目前,型材,例如建筑用砖和水泥切块等,其装卸运输基本采用人工装卸,存在劳动强度大和效率低的问题。
虽然出现了抱(夹)砖机等自动装卸装置,但在运输过程中,砖垛容易散乱,进而导致砖相互之间碰撞而破损,而且,传统式自动装卸装置只能适用于散料的卸料,无法适用于型材货物,因为采用倾倒式自卸会造成更严重的破损。因此,目前对于型材货物,仍然普遍使用人工装卸,依然存在劳动强度大,效率低的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自动整体装卸运输车及装卸货物的方法,以解决现有技术存在的人工装卸劳动强度大和效率低的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:

在车斗和底盘之间设置车斗移动槽架,底盘两侧设置车斗提升机构,通过车斗移动翻转油缸实现了车斗向左右两侧平移翻转,同时设置车门抽出油缸、车体移动油缸和装货油缸,实现了货物的自动装卸,大大降低了型材货物装卸的劳动强度,提高了货物的装卸效率,具有设计合理、使用方便和自动化程度高的优点。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种自动整体装卸运输车,主要由车斗、底盘和驱动轮组成,车斗包括前车门、后车门、左车门、右车门和底架,驱动轮位于底盘下部,驱动轮中间安装有可与外部驱动系统相连的传动轴,其特征在于,底盘前后两侧分别连接一个车斗提升机构,车斗提升机构包括一个伸缩槽、设置在伸缩槽内的两个伸缩架以及连接在伸缩架下部的升降油缸,车斗提升机构的伸缩槽上固定连接一个车斗平移翻转油缸,车斗平移翻转油缸另一端连接在车斗上,底盘的四个角上分别设置一个立柱,立柱底部连接一个槽轮,车斗与底盘之间设置若干车斗移动槽架,车斗移动槽架由槽钢、放置在槽钢之间的轨道槽上的卡件以及固定在槽钢前后两端上的销子组成,卡件上部固定在车斗的底架上,底盘后部中间位置安装一个车门抽出油缸,底盘后侧连接的车斗提升机构的伸缩槽中间连接一个车体移位油缸,底盘上设置液压站,液压站通过连接杆连接控制台,车斗的前车门左右两侧分别设置一个装货油缸,车斗的后车门左右两侧分别设置一个装货油缸,装货油缸固定在车斗的底架上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动整体装卸运输车,其特征在于,前车门和后车门顶部中间分别设置一个安全油缸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自动整体装卸运输车,其特征在于,左车门底部和右车门底部设置拉环,左车门顶部和右车门顶部安装一个加强槽梁,左车门和右车门插接在车斗的插槽内部,左车门和右车门通过车斗底部安装的拆卸式门锁进行固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自动整体装卸运输车,其特征在于,前车门和后车门与车斗为活动连接,前车门和后车门上设置开启把手。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的自动整体装卸运输车,其特征在于,车斗移动槽架中的卡件为工字形。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的自动整体装卸运输车,其特征在于,车斗移动槽架包括两个设置在底盘两侧的车斗移动槽架和若干设置在底盘中间的车斗移动槽架,设置在底盘两侧的车斗移动槽架两端内侧分别设置一个槽轮,设置在底盘中间的车斗移动槽架与底盘之间设置一个支承槽轮。
  7. 一种自动整体装卸运输车进行装卸货物的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    装货时,通过与驱动轮的传动轴相连的驱动装置,将自动整体装卸运输车移动到货物处,将靠近货物的车门上的加强槽梁卸下,将车斗提升机构的伸缩架拉出,通过控制台控制车斗提升机构的升降油缸,将四个升降油缸顶在地面上,然后控制车斗平移翻转油缸,将车斗向货物方向平移并且翻转九十度,底盘与地面的距离应与车斗平移出底盘的长度相同;然后将卸下加强槽梁与靠近货物方向的两个装货油缸相连,通过控制台控制装货油缸,将货物拢入车斗内;然后控制车斗平移翻转油缸,将车斗翻转平移复位;再将卸下的加强槽梁安装好,并收起升降气缸,装货过程完成;
    卸货时,通过与驱动轮的传动轴相连的驱动装置,将自动整体装卸运输车移动到卸货处,将靠近卸货处的车门上的加强槽梁卸下,将车斗提升机构的伸缩架拉出,通过控制台控制车斗提升机构的升降油缸,将四个升降油缸顶在地面上;然后控制车斗平移翻转油缸,将车斗向卸货处方向平移并且翻转九十度,底盘与地面的距离应与车斗平移出底盘的长度相同;然后将靠近卸货处的车门上的拆卸式门锁打开,使用钢丝绳连接在车门底部的拉环上;然后绕过车门相对的立柱下部的槽轮上,再绕过支承槽轮后,将钢丝绳与车门抽出油缸相连,通过控制台控制车门抽出油缸将车门抽出,从而将货物卸下;然后通过开启把手,将前车门或后车门打开,以防止车体移动时车门碰撞货物;再控制车体移位油缸顶在地面上,并倾斜15度,使整个车体向卸货处相反方向移动,以避免车体移动时碰撞货物;然后再控制升降油缸收起,使驱动轮接触地面,通过驱动装置移动车体,再控制车斗平移翻转油缸将车斗翻转平移复位,再将卸下的加强槽梁和打开的车门安装好,卸货过程完成。
