Definitions
- the present invention relates to an interlayer film for laminated glass used for obtaining laminated glass. Moreover, this invention relates to the laminated glass using the said intermediate film for laminated glasses.
- Laminated glass is superior in safety even if it is damaged by an external impact and the amount of glass fragments scattered is small. For this reason, the said laminated glass is widely used for a motor vehicle, a rail vehicle, an aircraft, a ship, a building, etc.
- the laminated glass is manufactured by sandwiching an interlayer film for laminated glass between a pair of glass plates.
- a head-up display is known as the laminated glass used in automobiles.
- measurement information such as speed, which is driving data of a car, can be displayed on the windshield of the car.
- the above HUD has a problem that the measurement information displayed on the windshield looks double.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a laminated glass in which a wedge-shaped interlayer film having a predetermined wedge angle is sandwiched between a pair of glass plates.
- the display of measurement information reflected by one glass plate and the display of measurement information reflected by another glass plate can be performed in the driver's field of view. Can be tied to one point. For this reason, it is hard to see the display of measurement information double, and does not disturb a driver's field of view.
- Infrared rays having a wavelength longer than 780 nm longer than visible light have a smaller amount of energy than ultraviolet rays.
- infrared rays have a large thermal effect, and when infrared rays are absorbed by a substance, they are released as heat. For this reason, infrared rays are generally called heat rays. Therefore, in order to improve the heat shielding property of the laminated glass, it is necessary to sufficiently block infrared rays.
- Patent Document 2 As an intermediate film containing heat shielding particles for effectively blocking the infrared rays (heat rays), the following Patent Document 2 includes tin-doped indium oxide particles (ITO particles) or antimony-doped tin oxide particles (ATO particles). An interlayer film comprising is disclosed. Patent Document 3 below discloses an intermediate film containing tungsten oxide particles.
- the yellow index value (YI value) may be high.
- the stimulus purity may be high.
- the heat shielding property cannot be sufficiently obtained particularly when the heat shielding compound such as the heat shielding particles is not used.
- the thickness of the wedge-shaped intermediate film varies depending on the position of the intermediate film. For this reason, it is preferable that the YI value is low in both the thick and thin portions of the intermediate film, and the stimulation purity is preferably low. Moreover, it is preferable that the difference in YI value is small between the thick part and the thin part of the intermediate film, and it is preferable that the difference in stimulation purity is small.
- the wedge angle may be set larger in the wedge-shaped interlayer film.
- the YI value tends to be partially increased, and the stimulation purity is likely to be partially increased.
- problems related to the YI value and stimulation purity are likely to occur.
- An object of the present invention is to provide an interlayer film for laminated glass that can achieve a low yellow index value, a low stimulation purity, and a high heat shielding property, regardless of the thickness depending on the position. .
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a laminated glass using the interlayer film for laminated glass.
- the thickness of one end is thinner than the thickness of the other end opposite to the one end, and includes a thermoplastic resin, an ultraviolet shielding agent, and tungsten oxide particles, and the ultraviolet shielding agent Is a benzotriazole-based ultraviolet shielding agent.
- the position is 0.1X inward from the other end.
- the stimulation purity is 2.6 or less.
- the position is 0.1X inward from the other end.
- the absolute value of the difference between the stimulation purity at the position of 0.1X from the one end toward the inside is 1 or less.
- thermoplastic resin contained in the first layer is a polyvinyl acetal resin.
- the first layer preferably contains a plasticizer.
- thermoplastic resin contained in the second layer is a polyvinyl acetal resin.
- the second layer preferably contains a plasticizer.
- the interlayer film has a portion having a wedge-shaped cross-sectional shape in the thickness direction.
- the first laminated glass member, the second laminated glass member, and the interlayer film for laminated glass described above are provided, and the first laminated glass member and the second laminated glass are provided.
- the interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention has a thickness at one end thinner than that at the other end opposite to the one end, and includes a thermoplastic resin, an ultraviolet shielding agent, and tungsten oxide particles. Since the shielding agent is a benzotriazole-based ultraviolet shielding agent, a low yellow index value, a low stimulation purity, and a high heat shielding property can be achieved even though the thickness varies depending on the position.
