现有的滑板车、蛙式车、摇摆车、活力车,为了便于携带,在车上增加了车把杆折叠装置。中国专利201020523385.7公开了一种名称为“滑板车的折叠装置”。在该技术方案中,滑板车的折叠装置包括:把管下端连接设置由两壳体配合构成的连接座,连接座的腔体内设置定位拉扣,定位拉扣一侧设置凹形窝穴,凹形窝穴前部的连接座上设置长通孔,连接座下部与固定座销接转动配合,定位拉扣下端伸出连接座底部与固定座弹性插接配合,在连接座的腔体内设置定位按钮和弹簧,固定座上设置有与定位按钮相配合的定位孔,定位按钮与定位孔弹性插接配合。上述滑板车的折叠装置,结构简单、紧凑。但存在以下不足:1、上述滑板车的定位扣设于连接座的腔体中,使用时,需将手指伸入腔体中上拨定位拉扣,再转动车把杆才能完成折叠或打开定位装置,使用十分不便。2、上述滑板车无保险机构,在使用过程中的安全性能不理想。3、上述滑板车需专门制作两壳体配合构成的连接座,其结构复杂,制造成高。
发明的公开
本发明的目的在于:提供一种折叠方便、安全性能良好、结构简单的休闲运动车。
一种休闲运动车,包括车身、车轮和车把杆,车把杆与车身间设有折叠机构,折叠机构包括:车把杆下端设有铰接段,铰接段通过转轴与连接座相连,其特征在于:所述的铰接段是固定于车把杆下端的车把杆接头/或铰接段是与车把杆一体的车把杆下段;所述转轴定位于连接座上,车把杆可相对转轴上下移动,车把杆与连接座间设有相配合的定位机构,车把杆移至第一位置时,车把杆与连接座间定位,定位机构阻止车把杆转动;车把杆移至在第二位置时,定位机构失效,转动车把杆,车把杆可绕转轴转动进行折叠或打开;所述折叠机构设有在车把杆定位时阻止车把杆移动的保险机构。
铰接段与车把杆可以是一体成型的,也可以是分体机构,通过螺钉将两者固定。如果是分体结构,铰接段的一端开口,另外一端封闭,车把杆由铰接段的开口端插入,然后利用螺钉将两者固定,铰接段的封闭段位于连接座内。
本发明的折叠机构工作过程如下:使用时,打开保险机构,上拉车把杆,当车把杆移至在第二位置时定位机构失效,此时,转动车把杆,车把杆便绕转轴转动,便可完成折叠或打开操作。
本发明的优点如下:由于本发明的车把杆可相对转轴上下移动,且车把杆与连接座间设有相配合的定位机构;松开保险机构,上拉车把杆,便可使定位机构失效,通过上拉和转动车把便可完成折叠和打开的操作,其使用十分方便。由于设有车把杆定位时阻止车把杆移动的保险机构,使用本发明的折叠机构更加安全可靠。由于本发明无需专门制作两壳体配合构成的连接座,使得本发明的结构更加简单,降低了制造成本。本发明的休闲运动车包括:滑板车、蛙式车、摇摆车、活力车,推车等无动力休闲运动用车和电动滑板车等有动力休闲运动用车。
在本发明中,所述的定位机构包括:设于铰接段底部的凸台和设于连接座中与凸台相配合的凹座。当然,定位机构也可采用下述方式:所述的定位机构包括:设于铰接段底部的凹座和设于连接座中与凹座相配合的凸台。定位机构只要能在车把杆直立时将铰接段和连接座实现定位,阻止车把杆转动便可完成本发明的目的。以上两种定位机构均可实现本发明的发明目的,当然,定位机构也可采用其它形式的各种结构。本发明中的直立是指将车把杆立起方便使用便可,对于立起的角度并未限定。
在本发明中,所述的铰接段中设有长通孔;连接座中设有转轴孔,转轴穿过转轴孔和长形通孔将铰接段与连接座相铰接;上拉车把杆,长形通孔可使车把杆相对转轴上下移动。上述结构可方便的实现车把杆相对转轴上下移动的目的。长通孔可以是长形方孔、腰形孔、异形孔的其中之一。长通孔的设置,让铰接段可以相对连接座上下运动,也就是,转轴穿接在连接座的圆形通孔内,转轴和连接座的位置是相对固定的,上拉车把杆,由于车把杆上开设的是长通孔,因此,车把杆可以转轴为中心上下移动,也就是改变了车把杆和连接座之间的相对位置,相当于车把杆相对连接座上下移动。
