Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有自动进排料功能的豆干横向分切机,包括进料机、横切装置和排料机,横切装置包括水平导轨、豆腐载板、水平压板和横切钢丝;进料机包括位于豆腐载板侧边的第一皮带输送机、挡料板、以及推料气缸,本发明具有自动进排料功能的豆干横向分切机,其通过第一皮带输送机将豆腐块输送至挡板处,然后推料气缸将豆腐块推送至豆腐载板上,接着第二气缸再推动水平压板下移,将豆腐块固定在豆腐载板上,再接着第三气缸的活塞杆下移将横切钢丝移至横切工位,然后直线电机驱动横切钢丝横移,实现对豆腐块的横向分切,分切后的豆干掉在第二皮带输送机上后被送入下移工序,本横向分切机操作简单、分切速度快、生产效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品机械,特别涉及一种豆干分切机。
背景技术
豆干是深受人们喜爱的食品,食品厂生产豆干的原料豆腐块一般为方形大块的豆腐,在生产豆干过程中需要将豆腐块进行分切,分切过程中一般需要将大块的豆腐先沿横截面方切分成若干层,然后再沿竖向将豆腐块切分成若干小块。然而现有技术中还没有能对豆腐块进行快速横切的设备。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种具有自动进排料功能的豆干横向分切机,以解决现有技术中缺少能对豆腐块进行快速横切的设备的问题。
本发明具有自动进排料功能的豆干横向分切机,包括进料机、横切装置和排料机,
所述横切装置包括机架、设置在机架上的水平导轨、侧边部设置在水平导轨上的两块豆腐载板、设置在机架上分别驱动两块豆腐载板沿水平导轨移动的第一气缸、设置在机架上并位于豆腐载板上方的第二气缸、连接在第二气缸的竖直活塞杆端部上的水平压板、水平布置在第二气缸两侧的直线电机、分别竖直固定在两台直线电机上滑座的第三气缸、以及连接在两第三气缸活塞杆端部上的横切钢丝;
所述进料机包括位于豆腐载板侧边的第一皮带输送机、设置在第一皮带输送机端部的挡料板、以及设置在第一皮带输送机端部已将豆腐块推到豆腐载板上的推料气缸,所述推料气缸的活塞杆上连接有推料板;
所述排料机为设置在豆腐载板下方的第二皮带输送机。
进一步,所述横切钢丝沿活塞杆竖向并列设置若干根。
本发明的有益效果:本发明具有自动进排料功能的豆干横向分切机,其通过第一皮带输送机将豆腐块输送至挡板处,然后推料气缸将豆腐块推送至豆腐载板上,接着第二气缸再推动水平压板下移,将豆腐块固定在豆腐载板上,再接着第三气缸的活塞杆下移将横切钢丝移至横切工位,然后直线电机驱动横切钢丝横移,实现对豆腐块的横向分切,分切后的豆干掉在第二皮带输送机上后被送入下移工序,本横向分切机操作简单、分切速度快、生产效率高。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
如图所示,本实施例具有自动进排料功能的豆干横向分切机,包括进料机、横切装置和排料机,
所述横切装置包括机架1、设置在机架上的水平导轨2、侧边部设置在水平导轨上的两块豆腐载板3、设置在机架上分别驱动两块豆腐载板沿水平导轨移动的第一气缸4、设置在机架上并位于豆腐载板上方的第二气缸5、连接在第二气缸的竖直活塞杆端部上的水平压板6、水平布置在第二气缸两侧的直线电机7、分别竖直固定在两台直线电机上滑座的第三气缸8、以及连接在两第三气缸活塞杆端部上的横切钢丝9;
所述进料机包括位于豆腐载板侧边的第一皮带输送机10、设置在第一皮带输送机端部的挡料板11、以及设置在第一皮带输送机端部已将豆腐块推到豆腐载板上的推料气缸12,所述推料气缸的活塞杆上连接有推料板13;
所述排料机为设置在豆腐载板下方的第二皮带输送机14。
本实施例具有自动进排料功能的豆干横向分切机,其通过第一皮带输送机将豆腐块输送至挡板处,然后推料气缸将豆腐块推送至豆腐载板上,接着第二气缸再推动水平压板下移,将豆腐块固定在豆腐载板上,再接着第三气缸的活塞杆下移将横切钢丝移至横切工位,然后直线电机驱动横切钢丝横移,实现对豆腐块的横向分切,分切后的豆干掉在第二皮带输送机上后被送入下移工序,本横向分切机操作简单、分切速度快、生产效率高。
作为对本实施例的改进,所述横切钢丝9沿活塞杆竖向并列设置若干根,横切钢丝数量可根据需要分切的层数设置,本改进使得直线电机驱动横切钢丝横移一次即可完成横切作业,生产效率更高。

1.一种具有自动进排料功能的豆干横向分切机,其特征在于:包括进料机、横切装置和排料机,
所述横切装置包括机架、设置在机架上的水平导轨、侧边部设置在水平导轨上的两块豆腐载板、设置在机架上分别驱动两块豆腐载板沿水平导轨移动的第一气缸、设置在机架上并位于豆腐载板上方的第二气缸、连接在第二气缸的竖直活塞杆端部上的水平压板、水平布置在第二气缸两侧的直线电机、分别竖直固定在两台直线电机上滑座的第三气缸、以及连接在两第三气缸活塞杆端部上的横切钢丝;
所述进料机包括位于豆腐载板侧边的第一皮带输送机、设置在第一皮带输送机端部的挡料板、以及设置在第一皮带输送机端部已将豆腐块推到豆腐载板上的推料气缸,所述推料气缸的活塞杆上连接有推料板;
所述排料机为设置在豆腐载板下方的第二皮带输送机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有自动进排料功能的豆干横向分切机,其特征在于:所述横切钢丝沿活塞杆竖向并列设置若干根。
