Rf:炭素数2~19のペルフルオロアルキル基の炭素-炭素結合間にエーテル性酸素原子が挿入された基であり、かつ、炭素数と酸素数の総和が3~20である基。
R1:(i)炭素数1~6のアルキル基、(ii)フェニル基、(iii)ヘテロ原子を含む1価の5員環基、(iv)ヘテロ原子を含む1価の6員環基、(v)前記基(i)~基(iv)から選ばれる基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、水酸基、アミノ基、カルボキシ基、およびハロゲン原子から選ばれる基で置換された基、または(vi)前記基(ii)~基(iv)から選ばれる基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、炭素数1~6のハロゲン化アルキル基で置換された基。

〔12〕上記〔1〕~〔8〕のいずれかに記載の化合物、および前記化合物の薬理学的に有効な塩から選ばれる化合物を含む農薬。
また、本発明の化合物は、新規な医薬品や農薬の原体として有用であり、高い薬理活性を発揮しうる。
本明細書においては、一般式(n)で表わされる化合物を、「化合物(n)」と表わすことがある。ペルフルオロアルキル基とは、アルキル基の水素原子の全てがフッ素原子で置換された基を意味する。アルキル基としては、特定しない限り、直鎖または分岐の基を示す。
Rf10~Rf14が、エーテル性酸素原子を有する炭素数1~12のペルフルオロアルキル基である場合、炭素数1~8であり、かつ、エーテル性酸素原子数が1~3の基が好ましく、ペルフルオロ(メトキシメチル)基、ペルフルオロ(エトキシメチル)基、ペルフルオロ(イソプロポキシメチル)基、ペルフルオロ(1-メトキシエチル)基、ペルフルオロ(1-エトキシエチル)基、ペルフルオロ((2-メトキシ)エトキシメチル)基、ペルフルオロ((2-エトキシ)エトキシメチル)基、ペルフルオロ(1-プロポキシエチル)基、ペルフルオロ(1-(2-プロポキシ-2-メチルエトキシ)エチル)基等が好ましい。
式(23)で表わされる基は、Rf10が炭素数1~8のペルフルオロアルキル基またはエーテル性酸素原子を有する炭素数1~8のペルフルオロアルキル基であってエーテル性酸素原子数が1~3の基であり、Rf11~Rf14が、炭素数1~12のペルフルオロアルキル基(好ましくはトリフオロメチル基)またはフッ素原子であることが好ましい。

