Abstract

車両用デフレクタ装置は、デフレクタ(20)と、支持部材(12,13,30)と、トーションスプリング(40)と、を備える。デフレクタ(20)は一対のアーム部(25)を有し、アーム部(25)の各々には軸部(26)及びカム凸部(27)が車両の幅方向に延びるように設けられる。支持部材(12,13,30)は、軸部(26)が回動可能且つ車両の前後方向に移動可能に挿入される支持凹部(14)、カム凸部(27)が移動可能に挿入されるカム凹部(33)、及び車両の幅方向に延びる支持突部(13c)を有する。デフレクタ(20)のチルトアップ動作が行われるように、支持凹部(14)が軸部(26)の移動を案内するとともにカム凹部(33)がカム凸部(27)の移動を案内する。トーションスプリング(40)は、支持突部(13c)に装着される転向部(41)、及び転向部(41)から車両の前後方向に延出する第1脚部(42)及び第2脚部(43)を有する。第1脚部(42)はアーム部(25)に摺接可能な先端部(42a)を有し、第2脚部(43)は支持部材(30)に摺接可能な先端部(43a)を有する。トーションスプリング(40)は、可動パネル(11)の開動作と連動してデフレクタ(20)のチルトアップ動作が行われるようにアーム部(25)を付勢する。

Description

車両用デフレクタ装置
 本発明は、車両用デフレクタ装置に関するものである。
 従来、車両用デフレクタ装置としては、例えば特許文献1に記載されたものが知られている。この車両用デフレクタ装置はデフレクタと2つの支持体とを備える。デフレクタは、車両のルーフに形成された開口の前縁部に沿って配置される風切部(整流部)、及び車両の幅方向における該風切部の両端部から車両の後方にそれぞれ延びる一対のアーム部を有する。支持体は、ルーフに固定されており、両アーム部の後部をそれぞれ支持する。各アーム部の後部に突設された軸部(横軸)が対応する支持体に形成された長孔(支持部)に回動可能且つ前後方向に移動可能に挿入されるとともに、各アーム部の後部に突設されたピン(係合部)が対応する支持体に形成された円弧溝(カム部)に移動可能に挿入される。これにより、デフレクタは、車両の前方に移動しつつチルトアップ動作(前上がり動作)を行うように支持体によって案内される。ルーフの開口は可動パネルにより開閉され、デフレクタは、板ばね状の2つの付勢部材により、可動パネルの開動作と連動してチルトアップ動作を行うように付勢されている。

 特許文献1の車両用デフレクタ装置において、各付勢部材の一方の端部(前部)はアーム部に固定される固定端であり、各付勢部材の他方の端部(後部)は支持体に当接される自由端である。従って、各付勢部材を車両用デフレクタ装置に組み付ける際には、例えば固定端をより堅固にアーム部に固定する必要があり、これに伴い組付工数が増大する。
 本発明の目的は、組付工数の増大を抑制することができる車両用デフレクタ装置を提供することにある。
 上記課題を解決する車両用デフレクタ装置は、車両のルーフに形成された開口の前縁部に沿って配置される風切部、及び車両幅方向における該風切部の両端部から車両の後方にそれぞれ延びる一対のアーム部を有し、それらアーム部の各々には軸部及びカム凸部が車両の幅方向に延びるように設けられる、デフレクタと、前記ルーフに固定される支持部材であって、該支持部材は、前記軸部が回動可能且つ車両の前後方向に移動可能に挿入される支持凹部、及び前記カム凸部が移動可能に挿入されるカム凹部を有するとともに、車両の幅方向に延びる支持突部を有し、前記デフレクタの前記軸部周りでの回動に伴い前記デフレクタのチルトアップ動作が行われるように、前記支持凹部が前記軸部の移動を案内するとともに前記カム凹部が前記カム凸部の移動を案内する、前記支持部材と、前記支持突部に装着される転向部、及び該転向部から車両の前後方向に延出する第1脚部及び第2脚部を有するトーションスプリングであって、前記第1脚部は前記アーム部に摺接可能な先端部を有し、前記第2脚部は前記支持部材に摺接可能な先端部を有し、前記開口を開閉する可動パネルの開動作と連動して前記デフレクタのチルトアップ動作が行われるように前記アーム部を付勢する前記トーションスプリングと、を備える。

