Description
Claims (12)
- 積み重ねられた粉末状の材料の複数の層を形成するよう構成された積層形成部と、
前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層の少なくとも一部を結合させ、造形物の一部を形成するよう構成された結合形成部と、
前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層を含む少なくとも一つの前記層に形成された、前記造形物の一部の形状を検出するよう構成された検出部と、
を具備する積層造形装置。 - 前記造形物の形状の情報が記憶されるよう構成された記憶部と、
前記造形物の形状の情報に基づき、前記結合形成部に前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層の少なくとも一部を結合させるよう構成された制御部と、
をさらに具備し、
前記制御部は、前記検出部が検出した前記造形物の一部の形状と、前記造形物の形状の情報とを比較するよう構成された、
請求項1の積層造形装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記検出部が検出した前記造形物の一部の形状と、前記造形物の形状の情報と、の比較結果を利用して、前記結合形成部に前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層の少なくとも一部を結合させるよう構成された、請求項2の積層造形装置。
- 前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層に形成された前記造形物の一部の形状を変更するよう構成された加工部をさらに具備し、
前記制御部は、前記検出部が検出した前記造形物の一部の形状と、前記造形物の形状の情報と、の比較結果を利用して、前記加工部に前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層に形成された前記造形物の一部の形状を変更させるよう構成された、
請求項2の積層造形装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記検出部が検出した前記造形物の一部の形状に基づき、形成される前記造形物の予測形状を算出し、当該予測形状と、前記造形物の形状の情報とを比較するよう構成された、請求項2の積層造形装置。
- 前記記憶部は、複数のサンプルの形状の情報と、前記結合形成部により予め形成された前記複数のサンプルの形状から算出された誤差予測情報と、が記憶されるよう構成され、
前記制御部は、前記検出部が検出した前記造形物の一部の形状と、前記造形物の形状の情報と、前記複数のサンプルの形状の情報と、前記誤差予測情報と、を利用して、前記予測形状を算出するよう構成された、
請求項5の積層造形装置。 - 前記記憶部に閾値が記憶されるよう構成され、
前記制御部は、前記予測形状と、前記造形物の形状の情報と、の比較結果が前記閾値の範囲を超えた場合、前記結合形成部を停止させるよう構成された、
請求項6の積層造形装置。 - 前記検出部は、前記複数の層の表面にX線を照射し、当該X線によって、前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層を含む少なくとも一つの前記層に形成された、前記造形物の一部の形状を検出するよう構成された、請求項1の積層造形装置。
- 前記検出部は、前記複数の層の表面と、前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層を含む少なくとも一つの前記層によって回折された前記X線と、の間の角度に基づき、前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層を含む少なくとも一つの前記層に形成された、前記造形物の一部の形状を検出するよう構成された、請求項8の積層造形装置。
- 前記検出部は、前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層に形成された、前記造形物の一部の形状を検出するよう構成された光学機器を有する、請求項1の積層造形装置。
- 前記光学機器は、前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層に形成された、前記造形物の一部の立体形状を検出するよう構成された、請求項10の積層造形装置。
- 粉末状の材料の複数の層を形成し、当該複数の層を積み重ねることと、
前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層の少なくとも一部を結合させ、造形物の一部を形成することと、
前記複数の層の表面を形成する前記層を含む少なくとも一つの前記層に形成された、前記造形物の一部の形状を検出することと、
を有する積層造形方法。