- FIG. 1A and 1B are a cross-sectional view and a plan view schematically showing an interlayer film for laminated glass according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
- 2A and 2B are a cross-sectional view and a plan view schematically showing an interlayer film for laminated glass according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a first modification of the cross-sectional shape in the thickness direction of the interlayer film for laminated glass.
- FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a second modification of the cross-sectional shape in the thickness direction of the interlayer film for laminated glass.
- FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a third modification of the cross-sectional shape in the thickness direction of the interlayer film for laminated glass.
- FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a fourth modification of the cross-sectional shape in the thickness direction of the interlayer film for laminated glass.
- FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a fifth modification of the cross-sectional shape in the thickness direction of the interlayer film for laminated glass.
- FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of laminated glass using the interlayer film for laminated glass shown in FIG.
- the interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention (sometimes abbreviated as “intermediate film” in the present specification) has a single-layer structure or a two-layer structure.
- the thickness of one end of the intermediate film according to the present invention is thinner than the thickness of the other end opposite to the one end.
- the intermediate film according to the present invention includes a first layer containing a thermoplastic resin and a second layer containing a thermoplastic resin.
- the intermediate film according to the present invention includes a thermoplastic resin, an ultraviolet shielding agent, and tungsten oxide particles.
- the ultraviolet shielding agent is a benzotriazole ultraviolet shielding agent.
- the interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, it achieves a low yellow index value, a low stimulation purity, and a high heat-shielding property even though the thickness varies depending on the position. can do. Furthermore, the difference in YI value and the difference in stimulation purity can be reduced between a position where the thickness of the intermediate film is thick and a position where the thickness is thin. If the ultraviolet shielding agent is used and tungsten oxide particles are not used, the YI value may increase. However, the combined use of the ultraviolet shielding agent and tungsten oxide particles effectively suppresses the increase in the YI value. Can do. In particular, the increase in the YI value can be effectively suppressed even in the thick part of the intermediate film.
- the thickness of one end of the intermediate film is thinner than the thickness of the other end, for example, when laminated glass using the intermediate film is used for a head-up display (HUD), the driving data of the automobile is obtained. Even if measurement information such as speed is displayed, it can be suppressed that the measurement information looks double.
- HUD head-up display
- the intermediate film according to the present invention has a single-layer structure
- the intermediate film includes only the first layer, and the first layer includes a thermoplastic resin, tungsten oxide particles, and a benzoate as an ultraviolet shielding agent. Contains triazole UV screening agent.
- the interlayer film according to the present invention has a structure of two or more layers
- at least one of the total layers included in the interlayer film includes a thermoplastic resin, tungsten oxide particles, and a benzotriazole-based ultraviolet shielding agent.
- Including For example, when the intermediate film includes a first layer and a second layer, at least one of the first layer and the second layer includes a thermoplastic resin, includes tungsten oxide particles, and has a benzotriazole type. Contains UV screening agent.
- X is the distance between one end and the other end of the intermediate film.
- the stimulation purity at a position of 0.1X inward from the other end is preferably 2.6 or less, more preferably 2.1 or less.
- the absolute value of the difference between the stimulation purity at the position of 0.1X inward from the other end and the stimulation purity at the position of 0.1X inward from the one end is preferably 1 or less, more preferably 0. 6 or less.
- the difference between the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness of the interlayer film is preferably 0.1 mm or more, more preferably 0.3 mm or more, still more preferably 0.5 mm or more, preferably 3.0 mm or less, more preferably 2.0 mm or less, More preferably, it is 1.5 mm or less.
- a low yellow index value, a low stimulation purity, and a high heat shielding property can be further improved in a good balance.
- the difference between the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness of the first layer is preferably 0.1 mm or more, more preferably 0.3 mm or more, still more preferably 0.5 mm or more, preferably 3.0 mm or less, more preferably 2. It is 0 mm or less, more preferably 1.5 mm or less.