 以下、車両用デフレクタ装置の一実施形態について説明する。以下では、車両の前後方向を単に「前後方向」といい、車両の高さ方向上方及び下方をそれぞれ単に「上方」及び「下方」という。また、車両の幅方向において、車室内方に向かう側を「車内側」といい、車室外方に向かう側を「車外側」という。
 図1に示すように、車両用デフレクタ装置が搭載された自動車などの車両のルーフ10には、略四角形の開口10aが形成されている。車両用デフレクタ装置は開口10aの前縁部に沿って車両の幅方向に延在するデフレクタ20を備えている。ルーフ10には、デフレクタ20が支持されるとともに、更に開口10aを開閉可能な例えばガラス板からなる略四角形の可動パネル11が支持されている。
 デフレクタ20は、その幅方向両端部において、該幅方向に延びる軸線の周りで回動自在にルーフ10に連結されている。デフレクタ20は、その後側部位を中心として回動しながら前側部位が上昇する動作、すなわちチルトアップ動作を行うことが可能に構成されている。図5(a)及び図5(b)に示すように、デフレクタ20は、可動パネル11の開動作に伴い該可動パネル11から解放されてチルトアップ動作し、ルーフ10の上面よりも上方に突出する(展開状態)。あるいは、デフレクタ20は、可動パネル11の閉動作に伴い該可動パネル11によって押さえ込まれてルーフ10の上面の下方に収まる(格納状態)。デフレクタ20は、開口10aを開放した際に展開状態になることで、車室内への空気の巻き込みに起因する空気振動を防止する。
 可動パネル11は、その前側部位を中心として回動しながら後側部位が上昇するチルトアップ動作、及び前後方向へのスライド動作を行うことが可能に構成されている。可動パネル11には、開閉動作時に後側部位が上昇したチルトアップ状態のままスライド動作する方式、すなわちアウタースライディング式が採用されている。
 図2及び図3に示すように、車両の幅方向における開口10aの両縁部には、例えばアルミニウム合金の押出材からなる一対のガイドレール12がそれぞれ配置されて固定されている。各ガイドレール12には、可動パネル11を開閉駆動するための適宜の駆動機構(図示略)が摺動する。また、各ガイドレール12の前端部には、車両の幅方向におけるデフレクタ20の各端部が回動自在に連結されている。両ガイドレール12の前端同士は、車両の幅方向に延在する、例えば樹脂材からなるフロントハウジング13によって連結されている。
 次に、デフレクタ20及びその支持構造について更に説明する。
 デフレクタ20は例えば樹脂材からなる略帯状のメッシュ部材21を備え、メッシュ部材21は、ガイドレール12よりも車両の前方に位置する開口10aの前縁部に沿って幅方向に延在する。また、デフレクタ20は、例えば樹脂材からなる略棒状の下側フレーム22を備える。下側フレーム22はフロントハウジング13に沿って車両の幅方向に延在してこのフロントハウジング13に保持されている。メッシュ部材21はその短手方向において下端部と上端部とを有する。下端部はメッシュ部材21の長手方向全長に亘って下側フレーム22に埋設されている。さらに、デフレクタ20は、例えば樹脂材からなる上側フレーム23を備える。上側フレーム23は、略棒状のフレーム部24と2つのアーム部25とを一体的に有する。フレーム部24は開口10aの前縁部に沿って車両の幅方向に延在し、各アーム部25は車両の幅方向におけるフレーム部24の各端部から後方に延出する。メッシュ部材21の上端部はメッシュ部材21の長手方向全長に亘って上側フレーム23のフレーム部24に埋設されている。各アーム部25の後端部からは、車両の幅方向に延びる中心線を有する略円盤状の軸部26が車内側に向かって延びている。アーム部25(デフレクタ20)は、軸部26においてガイドレール12に回動自在に連結されている。
 すなわち、図4に示すように、各ガイドレール12は、長尺状の底壁12aと起立壁12bとフランジ状の規制壁12cとを有する。底壁12aは前後方向(図4において紙面に直交する方向)に延在し、起立壁12bは車両の幅方向における底壁12aの中間部から上方に向かって立設され、規制壁12cは起立壁12bの上端から底壁12aと略平行に車外側に向かって延びている。そして、起立壁12b及び規制壁12cは、該規制壁12cの下方に位置する底壁12aの一部と協働して、車外側に開口する断面略U字状のガイド部14(支持凹部)を形成する。アーム部25は、軸部26がガイド部14に装着されることでガイドレール12に対して回動可能となっている。
