Abstract
PURPOSE:To compensate the movement of the focus of a plastic lens owing to temp. changes by bringing the other end of bimetals which are fixed at one end into contact with the end faces of the lens and making the lens movable against the effect of an elastic material in the optical axis direction in accordance with elongation or contraction of the bimetals. CONSTITUTION:An elastic material 35 is interposed between a plastic lens 34 and a stopper 32 in a lens barrel frame 31, and bimetals 36 are interposed between the lens 34 and a retainer 33. As temp. changes, the bimetals 36 elongate or contract and move the lens 34 in the optical axis direction against the effect of an elastic body 35. Therefore, the movement of the focus of the lens 34 owing to a change in refractive indices, etc. in accordance with a change in temp. is compensated.