在本发明中,所述的保险机构包括:保险扣上设有按键,保险扣设有保险弹簧,保险扣上设有定位卡点,定位卡点将连接座与铰接段定位,阻止车把杆相对连接座移动。当定位卡点将连接座与铰接段定位时,可阻止车把杆相对连接座移动,防止休闲运动车在使用时,车把杆意外折叠,从而提高了休闲运动车的安全性能。在需要折叠时,按下按键,使定位卡点离开定位位置,此时便可进行折叠或打开操作。
在本发明中,所述的连接座上设有直立定位孔和折叠定位孔,定位卡点可 进入或退出直立定位孔或折叠定位孔。直立定位孔与定位卡点的配合可实现直立时定位,防止休闲运动车在使用时,车把杆意外折叠。折叠定位孔与定位卡点的配合,可实现在折叠时手提车把杆,来提起整辆休闲运动车。
在本发明中,所述的按键与定位卡点是一体件,保险扣具有与铰接段内壁相抵触的抵触端;按键设于定位卡点与抵触端之间;铰接段中设有按键安装孔,按键露出按键安装孔,按键的位置高于连接座上端。上述结构的保险扣在按下按键时,定位卡点的位移量大于按键的位移量,从而可方便的实现定位卡点与定位孔间的脱离。
在本发明中,所述的按键与定位卡点是一体件,保险扣设于车把杆接头外侧,保险扣中段设有转动支点,按键和定位卡点分别设于转动支点的两侧。上述结构的保险扣同样可实现本发明的发明目的。
在本发明中,所述的保险扣具有两组按键和定位卡点,按键与定位卡点是一体件,铰接段中设有按键安装孔,按键露出按键安装孔,按键的位置高于连接座上端。上述结构的同样可实现本发明的发明目的。
在本发明中,还包括一个复位机构,还包括一个复位机构,所述的复位机构包括一个复位弹簧,复位弹簧位于转轴的铰接段之间。由于复位弹簧可迫使车把杆移至第一位置,在折叠机构从折叠位置打开到打开位置时,复位弹簧可迫使车把杆外弹,自动将铰接段与连接座定位,使用更方便。在按下保险按键时,由于复位弹簧的作用,必须同时有上拉车把杆的操作才能折叠,使用更安全。
在本发明中,列举了三种复位机构的结构,其中一种是,所述复位弹簧为一压簧,所述的铰接段一端开口,一端封闭,铰接段的开口端连接有车把杆, 在车把杆和铰接段之间设有弹簧座,弹簧座套接在转轴上,复位弹簧的一端抵接在铰接段的封闭端的内壁,复位弹簧的另一端抵接在弹簧座上。
第二种结构是,所述的复位弹簧为一压簧,在车把杆的下方开设有一个可以容纳转轴的开口槽,铰接段一端开口,铰接段另外一端封闭,铰接段开口端连接有车把杆,复位弹簧的一端与铰接段内腔相抵触,复位弹簧的另一端与车把杆的下端相抵触。在车把杆上的开口槽的设置是为了降低对车把杆的制造精度,并且也可以降低对弹簧的精度要求。只要保证在弹簧在压缩状态复位时,转轴处于开口槽内,不会因为开口槽而妨碍车把杆与连接座的定位。
第三种结构是,所述的复位弹簧为一拉簧,在车把杆内壁设有一个销轴,复位弹簧的一端与转轴相连,复位弹簧的另一端与轴销相连。
在本发明中,所述的连接座中设有折叠卡台,折叠卡台与铰接段上的凸台或凹座配合,阻止车把杆处于折叠位置时转动。折叠卡台与铰接段上的凸台或凹座配合利于手提车把杆时提起整个休闲运动车。
在本发明中,所述的车身的前端设有车把杆,在车身的后端设有刹车片,刹车片位于后轮的上方,刹车片上包裹有刹车胶套。刹车胶套可以为橡胶刹车胶套、PVC刹车胶套、TPR刹车胶套或聚酯胺刹车胶套。使刹车胶套直接与车轮进行柔性接触,增加刹车时的摩擦力,可以更好的使休闲运动车停止前进,实现迅速刹车的目的,且刹车胶套与车轮接触,减少了车轮的磨损率,避免发生卡死的现象,增加了使用者的人身安全。
因此,本发明的休闲运动车具备下述优点:结构简单,方便操作,安全性好,使用寿命长。

实现本发明的最佳方法
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:
