Definitions
- the invention relates to a recreational sports car.
- the folding device of the scooter comprises: connecting the lower end of the tube to the connecting seat formed by the cooperation of the two shells, the positioning buckle is arranged in the cavity of the connecting seat, and the concave collar is arranged on the side of the positioning buckle, concave A long through hole is arranged in the connecting seat of the front part of the shaped socket, and the lower part of the connecting seat is coupled with the fixed seat pin, and the lower end of the positioning buckle protrudes from the bottom of the connecting seat and is elastically inserted and matched with the fixing seat, and the positioning is arranged in the cavity of the connecting seat
- the button and the spring are provided with a positioning hole matched with the positioning button, and the positioning button is elastically inserted and matched with the positioning hole.
- the folding device of the above scooter has a simple and compact structure.
- the positioning of the scooter is arranged in the cavity of the connecting seat. When using, the finger needs to be inserted into the cavity to dial the positioning buckle, and then the handlebar can be rotated to complete the folding or opening positioning.
- the device is very inconvenient to use.
- the above scooter has no insurance mechanism, and the safety performance during use is not ideal.
- the above-mentioned scooter needs to specially make a connecting seat composed of two shells, which has a complicated structure and is manufactured to be high.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a leisure sports car with convenient folding, good safety performance and simple structure.
- a leisure sports car comprises a body, a wheel and a handlebar, a folding mechanism is arranged between the handlebar and the body, and the folding mechanism comprises: a hinged section at a lower end of the handlebar, and the hinged section is connected with the connecting seat through the rotating shaft, and the feature thereof
- the articulated section is a handlebar joint fixed to the lower end of the handlebar or the hinged section is a lower section of the handlebar integrated with the handlebar
- the rotating shaft is positioned on the connecting seat, and the handlebar is relatively rotatable Moving up and down, a matching positioning mechanism is provided between the handlebar and the connecting seat.
- the handlebar When the handlebar is moved to the first position, the handlebar is positioned between the handlebar and the connecting seat, and the positioning mechanism prevents the handlebar from rotating; the handlebar is moved to In the second position, the positioning mechanism fails, the handlebar is rotated, and the handlebar can be rotated or rotated about the rotating shaft; the folding mechanism is provided with an insurance mechanism that prevents the handlebar from moving when the handlebar is positioned.
- the hinged section and the handlebar can be integrally formed or can be a separate mechanism, and the two can be fixed by screws.
- one end of the hinged section is open and the other end is closed, the handlebar is inserted from the open end of the hinged section, and then the two are fixed by screws, and the closed section of the hinged section is located in the joint.
- the folding mechanism of the present invention works as follows: when in use, the safety mechanism is opened, and the handlebar is pulled up. When the handlebar is moved to the second position, the positioning mechanism fails. At this time, the handlebar is rotated, and the handlebar is wound. When the shaft rotates, the folding or opening operation can be completed.
- the advantages of the present invention are as follows: since the handlebar of the present invention can be moved up and down with respect to the rotating shaft, and the positioning mechanism is matched between the handlebar and the connecting seat; the securing mechanism is released, and the handlebar is pulled up to enable positioning.