基(v)または基(vi)の好ましい例としては、2-フルオロフェニル基、4-フルオロフェニル基、2-トリフルオロメチルフェニル基、4-トリフルオロメチルフェニル基、2-フルオロ-4-トリフルオロメチルフェニル基、2,6-ジフルオロ-4-トリフルオロメチルフェニル基、2,4-ジフルオロフェニル基、または2,4,6-トリフルオロフェニル基が挙げられる。
基(v)または基(vi)の他の例としては、2,6-ジクロロ-4-トリフルオロメチルフェニル基、ピリジル基、3-トリフルオロメチル-2-ピリジル基、4-トリフルオロメチル-2-ピリジル基等が挙げられる。
Q1が基(1)である化合物(A)とは、下記化合物(A1)である。化合物(A1)は、式RfCOXで表わされる化合物(6)と、下式(7)で表されるカルボアニオンとを反応させて化合物(8)を得た後、化合物(8)とHC(OR’)3、(CH3O)2CHNR”2、および(CH3CH2O)2CHNR”2から選ばれる化合物とを反応させることにより化合物(9)を得る。次に、化合物(9)と化合物(5)で表される化合物とを反応させることにより得ることができる。
Xは、ハロゲン原子、N-ヒドロキシスクシンイミドから水素原子を取り除いた基、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基、ペルフルオロフェノキシ基、または炭素数1~6のフルオロアルコキシ基を示す。ハロゲン原子としては、フッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子、またはヨウ素原子等が好ましい。炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基としては、メトキシ基またはエトキシ基が好ましい。炭素数1~6のフルオロアルコキシ基としては、2-トリフルオロエトキシ基が好ましい。
R2は、炭素数1~6のアルキル基、フェニル基、または炭素数1~6のアルキル基もしくはフェニル基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、アミノ基、水酸基、ハロゲン原子、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基、カルボキシ基、およびトリフルオロメチル基から選ばれる基で置換された基である。
Yは、-OR’または-NR”2で表される基であり、R’およびR”は、各々独立に、炭素数1~3のアルキル基を表す。
R2における置換基の炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基としては、メトキシ基、エトキシ基、n-プロピルオキシ基、イソプロピルオキシ基、n-ブチルオキシ基、イソブチルオキシ基、t-ブチルオキシ基等が挙げられる。
R2としては、フェニル基、フッ素原子で置換されたフェニル基(たとえば、o-フルオロフェニル基、m-フルオロフェニル基、p-フルオロフェニル基等。)、トリフルオロメチル基で置換されたフェニル基(たとえば、o-トリフルオロメチルフェニル基、m-トリフルオロメチルフェニル基、p-トリフルオロメチルフェニル基等。)、水酸基で置換されたフェニル基(たとえば、o-ヒドロキシフェニル基、m-ヒドロキシフェニル基、p-ヒドロキシフェニル基等。)、アミノ基で置換されたフェニル基(たとえば、o-アミノフェニル基、m-アミノフェニル基、p-アミノフェニル基等。)、カルボキシ基で置換されたフェニル基(o-カルボキシフェニル基、m-カルボキシフェニル基、p-カルボキシフェニル基等。)等が好ましい。
有機金属化合物としては、リチウムジイソプロピルアミド、リチウムヘキサメチルジシラジド、ナトリウムヘキサメチルジシラジド、カリウムヘキサメチルジシラジド等の有機アルカリ金属化合物が挙げられる。
アルカリ金属アルコキシドとしては、ナトリウムエトキシド、カリウム(t-ブトキシド)等が挙げられる。
アルカリ金属水素化物としては、水素化ナトリウム等が挙げられる。
化合物(6)と化合物(7)を反応させて化合物(8)を得るプロセスは、類似の反応において知られる、公知の手法および反応条件が採用できる。
