Definitions
- the present invention relates to an electromagnetic shielding structure in a console box of a vehicle.
- a power supply device that generates electromagnetic waves is disposed behind the rear seat, and a glass antenna is disposed on the front window in front of the rear seat.
- a grounded metal frame is incorporated in the rear seat.
- an object of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic wave shielding structure in a console box of a vehicle that can alleviate restrictions on the installation position of an electric device that generates electromagnetic waves.
- an electric device that generates an electromagnetic wave and a transmission having a metal member are provided, and a shielding member is provided between the electric device and the transmission.
- a straight line connecting the electromagnetic wave diffusing part where the electromagnetic wave diffuses and the periphery of the shielding member is continuously moved along the periphery of the shielding member around the electromagnetic wave diffusing part to define a shielding area in the shielding area.
- the transmission is arranged.
- Electromagnetic waves are generated radially from the electromagnetic wave diffusing part of electrical equipment. Therefore, if there is no shielding member, the electromagnetic wave generated from the electromagnetic wave diffusing part of the electric device propagates through the metal member of the transmission into the vehicle interior, and there is a risk of causing malfunctions of the electric device such as radio noise.
- a shielding member is disposed between the electric device and the transmission. Further, the transmission is disposed in a shielding area defined by connecting the electromagnetic wave diffusing portion and the periphery of the shielding member with a straight line and continuously moving the straight line along the periphery of the shielding member. Since the shielding area is a range where electromagnetic waves are shielded, if a transmission is arranged in the shielding area, it is possible to efficiently suppress the propagation of electromagnetic waves from the transmission toward the vehicle interior. As a result, it is possible to relax the restriction on the installation position of the electrical device that generates electromagnetic waves.

- the extension 45 is provided so as to cover the opening 13 of the DC / DC converter 9.
- An extension 45 of the shielding plate 41 is provided so as to cover the opening 13 of the DC / DC converter 9. Therefore, the shielding plate 41 shields the electromagnetic wave generated from the opening 13 as the electromagnetic wave diffusing part from the electromagnetic wave more efficiently so as not to reach the automatic transmission 61.
- the extension 45 of the shielding plate 41 is bent and extends obliquely downward. For this reason, when the water droplet 80 falls from the upper part of the console box 7, the said water droplet 80 can be efficiently discharged
- the shielding plate 41 can efficiently protect the opening 13 of the DC / DC converter 9 from the water droplet 80.
- the shielding plate 41 is arranged to cover the upper side in the vertical direction of the opening 13 (electromagnetic wave diffusing portion) in the DC / DC converter 9.
- the electromagnetic wave generated from the opening 13 is reliably shielded by the shielding plate 41 so as not to reach the automatic transmission 61.
- the opening 13 of the DC / DC converter 9 can be protected from the water droplet 80 by the shielding plate 41.
- the shielding plate 41 shielding member
- the shielding plate 41 needs to be grounded, but if the body is grounded, it is not necessary to route a dedicated ground wire. Therefore, grounding can be performed at a low cost, and the number of work steps for grounding can be reduced.
