Abstract

本发明公开了一种便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构,包括安装于两轮车的车体前端的前轮,以及设置于两轮车的车体前端的握把,还包括竖立固定于车体前端的转向轴承套管;所述转向轴承套管内设置有可于该转向轴承套管内转动的转向轴承固定杆;该转向轴承固定杆与所述握把固定连接,并与所述握把同步转动;在该转向轴承固定杆上设置有可转动的前轮。本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构中,通过设置固定于车体前端的转向轴承套管和可于该转向轴承套管内转动的转向轴承固定杆,并将内毂和握把与该转向轴承固定杆固定连接,实现了转向受力均衡、结构简单、操作方便,能大大提高行驶稳定性。

Description

一种便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种转向结构,尤其涉及一种便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构。
背景技术
现有技术中,两轮车的方向控制系统主要包括设置于车体前端的与车体连接的转向轴和安装于该转向轴上的前叉,通过对与前叉连接的车把的控制来实现转向。
但是,在便携性的两轮车中,此种结构就存在诸多的不足,例如,体积过大而无法满足两轮车的便携性需求;又或者,为了实现两轮车的便携性而将转向系统设计为折叠系统的一部分,又带来了方向控制不稳的问题,存在行驶安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的弊端,提供一种便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构。
本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构,包括安装于两轮车的车体前端的前轮,以及设置于两轮车的车体前端的握把,还包括竖立固定于车体前端的转向轴承套管;
所述转向轴承套管内设置有可于该转向轴承套管内转动的转向轴承固定杆;该转向轴承固定杆与所述握把固定连接,并与所述握把同步转动;
在该转向轴承固定杆上设置有可转动的前轮。
本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构中,所述转向轴承套管外壁设置有至少一个固定件,并通过该固定件与所述车体前端固定连接。
本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构中,还包括转向轴承,所述转向轴承固定杆通过所述转向轴承可转动的安装于所述转向轴承套管内。
本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构中,所述前轮包括固定内毂和可相对于该固定内毂转动的外轮;
其中,所述固定内毂为环形,该固定内毂所在的平面与所述转向轴承固定杆的轴线重合;
在所述固定内毂上设置有固定安装座,所述固定内毂通过所述固定安装座固定安装于所述转向轴承固定杆上;所述握把则安装于所述固定安装座上。
本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构中,所述外轮包括外毂以及设置于该外毂上的轮胎;
还包括转动连接装置,所述外毂通过所述转动连接装置而可转动地套设于所述固定内毂的外圈。
本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构中,所述转动连接装置包括设置于外毂与固定内毂之间的滚珠架,在所述滚珠架内设置有多个滚珠,且所述滚珠分别与所述外毂和固定内毂滚动接触。
本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构中,所述固定安装座的中部设置有安装孔,所述固定内毂经由螺栓穿设过所述安装孔而固定安装于所述转向轴承固定杆上;
所述固定安装座的两端分别设置有安装固定孔,所述握把的末端则具有左分支和右分支,且所述左分支和右分支分别通过固定螺栓而安装于固定安装座两端的安装固定孔;
在所述左分支和右分支之间形成有供外轮转动的空间。
本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构中,还包括转向轴承压圈,所述转向轴承压圈卡接于所述转向轴承套管的端部,并抵顶住所述转向轴承。
本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构中,通过设置固定于车体前端的转向轴承套管和可于该转向轴承套管内转动的转向轴承固定杆,并将内毂和握把与该转向轴承固定杆固定连接,实现了转向受力均衡、结构简单、操作方便,能大大提高行驶稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
如图1、图2所示,本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构,适用于小轮式结构的两轮车,其包括安装于两轮车的车体1前端的前轮,以及设置于两轮车的车体1前端的握把6,还包括竖立固定于车体1前端的转向轴承套管2。本发明中,可在所述转向轴承套管2的外壁设置至少一个固定件,并通过该固定件与所述车体1的前端固定连接。在本实施例中,是在所述车体1的前端开设了四个通孔11,并令四个通孔11在车体1的前端的每一侧均布两个。对应的,在所述转向轴承套管2的外壁设置了安装螺孔21,以螺栓12穿设过通孔11并旋入安装螺孔21,从而将转向轴承套管2固定安装于车体1的前端。
本发明中,在所述转向轴承套管2内设置有可于该转向轴承套管2内转动的转向轴承固定杆4。该转向轴承固定杆4与所述握把固定连接,并与所述握把同步转动。为确保所述转向轴承固定杆4转动的更加平滑,本发明中,还设置了转向轴承(该转向轴承可具体包括分别设置于转向轴承固定杆4的首端和末端的转向轴承22、转向轴承23),所述转向轴承固定杆4即通过所述转向轴承(即转向轴承22、转向轴承23)可转动的安装于所述转向轴承套管2内。进一步的,还可设置转向轴承压圈,并令所述转向轴承压圈卡接于所述转向轴承套管的端部,以抵顶住所述转向轴承。具体而言,在本实施例中,设置了两个转向轴承压圈411、412,所述转向轴承压圈411和转向轴承压圈412分别位于所述转向轴承套管2的两端,并分别卡接于该转向轴承套管2的两端。当所述转向轴承压圈411、转向轴承压圈412卡接于转向轴承套管2时,其朝向转向轴承套管2内部的一侧分别抵顶住转向轴承22和转向轴承23。
本发明中,在所述转向轴承固定杆4上设置有可转动的前轮。具体而言,如图1所示,所述前轮包括固定内毂3和可相对于该固定内毂3转动的外轮。其中,所述固定内毂3为环形,该固定内毂3所在的平面与所述转向轴承固定杆4的轴线重合,即所述转向轴承固定杆4是与该固定内毂3平行的位于所述固定内毂3的环形区域内。在所述固定内毂3上设置有固定安装座31,所述固定内毂3通过所述固定安装座31固定安装于所述转向轴承固定杆4上;而所述握把则安装于所述固定安装座3上。
本发明中,所述外轮可具体包括外毂5以及设置于该外毂5上的轮胎51。还包括转动连接装置,所述外毂5是通过所述转动连接装置而可转动地套设于所述固定内毂3的外圈。本实施例中,所述转动连接装置具体包括了设置于外毂5与固定内毂3之间的滚珠架52,在所述滚珠架52内设置有多个滚珠(图中未示),且所述滚珠分别与所述外毂5和固定内毂3滚动接触。借由滚柱及滚珠架52,所述外毂5得以绕固定的固定内毂3转动。
本发明中,所述固定安装座31的中部设置有安装孔312,所述固定内毂3经由螺栓311穿设过所述安装孔312而固定安装于所述转向轴承固定杆4的螺孔413上。为稳固起见,可在所述固定安装座31的对侧设置另一个安装座314,并以螺栓24穿设过该安装座314而连接于转向轴承固定杆4的另一端。
在所述固定安装座31的两端分别设置有安装固定孔313,所述握把6的末端则具有左分支和右分支(图中未示),且所述左分支和右分支分别通过固定螺栓而安装于固定安装座31两端的安装固定孔313。在所述左分支和右分支之间形成有供外轮转动的空间,以此实现固定内毂3固定不动,而外轮可绕所述固定内毂3自由转动的目的。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (4)