 従って、デフレクタ20が図5(a)に示す格納状態から図5(b)に示す展開状態へ変化する場合、上側フレーム23(フレーム部24)が軸部26を中心に上方へ回動する。これにより、下側フレーム22及び上側フレーム23に両端部が固定されたメッシュ部材21は、その短手方向に伸長する。デフレクタ20は、このようにチルトアップ動作が行われることで展開状態となる。一方、デフレクタ20が図5(b)に示す展開状態から図5(a)に示す格納状態へ変化する場合、上側フレーム23が軸部26を中心に下方へ回動する。これにより、下側フレーム22及び上側フレーム23に両端部が固定されたメッシュ部材21は、その短手方向に畳み込まれて格納状態となる。各軸部26は、底壁12a及び規制壁12cにより車両の高さ方向への移動が規制されるものの、アーム部25と共に前後方向への移動が許容されている。メッシュ部材21、下側フレーム22及びフレーム部24は風切部を構成する。
 各ガイドレール12の規制壁12cには、軸部26よりも車両の前方で、略四角形の切り欠き12dが形成されている。そして、ガイド部14には、切り欠き12dの位置に対応して、例えば樹脂材からなる保持部材30が取着されている。デフレクタ20のチルトアップ動作が行われる際、アーム部25が保持部材30にそれぞれ係合されることでデフレクタ20姿勢が制御されている。これにより、ガイド部14に沿った軸部26の前後方向の移動が一定範囲に制限されている。
 すなわち、各保持部材30は、略ブロック状の本体部31と略台形柱状の突部32とを有し、本体部31はガイド部14に装着され、突部32は本体部31の上端に接続されて切り欠き12dに嵌挿されている。そして、保持部材30における本体部31と突部32との間には、長溝状のカム溝33(カム凹部)が車外側面から車内側に向かって凹むように形成されている。カム溝33は、第1溝部33aと第2溝部33bとを含み、第1溝部33aは車両の高さ方向に延在するとともに下端が閉塞され、第2溝部33bは第1溝部33aの上端に連続するとともに上方に向かうに従って車両の後方に向かうように傾斜している。第2溝部33bの上端は開放されている。
 一方、図6(a)に示すように、各アーム部25は、縦壁25a(第1縦壁)とフランジ状の上壁25bとを有し、縦壁25aはガイド部14の車外側に隣接して前後方向に延在し、上壁25bは縦壁25aの上端から底壁12aと略平行に車内側に向かって延びている。縦壁25aは、車両の幅方向における可動パネル11の端縁よりも車内側に位置している。そして、縦壁25aには、その車内側面から車内側に向かってピン状のカム凸部27が突設されている。アーム部25は、カム凸部27がカム溝33に沿って移動可能、且つ、前後方向に移動不能に挿入された状態で保持部材30と係合されている。保持部材30は、ガイドレール12及びフロントハウジング13と共に支持部材を構成する。
 図5(a)に示す状態から図5(b)に示す状態へデフレクタ20が変化する場合、デフレクタ20の格納状態(即ち可動パネル11の全閉状態)では、カム凸部27はカム溝33の下端に位置しており、デフレクタ20のチルトアップ動作に伴ってカム溝33に沿って上方に移動(摺動)する。このとき、軸部26は、ガイド部14に沿って車両の後方に移動する。これは、軸部26周りでのアーム部25の回動に伴うフレーム部24の上昇量に対し、該フレーム部24の車両後方への移動量を拡大して、メッシュ部材21を車両後方により大きく傾けるためである。これにより、例えば車両走行時に受ける風をより円滑に車両の後方に流して風切り音を抑えることができる。
 図7に示すように、保持部材30よりも車両の前方に位置する各アーム部25の前後方向中間部には、縦壁25a及び上壁25bのなす角部に接続された略ブロック状の被押圧壁28が突設されている。そして、図6(b)に示すように、被押圧壁28の車内側端には、下方に向かって突出するリブ28a(第2縦壁)が被押圧壁28の前後方向の全長に亘って延びている。また、図5(a)に示すように、縦壁25aには、被押圧壁28の下端に沿って前後方向に延在する長孔状のスプリングガイド孔29が形成されている。スプリングガイド孔29は、被押圧壁28における前後方向の範囲を含むとともに、該被押圧壁28よりも車両の前方まで僅かに延びている。
