本实用新型公开了一种双踏板驱动的滑板车,其特征在于包括车架,其具有前端及后端;分别于所述前端及所述后端与所述车架连接的前轮及后轮;被配置为驱动所述后轮从而驱动所述滑板车的驱动机构;以及被配置为驱动所述滑板车的踏板;其特征在于:所述驱动机构具有连动所述踏板以及所述后轮的驱动绳,所述踏板与所述驱动绳固定连接,从而通过拉动所述驱动绳而驱动所述后轮。本实用新型使用更舒适、安全,既适合玩乐健身又适合短途的代步。

滑板车
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种滑板车,尤其涉及一种踏板分布于车架上方,通过使用者双脚左右交替用力踩动踏板而驱动前进的的滑板车。
背景技术
滑板车可以被使用作为简单的交通工具,其具有轻便、结构简单、易于收藏等优点。传统较简单的滑板车可以类似推动滑板的方式来推动,其中用户可以单脚站在滑板车的踏板上并以另一只脚推动滑板车。
较新型的滑板车可以包括传动装置,由此用户可配合利用交替移动重心的方式为滑板车提供动能以推动滑板车前进,如ZL201620730193所揭示的滑板车。但是此类滑板车一般重心较高不易保持平衡,骑行时具有一定的危险性。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:现有带驱动装置的滑板车重心高不易保持平衡的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是提供了一种滑板车,其特征在于:包括车架、车把、立管组件、踏板、驱动机构和转向机构,所述车架上设有踏板,踏板通过水平设置在车架上的枢轴与车架连接,车架上设有前轮和后轮,所述前轮包括左前轮和右前轮,所述立管组件设于车架前端,车把设在立管组件上,所述踏板通过驱动机构驱动前轮和后轮转动,所述转向机构设于车架的前端。
优选地,所述驱动机构包括与踏板前后两端固定连接的驱动绳、设在后轮轴两端的第一飞轮和第二飞轮、设在车架底部的第一滑轮和设在踏板前端下方的第二滑轮,所述驱动绳从踏板后端依次绕经第一飞轮、第一滑轮、第二飞轮和第二滑轮与踏板前端连接。
优选地,所述第一飞轮、第二飞轮与后轮轴单向啮合。
优选地,所述前轮通过前轮支架与车架连接,所述后轮通过后轮轴与车架连接,所述左前轮和右前轮设在前轮支架上。
优选地,所述转向机构包括与车架前端底部连接的连接块,所述连接块通过轴与前轮支架连接,连接块和前轮支架之间设有柔性体,所述轴穿过柔性体。
优选地,所述前轮支架上设有容纳柔性体的凹槽。
优选地,所述立管组件包括连接器外壳、设在连接器外壳壳体上的按钮,所述连接器外壳内设有弹性构件,所述车把与弹性构件连接,弹性构件一端设有用于将弹性构件卡在连接器外壳壳体上的凸台。
优选地,所述车架包括上底板和下底板,上底板和下底板连接。
优选地,所述踏板为两端翘起的板。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型的第一飞轮和第二飞轮装配在同一轮轴上,并且相对于轮轴只能做单向转动。当踏板在车架上往复转动时,驱动绳可以分别带动第一飞轮和第二飞轮转动进而带动轮轴和后轮转动,实现将踏板的摇摆运动转换成车子向前的驱动力。本实用新型采用三轮结构易于保持平衡并且重心低,转弯灵活,使用者双脚不需接触地面就可驱动滑板车前进,通过改变重心就可以而改变前轮支架的角度进而改变滑板车的行进方向,更易于保持平衡,骑行更安全,更适合年龄小的儿童使用,降低了使用者的年龄限制,提高使用者的安全性;使用更舒适、安全,既适合玩乐健身又适合短途的代步。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
如图1和图2所示,,本实用新型一种滑板车包括车架1、与车架1可转动连接的踏板2、与车架1后端连接的后轮3、与车架1前端连接的转向机构4、安装于转向机构4两侧的前轮5、安装于车架1前端上方的立管组件6、安装在立管组件6上的车把27,以及被配置为驱动后轮3从而驱动滑板车的驱动机构10,踏板2与车架1的枢轴7连接,踏板2的两端固定接有驱动机构的驱动绳11,通过往复拉动驱动绳11以驱动后轮3。
如图3所示,驱动机构10包括:驱动绳11、第一飞轮12、第二飞轮13、第一滑轮14、第二滑轮15,驱动绳11的一端与踏板2的后端连接,驱动绳11依次绕经第一飞轮12、第一滑轮14、第二飞轮13、第二滑轮15,驱动绳11的另一端与踏板2前端连接。驱动绳11可以为一段或由多段组成,其中可以包括皮带、链条、绳、缆、纲索或任何用于驱动/传动机构的驱动绳。不同段的驱动绳可用于配合/啮合驱动机构中不同的轮组,例如飞轮和滑轮等。后轮3与后轮轴16为固定连接,第一飞轮12、第二飞轮13安装在后轮轴16的两端,第一飞轮12、第二飞轮13分别位于后轮3的两侧,第一飞轮12和第二飞轮13被配置为与后轮轴16单向啮合如棘轮的形式。车架1包括上底板8和下底板9,上底板8和下底板9连接,上底板8底部加工有用于对第一飞轮12、第一滑轮14、第二飞轮13以及第二滑轮15进行固定的空腔。
驱动机构的运行原理如下:当踏板2前端下降后端上升时,踏板2带动驱动绳11运动,进而驱动绳11带动第一飞轮12和第二飞轮13转动,由于第一飞轮12和第二飞轮13与后轮轴16单向啮合,此时第一飞轮12与后轮轴16啮合从而带动后轮轴16及后轮3转动,进而驱动滑板车前进。与此同时,由于第二飞轮13做反向运动,第二飞轮13与后轮轴16自由转动。当踏板2前端上升后端下降时,踏板2带动驱动绳11运动,进而驱动绳11带动第一飞轮12和第二飞轮13转动,此时第一飞轮12与后轮轴16自由转动,而第二飞轮13与后轮轴16啮合,带动后轮轴16及后轮3转动,进而驱动滑板车前进。如此往复循环,使用者通过双脚前后交替施力即可驱动滑板车前进。
如图4所示,转向机构包括:连接块21、轴22、柔性体23、前轮支架24,本实施例轴22采用销轴,转向机构4倾斜地安装于车架1下方,其中连接块21与车架1连接,前轮支架24可转动地安装于连接块21下方,柔性体23一端与连接块21连接,另一端与前轮支架22连接,柔性体23被配置为与前轮支架24和连接块21同轴连接,轴22穿过连接块21、前轮支架24、柔性体23上的孔一端与车架1连接,另一端与前轮支架24转动连接。前轮支架24中央加工有凹槽,轴22的另一端穿过柔性体23与位于前轮支架24中央的凹槽连接,凹槽同时容纳柔性体23。当使用者将车架1的重心向左或右倾斜时柔性体23变形,前轮支架24因应柔性体23变形时所产生的力,相对滑板车的前进方向偏转。前轮支架24往柔性体23变形时所产生较大的力的方向偏转。
转向机构的运行原理如下:当使用者将重心向左倾斜时,左前轮5-1受到的力大于右前轮5-2所受的力,对前轮支架24进行受力分析可知,支架1左侧向后的力大于向后的的力,前轮支架24及前轮5会克服柔性体23的变形力转动,滑板车左转。同理当使用者将重心向右倾斜时,滑板车右转。由于连接块21与前轮支架22之间设有柔性体23,当使用者重心大致处于正上方时柔性体23的弹性恢复可以保持前轮5面向正向前。当使用者调整重心时柔性体23会起到缓冲的作用,避免急速转弯的情况,柔性体23还可以起到一定的减震效果。
把手27可伸缩地与立管组件6连接,立管组件6可拆卸地与车架1的前端连接。如图5所示,立管组件6包括连接器外壳26、安装在连接器外壳26壳体上的按钮29,连接器外壳26内安装有弹性构件28,车把27与弹性构件28连接,弹性结构件28具有可响应与弹性结构件28连接的按钮29的运动而偏置的凸台30;当按下按钮29时,弹性结构件28下方的凸台30收缩进连接器外壳26内,立管组件6可以插入设于车架1上的座孔内,此时松开按钮29,弹性结构件28的凸台30弹出,正好卡在连接器外壳26的槽口上,从而将立管组件6牢牢地锁定在车架1上;当按钮29被按下时,凸台30被偏置到弹性结构件28内,把手27可插入到立管组件6内。

