本実施の形態に係る撮像装置2000は、実施の形態1で説明した撮像装置1000についてコイルバネ50の代わりに板バネ2050を備えたものである。図8および図9に示すように、撮像装置2000は、レンズ群1とレンズ群1を保持するレンズ鏡筒20とベース部材(鏡筒保持部材)2010と板バネ(押圧部材)2050と撮像素子30と固定板40と基板80とネジ70とを備える。この撮像装置1000は、図10に示すような外観を有する。なお、実施の形態1と同一の構成については図1から図3と同一の符号を付している。
本実施の形態に係る撮像装置は、レンズ群を介して撮像素子の結像面に結像された被写体像を撮像する装置であり、特に、車両に搭載される車載用カメラとして適用される。図12に示すように、本実施の形態に係る撮像装置3000は、レンズ群1とレンズ群1を保持するレンズ鏡筒(レンズバレル)3020とベース部材3010と板バネ(押圧部材)3050と撮像素子30と固定板40と基板80とネジ70とを備える。以下、適宜図12におけるレンズ群1の光軸Lに沿って基板80に向かう方向を後方とし光軸Lに沿った反対方向を前方として説明する。この撮像装置3000は、図13に示すような外観を有する。なお、図12および図13において、実施の形態1と同様の構成については、図1から図3と同一の符号を付している。
本実施の形態に係る撮像装置は、車両等に取り付けられる。図17および図18に示すように、本実施の形態に係る撮像装置4000は、レンズ鏡筒4020とベース部材4010と撮像素子30と基板4080と固定板4040とネジ70と止めネジ(押圧部材)4050とを備える。また、撮像装置4000は、図19および図20に示すように、ベース部材4010と固定板4040との間に介在する接着剤4091、4092、4093を備える。なお、実施の形態1と同様の構成については図1と同一の符号を付している。
本実施の形態に係る撮像装置5000は、図21に示すように、レンズ鏡筒5020とベース部材5010と撮像素子30と通信モジュール(第2電子部品)5082と基板5080と固定板5040とを備える。また、撮像装置5000は、更に接着剤5091、5092、5093とネジ70(図22B参照)と止めネジ(押圧部材)5050と放熱グリス5094とを備える。なお、実施の形態1と同様の構成については図1と同一の符号を付している。撮像装置5000では、図22Aに示すように、レンズ鏡筒5020が、前面側から見て長尺のベース部材5010の長手方向における中央部よりも片側に寄った部位に固定されている。また、図22Bに示すように、撮像素子30と通信モジュール5082とが、基板5080においてベース部材5010の長手方向に沿って並んで配置されている。
以上、本発明の実施の形態について説明したが、本発明は上記実施の形態によって限定されるものではない。例えば、ネジ70が、固定板40をベース部材10の後面14に当接させた後レンズ群1の光軸調整が完了する前にベース部材10に固定されてもよい。
Claims (26)
- レンズ群と、
レンズ群を保持するレンズ鏡筒と、
前記レンズ鏡筒を保持する鏡筒保持部材と、
撮像素子と、
前記撮像素子が固定された状態で前記鏡筒保持部材の少なくとも一部に対向して配置される固定板と、
前記レンズ鏡筒の少なくとも一部が前記鏡筒保持部材の一部に押さえ付けられた状態となるように前記レンズ鏡筒を押圧する押圧部材と、を備える、
撮像装置。 - 前記鏡筒保持部材は、前記レンズ鏡筒が挿通される第1貫通孔を有し、
前記押圧部材は、前記レンズ鏡筒に取り付けられ、前記レンズ鏡筒が前記第1貫通孔に挿通された状態で、前記レンズ鏡筒を前記第1貫通孔の中心軸に沿って前記鏡筒保持部材から離れる方向へ付勢する、
請求項1に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記レンズ鏡筒は、前記レンズ鏡筒の外周面に形成された雄ネジ部を有し、
前記鏡筒保持部材は、
前記第1貫通孔の内周面に形成され前記雄ネジ部に螺合する雌ネジ部と、
前記第1貫通孔の中心軸に対して垂直であり且つ前記固定板の厚さ方向における一面と面接触する接触面と、を有する、
請求項2に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記鏡筒保持部材は、前記レンズ鏡筒の中心軸を前記第1貫通孔の中心軸に一致させるように前記レンズ鏡筒を案内するガイド部を有し、
前記レンズ鏡筒は、前記ガイド部に案内される被ガイド部を有する、
請求項3に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記ガイド部は、前記第1貫通孔の内周面における前記雌ネジ部の両側に形成され、
前記被ガイド部は、前記レンズ鏡筒の外周面における前記雄ネジ部の両側に形成されている、
請求項4に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記ガイド部は、前記被ガイド部の少なくとも一部に当接するように形成されている、
請求項4または5に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記押圧部材は、コイルバネから構成される、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記押圧部材は、板バネから構成される、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記固定板は、接着剤により前記鏡筒保持部材に固着されている、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の撮像装置。 - 細長であり前記鏡筒保持部材の前記撮像素子側に突出した状態で前記鏡筒保持部材に固定された固定部材を更に備え、