图1-图6给出了本发明的实施例1。结合图1-图6所示:在本实施例中休闲运动车包括:车身22、车轮23和车把杆21,车把杆21与车身22间设有 折叠机构,折叠机构包括:车把杆21下端的铰接段1,车把杆21与铰接段1通过螺钉相连(如图5所示)在本实施例中铰接段是固定于车把杆21下端的车把杆接头。在本实施例中,在连接座3上开设有转轴孔7,在铰接段上对应位置开设有长通孔7,转轴2穿过转轴孔7和长通孔7将铰接段1与连接座3相连。由于长通孔7的设置,使得车把杆21可相对连接座3上下移动,车把杆与连接座间设有相配合的定位机构。定位机构包括:设于铰接段底部的凸台4和设于连接座中与凸台相配合的凹座5。当然,定位机构也可采用下述方式:所述的定位机构包括:设于铰接段底部的凹座和设于连接座中与凹座相配合的凸台。定位机构只要能在车把杆直立时将铰接段和连接座实现定位,阻止车把杆转动便可完成本发明的目的。
上拉车把杆,车把杆顺着长通孔移至在第二位置时,定位机构失效,铰接段底部的凸台4与连接座的凹座5分离,转动车把杆,车把杆可绕转轴转动进行折叠或打开;松开车把杆,由于折叠机构内的复位机构的作用将车把杆顺着长孔向下运动移至第一位置时,车把杆与连接座间定位,铰接段底部的凸台4陷入到连接座的凹座5内,定位机构阻止车把杆转动。在本实施例中,复位机构包括设置在转轴2和铰接段1间设有复位弹簧16,定位时,复位弹簧迫使车把杆移至第一位置。由于复位弹簧可迫使车把杆移至第一位置,在折叠机构从折叠位置打开到打开位置时,复位弹簧可迫使车把杆外弹,自动将铰接段与连接座定位。在按下保险按键时,由于复位弹簧的作用,必须同时有上拉车把杆的操作才能折叠。
在本实施例中,保险机构包括:保险扣8上设有按键9,保险扣设有保险弹簧10,保险扣上设有定位卡点11,定位卡点将连接座3与铰接段1定位,阻 止车把杆相对连接座移动。当定位卡点将连接座与铰接段定位时,可阻止车把杆相对连接座移动,防止休闲运动车在使用时,车把杆意外折叠。在需要折叠时,按下按键,使定位卡点离开定位位置,此时便可进行折叠或打开操作。
在本实施例中,连接座中设有折叠卡台18,折叠卡台与铰接段上的凸台4配合,阻止车把杆处于折叠位置时转动。折叠卡台与铰接段上的凸台配合利于手提车把杆时提起整个休闲运动车。
在本实施例中,连接座上设有直立定位孔12和折叠定位孔13,定位卡点可进入或退出直立定位孔12或折叠定位孔13。直立定位孔与定位卡点的配合可实现直立时定位,防止休闲运动车在使用时,车把杆意外折叠。折叠定位孔与定位卡点的配合,可防止折叠卡台与铰接段上的凸台脱离。手提车把杆提起整个休闲运动车时,车把杆不会意外打开。
在本实施例中,所述的按键9与定位卡点11是一体件,保险扣具有与铰接段内壁相抵触的抵触端14;按键设于定位卡点与抵触端之间;铰接段中设有按键安装孔15,按键露出按键安装孔,按键的位置高于连接座上端。上述结构的保险扣在按下按键时,定位卡点的位移量大于按键的位移量,从而可方便的实现定位卡点与定位孔间的脱离。
在本实施例中,复位弹簧一端与铰接段内腔相抵触,复位弹簧的另一端与弹簧座17相抵触,弹簧座与转轴2相抵触。
本实施例的休闲运动车在使用时,按下保险按键打开保险机构,上拉车把杆,当车把杆移至在第二位置时定位机构失效,此时,转动车把杆,车把杆便绕转轴转动,便可完成折叠或打开操作。
如图13所示,本实施例的休闲运动车的车轮23的后轮上方设有一个刹车 片24,刹车片24上包裹有刹车胶套25。刹车片24通过刹车连接部27固定在后轮架26上。
