Abstract
Description
これに対し、伸縮性の高い不織布を実質的に非伸縮性の不織布に積層して胴回り方向の伸縮性を付与する方法が知られている(特許文献1~3参照)。ここに、下記の3つの特許文献の記述が組み込まれる。

LA :伸長後の不織布の長さ
LB :伸長前の不織布の長さ
なお、伸縮性不織布は胴回り方向にのみ伸長し、縦方向には実質的に伸びない異方性を有していてもよい。
この場合も前述の製造方法と同様な利点が得られるだろう。

以下、本発明の実施例1にかかる着用物品1の構造が図面にしたがって説明される。
図1~図3は実施例1を示す。
本発明において「肌面」とは、オムツの着用時に直接的または間接的に着用者の肌に接する内側の面をいう。
本発明において「非肌面」とは、前記肌面とは反対側のオムツの着用時に着用者の肌に接しない外側の面をいう。
また、着用物品がパンツ型である場合、前フラップFfと後フラップFbの胴回り方向Xの端部同士が溶着されていてもよい。
本実施例においては、前後のフラップFf,Fbの一部は、非伸縮性の不織布30の上に伸縮性の不織布31が貼り合わされてなる。伸縮性の不織布31は吸収性本体2に重ならず、かつ、胴回り部材3F,3Bの縦方向Yの端(つまり側縁部34)において非伸縮性の不織布30に重なっていない。
なお、各図において伸縮性の不織布31の部位は網点を施して示している。
図2に示すように、非伸縮性の連続不織布W1の長手方向Xに当該連続不織布W1が搬送されながら、伸縮性の不織布B1が前記連続不織布上W1上に間欠的に配置されて貼り合わされる。
なお、個々の着用物品1に切り取る前の連続した状態で吸収性本体2が2つに折られてもよい。
図4~図6は実施例2を示す。
本実施例の場合、脚回り部が括れた1つの非伸縮性の不織布30に吸収性本体2および4枚の伸縮性の不織布31が貼り合わされている。
長手方向Xに連続し、かつ、一対の側縁34,34を有する本質的に非伸縮性の連続不織布W2に間欠的に次々にレッグホールとなる孔Hを形成する。ついで、前記非伸縮性の連続不織布W2に形成された前記孔H,H間に吸収性本体2を次々に配置する。
なお、以上の工程は順序が変わってもよく、たとえば、吸収性本体2の配置、弾性部材32の配置、孔Hの形成、伸縮性の不織布B2の配置の順に行われてもよい。
なお、前記各着用物品1が切り取られる前に、連続積層体が2つに折られてもよい。
図7A~図9は実施例3を示す。
本実施例3において、図7Aの前後の胴回り部3F,3Bは、それぞれ、胴回り方向の全域において図7Bおよび図7Cのように非伸縮性の不織布30と伸縮性の不織布31とが二重に重なっているが、伸縮性の不織布31のみで形成されていてもよい。
図8に示すように、前記胴回り部材3F,3B(図7A)を形成する伸縮性の連続不織布B3が長手方向Xに伸長した状態で長手方向Xに搬送される。この連続不織布B3を長手方向Xに搬送しながら矩形の波形の切断線CL2に沿って当該不織布B3がスリットされる。これにより、前記連続不織布B3は第1凸部421および第1凹部401を有する第1連続分割不織布B31と、第2凹部402および第2凸部422を有する第2連続分割不織布B32とに分割される。
なお、個々の着用物品1に切り取る前の連続した状態で吸収性本体2が2つに折られてもよい。
つぎに、実施例4,5の着用物品1の製造方法を説明する。
図13および図14において、本実施例4,5の場合、前記伸縮性の連続不織布B3が滑らかな波形の仮想の切断線CL2に沿ってスリットされる。
なお、その他の工程については前記第3実施例と同様である。

図10A~図12は実施例6を示す。
本実施例4において、図10Aの前後のフラップFf,Fbは、吸収性本体2の端部から長手方向(胴回り方向)Xに突出するように固着されている。すなわち、各フラップFf,Fbは吸収性本体2を介してのみ互いに連なっている。図10Bに示すように、各フラップFf,Fbは、非伸縮性の不織布30と伸縮性の不織布31とが二重に重なった積層体で形成されているが、伸縮性の不織布31のみで形成されてもよい。
なお、この切断は連続積層体を2つに折った後に行われてもよい。