 一方、各保持部材30は、本体部31の前端下部から車両の前方に延出する略ステップ状の延出片34を有する。そして、図6(b)に示すように、延出片34の前端部の車外側端から上向きに略爪状の外側規制片34aが延びるとともに、該外側規制片34aよりも車両の後方の車内側端から上向きに略爪状の内側規制片34bが延びている。
 また、図5(a)及び図6(c)に示すように、フロントハウジング13には、各ガイドレール12よりも車両の前方で、下方に向かって凹む収容凹部13aが形成されるとともに、各収容凹部13aの車内側の内壁面に沿って上方に略四角板状の支持壁13bが延びている。そして、支持壁13bには、車両の幅方向に延びる中心線を有する略円筒状の支持突部13cが車外側に向かって突設されている。支持突部13cには、例えば金属製の線材からなるコイルスプリング40(トーションスプリング)が支持されている。すなわち、図8に併せ示すように、このコイルスプリング40は、巻回部41(転向部)と第1脚部42と第2脚部43とを有する。第1脚部42及び第2脚部43は、巻回部41の車外側上部の一方の終端及び車内側下部の他方の終端から車両の後方にそれぞれ延出する。コイルスプリング40は、巻回部41に支持突部13cが遊挿される状態で支持突部13cに支持されている。
 フロントハウジング13には、各支持突部13cの車両の前方で支持壁13bと略平行に略四角柱状の抜け止め突部13dが上方に向かって突設されている。コイルスプリング40は、第2脚部43の根元が車両の幅方向で支持壁13bと抜け止め突部13dとの間に挟まれることで、第2脚部43の移動が規制され、支持突部13cから巻回部41が外れてしまうことが抑制されている。
 各第1脚部42の先端部42aは、車外側に向かって屈曲されてアーム部25のスプリングガイド孔29に挿通されている。このとき、図6(b)に示すように、被押圧壁28の下面に当接する先端部42aの車内側にリブ28aが位置している。車両の幅方向において、スプリングガイド孔29に対する先端部42aの挿入代L1は、第1脚部42とリブ28aとの間の間隔(離間距離)L2よりも大きく設定されている。このため、第1脚部42の車内側への移動は、間隔L2の範囲に制限されることで、スプリングガイド孔29(アーム部25)から第1脚部42の先端部42aが外れる可能性が低減されている。また、各第2脚部43の先端部43aは、車両の幅方向で外側規制片34aと内側規制片34bとの間に挟まれて第2脚部43の移動が規制された状態で延出片34上に配置されている。コイルスプリング40は、先端部42aにおいてアーム部25のスプリングガイド孔29及び被押圧壁28下面に圧接するとともに、先端部43aにおいて保持部材30の延出片34上面に圧接することで、アーム部25の前端が軸部26に対して上昇する側にデフレクタ20は常時付勢されている。即ちデフレクタ20は、チルトアップ動作が行われる際にデフレクタ20が移動する方向に常時付勢されている。
 図5(a)に示す状態から図5(b)に示す状態へデフレクタ20が変化する場合、デフレクタ20の格納状態(即ち可動パネル11の全閉状態)では、第1脚部42の先端部42aは、スプリングガイド孔29の後端に位置しており、デフレクタ20のチルトアップ動作に伴ってスプリングガイド孔29に沿って車両の前方に移動(摺動)する。図5(a)及び図5(b)では、便宜的に第1脚部42のうちの先端部42aのみを図示している。第1脚部42の先端部42aの移動がスプリングガイド孔29により案内されていることで、コイルスプリング40の姿勢がより安定化されている。これにより、例えば延出片34上に配置された第2脚部43の前後方向の移動量が僅少又は皆無である。
 次に、本実施形態の作用について説明する。
 コイルスプリング40において、第1脚部42の先端部42a及び第2脚部43の先端部43aが、共にアーム部25及び保持部材30にそれぞれ摺接可能な自由端である。これにより、フロントハウジング13等(支持部材)にコイルスプリング40を組み付ける際には、支持突部13cに巻回部41を装着すればよく、組付工数の増大が抑制される。
 以上詳述したように、本実施形態によれば、以下に示す効果が得られるようになる。