化合物(8)と(CH3O)2CHNR”2、または(CH3CH2O)2CHNR”2との反応に用いうる有機溶媒としては、ベンゼン、トルエン、テトラヒドロフラン、ジオキソラン等の不活性溶媒が挙げられる。反応温度は、0~200℃程度が好ましく、50~120℃がより好ましい。
Q1が基(2)である化合物(A)とは、下記化合物(A2)である。化合物(A2)は、式RfCOXで表される化合物(6)と、下式(41)で表される化合物とを反応させて下式(10)で表される化合物を得た後、化合物(10)と下式(5)で表される化合物とを反応させることにより、得ることができる。
R3は炭素数1~6のアルキル基、アルアルキル基、フェニル基、またはフェニル基の水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、アミノ基、置換アミノ基、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基、およびハロゲン原子から選ばれる基で置換された基である。
化合物(6)は、化合物(41)に対して0.5~10倍モルを用いるのが好ましく、0.5~2倍モル用いるのがより好ましい。反応温度は、-10℃~100℃が好ましく、0℃~40℃は特に好ましい。
上記反応は窒素やアルゴン等の不活性ガスの雰囲気下で行うのが好ましい。圧力は、通常は大気圧~0.11MPa程度、望ましくは大気圧~0.105MPaの微加圧が好ましい。
塩基としては、トリエチルアミン、トリブチルアミン等の三級アミン、ピリジン、2,6-ジメチルピリジン等のピリジン類が好ましく、トリエチルアミンまたはピリジンが特に好ましい。
前記置換アミノ基とは、アミノ基の2つの水素原子の一方または両方が置換された基であり、置換基としてはメチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、ブチル基、フェニル基、ベンジル基、p-メトキシベンジル基、フルオロベンジル基等が挙げられ、特にメチル基、ベンジル基が好ましい。
R3としては、炭素数1~6のアルキル基、アルアルキル基、置換されたアルアルキル基が好ましく、メチル基、エチル基、ベンジル基、p-メトキシベンジル基が特に好ましい。
化合物(5)としては、R1が(i)炭素数1~6のアルキル基である場合、アセトアミジンもしくはその塩酸塩(R1がメチル基である化合物)が挙げられる。また、R1が(ii)フェニル基である場合、ベンザミジンもしくはその塩酸塩(R1がフェニル基である化合物)が挙げられる。さらに、R1が(iii)ヘテロ原子を含む1価の5員環基である場合、2-チオフェンカルボイミダミドもしくはその塩酸塩(R1が2-チエニル基である化合物)が挙げられる。また、R1が(iv)ヘテロ原子を含む1価の6員環基の場合、4-ピリジンカルボキシイミダミドもしくはその塩酸塩(R1が4-ピリジル基である化合物)が挙げられる。さらに、R1が(vi)ヘテロ原子を含む1価の6員環の炭素原子に結合した水素原子がハロゲン化アルキルで置換された基の場合、4-トリフルオロメチルカルボキシイミダミドもしくはその塩酸塩(R1が(4-トリフルオロメチル)フェニル基である化合物)が挙げられる。
化合物(5)として塩酸塩等の塩を化合物(10)と反応させる場合には、トリエチルアミン、トリイソプロピルアミン、トリブチルアミン等の有機塩基を用いることができる。有機塩基の量は、化合物(5)に対して1~10倍モルが好ましく、1~2倍モルが好ましい。
Q1が基(3)~基(6)である化合物の製造ルートは下式で示すことができる。すなわち、化合物(A)のQ1が基(3)である化合物(A3)は、前記化合物(A2)を加水分解することにより得られる。化合物(A3)は、混合酸無水物化剤を用いて混合酸無水物とし、次いで、金属アジ化物によりアジ化ケトンとし、さらに、転移反応を起こさせながら、R4OHで表されるアルコールと反応させることにより、化合物(A)のQ1が基(4)である化合物(A4)に変換できる。化合物(A4)は酸と反応させることにより、化合物(A)のQ1が基(5)である化合物(A5)に変換できる。化合物(A5)は、R5C(O)Xと反応させることにより、化合物(A)のQ1が基(6)である化合物(A6)に変換できる。
