Claims (8)
- 燃料タンク用逆止弁であって、
流体の流路を画定する筒体と、
前記筒体の燃料タンク側の開口を開閉するために、枢軸を介して前記筒体に軸支されたフラップと、
前記フラップを閉方向に付勢するべく、前記枢軸に装着されたコイル部を含むねじりコイルばねとを備え、
前記枢軸が、前記コイル部により巻回される大径部、並びに、前記筒体及び前記フラップのいずれか一方に設けられた軸孔に突入する第1小径部を含み、
前記第1小径部は、前記大径部に隣接するとともに、前記大径部に対して、前記ねじりコイルばねが前記フラップへの付勢力の反力によって前記枢軸に圧接する側に、偏心して配置されることを特徴とする燃料タンク用逆止弁。 - 前記大径部及び前記第1小径部の外周面が、前記圧接する側において概ね同一面上に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料タンク用逆止弁。
- 前記枢軸が前記筒体側に一体形成され、前記軸孔は前記フラップ側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料タンク用逆止弁。
- 前記筒体は、前記開口を形成する一端側から該筒体の軸線の方向に突出する支柱部を備え、前記枢軸は、前記筒体に対して接線方向を向くように、前記支柱部と一体形成されることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク用逆止弁。
- 前記枢軸は、前記支柱部から左右側方に向けて延出するように形成され、一端に前記第1小径部、他端に前記第1小径部と同軸の第2小径部が形成され、
前記フラップは、前記軸孔が形成された一対のアームを備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料タンク用逆止弁。 - 前記支柱部に、前記フラップの全開位置を規定するストッパが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の燃料タンク用逆止弁。
- 前記軸孔が、前記フラップが閉位置にあるときに前記開口の面に直交する方向に延在する長孔をなすことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク用逆止弁。
- 前記ねじりコイルばねの一方の延出端部は前記筒体の外周に当接し、前記ねじりコイルばねの他方の延出端部は前記フラップの外面に当接することを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク用逆止弁。