前記固定板は、前記鏡筒保持部材に固定された前記固定部材に対応する部位に前記固定板の厚さ方向に貫通し前記固定部材が挿通される第2貫通孔を有する、
請求項9に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記固定板は、前記接着剤が注入される平面視楔状の接着剤注入部を有する、
請求項9または10に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記鏡筒保持部材は、前記レンズ鏡筒が挿通される第3貫通孔と、前記鏡筒保持部材の外側面から前記第3貫通孔の中心軸に直交する方向に延伸して前記第3貫通孔に連通する第1連通孔とを有し、
前記押圧部材は、少なくとも一部が前記第1連通孔に嵌め込まれた状態で前記鏡筒保持部材に取り付けられ、前記レンズ鏡筒が前記第3貫通孔に挿通された状態で、前記レンズ鏡筒を前記第3貫通孔の中心軸に直交する方向へ押圧する、
請求項1に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記レンズ鏡筒は、前記レンズ鏡筒の外周面に形成された雄ネジ部を有し、
前記鏡筒保持部材は、
前記第3貫通孔の内周面に形成され前記雄ネジ部に螺合する雌ネジ部を有する、
請求項12に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記雄ネジ部の山部を構成する斜面は、前記雌ネジ部の谷部を構成する斜面に面接触している、
請求項13に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記押圧部材は、
板状の主片と、
弾性変形可能な弾性部と、を有し、
前記主片は、前記レンズ鏡筒が前記第3貫通孔に挿通された状態で、前記レンズ鏡筒の外周面に当接している、
請求項12から14のいずれか1項に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記弾性部は、弾性変形により生じた弾性力により、前記主片を前記第3貫通孔の中心軸に向かう方向へ押圧する、
請求項15に記載の撮像装置。 - 一面側に前記撮像素子が実装され他面側に第1電子部品が実装されるとともに前記固定板における前記鏡筒保持部材側とは反対側に配置される基板と、
前記鏡筒保持部材と前記基板および前記固定板との間に介在する接着剤と、を更に備え、
前記鏡筒保持部材は、前記レンズ鏡筒が挿通される第4貫通孔と、前記鏡筒保持部材の外側面から前記第4貫通孔の中心軸に直交する方向に延伸して前記第4貫通孔に連通する第2連通孔とを有し、
前記第2連通孔の内周面には、雌ネジ部が形成され、
前記押圧部材は、前記雌ネジ部に螺合し、前記レンズ鏡筒が前記第4貫通孔に挿通された状態で、前記レンズ鏡筒を前記第4貫通孔の中心軸に直交する方向へ押圧する止めネジから構成される、
請求項1に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記第1電子部品は、前記基板のうち前記レンズ群の光軸方向において前記鏡筒保持部材に対向する対向部の前記他面側に実装されている、
請求項17に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記基板は、シート状のフレキシブルプリント配線板から構成され、前記対向部から延在する延在部を更に有し、
前記接着剤の一部は、前記鏡筒保持部材と前記延在部との間に介在する、
請求項18に記載の撮像装置。 - 細長であり前記鏡筒保持部材の前記撮像素子側に突出した状態で前記鏡筒保持部材に固定された固定部材を更に備え、
前記固定板は、前記鏡筒保持部材に連結された前記固定部材に対応する部位に、前記固定部材の側面との間に隙間が生じた状態で前記固定部材が挿通される第5貫通孔を有し、
前記接着剤の一部は、前記固定部材と前記第5貫通孔との間に生じた隙間に配置されている、
請求項17から19のいずれか1項に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記基板の前記一面側に実装された第2電子部品と、
前記鏡筒保持部材と前記第2電子部品との間に介在し前記第2電子部品で発生する熱を前記鏡筒保持部材へ伝達させるための放熱グリスと、を更に備え、
前記鏡筒保持部材は、前記基板の前記一面側を覆うように配置され、前記鏡筒保持部材と前記第2電子部品との間に前記放熱グリスを注入するためのグリス注入路を有する、
請求項17に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記グリス注入路は、前記鏡筒保持部材における、前記基板の前記撮像素子および前記第2電子部品が実装された面に垂直な方向において前記第2電子部品に対向する位置に形成された第6貫通孔から構成される、
請求項21に記載の撮像装置。 - 請求項1から22のいずれか1項に記載の撮像装置を備える、
光学機器。 - 請求項1から22のいずれか1項に記載の撮像装置を備える、
電子機器。 - 請求項1から22のいずれか1項に記載の撮像装置を備える、
車両。 - レンズ群をレンズ鏡筒に固定するステップと、
前記レンズ鏡筒を鏡筒保持部材に保持させるステップと、
撮像素子が固定された固定板を、前記鏡筒保持部材の少なくとも一部に対向して配置するステップと、
前記レンズ鏡筒の少なくとも一部が前記鏡筒保持部材の一部に押さえ付けられた状態となるように前記レンズ鏡筒を押圧するステップと、を含む、
撮像装置の製造方法。