R5C(O)Xで表わされる化合物としては、ベンゾイルクロリド、2-フルオロベンゾイルクロリド、4-トリフルオロメチルベンゾイルクロリド、2-フルオロ-4-トリフルオロメチルベンゾイルクロリド等が好ましく、特にベンゾイルクロリド、または4-トリフルオロメチルベンゾイルクロリドが好ましい。
単離操作においては、必要に応じて、活性炭処理、蒸留、再結晶、晶析、カラムクロマトグラフィー等を行ってもよい。
下式中、Etはエチル基を意味し、tBuはt-ブチル基を意味する。
化合物中のエーテル性酸素原子を有するペルフルオロアルキル基は、屈曲が可能な基であり、かつ、疎水性を有する。よって、本発明の化合物は、医薬・農薬として用いた場合に、Q1として示される置換基中に存在するエステル結合、アミド結合、またはカルボキシ基が存在することから、例えは生体内のタンパク質を構成するアミノ酸の活性部位との結合が可能になり、さらに疎水性を有するペルフルオロアルキル基による生体内分子との疎水的な相互作用により生理活性を発現することができることから、医薬品や農薬として、高い薬理活性を発揮しうる。
本発明の化合物を除草剤として使用する場合、製剤中には少なくとも1種の本発明にある化合物を通常0.1~99重量%、好ましくは1~60重量%の割合で含有させる。使用方法は使用目的、対象植物、使用期間等により異なるが、一般に土壌処理または茎葉散布するのが適当である。使用濃度は使用目的、対象植物、使用時期等により異なるが、施用する有効成分量は一般的に1アール当たり1~50g程度の範囲である。
本発明の化合物を植物用殺菌剤として使用する場合、これらの製剤は少なくとも1種の本発明に係る化合物を通常0.1~99重量%、好ましくは1~60重量%の割合で含有させる。これらの製剤は単独で、または稀釈して使用することができ、使用濃度は使用目的、使用対象及び対象植物により異なるが、一般に1~50000ppm、好ましくは約100~5000ppm程度の範囲である。施用する有効成分量は一般的に1ヘクタール当たり1.0g~5kg、好ましくは約2g~100gである。
前記の成分に加えて、本発明の化合物を含有する製剤は他の殺菌剤、殺虫剤、除草剤または肥料等と混合して使用することができる。
核磁気共鳴スペクトル(NMR)は、日本電子社製JNM-AL300を用いて測定した。
なお、1H-NMRは、テトラメチルシランを内部標準としたシグナルの化学シフトδ(単位:ppm)(分裂パターン、積分値)を表す。「s」はシングレット、「d」はダブレット、「t」はトリプレット、「q」はカルテット、「m」はマルチプレット、「br」はブロード、「J」はカップリング定数、「CDCl3」は重クロロホルムを意味する。
また、19F-NMRは、CCl3Fを基準とし、シグナルの化学シフトδ(単位:ppm)(フッ素原子の積分値)を表す。
窒素雰囲気下、β-ジメチルアミノアクリル酸エチル(1.43g)をトルエン(10ml)に溶解し、室温でピリジン(0.8g)を加えた。ここに、ペルフルオロ(2-メチル-3-オキサヘキサノイル)フルオリド(3.2g)を滴下し、同温度で10時間撹拌した。反応混合物に水(20ml)を加え、有機相を分離し、さらに水相をトルエン(10ml)で抽出して、先の有機相と合わせた。この有機相を無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥し、溶媒を減圧下で留去し、下式で表される化合物(4.5g)を得た。
合成例1で得られた化合物(0.91g,2.0mmol)をアセトニトリル(4ml)に溶解し、窒素雰囲気下、室温でベンザミジン塩酸塩(0.94g,6.0mmol)、およびトリエチルアミン(1g,12.0mmol)を加え、105℃で1時間撹拌した。溶媒を減圧下で留去し、シリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(ヘキサン:酢酸エチル=10:1(体積比、以下、同様である。))で精製し、下式(A2-1)で表わされる化合物(0.77g)を得た。