由于本发明的车把杆可相对转轴上下移动,且车把杆与连接座间设有相配合的定位机构;上拉车把杆,便可使定位机构失效,通过上拉和转动车把便可完成折叠和打开的操作,其使用十分方便。由于设有车把杆定位时阻止车把杆移动的保险机构,使用本发明的折叠机构更加安全可靠。由于本发明无需专门制作两壳体配合构成的连接座,使得本发明的结构更加简单,降低了制造成本。本发明的休闲运动车包括:滑板车、蛙式车、摇摆车、活力车等无动力休闲运动用车。
图7给出了本发明第二种保险扣结构示意图。保险扣8设于铰接段1外,在保险扣8上设有与保险扣8一体成型的按键9和定位卡点11,按键9位于铰接段1外,定位卡点11将车把杆21和铰接段1连接起来,保险扣8中段设有转动支点19,按键和定位卡点分别设于转动支点19的两侧;在保险扣8的一侧设有保险弹簧10,保险弹簧10的一端抵接在保险扣的按键9上,保险弹簧10的另一端抵接在铰接段1上;通过按压按键9带动定位卡点解除连接座3与铰接段1的连接关系。
图8给出了本发明第三种保险扣结构示意图。保险扣8设于车把杆21内,在保险扣8上设有与保险扣8一体成型的按键9和定位卡点11,保险扣8具有两组按键9和定位卡点11,两组按键9位于同一直径方向上,两组定位卡点11也位于同一直径方向上,定位卡点11位于按键9的下方,按键9穿过车把杆21和铰接段1,按键9的一端露在铰接段1外,定位卡点11将铰接段1和连接座3连接起来,在车把杆内设有“Ω”状的保险弹簧10,保险弹簧10的两端 分别固定在两个定位卡点上。
图9给出了本发明第二种复位机构结构示意图。复位弹簧16为一压簧,在车把杆21的下方开设有一个可以容纳转轴的开口槽,铰接段一端开口,铰接段另外一端封闭,铰接段开口端连接有车把杆,复位弹簧的一端与铰接段内腔相抵触,复位弹簧的另一端与车把杆的下端相抵触。
图10给出了本发明第三种复位机构结构示意图。复位弹簧16为一拉簧,在车把杆21内壁设有一个销轴20,复位弹簧的一端与转轴2相连,复位弹簧的另一端与轴销20相连。
本发明的休闲车可以选用上述的各种结构的保险结构或者复位结构的组合。
图11、图12给出了本发明的另一种休闲运动车。本实施例的休闲运动车为摇摆车,采用本发明中所述的折叠机构,同样可实现本发明的发明目的。
以上仅为本发明的具体实施方式,任何不经过创造性劳动进行的变化或替换,都应理解为落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种休闲运动车,包括车身、车轮和车把杆,车把杆与车身间设有折叠机构,折叠机构包括:车把杆下端设有铰接段,铰接段通过转轴与连接座相连,其特征在于:所述的铰接段是固定于车把杆下端的车把杆接头/或铰接段是与车把杆一体的车把杆下段;所述转轴定位于连接座上,车把杆可相对转轴上下移动,车把杆与连接座间设有相配合的定位机构,车把杆移至第一位置时,车把杆与连接座间定位,定位机构阻止车把杆转动;车把杆移至在第二位置时,定位机构失效,转动车把杆,车把杆可绕转轴转动进行折叠或打开;所述折叠机构设有在车把杆定位时阻止车把杆移动的保险机构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:所述的定位机构包括:相互配合的凸台和凹座,其中的凸台设于连接座上,则凹座设于铰接段底部;如果凸台设于铰接段底部,则凹座设于连接座上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:所述的铰接段上设有沿铰接段轴向方向设置的长通孔;连接座中设有转轴孔,转轴穿过转轴孔和长形通孔将铰接段与连接座相铰接;车把杆相对连接座可以上下移动,上拉车把杆,车把杆相对连接座向上运动使得车把杆移至第二位置,松开车把杆,车把杆相对连接座向下运动使得车把杆移至第一位置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:所述的保险机构包括:设于车把杆内的保险扣,保险扣上设有按键和定位卡点,按键穿过车把杆和铰接段,按键的一端露在铰接段外,定位卡点将车把杆和铰接段连接起来;在保险扣的一侧设有保险弹簧,保险弹簧的一端抵接在保险扣上,保险弹簧的另一端抵接在车把杆上;通过按压按键带动定位卡点解除连接座与铰接段的连接关系。