背景技术
目前,市场上的烹饪锅有两类,一类的加热方式以底部加热为主,无搅拌功能,所以不适合炒菜。另一类采用上下加热方式,锅内配置搅拌叶片,可以起到炒菜的作用,但还不能算是真正意义上的全方位加热烹饪锅。
现有带有搅拌叶片的烹饪锅的加热方式是设有发热盘加热,通过锅体与发热盘接触传热,对锅体底部与发热盘的贴合面要求较高,不足之处是能耗大、升温慢;另外一种是电磁加热,采用平面电磁线圈结构,优点是升温快,缺点是只能底部加热,为此,在锅体上部配置光波管加热来辅助加热。
采用电磁加热且上部有光波管加热的烹饪锅,时间长后会积碳,清洁困难,碳集聚太多容易着火。而且为了达到自动翻炒的效果,如果采用下部电机驱动搅拌叶片,缺点是在转动轴部位容易渗油渗水、生锈,导致烹饪锅漏电。如果采用上部驱动搅拌,即电机设置在锅体的顶部,电机长期处在高温状态的工作环境中,加速电机的老化速度,使得产品的故障率高。
从使用操作角度看,现有的产品的操作极不方便,无论是上部驱动还是下部驱动,必须先放搅拌棒再放入需要加工的食材,否则先放食物无法再置入搅拌棒;并且在炒菜时经常有搅拌棒脱落的现象,使用极不方便。
由于现有的搅拌叶片的烹饪锅为了能更有效地翻炒食物,搅拌棒的叶片需要非常贴近锅体底,否则无法有效将食物进行翻炒。搅拌棒转动时,容易将锅体内的涂层刮落,并将刮落的涂层混合到食物中。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于现有的烹饪锅的加热效果差、故障率高、升温效果差、容易刮落锅内的涂层等技术缺点,重新设计一种多功能炒菜机。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现上述目的:

所述的电磁加热机构的线圈包括一个或一个以上可独立控制工作状态的电磁线圈单元。多个电磁线圈单元的结构可以在加热锅胆时,分区域、分时段进行局部或整体的加热,既保证中餐爆炒的温度要求,又能最大程度节约工作的能耗。假设:将倾斜状态烹饪食材时的锅胆,从锅胆内的最低点顺着锅胆转动方向将锅胆内壁分成8个区域,顺着锅胆转动方向,从锅胆的最低点开始依次编号为第0、1、2、3……7区。工作过程中,食材主要是在第0、1、7区活动,而在第2、6区基本很少有食材能到达这个位置,其他区域是食材不能到达的位置。这样在多个电磁线圈单元就可以对应锅胆的不同位置使用不同的工作功率。对于第0、1、7区的电磁线圈单元使用大功率加热,对于第2区的电磁线圈单元可以使用小功率或关闭加热,对于第3、4、5区的电磁线圈单元关闭加热,对于第6区的电磁线圈单元使用小功率对锅胆进行预热。当然用于煲粥、煲汤煮饭时,锅胆的开口是垂直向上设置,此时需要对整个锅胆加热,这个时候第0至7区都对锅胆进行加热。
所述的锅座的内侧至少设置有两个用于支撑锅胆的轴承或滑轮;锅座上开设有可让轴承或滑轮延伸至锅座内部以支撑锅胆的通孔。通过设置轴承或滑轮,要防止锅胆在旋转时与锅座发生摩擦;同时也可以防止锅座因紧贴高温的锅胆而发生软化或变形。
所述的翻转机构由定位器和定位座组成,所述的定位座与主机架轴接;所述的翻转机构可分别将锅胆的开口朝向固定在垂直向上或倾斜0°~180°。
作为优选方案,所述的翻转机构可分别将锅胆的开口倾斜0°~20°,或倾斜30°~60°。具体地说,翻转机构可分别将锅胆的开口朝向固定在倾斜5°、10°、15°、20°;或者30°、35°、40°、45°、50°、55°或60°。需要说明的是,上述倾斜可以是向上倾斜,用翻炒食物;或者向下倾斜,用于取出食物。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、通过锅胆特定的结构,尽可能实现大容量;可以翻炒不同形状、体积的食材,具备有炒菜、煎肉排功能;还能具备煮饭、焖、焗、煲汤等功能。
2、锅胆配置不同的搅拌筋条形状,能够满足各种食物的翻炒,加上筋条可拆卸,用户清洗方便。
3、锅胆使用外部驱动、外部加热的结构,并且节省了现有技术所使用的搅拌叶的结构,可以防止搅拌叶脱落、避免涂层脱落、延长驱动电机寿命、使用方便。
4、锅体倾斜角度可以根据烹饪食物状态来调节,食物烹饪好后,调整锅口朝下倾斜, 方便取出。
5、电磁线圈布局在锅体周边,受热面积大,升温快,传热均匀;食物在翻炒过程为真正意义上的全方位加热。加热功率可以根据食物的状态来调节。
6、锅胆旋转翻炒速度快慢可以固定和调节。
7、锅胆可以取出,清洗方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明本发明的技术方案:
如图1、2、5所示,其结构包括锅胆1,驱动和控制锅胆1工作的主机2,主机2可以在对锅胆1加热的同时驱动锅胆1使锅胆1内的食材实现翻炒的效果。如图1、2所示,锅胆1与主机2之间为可拆卸的方式进行轴接,用户在使用过炒菜机之后,可以将锅胆1拆下进行清洗。所述的主机2由主机架21、用于调整和限定锅胆1倾斜角度的翻转机构22、通过与设置在锅胆1底部的连接器11连接从而驱动锅胆1转动的驱动机构23、安放锅胆1的锅座24、可分区域对锅胆1进行加热并且贴近锅胆1表面的电磁加热机构25和控制电路组成。如图3所示,所述的控制电路分别与驱动机构23、电磁加热机构25联接;所述的锅座24通过翻转机构22与支架21活动轴接,驱动机构23与锅座24固定连接;所述的电磁加热机构25固定在锅座24上。