実施例1で得られた化合物(A2-1)(0.71g,1.4mmol)をエタノール(3ml)に溶解し、水酸化ナトリウム(60mg,1.8mmol)水溶液(3ml)を室温で加えて、105℃で加熱還流した。1時間後、溶媒を減圧下で留去し、水(5ml)を加えて、10質量%硫酸でpHを約2に調整して、析出した白色固体を濾集し、下式(A3-1)で表わされる化合物(0.53g)を得た。

ペルフルオロ(2-メチル-3-オキサヘキサノイル)フルオリドを、ペルフルオロ(3,6-ジオキサオクタノイル)フルオリド(1.74g)に変えた以外は、合成例1と同様の条件で2時間反応させ、下記化合物(2.58g)を得た。

合成例2で得られた化合物(0.47g,1.0mmol)をアセトニトリル(4ml)に溶解し、窒素雰囲気下、室温でベンザミジン塩酸塩(0.47g,3.0mmol)、およびトリエチルアミン(0.51g,6.0mmol)を加え、105℃で1時間撹拌した。溶媒を減圧下で留去し、シリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(ヘキサン:酢酸エチル=10:1)で精製し、下式(A2-2)で表わされる化合物(0.43g)を得た。

実施例3で得られた化合物(A2-2)(0.43g,0.81mmol)をエタノール(2ml)に溶解し、水酸化ナトリウム(40mg,1.0mmol)の水溶液(2ml)を室温で加えて、105℃で加熱還流した。1時間後、溶媒を減圧下で留去し、水(5ml)を加えて、10質量%硫酸でpH約2に調整して、析出した白色固体を濾集し、下式(A3-2)で表わされる化合物(0.30g)を得た。

実施例4で得られた化合物(A3-2)(2.71g)をアセトン(30ml)に溶解し、トリエチルアミン(0.84g)とクロロギ酸エチル(0.71g)を0℃で加え、20分撹拌した。次いで、同じ温度で、アジ化ナトリウム(0.75g)の水溶液(3ml)を上記の反応混合物に加え、1時間撹拌した。この反応混合物に水(200ml)を加え、有機相を分離し、さらに水相をトルエン(30ml)で抽出した。有機相を合わせ、無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥し、低沸点物を減圧留去して、約5mlの溶液とした。
次に、t-ブチルアルコール(10ml)とトルエン(10ml)の混合物を加熱還流させ、ここに上記の反応混合物を滴下し、2時間反応させた。反応混合物から低沸点物を減圧留去し、残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(ヘキサン:酢酸エチル=20:1)で精製し、下式(A4-1)で表される化合物(2.0g)を得た。

実施例5で得られた化合物(A4-1)(0.92g)をジオキサン(5ml)と2Mの塩酸(5ml)に溶解し、5.5時間加熱還流した。5質量%水酸化ナトリウム溶液で中和し、クロロホルム(5ml)で抽出した後、低沸点物を減圧留去した。残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(ヘキサン:酢酸エチル=5:1)で精製し、下式(A5-1)で表される化合物(0.40g)を得た。

実施例6で得られた化合物(A5-1)(0.10g)をピリジン(2ml)に溶解し、室温でベンゾイルクロリド(0.058g)を加えて20時間撹拌した。反応混合物を濃縮し、シリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(ヘキサン:酢酸エチル=10:1)で精製し、下式(A6-1)で表される化合物(0.14g)を得た。

ペルフルオロ(2-メチル-3-オキサヘキサノイル)フルオリドを、ペルフルオロ(3-オキサペンタノイル)フルオリド(7.0g)に変えた以外は、合成例1と同様の条件で18時間反応させ、下記化合物(13.5g)を得た。

合成例3で得られた化合物(2.84g,8.0mmol)をアセトニトリル(15ml)に溶解し、窒素雰囲気下、室温でベンザミジン塩酸塩(3.76g,24.0mmol)、およびトリエチルアミン(4.04g,40.0mmol)を加え、105℃で1時間撹拌した。溶媒を減圧下で留去し、シリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(ヘキサン:酢酸エチル=10:1)で精製し、下式(A2-3)で表わされる化合物(3.28g)を得た。

実施例8で得られた化合物(A2-3)(3.0g,7.0mmol)をエタノール(5ml)に溶解し、水酸化ナトリウム(0.36g,9.0mmol)の水溶液(5ml)を室温で加えて、105℃で加熱還流した。45分後、溶媒を減圧下で留去し、水(10ml)を加えて、10質量%硫酸でpH約2に調整して、析出した白色固体を濾集し、下式(A3-3)で表わされる化合物(2.0g)を得た。

実施例9で得られた化合物(A3-3)(1.75g)をアセトン(25ml)に溶解し、トリエチルアミン(0.68g)とクロロギ酸エチル(0.57g)を0℃で加え、20分撹拌した。次いで、同じ温度で、アジ化ナトリウム(0.61g)の水溶液(3ml)を上記の反応混合物に加え、1時間撹拌した。この反応混合物に水(160ml)を加え、有機相を分離し、さらに水相をトルエン(25ml)で抽出した。有機相を合わせ、無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥し、低沸点物を減圧留去して、約5mlの溶液とした。
次に、t-ブチルアルコール(9ml)とトルエン(9ml)の混合物を加熱還流させ、ここに上記の反応混合物を滴下し、2時間反応させた。反応混合物から低沸点物を減圧留去し、残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(ヘキサン:酢酸エチル=20:1)で精製し、下式(A4-2)で表される化合物(1.7g)を得た。

