为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案,一种整体卫浴间底盘, 包括由轻质蜂窝复合材料制成的盘体,所述盘体包括:蜂窝芯材的中间层, 通过粘胶剂层粘接在所述中间层外表面的玻璃钢表层,所述盘体向上的玻璃 钢表层上还通过粘胶剂层粘接有面层。 优选的技术方案是,所述盘体的下表面还设置有支撑。 所述支撑是支撑 杆或支撑块。

根据预定的形状制作木模,对木模进行刮灰、 打蜡处理;刮灰是为了保 证木模表面无坑洼无缝隙,使做出来的产品光滑,并且便于出模;打蜡(木 模蜡,类似于一层黄油 )是为了防止产品和模具粘接在一起。
(2)、 制备下表层
在木模的内表面刷胶衣 (即产品的最外层 )做防水层,然后刷胶贴玻璃 纤维;等胶衣干燥以后 (手按无明显压痕) ,先刷胶水,再放置细玻璃纤维; 然后将玻璃纤维的气泡挤压干净,使玻纤完全浸润在胶水内,浸润胶水的玻 璃纤维颜色深一些,胶水干燥后检査玻璃纤维和胶衣之间有无气泡,并将气 泡打破。

根据预定的形状制作木模,对木模进行刮灰、 打蜡处理;刮灰是为了保 证木模表面无坑洼无缝隙,使做出来的产品光滑,并且便于出模;打蜡(木 模蜡,类似于一层黄油 )是为了防止产品和模具粘接在一起。
二、 制备下表层
在木模的内表面刷胶衣 (即产品的最外层 )做防水层,然后刷胶贴玻璃 纤维;等胶衣干燥以后 (手按无明显压痕) ,先刷胶水,再放置细玻璃纤维; 然后将玻璃纤维的气泡挤压干净,使玻纤完全浸润在胶水内,浸润胶水的玻 璃纤维颜色深一些,胶水干燥后检査玻璃纤维和胶衣之间有无气泡,并将气 泡打破。
三、 封边加固
在木模的边角处刷石膏(石膏粉和胶水的混合物 ) ,对于边角需要加强 的地方放置玻璃纤维条,玻璃纤维表面刷胶水,并用刷子压实去气泡;然后 放置下一层玻璃纤维并刷胶;等这层玻璃纤维的胶水干燥固化后再次刷胶 水、 放置下一层玻璃纤维。
四、 压粘中间层并修补加固
待步骤三的玻璃纤维胶水干燥固化后,在表面刷胶水,然后放置加强蜂 窝板并用重物加压;胶水干燥固化后,对边角及不平整的地方打磨,使之相 对平整,在不平整和有缝隙的地方刮石膏(石膏粉与胶水混合物 ) ,使外轮 廓平整。
五、 制备上表层
按照步骤二制造下表层的方法,刷胶、 贴最后两层玻璃纤维,根据需要 可以再做加强筋;胶水干燥固化后,切出毛边、 起模。
六、 压粘面层
根据产品设计的需要,在上表层上刷胶水粘接瓷砖、 人造石、 天然石、 铝^ 、 不锈钢、 镀锌钢板、 防火板、 SMC、 塑料等材料的薄板材。
七、 开孔槽
根据预定的位置在底盘合适的位置开贯通的地漏孔。
本发明的整体浴室底盘采用将铝芯或纸芯等蜂窝材料的中间层在模具热 压状态下通过改性聚氨酯粘胶剂层复合玻璃钢,形成整体强度和刚性较好的 轻质蜂窝结构材料;也可以用不同厚度的轻质蜂窝结构板材相互粘贴组合成 实际需要的形状,在轻质蜂窝结构材料的表层,再以人工粘接或浇注的方式 复合一层或几层玻璃纤维和玻璃钢材料。 材料固定定型后即得到所需的整体 卫浴底盘。
需要指出的是,该轻质蜂窝结构材料是通过将改性聚氨酯粘胶剂层发泡 , 通过粘胶剂层渗透到蜂窝材料的孔格深处形成良好的粘接效果。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术方案而非对本 发明保护范围的限制。 尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域 的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换 , 而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
工业实用性
本发明的所有部件均可以通过机械加工方式制造,因此,其具有产业上 的可利用性。

杈 利 要 求 书
1、一种整体卫浴间底盘,包括由轻质蜂窝复合材料制成的盘体,其特征 在于,所述盘体包括:蜂窝芯材的中间层,通过粘胶剂层粘接在所述中间层 夕卜表面的玻璃钢表层,所述盘体向上的玻璃钢表层上还通过粘胶剂层粘接有 面层 c
2、根据权利要求 1所述的一种整体卫浴间底盘,其特征是:所述盘体的 下表面还设置有支撑。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的一种整体卫浴间底盘,其特征是:所述支撑是 支撑杆或支撑块。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的一种整体卫浴间底盘,其特征是:所述蜂窝芯 材的中间层是纸蜂窝、 铝蜂窝、 塑料蜂窝或钢蜂窝的芯材之一。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的一种整体卫浴间底盘,其特征是:所述面层是 瓷砖、 人造石、 天妬、 铝餘、 不锈钢、 镀锌钢板、 防火板、 SMC、 塑料 等材料之一的薄板材。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的一种整体卫浴间底盘,其特征是:所述盘体的 四周还设置有挡水。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的一种整体卫浴间底盘,其特征是:所述蜂窝芯 材中间层是中心低与四边的弧面。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的一种整体卫浴间底盘,其特征是:所述盘体的 四周还设置有导水槽。
9、根据权利要求 1所述的一种整体卫浴间底盘,其特征是:所述盘体上 还设置有贯通的地漏孔。
10、 一种整体卫浴间底盘的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤: (I 制作模具
根据预定的形状制作木模,对木模进行刮灰、 打蜡处理;刮灰是为了保 证木模表面无坑洼无缝隙,使做出来的产品光滑,并且便于出模;打蜡(木 模蜡,类似于一层黄油 )是为了防止产品和模具粘接在一起。 (2)、 制备下表层

(5)、 制备上表层
按照步骤二制造下表层的方法,刷胶、 贴最后两层玻璃纤维,根据需要 可以再做加强筋;胶水干燥固化后,切出毛边、 起模。
(6)、 压粘面层