1.一种便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构,包括安装于两轮车的车体前端的前轮,以及设置于两轮车的车体前端的握把,其特征在于,还包括竖立固定于车体前端的转向轴承套管;
在所述车体的前端开设了四个通孔,并令四个通孔在车体的前端的每一侧均布两个;对应的,在所述转向轴承套管的外壁设置了安装螺孔,以螺栓穿设过通孔并旋入安装螺孔,从而将转向轴承套管固定安装于车体的前端;
所述转向轴承套管内设置有可于该转向轴承套管内转动的转向轴承固定杆;该转向轴承固定杆与所述握把固定连接,并与所述握把同步转动;
在该转向轴承固定杆上设置有可转动的前轮;
另外,所述前轮包括固定内毂和可相对于该固定内毂转动的外轮;所述固定内毂为环形,该固定内毂所在的平面与所述转向轴承固定杆的轴线重合,即所述转向轴承固定杆是与该固定内毂平行的位于所述固定内毂的环形区域内;在所述固定内毂上设置有固定安装座,所述固定内毂通过所述固定安装座固定安装于所述转向轴承固定杆上;所述握把则安装于所述固定安装座上;
所述前轮轮毂内转向结构还包括转向轴承,所述转向轴承固定杆通过所述转向轴承可转动的安装于所述转向轴承套管内;
所述固定安装座的中部设置有安装孔,所述固定内毂经由螺栓穿设过所述安装孔而固定安装于所述转向轴承固定杆上;
所述固定安装座的两端分别设置有安装固定孔,所述握把的末端则具有左分支和右分支,且所述左分支和右分支分别通过固定螺栓而安装于固定安装座两端的安装固定孔;
所述前轮轮毂内转向结构还包括转向轴承压圈,所述转向轴承压圈卡接于所述转向轴承套管的端部,并抵顶住所述转向轴承。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构,其特征在于,所述外轮包括外毂以及设置于该外毂上的轮胎;
还包括转动连接装置,所述外毂通过所述转动连接装置而可转动地套设于所述固定内毂的外圈。
3.如权利要求2所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构,其特征在于,所述转动连接装置包括设置于外毂与固定内毂之间的滚珠架,在所述滚珠架内设置有多个滚珠,且所述滚珠分别与所述外毂和固定内毂滚动接触。
4.如权利要求3所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构,其特征在于,在所述左分支和右分支之间形成有供外轮转动的空间。