化合物(A4-1)を化合物(A4-2)(1.7g)に変えた以外は、実施例6と同様の条件で、下式(A5-2)で表される化合物(0.38g)を得た。

実施例11で得られた化合物(A5-2)(0.38g)を塩化メチレン(3ml)に溶解し、室温で4-ジメチルアミノピリジン(0.30g)、およびp-トリフルオロメチルベンゾイルクロリド(0.46g)を加えて15時間撹拌した。反応混合物に飽和炭酸水素水溶液(20ml)を加えた後、塩化メチレン(10ml)で抽出した。有機層を減圧下で濃縮し、シリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(ヘキサン:酢酸エチル=4:1)で精製し、下式(A6-2)で表される化合物(0.23g)を得た。

アセトフェノン(2.4g)をテトラヒドロフラン(40ml)に溶解し、0℃でt-ブトキシカリウム(5.0g)を加えた。室温で15分間撹拌した後、ペルフルオロ(3,6-ジオキサオクタン酸)メチルエステル(9.0g)を加え、18時間撹拌した。反応混合物に水(10ml)を加え、10質量%の硫酸で中和した。有機相を分離した後、酢酸エチル(10ml)で水相を抽出し、有機相を合わせて無水硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した。低沸点物を減圧下で留去した後、カラムクロマトグラフィーで精製し(ヘキサン-酢酸エチル=10/1)、下記化合物(8.1g)を得た。

