本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构,包括安装于两轮车的车体前端的前轮,以及设置于两轮车的车体前端的握把,还包括竖立固定于车体前端的转向轴承套管;
所述转向轴承套管内设置有可于该转向轴承套管内转动的转向轴承固定杆;该转向轴承固定杆与所述握把固定连接,并与所述握把同步转动;

如图1、图2所示,本发明所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构,适用于小轮式结构的两轮车,其包括安装于两轮车的车体1前端的前轮,以及设置于两轮车的车体1前端的握把6,还包括竖立固定于车体1前端的转向轴承套管2。本发明中,可在所述转向轴承套管2的外壁设置至少一个固定件,并通过该固定件与所述车体1的前端固定连接。在本实施例中,是在所述车体1的前端开设了四个通孔11,并令四个通孔11在车体1的前端的每一侧均布两个。对应的,在所述转向轴承套管2的外壁设置了安装螺孔21,以螺栓12穿设过通孔11并旋入安装螺孔21,从而将转向轴承套管2固定安装于车体1的前端。

本发明中,所述固定安装座31的中部设置有安装孔312,所述固定内毂3经由螺栓311穿设过所述安装孔312而固定安装于所述转向轴承固定杆4的螺孔413上。为稳固起见,可在所述固定安装座31的对侧设置另一个安装座314,并以螺栓24穿设过该安装座314而连接于转向轴承固定杆4的另一端。
在所述固定安装座31的两端分别设置有安装固定孔313,所述握把6的末端则具有左分支和右分支(图中未示),且所述左分支和右分支分别通过固定螺栓而安装于固定安装座31两端的安装固定孔313。在所述左分支和右分支之间形成有供外轮转动的空间,以此实现固定内毂3固定不动,而外轮可绕所述固定内毂3自由转动的目的。

  8. 如权利要求3所述的便携式两轮车的前轮轮毂内转向结构,其特征在于,还包括转向轴承压圈,所述转向轴承压圈卡接于所述转向轴承套管的端部,并抵顶住所述转向轴承。
