快速模压机;PLC可控快速模压机出料端连接自动出模移载机;自动出模移载机出料端连接自动顶升移载机;自动顶升移载机顶部连接PLC可控自动连续固化输送线首端;PLC可控自动连续固化输送线尾端连接小车式自动移载机组;小车式自动移载机组连接冷却移载机组,冷却移载机组连接自动分模机,自动分模机连接自动运输线,自动运输线末端连接自动脱模机组,自动脱模机组连接成品堆垛机,成品堆垛机连接空模具堆垛回送机组,空模具堆垛回送机组连接空模具自动回送线,空模具自动回送线将空模具直接回送到模压机待二次使用,设置于自动顶升移载机下部侧面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的重组竹或木自动化生产系统,其特征在于:在所述自动化生产系统中使用的模具包括模具主体和模具盖;所述自动脱模机组分离所述模具主体和模具盖,分离后的所述模具盖运输至所述PLC可控快速模压机。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的重组竹或木自动化生产系统,其特征在于:所述自动顶升移载机包括步进推进装置,其用于推进模具移动预设距离,在模具计入自动顶升移载机后,有所述推进装置移动预设距离,在移动N个预定的模具后,所述推进装置推动N个堆叠好的模具进入PLC可控自动连续固化输送线首端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的重组竹或木自动化生产系统,其特 征在于:所述小车式自动移载机组包括与PLC可控自动连续固化输送线尾端连接的进口和与冷却移载机组连接的出口;所述进口和所述出口朝向相同方向,在所述进口和所述出口之间有移运堆叠好的模具的移运装置;在所述出口处还有顶推模具的顶推装置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的重组竹或木自动化生产系统,其特征在于:堆叠好的模具进入所述自动分模机的入口,模具由所述自动分模机的逐一输出至自动运输线。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的重组竹或木自动化生产系统,其特征在于:在所述脱模机组中,模具的主体和模具盖分离,模具盖堆放,模具主体随运输线进入成品堆垛机。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的重组竹或木自动化生产系统,其特征在于:在所述成品堆垛机中,模具主体和成品脱离,模具主体随运输线至模压机。