 (1)本実施形態のコイルスプリング40では、第1脚部42の先端部42a及び第2脚部43の先端部43aが、共にアーム部25及び保持部材30にそれぞれ摺接可能な自由端である。そのため、コイルスプリング40の組付工数の増大を抑制することができる。
 (2)本実施形態では、コイルスプリング40の巻回部41が軸部26よりも車両の前方に配置されて、該巻回部41から第1脚部42及び第2脚部43が車両の後方にそれぞれ延出する。従って、コイルスプリング40は、前後方向の位置において、アーム部25と重なるように配置されることで、例えば巻回部41がアーム部25よりも車両の後方に配置される場合に比べて前後方向に要するデフレクタ装置全体としての配置スペースをより縮小することができる。そして、アーム部25の車両の後方に、例えば前述の駆動機構の摺動スペース等に利用可能なスペースを生み出すことができる。
 あるいは、スペースの確保が比較的容易なガイドレール12の前方に巻回部41が配置されていることで、例えばガイドレール12上に巻回部41が配置される場合のように周辺部品との干渉回避のために車両の幅方向に巻回部41がずらして配置される可能性を低減することができる。そして、車両の幅方向にガイドレール12をより小型化することができ、若しくは該幅方向に前述の駆動機構の摺動スペース等に利用可能なスペースを生み出すことができる。
 (3)本実施形態では、デフレクタ20のチルトアップ動作に伴う第1脚部42の先端部42aの移動がスプリングガイド孔29により案内されることで、コイルスプリング40の姿勢をより安定化することができる。そして、例えばスプリングガイド孔29(アーム部25)から第1脚部42の先端部42aが外れる可能性を低減することができる。
 (4)本実施形態では、スプリングガイド孔29に対する第1脚部42の先端部42aの挿入代L1は、第1脚部42とリブ28aとの間の間隔L2よりも大きく設定されている。従って、第1脚部42の車内側(車両の幅方向)への移動は、間隔L2の範囲に制限されることで、スプリングガイド孔29(アーム部25)から第1脚部42の先端部42aが外れる可能性を低減することができる。
 (5)本実施形態では、スプリングガイド孔29は、リブ28a(被押圧壁28)の前後方向の範囲全体を含むように延びるとともに、該被押圧壁28よりも車両の前方まで僅かに延びている。デフレクタ20のチルトアップ動作に伴い、第1脚部42の先端部42aは、リブ28aの延びる範囲内で移動する。つまり、リブ28aは、スプリングガイド孔29のうちの一部であって、デフレクタ20のチルトアップ動作時における先端部42aの移動範囲全体を含む部分に設けられている。従って、先端部42aの移動範囲全体を含むスプリングガイド孔29の部分から外れる他の部分(すなわち、リブ28aよりも車両の前側部)であれば、リブ28aに阻害されることなく第1脚部42の先端部42aをスプリングガイド孔29に挿入することができ、組付性をより向上させることができる。
 (6)本実施形態では、コイルスプリング40の素材を金属線としたことで、例えばコイルスプリング40の素材を金属板などにする場合に比べて、車両の幅方向に車両をより小型化することができる。これにより、各アーム部25の配置に要する車両の幅方向のスペースをより縮小することができ、ひいては開口10aにおける車両の幅方向の開口幅をより拡大することができる。
 (7)本実施形態では、コイルスプリング40の第2脚部43を樹脂製の保持部材30(延出片34)に当接させたことで、例えば金属同士の接触による異音の発生を抑えることができる。
 (8)本実施形態では、アーム部25のカム凸部27が挿入される保持部材30のカム溝33によってデフレクタ20のチルトアップ動作が行われる際のデフレクタ20の姿勢が制御される。従って、カム溝33の形状を変更することで、例えば格納状態にあるデフレクタ20のための収容スペースを調整したり、展開状態にあるデフレクタ20のメッシュ部材21の傾斜角度を調整したりすることが容易にできる。そして、例えば格納状態にあるデフレクタ20のための収容スペースをより縮小することで、開口10aの前後方向の開口幅をより拡大することができる。
 (9)本実施形態では、デフレクタ20のチルトアップ動作に伴い軸部26(アーム部25)を車両の後方に移動させたことで、例えばアーム部25の車両の後方への延出長、即ちアーム部25の前後方向の寸法を特に拡大することなく、メッシュ部材21を車両の後方により大きく傾けることができる。