如图1、6所示,所述的电磁加热机构25包括永磁铁251、线圈支架252和缠绕在线圈支架252上的线圈253,永磁铁251固定在线圈支架252的磁铁槽254内。通过弧形的线圈支架252,可以实现让永磁铁251和线圈253贴近锅胆1的外表面,让穿过锅胆1的的磁力线更为密集,让电磁加热机构25的加热效率更高。
如图1、2、6所示,电磁加热机构25通过线圈支架252与锅座24固定连接。
如图4、5所示,所述锅胆1是由用于盛放食材的锅体12、设置在锅体12上的用于与驱动机构23进行连接的连接器11和设置在锅体12内用于翻炒食材的筋条13组成。筋条13在转动的锅体12内起到提高食材高度的效果,在食材从筋条13处下落的过程中辅助食材进行翻转,从而实现翻炒食材的效果。
如图4所示,所述的筋条13与锅体12之间为可拆卸连接,筋条13由锅体12的底部顺着锅体12转动的反方向延伸至开口处,筋条13的底面与锅体12的侧壁相互贴合。可拆卸的筋条13的优点是用户可根据烹饪的菜式所需要的翻炒速度和翻炒效果设置筋条13数量,还可以方便用户进行清洗锅胆1。特别是用于熬汤、煮饭、煮粥时,不需要对食材进行翻动,用户可拆下筋条13。
如图1、2所示,所述的锅座24的内侧面设置有三个用于支撑锅胆1的滑轮241。
如图1、2所示,所述的翻转机构22由定位器221和定位座222组成,所述的定位座222与主机架21轴接;所述的翻转机构22可分别将锅胆1的开口朝向固定倾斜0°~180°。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种多功能炒菜机,其结构包括锅胆,驱动和控制锅胆工作的主机,锅胆与主机之间为可拆卸的方式进行轴接,其特征在于:所述的主机由主机架、用于调整和限定锅胆倾斜角度的翻转机构、通过与设置在锅胆底部的连接器连接从而驱动锅胆转动的驱动机构、安放锅胆的锅座、可分区域对锅胆进行加热并且贴近锅胆表面的电磁加热机构和控制电路组成;所述的控制电路分别与驱动机构、电磁加热机构联接;所述的锅座通过翻转机构与支架活动轴接,驱动机构与锅座固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能炒菜机,其特征在于:所述的电磁加热机构固定在锅座上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能炒菜机,其特征在于:所述的电磁加热机构包括永磁铁、线圈支架和缠绕在线圈支架上的线圈,永磁铁固定在线圈支架的磁铁槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能炒菜机,其特征在于:所述的电磁加热机构通过线圈支架与锅座固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能炒菜机,其特征在于:所述锅胆是由用于盛放食材的锅体、设置在锅体上的用于与驱动机构进行连接的连接器和设置在锅体内用于翻炒食材的筋条组成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能炒菜机,其特征在于:所述的筋条与锅体之间为可拆卸连接,筋条由锅体的底部顺着锅体转动的反方向延伸至开口处,筋条的底面与锅体的侧壁相互贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能炒菜机,其特征在于:所述的筋条是锅体的侧壁和/或底部向锅体内侧扭曲变形所形成的凸部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能炒菜机,其特征在于:所述的筋条由锅体的底部顺着锅体转动的反方向延伸至开口处。
  9. 根据权利要求2至8任一项所述的多功能炒菜机,其特征在于:所述的电磁加热机构的线圈包括一个或一个以上可独立控制工作状态的电磁线圈单元。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多功能炒菜机,其特征在于:所述的锅座的内侧至少设置有两个用于支撑锅胆的轴承或滑轮。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的多功能炒菜机,其特征在于:所述的翻转机构由定位器和定位座组成,所述的定位座与主机架轴接;所述的翻转机构可分别将锅胆的开口朝向固定在垂直向上或倾斜0°~180°。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的多功能炒菜机,其特征在于:所述的翻转机构可分别将锅胆的开口朝向固定在垂直向上或倾斜0°~20°,或倾斜30°~60°。