合成例4で得られた化合物(0.67g)を無水酢酸(2ml)に溶解し、オルトギ酸トリエチル(0.28g)を加え、140℃で3時間撹拌した。低沸点化合物を減圧下で留去し、残渣をエタノール(2ml)で洗浄し、さらに低沸点化合物を減圧下で留去した。この反応混合物にアセトニトリル(3ml)を加え、ベンザミジン塩酸塩(0.39g)を加えて、室温で20時間撹拌した。低沸点化合物を減圧下で留去し、残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィーで精製し(ヘキサン-酢酸エチル=10/1)、下式(A1-1)で表わされる化合物(0.06g)を得た。
19F-NMR(300MHz,CDCl3,CCl3F基準)δ=-74.7(2F),-87.0(3F),-88.3(2F),-88.6(4F).
β-ジメチルアミノアクリル酸エチルをトランス-4-(ジメチルアミノ)-3-ブテン-2-オン(0.56g)に、ペルフルオロ(2-メチル-3-オキサヘキサノイル)フルオリドをペルフルオロ(3,6-ジオキサオクタノイル)フルオリド(1.74g)に変えた以外は、合成例1と同様の条件で3時間反応させ、下記化合物(2.0g)を得た。
19F-NMR(300MHz,CDCl3,CCl3F基準)δ=-73.5(2F),-87.0(3F),-88.6(2F),-88.7(4F).
合成例5で得られた化合物(0.30g,0.73mmol)をアセトニトリル(6ml)に溶解し、窒素雰囲気下、室温でベンザミジン塩酸塩(0.34g,2.2mmol)、およびトリエチルアミン(0.37g,3.6mmol)を加え、105℃で0.5時間撹拌した。溶媒を減圧下で留去し、シリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(ヘキサン:酢酸エチル=15:1~10:1)で精製し、下式(A1-1)で表わされる化合物(0.23g)を得た。
19F-NMR(300MHz、CDCl3,CCl3F基準)δ=-68.9(2F),-87.0(3F),-88.6(2F),-88.7(4F).
試験検体(化合物(A2-1)および化合物(A5-1))、および対照薬剤であるイプロジオンとキャプタンを、それぞれジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)に溶解して10,000ppmに調整した。平底96wellマイクロプレートに、この被検液を2μ/ml分注した後、バレイショ-ブドウ糖寒天培地上で培養したイネ灰色カビ病菌(Botrytis cinerea AARF-033)の分生胞子を、バレイショ-ブドウ糖培養液に懸濁して1×104conidia/mlに調整したものを、198μ/ml分注してマイクロミキサーで撹拌した。この時、試験検体、および対照薬剤の濃度は100ppmであった。その後、25℃で4日間静置培養して抗菌活性を評価した。
同様に、オートミール培地で培養したイネいもち病菌(Magnaporthe grisea)の分生胞子に関して懸濁液を調整し、対照薬剤としてベノミル、およびフルオキサストロビンを用いて抗菌活性を評価した。この時、試験検体、および対照薬剤の濃度は100ppmであった。
各抗菌活性評価の結果を表1に示す。
なお、2014年5月14日に出願された日本特許出願2014-100655号の明細書、特許請求の範囲、および要約書の全内容をここに引用し、本発明の明細書の開示として、取り入れるものである。
Claims (12)
- 下式(A)で表される化合物。
Rf:炭素数2~19のペルフルオロアルキル基の炭素-炭素結合間にエーテル性酸素原子が挿入された基であり、かつ、炭素数と酸素数の総和が3~20である基。
R1:(i)炭素数1~6のアルキル基、(ii)フェニル基、(iii)ヘテロ原子を含む1価の5員環基、(iv)ヘテロ原子を含む1価の6員環基、(v)前記基(i)~基(iv)から選ばれる基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、水酸基、アミノ基、カルボキシ基、およびハロゲン原子から選ばれる基で置換された基、または(vi)前記基(ii)~基(iv)から選ばれる基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、炭素数1~6のハロゲン化アルキル基で置換された基。
Q1:(1)R2C(O)-で表わされる基(R2は、炭素数1~6のアルキル基、フェニル基、または炭素数1~6のアルキル基もしくはフェニル基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、アミノ基、水酸基、ハロゲン原子、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基、カルボキシ基、およびトリフルオロメチル基から選ばれる基で置換された基である。)、(2)R3OC(O)-で表わされる基(R3は、炭素数1~6のアルキル基、アルアルキル基、フェニル基、またはフェニル基の水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、アミノ基、置換アミノ基、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基、およびハロゲン原子から選ばれる基で置換された基である。)、(3)カルボキシ基、(4)R4OC(O)NH-で表わされる基(R4は、炭素数1~6のアルキル基、または炭素数1~6のアルキル基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、ハロゲン原子で置換された基である。)、(5)アミノ基、または(6)R5C(O)NH-で表わされる基(R5は、炭素数1~6のアルキル基、フェニル基、アルアルキル基、または炭素数1~6のアルキル基、フェニル基、もしくはアルアルキル基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、アミノ基、水酸基、ハロゲン原子、およびトリフルオロメチル基から選ばれる基で置換された基である。)] - 前記式(A)におけるRfが、(Rf10)(Rf11)(Rf12)C-O-(Rf13)(Rf14)C-(Rf10~Rf14は、それぞれ独立に、炭素数1~12のペルフルオロアルキル基、炭素-炭素原子間および結合末端の少なくとも一方に、エーテル性酸素原子を有する炭素数1~12のペルフルオロアルキル基、またはフッ素原子であり、かつ、炭素数と酸素数の総和が3~20である基である。)