 なお、上記実施形態は以下のように変更してもよい。
 ・図9に示すように、金属板からなるトーションスプリング50をデフレクタ20が備えていてもよい。各トーションスプリング50は、略優弧筒状の転向部51と第1脚部52と第2脚部53とを有する。第1脚部52及び第2脚部53は、転向部51の上部の一方の終端及び下部の他方の終端から車両の後方にそれぞれ延出する。トーションスプリング50は、転向部51に支持突部13cが遊挿される状態で支持突部13cに支持される。そして、第1脚部52の先端部52aは、アーム部25の下面(例えば上壁25bの下面)に摺接可能に配置されるとともに、第2脚部53の先端部53aは、延出片34の上面に摺接可能に配置される。トーションスプリング50は、それら先端部52a,53aにおいてアーム部25及び保持部材30にそれぞれ圧接することで、第1及び第2脚部52,53を開きつつアーム部25の前端が軸部26に対して上昇する側にデフレクタ20は常時付勢されている。即ちデフレクタ20は、チルトアップ動作が行われる際にデフレクタ20が移動する方向に常時付勢されている。
 上記変更形態であっても前記実施形態の(1)、(2)、(7)~(9)と同様の効果が得られる。略優弧筒状の転向部51に代えて、金属板を渦巻き状に巻いた巻回部すなわちゼンマイ状の巻回部を採用してもよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、巻回部41に代えて、略優弧環状の転向部を採用してもよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、スプリングガイド孔29の前後方向の範囲は、デフレクタ20のチルトアップ動作に伴う第1脚部42の先端部42aの移動範囲、即ちリブ28a(被押圧壁28)の前後方向の範囲と一致していてもよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、スプリングガイド孔29に対する第1脚部42の先端部42aの挿入代L1は、第1脚部42とリブ28aとの間の間隔L2と同等若しくはそれよりも小さく設定されていてもよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、被押圧壁28を省略して上壁25bにリブ28aに準じた第2縦壁を設けてもよい。あるいは、リブ28aや被押圧壁28を省略してもよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、アーム部25のスプリングガイド孔29を省略して、アーム部25の下面(例えば上壁25bの下面)に第1脚部42の先端部42aを摺接させるようにしてもよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、コイルスプリング40の巻回部41は、ガイドレール12に設けられた支持突部に支持されていてもよい。また、コイルスプリング40の第1及び第2脚部42,43は、巻回部41から車両の前方に延出していてもよい。この場合、巻回部41は、軸部26よりも車両の後方に配置されていてもよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、軸部26は、車外側に向かって突設されていてもよい。この場合、ガイドレール12(支持部材)に、軸部26が回動可能且つ車両の前後方向に移動可能に挿入されるように支持凹部を形成すればよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、カム凸部27は、車外側に向かって突設されていてもよい。この場合、保持部材30(支持部材)に、カム凸部27が移動可能に挿入されるようにカム凹部を形成すればよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、支持突部13cは、車内側に向かって突設されていてもよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、支持突部13cは、巻回部41に遊挿可能であれば、略円柱状、多角柱状、又は多角筒状であってもよい。また、フロントハウジング13とは別体の支持突部を採用してこの支持突部をフロントハウジング13に固定するようにしてもよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、コイルスプリング40の素材である金属線における線径、巻回部41の巻き数及び直径は任意である。これらの要素を所要の付勢力が得られる範囲で最小にすることがより好ましい。