Claims (8)
- 使い捨て着用物品であって、
液透過性を有するトップシートと液不透過性のバックシートとの間に体液を吸収する吸収性コアが積層された吸収性本体と、
前記吸収性本体における着用者の胴の前面を覆うフロント部に連なり胴回り方向に延びる一対の前フラップと、
前記吸収性本体における前記着用者の胴の背面を覆うバック部に連なり前記胴回り方向に延びる一対の後フラップとを備え、
前記前フラップおよび前記後フラップは、それぞれ、前記胴回り方向に伸縮する少なくとも1つの伸縮性の不織布を包含し、
前記吸収性コアの部位が前記伸縮性の不織布で本質的に覆われていない着用物品。 - 請求項1の着用物品を製造する方法であって、
長手方向に連続し、かつ、本質的に非伸縮性の連続不織布上に間欠的に前記伸縮性の不織布が前記長手方向に伸長された状態で配置された第1および第2積層不織布を得る工程と、
前記第1および第2積層不織布を互いに平行に、かつ、前記長手方向に搬送しながら、前記第1積層不織布の前記伸縮性不織布が配置されていない第1部と、前記第2積層不織布の前記伸縮性不織布が配置されていない第2部との間に次々と前記吸収性本体を架設する工程と、
個々の着用物品を生成するために、前記第1および第2積層不織布の前記吸収性本体同士の間において前記第1および第2積層不織布を前記長手方向に直交する幅方向に延びる仮想の切断線に沿って切断する工程とを備える。 - 請求項2の製造する方法において、
前記一対の前フラップと前記一対の後フラップを形成する胴回り用の本質的に非伸縮性の連続不織布を長手方向に搬送する工程と、
前記胴回り用の連続不織布の長手方向に間欠的に前記一対の前および後フラップを形成する伸縮性の不連続不織布が前記長手方向に伸長された状態で前記胴回り用の連続不織布に積層される工程と、
前記積層後に、前記胴回り用の連続不織布を前記伸縮性の不連続不織布と共に前記長手方向に延びる仮想の切断線に沿って切断して前記第1および第2積層不織布を得る工程とを更に備える。 - 請求項1の着用物品を製造する方法であって、
長手方向に連続し、かつ、一対の側縁を有する本質的に非伸縮性の連続不織布上に間欠的に次々に前記吸収性本体を配置する工程と、
前記各吸収性本体の間の前記連続不織布にレッグホールとなる孔を形成する工程と、
前記レッグホールを間に挟み、かつ、前記長手方向に沿った一対の前記側縁に間欠的に前記伸縮性の不織布が前記長手方向に伸長された状態で配置される工程と、
個々の着用物品を生成するために、前記吸収性本体同士の間において前記非伸縮性の不織布を前記長手方向に直交する幅方向に延びる仮想の切断線に沿って切断する工程とを備える。 - 請求項1の着用物品を製造する方法であって、
長手方向に連続し、かつ、前記長手方向に伸縮性を有する伸縮連続不織布を前記長手方向に搬送しながら所定の波形の仮想の切断線に沿って前記伸縮連続不織布を切断することにより、第1凸部および第1凹部を有する第1連続分割不織布と、第2凹部および第2凸部を有する第2連続分割不織布とに分割する工程と、
前記第1連続分割不織布と前記第2連続分割不織布とを互いに離間させる工程と、
前記第1凸部と前記第2凸部とが互いに対向するように、かつ、前記第1凹部と前記第2凹部とが互いに対向するように前記第1連続分割不織布と第2連続分割不織布との配置関係を変更する工程と、
前記第1凹部と前記第2凹部との間に前記吸収性本体を次々に架設して配置する工程と、
個々の着用物品を生成するために、前記第1および第2連続分割不織布を前記吸収性本体同士の間において前記長手方向に直交する幅方向に延びる仮想の切断線に沿って切断する工程とを備える。 - 請求項1の着用物品を製造する方法であって、
長手方向に連続し、かつ、前記長手方向に伸縮性を有する伸縮連続不織布を前記長手方向に搬送しながら所定の波形の仮想の切断線に沿って前記伸縮連続不織布を切断することにより、第1凸部および第1凹部を有する第1連続分割不織布と、第2凹部および第2凸部を有する第2連続分割不織布とに分割する工程と、
前記第1連続分割不織布と前記第2連続分割不織布とを互いに離間させる工程と、
前記第1凸部と前記第2凸部とが互いに対向するように、かつ、前記第1凹部と前記第2凹部とが互いに対向するように前記第1連続分割不織布と第2連続分割不織布との配置関係を変更する工程と、
前記第1凸部と前記第2凸部との間に前記吸収性本体を次々に架設して配置する工程と、
個々の着用物品を生成するために、前記第1および第2連続分割不織布を前記吸収性本体同士の間において前記長手方向に直交する幅方向に延びる仮想の切断線に沿って切断する工程とを備える。 - 請求項1の着用物品を製造する方法であって、
長手方向に連続し、かつ、前記長手方向に伸縮性を有する伸縮連続不織布を前記長手方向に搬送しながら所定の波形の仮想の切断線に沿って前記伸縮連続不織布を切断することにより、第1凸部および第1凹部を有する第1連続分割不織布と、第2凹部および第2凸部を有する第2連続分割不織布とに分割する工程と、
前記第1連続分割不織布と前記第2連続分割不織布とを互いに離間させる工程と、
前記第1凹部と前記第2凸部との間に、あるいは、前記第1凸部と前記第2凹部との間に、前記吸収性本体を次々に架設して配置する工程と、
個々の着用物品を生成するために、前記第1および第2連続分割不織布を前記吸収性本体同士の間において前記長手方向に直交する幅方向に延びる仮想の切断線に沿って切断する工程とを備える。 - 請求項1の着用物品を製造する方法であって、
前記吸収性本体の複数個を前記胴回り方向に互いに離間した状態で搬送する工程と、
前記胴回り方向に互いに隣接する吸収性本体の間に前記前フラップの2つ分となる第1伸縮性不織布を架設すると共に、前記後フラップの2つ分となる第2伸縮性不織布を架設する工程と、
個々の着用物品を生成するために、前記隣り合う吸収性本体の間において、前記第1および第2伸縮性不織布を切断する工程とを備える。