Claims (9)

1.一种滑板车,其特征在于:包括车架(1)、车把(27)、立管组件(6)、踏板(2)、驱动机构(10)和转向机构(4),所述车架(1)上设有踏板(2),踏板(2)通过水平设置在车架(1)上的枢轴(7)与车架(1)连接,车架(1)上设有前轮(5)和后轮(3),所述前轮(5)包括左前轮(5-1)和右前轮(5-2),所述立管组件(6)设于车架(1)前端,车把(27)设在立管组件(6)上,所述踏板(2)通过驱动机构(10)驱动前轮(5)和后轮(3)转动,所述转向机构(4)设于车架(1)的前端。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种滑板车,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(10)包括与踏板(2)前后两端固定连接的驱动绳(11)、设在后轮轴(16)两端的第一飞轮(12)和第二飞轮(13)、设在车架(1)底部的第一滑轮(14)和设在踏板(2)前端下方的第二滑轮(15),所述驱动绳(11)从踏板(2)后端依次绕经第一飞轮(12)、第一滑轮(14)、第二飞轮(13)和第二滑轮(15)与踏板(2)前端连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种滑板车,其特征在于:所述第一飞轮(12)、第二飞轮(13)与后轮轴(16)单向啮合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种滑板车,其特征在于:所述前轮(5)通过前轮支架(24)与车架(1)连接,所述后轮(3)通过后轮轴(16)与车架(1)连接,所述左前轮(5-1)和右前轮(5-2)设在前轮支架(24)上。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种滑板车,其特征在于:所述转向机构(4)包括与车架(1)前端底部连接的连接块(21),所述连接块(21)通过轴(22)与前轮支架(24)连接,连接块(21)和前轮支架(24)之间设有柔性体(23),所述轴(22)穿过柔性体(23)。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种滑板车,其特征在于:所述前轮支架(24)上设有容纳柔性体(23)的凹槽。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种滑板车,其特征在于:所述立管组件(6)包括连接器外壳(26)、设在连接器外壳(26)壳体上的按钮(29),所述连接器外壳(26)内设有弹性构件(28),所述车把(27)与弹性构件(28)连接,弹性构件(28)一端设有用于将弹性构件(28)卡在连接器外壳(26)壳体上的凸台(30)。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种滑板车,其特征在于:所述车架(1)包括上底板(8)和下底板(9),上底板(8)和下底板(9)连接。
