- the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing worn articles such as disposable pants and diapers.
- Patent Document 1 A structure in which an elastic thread is sandwiched between two sheets is used as an exterior part covering the waist of the wearer (Patent Document 1).
- the exterior part of the wearing article is formed by discontinuously disposing discontinuous sheets (sheet pieces) on the continuous sheet and sandwiching a plurality of thread-like elastic members between the continuous sheet and the discontinuous sheet ( Patent Document 2).
- an adhesive is continuously applied in a longitudinal direction of a region where the discontinuous sheet is disposed.
- the texture of the exterior part deteriorates.

- an object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a disposable worn article that has a good texture and is less likely to be wasted when bonded with an adhesive.
- the method for producing a disposable wearing article of the present invention includes a step of conveying a continuous sheet continuous in the conveying direction, Arranging a plurality of continuous elastic members continuous in the conveying direction of the continuous sheet on the continuous sheet in a state where the continuous elastic members are stretched; Disposing the discontinuous sheets intermittently one after another in the transport direction on the continuous sheet so as to sandwich the continuous elastic member between a plurality of discontinuous sheets of a predetermined length and the continuous sheet; The continuous sheet, the discontinuous sheet, and the continuous elastic member are intermittently provided in the transport direction at a plurality of first joints extending in a width direction intersecting the transport direction in a region where the discontinuous sheet is disposed. A first joining step to be joined to each other.
- the 1st junction part to which 3 types of members (a continuous sheet, a discontinuous sheet, and an elastic member) are joined is intermittently provided in a conveyance direction. That is, the three kinds of members are not joined over the entire surface of the discontinuous sheet. Therefore, the texture of the laminate is improved.