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:所述的连接座上设有直立定位孔和折叠定位孔,定位卡点可进入或退出直立定位孔或折叠定位孔。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:所述的保险扣及保险扣上的按键与定位卡点是一体构成的。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:所述的保险机构包括:设于铰接段外的保险扣,在保险扣上设有与保险扣一体成型的按键和定位卡点,按键位于铰接段外,定位卡点将车把杆和铰接段连接起来,保险扣中段设有转动支点,按键和定位卡点分别设于转动支点的两侧;在保险扣的一侧设有保险弹簧,保险弹簧的一端抵接在保险扣的按键上,保险弹簧的另一端抵接在铰接段上;通过按压按键带动定位卡点解除连接座与铰接段的连接关系。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:所述的保险机构包括:设于车把杆内的保险扣,在保险扣上设有与保险扣一体成型的按键和定位卡点,所述的保险扣具有两组按键和定位卡点,两组按键位于同一直径方向上,两组定位卡点也位于同一直径方向上,定位卡点位于按键的下方,按键穿过车把杆和铰接段,按键的一端露在铰接段外,定位卡点将铰接段和连接座连接起来,在车把杆内设有“Ω”状的保险弹簧,弹簧的两端分别固定在两个定位卡点上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:还包括一个复位机构,所述的复位机构包括一个复位弹簧,复位弹簧位于转轴的铰接段之间,上拉车把杆时,车把杆相对连接座向上运动,车把杆移至在第二位置,转动车把杆,车把杆可绕转轴转动进行折叠或打开;松开车把杆,复位弹簧带动车把杆相对连接座向下运动,车把杆移至第一位置时,车把杆与连接座间定位。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:所述复位弹簧为一压簧, 所述的铰接段一端开口,一端封闭,铰接段的开口端连接有车把杆,在车把杆和铰接段之间设有弹簧座,弹簧座套接在转轴上,复位弹簧的一端抵接在铰接段的封闭端的内壁,复位弹簧的另一端抵接在弹簧座上。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:所述的复位弹簧为一压簧,在车把杆的下方开设有一个可以容纳转轴的开口槽,铰接段一端开口,铰接段另外一端封闭,铰接段开口端连接有车把杆,复位弹簧的一端与铰接段内腔相抵触,复位弹簧的另一端与车把杆的下端相抵触。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:所述的复位弹簧为一拉簧,在车把杆内壁设有一个销轴,复位弹簧的一端与转轴相连,复位弹簧的另一端与轴销相连。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:所述的连接座中设有折叠卡台,折叠卡台与铰接段上的凸台或凹座配合,阻止车把杆处于折叠位置时转动。
  14. 如权利要求4所述的休闲运动车,其特征在于:所述的车身的前端设有车把杆,在车身的后端设有刹车片,刹车片位于后轮的上方,刹车片上包裹有刹车胶套。