 ・前記実施形態において、例えばデフレクタ20のチルトアップ動作時、巻回部41は支持突部13cの周りを回動するように設定されていてもよいし回動しないように設定されていてもよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、ガイドレール12、フロントハウジング13、及び保持部材30のいずれか二つ以上を一体的に設けてもよい。例えば保持部材30は、アウトサート成形などでガイドレール12に一体的に設けてもよい。また、樹脂製のガイドレール12(ガイド部14等)に保持部材30(カム溝33等)を一体形成してもよい。あるいは、樹脂製のガイドレール12にフロントハウジング13(支持突部13c等)を一体形成してもよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、車両の前方に移動しつつチルトアップ動作するデフレクタであってもよい。
 ・前記実施形態において、下側フレーム22と上側フレーム23(フレーム部24)との間でメッシュ部材21を伸縮させるデフレクタ20に代えて、下側フレーム22と上側フレーム23との間に、例えば樹脂材からなる長尺状のパネルで接続した風切部を設けてもよい。つまり、開口10aの前縁部において風切部は、自身の変形を伴わずに昇降してもよい。

Claims (5)

  1.  車両のルーフに形成された開口の前縁部に沿って配置される風切部、及び車両幅方向における該風切部の両端部から車両の後方にそれぞれ延びる一対のアーム部を有し、それらアーム部の各々には軸部及びカム凸部が車両の幅方向に延びるように設けられる、デフレクタと、
     前記ルーフに固定される支持部材であって、該支持部材は、前記軸部が回動可能且つ車両の前後方向に移動可能に挿入される支持凹部、及び前記カム凸部が移動可能に挿入されるカム凹部を有するとともに、車両の幅方向に延びる支持突部を有し、前記デフレクタの前記軸部周りでの回動に伴い前記デフレクタのチルトアップ動作が行われるように、前記支持凹部が前記軸部の移動を案内するとともに前記カム凹部が前記カム凸部の移動を案内する、前記支持部材と、
     前記支持突部に装着される転向部、及び該転向部から車両の前後方向に延出する第1脚部及び第2脚部を有するトーションスプリングであって、前記第1脚部は前記アーム部に摺接可能な先端部を有し、前記第2脚部は前記支持部材に摺接可能な先端部を有し、前記開口を開閉する可動パネルの開動作と連動して前記デフレクタのチルトアップ動作が行われるように前記アーム部を付勢する前記トーションスプリングと、を備えた、車両用デフレクタ装置。
  2.  請求項1に記載の車両用デフレクタ装置において、
     前記転向部は前記軸部よりも車両の前方に配置され、前記第1脚部及び前記第2脚部は該転向部から車両の後方にそれぞれ延出する、車両用デフレクタ装置。
  3.  請求項1又は2に記載の車両用デフレクタ装置において、
     前記アーム部は、前記第1脚部の前記先端部が挿入されるスプリングガイド孔を有し、該スプリングガイド孔は、前記デフレクタのチルトアップ動作に伴う前記第1脚部の前記先端部の移動を案内する、車両用デフレクタ装置。
  4.  請求項3に記載の車両用デフレクタ装置において、
     前記アーム部は、前記スプリングガイド孔を有する第1縦壁と、該第1縦壁との間で前記第1脚部を車両の幅方向に挟むように前記第1縦壁に並設された第2縦壁とを有し、
     車両の幅方向において、前記スプリングガイド孔に対する前記第1脚部の前記先端部の挿入代は、前記第1脚部と前記第2縦壁との間の間隔よりも大きい、車両用デフレクタ装置。
  5.  請求項4に記載の車両用デフレクタ装置において、
     前記スプリングガイド孔は、前記デフレクタのチルトアップ動作時における前記第1脚部の前記先端部の移動範囲全体を含む部分を有し、
     前記第2縦壁は、前記スプリングガイド孔の前記部分に設けられた、車両用デフレクタ装置。