で表わされる基である請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記R1が、フェニル基、またはフェニル基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、水酸基、アミノ基、カルボキシ基、およびハロゲン原子から選ばれる基で置換された基である、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の化合物。
- 下式(9)で表される化合物と、下式(5)で表される化合物とを反応させることを特徴とする、下式(A1)で表される化合物の製造方法。
Rf:炭素数2~19のペルフルオロアルキル基の炭素-炭素結合間にエーテル性酸素原子が挿入された基であり、かつ、炭素数と酸素数の総和が3~20である基。
Y:-OR’または-NR”2で表される基であり、R’およびR”は、各々独立に、炭素数1~3のアルキル基。
R1:(i)炭素数1~6のアルキル基、(ii)フェニル基、(iii)ヘテロ原子を含む1価の5員環基、(iv)ヘテロ原子を含む1価の6員環基、(v)前記基(i)~基(iv)から選ばれる基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、水酸基、アミノ基、カルボキシ基、およびハロゲン原子から選ばれる基で置換された基、または(vi)前記基(ii)~基(iv)から選ばれる基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、炭素数1~6のハロゲン化アルキル基で置換された基。
R2:炭素数1~6のアルキル基、フェニル基、または炭素数1~6のアルキル基もしくはフェニル基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、アミノ基、水酸基、ハロゲン原子、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基、カルボキシ基、およびトリフルオロメチル基から選ばれる基で置換された基。] - 下式(10)で表される化合物と、下式(5)で表される化合物とを反応させることを特徴とする、下式(A2)で表される化合物の製造方法。
Rf:炭素数2~19のペルフルオロアルキル基の炭素-炭素結合間にエーテル性酸素原子が挿入された基であり、かつ、炭素数と酸素数の総和が3~20である基。
Y:-OR’または-NR”2で表される基であり、R’およびR”は、各々独立に、炭素数1~3のアルキル基。
R1:(i)炭素数1~6のアルキル基、(ii)フェニル基、(iii)ヘテロ原子を含む1価の5員環基、(iv)ヘテロ原子を含む1価の6員環基、(v)前記基(i)~基(iv)から選ばれる基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、水酸基、アミノ基、カルボキシ基、およびハロゲン原子から選ばれる基で置換された基、または(vi)前記基(ii)~基(iv)から選ばれる基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、炭素数1~6のハロゲン化アルキル基で置換された基。
R3:炭素数1~6のアルキル基、アルアルキル基、フェニル基、またはフェニル基の水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、アミノ基、置換アミノ基、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基、およびハロゲン原子から選ばれる基で置換された基。] - 下式(A2)で表される化合物を、塩基性条件下で加水分解して、下式(A3)で表される化合物を得た後、式(A3)で表される化合物を混合酸無水物とし、次いで、アジ化金属化合物によりアジ化ケトンとして、さらに転移反応を起こさせながら、式R4-OHで表される化合物(R4は、炭素数1~6のアルキル基、または炭素数1~6のアルキル基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、ハロゲン原子で置換された基を示す。)と反応させて、下式(A4)で表される化合物を得た後、式(A4)で表される化合物を酸と反応させて、下式(A5)で表される化合物を得た後、式(A5)で表される化合物と、R5COX(R5は、炭素数1~6のアルキル基、フェニル基、アルアルキル基、または炭素数1~6のアルキル基、フェニル基もしくはアルアルキル基の炭素原子に結合した水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、アミノ基、水酸基、ハロゲン原子、およびトリフルオロメチル基から選ばれる基で置換された基を示す。Xは、ハロゲン原子、N-ヒドロキシスクシンイミドから水素原子を取り除いた基、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基、ペルフルオロフェノキシ基、または炭素数1~6のフルオロアルコキシ基を示す。)で表される化合物と反応させることを特徴とする、下式(A6)で表される化合物の製造方法。

R3:炭素数1~6のアルキル基、アルアルキル基、フェニル基、またはフェニル基の水素原子の1つ以上が、各々独立に、アミノ基、置換アミノ基、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基、およびハロゲン原子から選ばれる基で置換された基。] - 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の化合物、および前記化合物の薬理学的に有効な塩から選ばれる化合物を含む農薬。
